Erixic Matthews| When her wolf stirred, the man could feel it and in reaction, his did the same; yearning for the chance to play with their mate although Erixic knew this was neither the place nor time. Instead of letting his emotions leeway, the male instead controlled this urge and easy got beneath the covers on the bed once he had stripped out of the days dress, ready to fall back onto the mattress and let his eyes close so the darkness of sleep took take over his mind. Yet, he was determined to hold out until his lover joined him and did so, laughing as she jumped onto the bed spread playfully then slipped beneath the sheets with him. Her warmth was a welcomed presence and he pulled it closer; holding her body tightly against his as if he would never let her go. Instantly, a form of peace that he had not known ever outside of her arms settled over his body, easing his creature inside of him and his worries. Looking back over the past few months now, the bloke could hardly understand how he had managed to live so long without this. It had been torture; pure torture and although having her back was the only comfort that saved him from the past six months, he knew he really did not deserve her trust any longer and in consequence did not deserve to hold her against him now, yet her strong, faithful love had given him this and like a selfish man he held as tight of a grasp on it as he could. Life made sense only when there was something worth living for and Ayrn was that something for him. Ayrn and now Pirzi provided the will for the male to continue on and face whatever came at him in life. This family; his family was finally a reality and in order to keep what he had gained safe, he would do anything including sacrificing himself if it came down to it. Hopefully, that was not the situation that he was looking at tomorrow. I love you. He whispered to her as he did every night; kissing her temple because it was in the closest proximity to his lips. After this, he let himself glide off into sleep, already preoccupied with thoughts and speculation of what could be expected to happen the next day. Unfortunately, the determinate of dreams did not take pity on the bloke that night for he dreamed very vividly of a battle between him and the vampire and he was loosing. Dillon had already taken out Dario; his backup for the other vampire’s body lay unconscious at the base of a very thick tree, sprawled out on the sand while laying on his belly. Erix stood before his competitor in his wolven form, breathing heavily as he glanced frantically between Dario's body and the attacker, feeling the rage fill him as he growled and muscles bunched, ready for another attack. Blood drenched his side; he could feel it dripping slowly from the wound on his flank down to soil the earth with its red stain, but he ignored this as every other injury was forgotten. The time for chances was running out and he needed to take the opponent now. Then, his worst nightmare began. Ayrn, Pirzi, and Bricaza came running forward into the battle zone from the bushes, sliding to a halt as they saw where they were. Calling on his speed, the alpha made a desperate dash for them, barking as he yelled within his mind at them. GO! LEAVE NOW! RUN! Ayrn was staring at him with wide eyes, the shopping bags in her hands falling to the ground as she looked at her mate all bloodstained with tattered fur and Bri had now noticed her fiancé lying without movement across the clearing. Screaming, she called even more attention to themselves and Dillon sadly was closer to them than Erix was. Slapping the other shape shifter aside, the vampire knocked Dario's woman to the ground just as he had the man himself then grabbed Erixic's girls by their throats, cackling in triumph. Snarling, the alpha launched himself into the air and clung on with all he had to the embodiment of evil's back. He heard a cry of pain come from the other's lips then felt a heavy hand grip his spine, jerking him from his hold as a whelp left his own jaws. Mercilessly, he was tossed several hundred feet away; his back colliding with a tree and snapping. Whimpering, he weakly closed his eyes, knowing defeat had been handed to him when there was no option of loosing. Erixic! He heard Ayrn scream just as the darkness took over his mind. Jerking, the shifter woke up in cold sweats, shivering all over. Slowly, by regulating his breathing and constantly reminding himself that it was just a dream, he calmed himself till the sweat began to dry on his warm, tanned skin and the constant shaking ebbed. Once back to normal, he glanced around the room and sighed, glad that his lover had not been there to see his episode unfold. He did not want to relive what he had gone through even if it was just a dream and she would surely ask him about it. Rising, he moved to the bathroom and took a warm shower to rinse the smell of fear and heavy sweat from his skin then returned to the bed area to change. Just after he had pulled pants on, Ayrn returned with a plate of food for him, drawing a charming smile to his lips instantly. Moving towards her, he took the food away from her and bent to kiss her on the lips softly. You always know exactly what I want. Voiced cooed to her before his hand locked with hers and pulled her towards the desk and chair in the corner of the room. Sinking to sit in the chair, the man then pulled her down onto him, shifting his arms and plate around to where he could reach his mouth with his fork from around her. Silently they ate and just when he was finishing, they heard a knock upon the adjoining door to Pirzi's room. Come in. The masculine lyrics called out just before the teenager stepped through the threshold, already dressed for the day and apparently fed. Just the girls I wanted to talk to. The man teased as he set his plate aside then glanced between them, remembering the plan he had formulated with Dario the night before. We'll be landing in port in a few hours and I'm sure there will be plenty of places to shop inland. Why don't you both take Bricaza with you? Dario and I want to plan more for Dillon and with you off the boat, we can see which of the crew members aboard this ship take interest in where you are headed. Waiting for their reply before gently urging the woman off of his lap, he placed another kiss on her lips, this one hard and lingering; his hand holding her face close to him while his back was put towards the teen. Reluctantly, he let go and rubbed her features with his thumb for a while longer. I'm going to check on the pack; see how they are faring. Then I'll meet up with Dario. Find me before you leave once we've made port? Directing his words mostly towards the elder, he spoke loud enough to where the younger could hear him as well then pressed his lips to Ayrn's once more before stepping back, pausing to kiss Pirzi's head and to grab his navy blue polo shirt as he walked by on his way to the door. Once outside in the hall, he pulled on the shirt that was in his hand and visited the pack, telling those that were well enough to defend of their duties for the day. As expected, they were anxious and unwilling to follow orders, but once their alpha gave them, they would not dare go against his words and therefore begrudgingly agreed to protect the women as he took care of the real business. After leaving Haley Ann and Taelix's cabin, he began his search for Dario.
Bricaza Black* Smiling at the other woman, she listened to the very short description of the other pair's relationship, surprised to find that they had split for such a long time and yet still managed to find each other again and be happy when it mattered. For her and Dario, she knew there were plenty rough patches most likely still to come in their future and she only hoped that they, like Ayrn and Erixic, would be able to move past the points in life and keep together. Discussion was casual after that; the questions that emitted were meant merely for the purpose for all of them to understand and get to know each other better. Dinner came rather quickly which was good since the fatal was starving. With poise, she placed her napkin on her lap then picked up her fork to begin eating her food; enjoying the taste and the company that she kept while eating. A few times during a lull in the meal, her thoughts traveled to her man, wondering what he was doing with the alpha male, but all too quickly, one of the other females managed to pull her back into the situation with a question that she easily answered as if she had never been distracted at all. Once everything was finished and they rose to leave, Bricaza began to fish inside her purse, looking for the card of plastic that her lover had given her so she could pay for the meal just before Ayrn told her that she had taken care of it. Feeling both guilty and grateful, the damsel mustered a smile and placed her hand on the other lady's arm as they paused just outside of the restaurant; waiting on the elevator to arrive. You should not have given me such a treat, but I thank you for it regardless. Stepping forward, they all entered the car that took them back down to the first deck where their rooms where and for perhaps the first time, she was not afraid throughout the ride and instead satisfied herself by staring out the glass walls at the dark ocean and sky, hardly being able to make out where they met in the distance. When they reached the rooms, they all turned to say their goodbyes. Unable to control herself, the girl rushed forward and wrapped them both up in a tight hug. I would be honored to join you both again for dinner or whatever else. I do not have many friends at all. Feeling the threat of tears sting her eyes, the maiden hastened her departure and was the first to disappear behind the door to her rooms, sighing as she leaned back against the frame and let a few droplets roll down her cheeks from the corners of her eyes. Friends. Ayrn had said they were friends and this meant much more to her than the poor shifter would probably ever know. Sounds of the man's feet approaching caused her to stand straight, whipping the tears away hurriedly and mustering a happy grin as he came near and wrapped his arms around her. Leaning into the broad, muscular, comforting chest the lady felt his love engulfing her in its safe blanket. Moving slowly with him still on her tail, she entered the bathroom to remove the little amount of makeup she had put on as well as the jewelry that adorned her ears and wrists, leaving only the emerald pendant around her neck that he had given her; the only possession that she never took off if she could help it. Yes I did. They are both very amusing women. Good friends. Chuckling softly, her head leaned to one side, giving his lips plenty of access to her neck as he kissed it then pulled away only to offer another question. Facade jerked up, wide jade pools finding him in the mirror while a jubilant smile slowly crept onto her lips. Turning around in his hold, she threw her arms around his neck and kissed him passionately, holding on for all she had till she let him free. Of course. It still feels like a dream; getting married to you. Are you sure I'm awake for all of this? That you and everyone else are not just figments of my imagination created to save me from my lonely world in the tribe? Lovingly, she stroked his face and hair, moving away only as he suggested that she come to bed. The dress was dropped from her body once she stepped from the bathroom, leaving the green silk underwear as the only sort of cover she had until she picked one of the man's shirts out of his suitcase. Dressed in nothing but the black cotton shirt that hang barely below the slope of her buttocks, she returned to the bathroom to brush her teeth and braid her hair before moving to the bed in the dark without any trouble thanks to her night vision. Immediately as she got underneath the covers, she snuggled close to him, grinning foolishly as he uttered those three words and tacked her name on the end. It never got old hearing his vocals telling her that. I love you nearly more than I can stand Dario. Soft lyrics replied as cold hands were pressed against his warm skin; squished between their bodies. Not long after, the damsel fell into an easy sleep and woke first. After taking a moment to blink away the lingering sleep and yawn a few times, the vixen turned to waking up her lover. Moving her fingers lightly over his skin in playful patterns from pectorals to the edge of his sweatpants, the girl busied his mind with her touch while planning the deadliest attack. Lips pressed to his collarbone then ran slowly up his neck to his chin and jaw then finally found his lips, a grin pulling on hers while hands moved to the lowest point on his abdomen. Wakey wakey my love. Velvet tunes were released forth from her mouth, holding a seductive edge while she leaned back, a dangerous light in green depths as they watched him for how he would wake up.

Ayrn Willems: For the most part it had been an easy trip for her, while she knew that shape shifters like her were not used to flying on airplanes since it was something she had been used to from a young age it did not have much affect on her. Staying calm was the most important asset in a situation like this same with being on a boat, while she had never been on a boat as large as this she did not picture herself getting sea sick she simply did not think about it and it was large enough that the stirring did not overly bother her, sure she was able to notice every little shift though. When she jumped into bed with him a playful grin resided on her features as she landed beside him, never feeling more at peace with the way that her life was turning out. Since they had been back together they had not fought and while she was sure within the matter of a little while longer they would get in a fight she knew that no matter what they would be able to work it out. She trusted him more then ever and knew that he held the same faith in her. While she was not too sure if living in the hotel was going to be permanent it would be a decision for them both to make in the future and they would talk about it once they returned since there was no rush and they were out here to have a vacation from the stress of the hotel and real life as well as deal with the problem that had arisen. She knew that deep in her heart that she was not going to be allowed to participate and would be kept out of it when the time came though she had enough faith in him that he had enough supporters that she barely would allow herself to worry. As arms wrapped around her she sighed and allowed body to be pressed against his eyes closing lightly before he whispered that he loved her. I love you too. She uttered gently before falling into a light sleep. When she returned the next morning she had food for the three of them and set it on the table in their room. He stated that she always knew what he wanted and a small chuckle was released. Well guys do think with their stomachs don't they. She joked with him patting his abdomen where most guys even at his age would start to have a beer belly. She placed what food she had left for Pirzi on the table not wanting to wake her up since it was a vacation and she would be allowed to sleep in. She was then pulled down to sit on the mans lap. As they finished eating there was a knock on the door and the younger girl stepped into the room, she instantly stood from his lap. When she asked if the girl had eaten she told her yes so she put the other portion in the fridge before listening to Erixic as he asked them if they would like to go shopping with the other girl when they got onto land. She nodded. That would be nice. Pirzi nodded as well. He told them that he was going to go and talk to the rest of the pack and then to Dario and she nodded before his lips met hers in an eager manner. A small smile reflected on features before she stepped away from him and she allowed him to walk to the door and disappear into the hallway she turned to Pirzi. She gathered what they would need for the day and put it in a small bag before looking at the time she seeing that they had wasted enough time and they would soon be reaching the land and she wanted to watch them approach it from the deck. Stepping out of the door she was able to guess that Erixic would be with Dario so she walked with Pirzi in the direction of their room and knocked on the door to be allowed in by the vampire and she stepped past the threshold to spot Erixic.
Dario Lombardi:
When she entered the room after the dinner out he swore that he saw the glimmer of a tear though the girl would not ever admit it and he was sure that it had been for good reasons and not bad, he knew Ayrn quite well and knew that they would have had a nice time out and she confirmed it when she stated that they would be good friends and it had been a nice night out. He knew that he had suprised her when he told her that she should look for a wedding dress shopping tomorrow and a small smirk engulfed features. He seemed to have gotten the response he had been looking for as she turned within his arms and lips crashed on top of his pulling him closer and into a passionate kiss that left him breathless, and to tell the truth since he had been around for so long there was not much besides the girl that left him breathless anymore. He finally allowed himself to pull back when he felt as though the control within himself was slipping. She asked him if it was dream and if he was sure that she was even awake during this. A small smile took the place of the smirk. I assure you this is not a dream, monsters like me do not belong in a dream. Hands were placed along his face and lips met hers once again before pulling back. When he told her that they should get some rest for the next day he moved in the direction of the bed pausing on the way to make sure that he had locked the door to the hallway before checking the rest of the room and stepping beneath the covers once he was back in the bedroom. By the time that he had gotten there she was just entering the room wearing a shirt of his and just her underwear and he had to force himself to tear his eyes away from her to make sure that he would be able to sleep and not have his mind turned to other things since they had a busy day ahead tomorrow and they would both need their sleep to make sure that their mind was clear. The distance between the two of them was nearly non existant and he had gotten so used to her sleeping in the same bed as him. While he usually did not sleep he entered the trancelike state that he was used to and in the morning he awoke to the gentle lyrics of the girl telling him to wake up and the feeling of her hands running mischeviously over his body, he wondered what would happen if he pretended as if he was not awake though that would mean one more moment that he would not see the stunning green eyes of the girl that he knew would be close when amber eyes flickered open to meet hers and she was greeted by the stunning smile that crossed his lips. Unlike a human he did not take anytime to wake up and was alert already arms wrapping around her and pulling her so that she was laying on top of him. Lips were pressed against her passionately as fingers ran along her sides and hips before running beneath the shirt she was wearing a devious smile plastered on features. But of course just at the worst moment there was a knock on the door and deep inhale showed his frustration at this. Of course, could there be any worse time? He muttered slightly angrily before rolling so that feet touched the ground and walking in the direction of the door, pausing to run a hand through locks and place a shirt on before opening the door to reveal Erixic, inviting him in since he had closed the door for the girl and the bathroom was ajoining onto their room.

Erixic Matthews| Hurt expression flashed across features and hand moved to cover his abdomen as the woman playfully patted his stomach before remarking about the male thought process. These words caused him to drop the offended charade and release hardy chuckles while moving closer to her with a mischievous smile plastered upon his facade. Wrapping arms briefly around her, the man moved closer till his legs were on either side of hers then swayed his weight from one foot to the other around her all while pressing his face against hers. Only sometimes baby. Only sometimes. Vocals whispered into her ear with a suggestive edge just before he bent his head and kissed her cheek. Once his point had been made, he stepped back away from her then proceeded to sit down at the desk to eat the breakfast she had brought with her. Once they finished, the young girl came to join them, leaving the man no choice but to waste no more time before suggesting what he and the vampire had talked about the night before. There were no reservations to be held about the plan: the way Dario had planned it was perfect. Of course the women would hardly refuse the chance to go out shopping especially when it meant sharing the experience with other females. Erixic was sure that his offer would be readily adopted and was not let down when the pair of them readily agreed to the idea. Standing, he said the temporary goodbyes all while feeling a slight twinge of nervousness begin to settle in his stomach. Today would be the big day: the moment when all the struggles of their past would finally find retribution. Of course, this was known only too few people and the man liked it that way. The door shut quietly behind him, but he paused outside in the hallway, glancing back at the room with a sad expression as regret gnawed at his innards. It really was not fair to keep the real reason for him sending them shopping from them, but some part of him was convinced that this little cover up was necessary even if he was nearly certain that he had not been able to fool Ayrn even if she had ignored the plain truth for his sake. Brushing off these feelings, he started down the hall and visited both of the rooms that held pack members before starting his search for Dario by visiting the man's room that he shared with his fiancé. Without thinking, he knocked upon the door then stood aside, waiting patiently for one of the inhabitants to answer and allow him to enter. It took some time, more than what the shifter had been expecting, but when the night walker answered the door, it was all too easily understood what had taken him so long. Amused that his timing was much like the other's had been the day before, he paused for a moment to smirk and look the friend up and down as if assessing damage. I'm sorry. Did I interrupt something? He asked playfully with a teasing smile upon features just before walking inside and moving to sit in a chair that Dario led him too. I suppose I got my payback although my apology is sincere. Nothing irks me more than an untimely visitor. Chuckling, he let the last comment on the matter leave his mouth as frame settled back against the cushions. Not long after he had arrived, the door to the adjoining bedroom was opened and the sweet exotic girl came walking up in casual dress of blue jeans and a t-shirt with her hair draped over one shoulder. Grinning at him, she moved instantly to her lover side to give him a kiss on the cheek. Attentions were turned to him when she had finished and settled down beside Dario, her hand moving to the other's hair as she ran her fingers through the dark locks. "Good morning Erixic. Where are your girls this morning?" Smiling back at her, he gladly accepted the moment for small talk, appreciating any sort of distraction that he could find right then. They are in the room getting ready to go on land when we dock I assume. Bricaza seemed pleased with this answer and returned to her world of silence; more interested in playing with the vampire's hair than in the conversation that was actually quite lacking at the moment. Not long after this, another knock was heard at the door and before either of the men could move to answer it, the lass had risen from her seat to open up their room for whoever was at the door. When she returned with Ayrn and Pirzi in tow, his face lit up and he stood to greet them both, but after doing so quickly adopted a confused expression. Are we in port already? He asked with brows furrowed before glancing down at his watch on his wrist to find that it was nearly noon. Whistling in surprise, he looked back up and shook his head; amazed at how fast the morning had flown by while he had visited the pack members. Do you want me to come and watch it dock with you? Inquiring to his mate, he involuntarily moved closer to her, the back of his fingers running gently over the skin on her upper arm that was exposed.
Bricaza Black* Eyes rolled in response to his words as hands slowly fell from around his neck and ran over shoulders and chest, pausing only when she reached the middle. Lifting one arm, the girl extended a long pointer finger to tap the man on the nose playfully all while laughing and grinning like a child. Lightly, she pushed him away and started out of the bathroom, leaving him there so she could change out of her dress into something more appropriate for sleeping. Fine then. I am the helpless damsel in a fairy tale. Vocals challenged, her progress stopping at the door as she turned halfway back to look at him; clinging to the frame with her hands briefly. Even monsters belong in fairy tales. Feeling triumphant, she flashed him a smirk then disappeared into the bedroom to get ready for bed. They both slipped underneath the sheets and feel asleep despite the temptation that seemed to be there more often than not. When the girl woke up, she took a moment to stare at his tranquil face while he continued to remain still in slumber. The prospect of waking him up was too exciting to ignore however so she soon set herself to the task, laughing to herself as he seemed not notice her attempts at first. A surprised gasp was released from lips when his arms wrapped around her and situation their bodies around till she was above him. Giggles erupted almost immediately; the lady propping herself up with her arms as hands splayed out over his chest so intense green depths could meet amber. She had anticipated his kiss before it had ever come and therefore leaned into it with as much enthusiasm as could be mustered. Body arched and moved against the hands that ran over her figure in a pleased reaction to his touch. Suddenly, the feel of fabric upon skin was replaced by skin upon skin and Bri again gasped, jerking her attention down to vampire below her just in time to catch the mischievous grin she had learned all too quickly to appreciate on his lips. Returning the same look, the fea let her palms run up and down his chest while fighting with eye lids to keep them from closing over surfaces. Legs were placed on either side of him and the maiden moved backwards into a seated position, chuckling scandalously as fingertips teased his skin by moving very slowly down his abdomen to the waist of his pants. Just then, the knock upon the door sounded and she stopped, jerking her head around to look in the direction of the front of the room. A sigh was uttered in response to his words and she dutifully rolled off of him, shooting a disappointed and pouting expression after her lover while he moved to let in their visitor. Once the door to the bedroom was closed, she stood and started to dress, pausing as she heard Erixic's voice greeting Dario while she was pulling on jeans. Satisfied that she knew who was at the door, the lass finished dressing them moved to the bathroom to brush her hair and teeth; smiling as her raven locks shone in the florescent light as the brush ran over it to make it smooth and soft. Leaving the bathroom, she went to join the men, politely grinning at the alpha shifter while making her way to the man on her mind. Lips pressed softly to his cheek, her hand lingering on his back before sliding down his spine as a reminder. Figure sank gracefully to a seated position with legs tucked up beneath her while eyes shifted to their guest, hand lifting to run fingers through her fiancés already unruly locks. Good morning Erixic. Where are your girls this morning? She asked, genuinely curious as to where her new found friends were while the man sat here before them. Crown nodded in response to his answer and gaze shifted to watch Dario's hair as her fingers disheveled it from its usual position laying flat. Another knock that occurred not long after that called her to her duties as hostess and she rose to let in the other girls, mask lighting up upon seeing them. As each walked through, she gave them a hug then shut the door behind them and followed along until they were in the same room with the guys. Then she parted from them to return to the vampire's side, easing the yearning to feel him beside her in doing so. While the others talked, she showed as much interest as was respectful, but when Erixic asked about watching the boat dock, Bricaza perked up. I would like to go. If that is alright with you all of course. Cheery lyrics burst through the air as she piped up, trying not to intrude as she expressed her excitement in seeing the boat come into port.

Ayrn Willems: She wanted to make sure that she remembered everything that she thought that they might need when they were on land today so she packed a bag which carried her camera that she knew that she would use since it would be so different than the landscape that they were all used to and Damien had made sure that she would bring back lots of pictures of the trip. Though today they would not be sight seeing that she knew of since she had told Erixic that the three of them would be going shopping which would be fun as well even if it was something that any of them would be able to do when they got home. Perhaps it would be a a completely different experience. Money and her wallet were placed in the bag as well and she did a second check before heading with Pirzi out of the door. She was dressed in a pair of shorts and a tank top in about the same attire as Ayrn since it would be hot and they wanted to be comfortable if they were going to to walking around a large area. When they stepped out into the hallway she made sure that the door was locked behind them even though she was sure that they would lock automatically and stepped in the direction of the other room that she knew to be Dario and Bris. She was greeted by the large vampire and ushered inside to where Erixic stood. He seemed confused as to seeing them but his face lit up anyways as he asked if they were about to be in port and she nodded. Soon. He uttered gently. The girl stepped up to give her a brief hug and a small smile flashed across her face. She did not take a seat because she was not expecting to stay there long since she wanted to be on the deck when they arrived in port to watch the land. He asked if he she would like him to join her on the top deck. If you would like to, I thought you might be interested in something like that, but I was mainly coming to see if Bri wanted to come with me and Pirzi to watch it. She uttered though it seemed as though they were all going to go which was something that she liked better. His hand was already closed around the back of her arm and she moved closer so that he would be able to put his arm around her. She then moved in the direction of the door when they were all ready to go up to the top and opened the door for them before leading the way. The hallway was short and there were already people gathering at the front of the ship waiting and casually sipping drinks that had been purchased from the bar. Already the railings were pretty packed though she managed to get some people to move over slightly and she allowed Pirzi to stand in front of her since the girl was slightly shorter then herself before standing closely behind her. There was enough space for Bri beside her. When they got to the land when the ship had arrived they were given a taxi that had been hailed by Dario with a promise that they would be joined at lunch. She did not know what was going on and why they were ditching them though Dario told her that it was guy stuff that he needed her boyfriends help with. She did not question that and stepped into the cab moving over for the other two and asking the driver to take them to the mall. They were followed by the members of the pack even though she had insisted that she did not need them as body gaurds. She guessed they had nothing better to do though since the guys seemed intent on being with just the two of them. It was a little strange though she would not dwell on it knowing that Taelix would be good company for Pirzi so she allowed them to go their seperate ways when she was left with Haley Ann and Bricaza. Haley Ann had been hesitant allowing the two teenagers to go off on their own though she trusted the two of them and Ayrn had made sure that their cell phones would be able to be used here. Relaxed strides were taken down the small aisles of the mall that all seemed to be outside. So when are you and Dario getting married? From the road she spotted a small dress shop that was traditional in this part of the town looking at a handmade patterned red and white sundress.
Dario Lombardi: Last night when they had returned to the room he had debated telling Bri about the plan since he did not keep anything from her though he knew that it would not be a good idea in case she told Ayrn about it and that would possible make the shifter suspicious so therefore he knew that ignorance would be the best thing for this time. Every muscle in his body as well as his mind fought him when he rolled his way out from under her to get to the door telling him that he as a foolish man for letting something like this interupt them but he knew that the only reason that the two of them were on the trip were to help people that he considered to be his friends. When he spotted Erixic he did not care that he knew that he looked as though he had been caught and probably wore the same pissed off expression as the shifter had the day before. A small smile though did take its place within time. Its fine, really. He stated gently before gesturing for the man to take the chair in the living room or kitchen and sitting across from him to be joined by the girl in a moment as she entered the room from the bedroom, she looked a lot less flustered then him and ran a hand through his hair before standing by his side. Arm was wrapped around her waist pulling her body close to his. His mind was no longer in the gutter but now just on being around his fiance and the girl that he had grown to love over what might be considered a short amount of time. She asked the man where Pirzi and Ayrn were and already he was able to tell that this would be a good thing, her being around people like her but not a member of the tribe so that she was given a taste of what it would be like to be in real world so then she would be able to make the decision up for herself. He stated that they were back in the room getting ready to dock when there was another knock on the door and he sprang to answer it only to be looking into the faces of the other two that they had just been talking about. Erixic had apparently lost time since he did not know that they were about to dock though Dario had remained quite on time. He had managed to keep himself relaxed though as he grabbed his back pack he had packed the night before and moved towards the door as they all seemed to want to watch the ship dock and he knew that it would be a good site if he did not have on his mind what task would be at hand the moment they stepped onto the land. Already he had looked up on his laptop places where the guy would most likely stay since he knew that Dillon would not have expected him to already have caught onto all of this. He stepped up the stairs with his arm resting on the girls shoulders. He stood behind the girl at the railing as they docked kisses placed on the girls neck before they stepped onto the land. They parted their ways and he left a lingering kiss on her lips before flagging down two taxis for them and then turning back to the male. Already his eye had been on the two crew members who had taken off from the moment that they set foot on the land and he knew that they would be on their way to see the person who hired them. He flagged down another cab. They had headed in the one direction and he knew that there was only one hotel in that way. I know where he is. He stated abruptly. Let's get this over with. I saw the two vampire crew members go this way and they would be going to see him I suspect. He showed the cab driver a picture of the place and settled into the seat beside the shifter.

Erixic Matthews| Irreplaceable smile molded onto the male's features as he stared proudly down at his lover who was glancing towards the other women in the room. He was not at all offended that when entering the room, she had not been thinking solely of seeing him. He was much too comfortable and their mate bond too strong for him to allow possessive instincts such absurd leeway. Besides, he was glad that she had taken a liking to Dario's lover because it was beneficial for both girls. As sad as it made him to admit it, Erixic knew that Ayrn did not really have very many close friends and although Damien would forever remain a very powerful force in their lives, he wanted her to be able to rely on others besides her business partner in the event that the man could not be there with her. And she had a lot to offer Bricaza as well. Judging by what he had seen from the lass over the past few days of knowing her, the alpha thought she acted like shifter who had just come of age: owning very little knowledge of their race and the process which their bodies endured during the change, but she appeared to have excellent control which spoke of her years. Ayrn, as a friend, could answer most of the questions he was sure that Bri had. It was a difficult time in that limbo land between not knowing who or what you are and accepting fully the responsibility that your powers came along with. He remembered well his teenage years that he had spent wandering the streets just trying to make a life for himself because he was too stubborn to accept help from his parents that he had abandoned. Thankfully, that time was gone now and he was fully content with whom he was and the fact that others like him required his leadership and guidance in order to survive cohesively in the human world. Taking his woman's hand he squeezed it gently before glancing over at the other couple. Well I think it's settled then. We'll all go. As they headed for the door, the lord let small pleased purr meant only for his mate's ears lose when she pressed closer to him and he took the opportunity that she knowingly presented him with to wrap his arm around her waist and lock their bodies together. As they came upon the deck, the man scanned the crowded railing for an open section, prepared to bully their way in if he had to, but his girlfriend, always the diplomat, caught a small gap in the sea of people before he did and led the way over, quietly asking those standing nearby to make some room. When the man to their right turned and saw her face, he moved instantly over, adopting an expression of friendliness in reaction to the beautiful sight. Really, Erix could not blame him for having good taste, but he still did not like the man looking at his lady as if she were a free agent. Stepping back momentarily, he let Pirzi, who was the shortest of the group, move in front of her adoptive mother before he moved up directly behind his mate, sighing contently as strong arms encircled her waist and chin rested upon her shoulder, openly declaring her his in the gentlest manner possible without risking her chastising him for it later. The other pair came to the railing beside then and stood in the same manner just as the dock came into sight and many of the passengers pointed and cried out to their companions in excitement. The man remained silent, listening contently to everyone else. For him, the sight meant that the moment of release was finally coming and the nerves really began to set in. Like an old friend, he welcomed the feeling that heightened his senses and made him more alert having learned to use it as a weapon in battle. As the boat pulled up alongside port, the captain came over the loudspeaker to announce to those that were not on the railing that the boat had been docked and would be ready to release its passengers in a matter of minutes. While they waited, the pack members who had all recovered from their momentary sea sickness came to the top deck and joined their group in waiting. Once they were able to, the whole mass of them got off the boat and headed towards the road, passing greeters from the island and also representatives of the cruise line that informed its passengers of the departure time. Dario called a cab over to them as they came to the street and the man turned to his women, managing a big, casual smile that hid his nerves as he hugged them both. I'll see you both around dinner. Have fun shopping. He was about to step back, letting them both go, but at the last minute, he grabbed his mate's arm and pulled her against him then kissed her as if it pained him to let her leave without him. Be safe. I love you. Vocals whispered as he released his hold, forehead resting against hers and gray depths intensely set in a stare to emerald pair while hands ran down her arms from her shoulders. Stepping back, he watched as Bricaza then Pirzi, Ayrn, and Haley Ann got into the first vehicle and the other three got into the second. Making a point to stare at his pack until they all bowed their heads at him as a silent promise to keep his family safe, the baron stood by the vampire's side while watching both cabs pull away, taking them to the local town street mall. The night-walker got them their own taxi and they both climbed in just as Dario gave the address. Turning to him with a raised brow, Erixic listened and nodded in understanding, his heart already pumping adrenaline through his veins to where he would have plenty ready when he came face to face with his lover's nightmare. When the taxi driver stopped, it was in front of a hotel that looked as if it could be out of a luxury magazine. Thanking the man and handing him the charge in local bills that he had traded for his own currency back on board the cruise ship, the male got out and waited for his friend to do so as well. Well, I can definitely imagine the bastard staying here. Let’s go. Striding forward into the lobby, eyes instantly landed upon the lone receptionist behind the desk, looking rather bored as she typed away on her computer. Separating himself from the vampire, he moved towards her with a charming smile, catching her attention immediately when she glanced up. Like most girls did when they were nervous, she fidgeted with her hair and clothes before striking a large smile to flash at him, leaning over the counter with her arms braced beneath her chest to push her boobs up till they were most noticeable from underneath her v-neck button up shirt. "What can I do for you mister?" She asked, obviously trying to use the sexiest voice possible, but it had no affect on him although he would not let her see that. I'm interested in staying here for a few nights. Do you have a penthouse suite? Resting his arm upon the counter, he leaned in closer to her, playing the role of the high rolling player as well as if it were another persona of his. Grinning, she slowly leaned back and turned to her computer, moving the mouse over the screen and clicking a few times as he leaned away, trying to get a glimpse of what was on the monitor. "Yes we do, but unfortunately, it is booked until tomorrow." That is a shame. Do you know if whoever has it right now is in? I would love to get a glimpse of it. Flashing that irresistible bad boy smile again, he saw the girl cracking when she turned back to the computer and pulled up another window then continued her clicking. Huffing out a disappointed sigh, she looked back to him with a pathetically apologetic look. "Yes his keycard was last registered opening the door ten minutes ago and the door has not opened since." Looking as if he shared her disappointment, Erixic stood erect and fixed his shirt as if ready to leave while shifting his weight from one foot to the next. I suppose I shall just have to find another place to stay. That is a very remarkable security system that this hotel has, however. Turning, he started to walk away and counted down from five to zero in his head. Just as he hit the last number, he heard the girl calling out for him to wait. "Would you like to know more about our security system? I can show you and tell you about it." She asked him when he turned back around, very desperate to keep him around a little longer so she might get the chance of getting his number. Yes, that would be excellent. He told her with a broad smile lighting up features. She quickly came out from behind the desk and crossed over to him in her high heels with chin up to give him her best runway walk. Too bad he was too kind to tell her that she was trying too hard. Although hating himself for doing it, the male reached around and placed his palm on the middle of her back then bent to speak to her. Lead the way. He whispered while looking past her to Dario who she had not noticed because the vampire had kept out of sight. Pointedly looking from the other bloke to the computer, he sent a silent message, telling him to look up on the computer who had booked the penthouse. He was almost certain it was Dillon, but knew that Dario would know out of them both because he supposed the man knew all the other's aliases. "In addition to the keycard registering with the system, we have a surveillance camera positioned at the ends and the middle of every hall way as well in every elevator just so our customers feel safe. But don't worry. The tapes are never checked unless the manager suspects something is wrong and every forty eight hours new tapes are put into the system." Turning his attention back to the girl just in time to catch her winking up at him, the man forced a smile then followed her into a room that she said was the control room. Dropping to where she walked in ahead of him, the male did a quick once over of the room and once he was certain they were alone, he stepped up and twinged the nerve on her neck just as she began to speak again, knocking her out cold. Her body went limp and fell towards the floor, but he caught it and moved her to where she was propped up against the wall, confident that she would not wake for another hour and by then they would be long gone. Running out of the room, he quickly caught up with Dario, eyes wide as they met with his. Is it him? When he gave them confirmation, the male moved to the computer and picked up a key card before inserting it into the barcode reader and setting it to where it would open the penthouse door as well as unlocking the elevator that limited access to the top floor. Alright lets go. He said, grabbing the key once it was inscribed and racing towards the elevator with Dario hot on his heels. Although he knew he should be strategizing, the alpha did not let himself think about what would happen in the next couple of hours and instead simply tried to keep himself calm and focused. Whatever it took, he would get the deed done. He inserted the card into the slot in the elevator and pushed the P button that took them all the way to the top of the hotel. Once the doors opened, they both got out and headed cautiously towards the door. Pausing outside, the shifter put his ear to it and heard two voices behind it asking for more money and giving someone information on him and everyone else he had come along with them on the cruise. Grinding his teeth, he glanced over at Dario and slowly slipped the card in the hole then counted down from three on his fingers before pulling the card out and opening the door. The moment he was through the door, he caught sight of Dillon and took off, not even faltering with the man yelled out to his helpers to shoot him before drawing his own gun; a cruel expression on his features. With a gun leveled at his chest, Erixic waited till the last moment, when he saw the muscles in Dillon's hands tense to pull the trigger then he dropped to the ground, using his own momentum to slide across the hardwood floor and take out the vampire’s legs. Yelling in surprise, he tumbled over, just as the bullet was released from his guns barrel, embedding itself in the floor. Not allowing him time to recover, Erixic flipped over and tackled the vampire, but Dillon had already rolled over onto his back and had the gun firmly in his grips. Grabbing the gun first, Erix wrestled the man with it for a while, but just when he thought it was beginning to loosen from Dillon's hold, it went off and a searing pain could be felt in his thigh and the familiar feeling of hot blood rolled down his leg. Howling like a wolf, the shifter was pushed closer to the edge of changing, his eyes turning to a brighter version of his usual human deep gray as they were directed down at the vampire with a snarl on his lips. "You think you scare me shifter? I have dealt with and killed thousands of your filthy breed. Your anger is pointless. They will both be mine and you will be in the grave by the end of this day." An outraged roar ripped from his lips and the man jerked the gun free before tossing it across the room, reaching down to grasp the other's throat with one hand and holding the chin firmly in the other. He needed to snap the neck; to twist it until the thing beneath him could not breathe again, but the expected happened. He felt a knee be jabbed into his stomach, knocking the breath from him, and then he threw him over his head. Groaning as his back slammed against the flooring, the shifter shifted to the side and heard his vertebrae pop, a scary sound to hear just before your enemy who was trying to kill you jumped on top of you. With arms like lightning, Dillon hand his hands wrapped around Erixic's neck in a split second, a hateful sneer upon contorted mask. "Quit squirming. This will all be over soon. Don't worry; I'll take good care of Ayrn and Pirzi. Ayrn will come to love me again and Pirzi will love her new master as well. My brother is very eager for his present." Without warning, the anger toppled him over the edge, sending his energy into overdrive as he began to shift, snarling, barking and growling as he did so. This transformation was fast; the fastest it had ever been for him, but it was painful. Regardless however, the man was grateful that it came at the time it did. Dillon's hands lost their grip upon his neck and although the added touch to his sensitive skin burned like a third degree burn, the pain was well worth it. Once it was finished, Erixic took advantage of the loose hold and lurched up, gathering every muscle he had and arched up towards the opponent, grasping the exposed neck in his teeth then jerking from side to side. Sharp teeth sliced nerves, but the demon continued to flail around, trying still to get his hands upon the shifter. Finally, the body went still except for the shallow breathing and the wolf took the upper hand till his claws could sink into arms and legs then his jaws jerked sideways and snapped the neck, his hold repositioning upon the neck as he refused to let it go.
Bricaza Black* Broad smile broke out across lovely facade as the girls mentioned wanting her specifically to come watch the boat dock with them. She had to be positively glowing now she knew, but she did not care. It felt so nice to be wanted; to have friends who could enjoy your company and whose companionship you valued also. None could make her more happier than Dario, this she knew and would never pretend to think that anyone else would ever hold such power over her life as the vampire, but that was because she loved him with all she had to give and their relationship differed greatly from any connection she shared with another. When it was decided that they were all going to the deck together, she quietly dismissed herself back into the bedroom to check her reflection in the mirror, pulling her long hair back and up into a pony tail that stuck out from the center back of her skull with a few strands of the styled hair falling down to frame her face. Then she adorned her ears with the whale bone wolf earrings, pausing as he arms fell back to her sides and eyes stared back at her in the mirror to finger the pendant that she pulled from under her shirt where it always rested between her breasts because it was so long, but was called out of the trance of staring at it by the sound of her fiancé coming in as well to grab his back. Grinning over at him, she dropped the pendant back down her shirt then moved to the dresser where the credit card and room key he had given her the day before lay to pick them up and put them in her pocket for safe keeping. Her cell phone that he had given her went in the opposite pocket so she could have it on her in case he called while they were apart for the day. The group then moved out onto the deck and she and her lover took a spot beside the other family, jade pools looking out over the water at the island they were approaching, the excitement within her growing fast. The only damper on the day would be that Dario would not be coming along with her on the shopping trip which she was reminded of as he pressed fond kisses to her neck, making her giggle one moment then feel sad the next. While the boat's crew was busy getting them docked, the rest of the pack that had come along with Erixic came onto the deck with them and it was then that she learned they would be along for the shopping trip, leaving the two men alone. Glancing swiftly over at her lover at this news, she narrowed her eyes, trying to figure out what he was up to. Did it have something to do with the other vampire that they had come here to kill? Instincts told her that she was right and yet she did not want to believe it. Still, she kept quiet as they made their way onto land and Dario got a taxi for them. Turning to him as it pulled up, she eagerly kissed the man back, yearning to make it last longer, but knowing that anything further would probably alert the others that something was wrong. Before he could pull away, however, she did grasp his face between her two hands and stared at him pointedly in the face so he knew that she was not fooled by his and Erixic's disappearing act. You had better come back safely to me. She warned him in her mind then turned around as if nothing was the matter to slide into the cab. Once in the mall, the girls made their way down the strip with the one male, having allowed the teenagers to go their separate ways. As they were walking Ayrn inquired about her and Dario's marriage just as they came upon a dress store. Pausing from answering for a moment, the girl looked into the window and entered with the others, eager to look at dresses that the woman behind the counter had for sale. As soon as we can whenever we return to our home. I have a few things I need to square away with my tribe first before we can be wed, of course, but I am praying that will not take too long. Pausing, she looked up from the rack of size six dresses that she was looking at to meet the other women's eyes shyly. You and your family are invited to come of course. I would love to have some more of our friends there. Mind raced on ahead of her as she continued thinking about the wedding, suddenly very worried about how little they had planned already. Oh my. I am nowhere near prepared for this wedding. Dario and I.... We have not talked about it yet. I'm not sure what flowers to use for the bouquet, what the color scheme is for the bridesmaids and groomsmen, or if we will even have any, nor am I sure of where it will be or how many guests we will have. I can't buy a dress not knowing whether we will have an indoors wedding or outdoors. Looking a little anxious, she tried to distract herself from the sudden concern that had gripped her by looking swiftly through the different dresses made of different fabrics and colors, the hangers making a resounding zinging sound each time she pushed the choice aside and it slid along the metal bar.

Dario Lombardi: When he went to say goodbye to the girl he was able to tell that she was on edge and knew that something was up. Surely Ayrn had been convinced well enough that she would not have been suspicious since she and Pirzi seemed at ease as they crawled into the car. Bri lingered a bit and he felt bad that he had not told her but knew that she understood. If she did not know for sure then she would not have to lie to her new friends. As he kissed her she giggled and it brought a small smile to his face, as he turned to face her a hand was placed on her face brushing her thumb along her cheek, lips pressed to her tenderly. I love you Bri, and please buy stuff. At least some lingerie. He said with a small chuckle knowing she might hit him, he deserved it. It had been said merely to lighten the mood between the two of them. Bidding her a good bye he was all of a sudden all business. Flagging down the next taxi an address to the hotel he knew the man was staying in was rambled off though it was half hearted and he was much too focused on other things. When they pulled up to the curb he purposely asked the driver to drop them off at the back so they would not be seen walking into the hotel from the front since the windows of the penthouse were faced that way. They walked along the overhang that was above them to stay hidden and when Erixic stepped up to the counter a small nod showing that he understood was uttered, already he had scanned the area happy to notice that there was a second worker that would know nothing of Erix's interest in the other worker. He would come to that one for the second part of that plot. He lingered around the corner where he could not be seen and waited for the other man to leave the room with the younger woman. He knew the other person that took care of the desk was no more then a room away so he stepped carefully up to the computer, getting into the system since the girl had been stupid enough to leave it unlocked while she was away. Erix had done good job with distracting her. Logging in he noticed that the name on the penthouse was one of the common aliases that the man used. He grabbed for the key to a janitors closet before then stepping back into the common area. Everything was set into place. He was still wearing his backpack though he knew that did not look out of place in a hotel so he left it, stuffing the key that he had managed to snag into the front of his pants before following Erixic to the top floor they were both fidgety and both had enough of an understanding of what was going to happen when they got there that they did not need to speak in the elevator. He knew that there would be no way that Dillon was alone, he would not suspect them to know enough about this though that it would be a surprise though he was not arrogant enough to think that he did not need gaurds. They paused at the door long enough to hear that there were three people in the room the deep voice of the other vampire was easily recognized and he was able to feel the hairs at the back of his neck prickle in hatred. When they were through the door there was a split moment when he was able to overwhelm them, while Erix moved straight to Dillon of the other men tried to intersept him and Dario moved forward to block his way with a swift kick to behind his knees leaving him to fall square on his face. These two other vampires were the ones from the cruise and they were not trained to fight, his skill overwhelmed them easily though he could see that they both had guns, the one on the ground had managed to drop his on the way down and he snatched for it but knowing if he got that low there would be a great chance the other one would move to Erix and Dillon he settled with just kicking it across the room so that it was deep under the couch and way out of their grip. He knew he would notice if one of them went to the other end of the room to try to get at it. Worry flashed over his face when he noticed that Dillon had to gun poised at the shifters chest though before he was able to move he was jumped on from behind and brought to the ground by the sudden change of weight, there was no resounding gun shot though so he assumed that the gun had been fought out of the vampires hands, it was his job to keep these two busy. After scuffling on the floor and overpowering the younger man he was forced to snap the mans neck against the coffee table. Since these guys had seen their faces it would be impossible for them to get back on the cruise. They were also the bad guys so it made it easier to justify the killings. With that man out of the way he grabbed the gun as well, leave no witnesses behind the other one was an easy feat and they were both out of the way. He had barely even noticed what had happened between Dillon and Erixic until he spotted that they were finished with their scuffle and the wolf held the man in his jowls. He took a step forward. Let him go Erixic. He's dead. We only have a limited amount of time if you want to be able to get back on that ship with your girlfriend and daughter. He uttered to him hoping the words would work in a convincing manner. The one nice thing about the penthouse was that it had its own janitors closet. His back pack had been left outside the door and he jogged there. grabbing the pack and placing the do not disturb sign on the door and locking it so that they were inside. Picking out a polo shirt and a pair of shorts they were tossed to Erix when he was finished shifting back also passing him a bottle of shampoo and conditioner as well as body wash and wound dressing, it was important that they left this hotel looking impeccable and not as though they were just in a fight. I need to make a call, you get all cleaned up. He had done his research and made calls into each of the cities that they were stopping in to see if there would be members of opposing forces of Dillon's the one that he had keypointed for this island was contacted as they had been the night before and their gain from the death of this man outweighed what they were about. A few select words were spoken and the other end of the line promised they would be three within 15 minutes. He hung up to pace along the side of the room wishing they would be there faster when there was finally a knock on the door and the 'maid' entered with a large laundry cart. They did not even speak to one another and picked up the bodies the other person with him helping clean the mess before leaving all before Erixic was even out of the shower. The rest was cleaned up with special cleaning products before he stepped into the shower and bathroom after Erixic was finished. Quickly washing the evidence from his body before changing into a pair of dress pants and a polo shirt. He looked as unrumpled as when he came in here and he quickly gathered up the rest of the stuff that he had brought with them and packed it back in the bag. Let's get out of here. He stated before passing out of the door and into the elevator taking the ride down to the lobby floor, he did not go the way to the front desk though since there was a door that would lead to the back alley of where they would take their garbage out, stepping out onto the main street he hailed a cab, it was nearly the time that they were supposed to be meeting the girls for dinner. He knew that Dillon's attack had been completely planned for today since when he had peeked on the files of the two vampire crew members and they were just a fill in for two members that live on this island that would take their place when they set off tonight. It worked out effortlessly for him. The sun was starting to sink over the horizon as they pulled up to the harbour that was no more then ten minutes away. They were set to leave at 11:30 PM that night so that everyone would be able to have dinner on the Island and get to do what they wished for the day. The cab driver had been informed when they had gotten into the car of the name of the restaurant that they had been given. He paid the guy driving the cab and stepped out to the front doors of what looked like a fancy seafood restaurant on the edge of the ocean overhanging into the sea.
Ayrn Willems: When she was wrapped in his arms there was no place more secure for her that she felt more at home. She wished that she did not have to move from this comfortable embrace. A deep sigh was uttered expelling carbon into the air between them. He whispered that he loved her and a stunning smile crossed her face. I love you too. A kiss was planted on his lips a brow raising when he told her to be careful though that was just in his nature to be worried. She finally said her good byes before she was unable to leave his embrace to slid into the back seat of the cab that had been hailed for them waving at the vampire telling him bye. She then turned her eyes to the scenery that flowed beside them. They stopped at what looked like a local mall and all of them were let out, she paid the cab drivers and stepped into the dirt aisle that was between the shops. It was an outdoor mall designed for tourists and there were tons of shops that looked as though they were fancy even though a lot looked to be in shambles. They reached a dress shop that looked to be of interest. When we were driving I spotted a restaurant that was over the water that we should try tonight when the guys get back, what do you think? She asked before then turning to the girl. She had asked about the marriage and when it would be happening and the girl told her that she assumed as soon as they were going to get home and that she had to sort a few things out in her tribe before that happened. Ayrn nodded with understanding. She then uttered that her and her family would be invited. I speak for all of us saying that we would love to come. She said with a smile. She then went on rambling about how she felt as though she was not prepared since they had not discussed anything. Somehow I think its going to be whatever you want I am sure Dario will go with it. I would love to help you though, if you want. She told her with a small smile she would be as much use as the girl wanted her to be. These dresses in here are gorgeous they look like they are all handmade, we should each get one for dinner tonight. Pirzi looked as though she had her eye on light blue one with white and gold accents. It looked as though it was in a stunning sundress print and Ayrn shot her a smile as she came out of the changeroom in it looking amazing. You have to get that one. She told her. Ayrn looked at the red one she had been holding though a green one at the far end caught her attention It was a light green with white and brown on it in patterns and she decided she must try it on taking it with her into the changeroom she then stepped out. What do you think? She asked the two girls that were standing outside the door. She decided that she would take it but before that she picked up a red and white dress that she knew would look stunning on Bri, You should try this on on. She uttered before then waiting for her to come out to show them. While they waited she punched Erixics name into her phone and sent him a text telling him to meet them at restaurant they had decided on before sending the text and duplicating it dor Dario so that they both would have it and there was no excuse for them not being there. Her head then turned up as Bri entered from the changing room and a small smile appeared on face. It looks amazing. She said before they were finished in the store and made whatever purchases that they decided on. They continued on for the rest of the day looking in many shops. She had heard that the ship would be open for them to access at any time so she wanted to go back to get changed. Do you want to go get changed before dinner and drop our stuff off? When they had agreed that would be a good thing they headed back in a cab to then head onto the ship after showing their boarding passes and to their respective rooms. You can come get ready with us if you wish. She offered moving to open the door, between her and Pirzi's room there were two showers and she showered quick to make sure that if the other girl came back and wanted to shower that there would be a place for her to do so. She stepped out with a towel around her before pulling the dress on when she was sufficiently dry enough. Hair was blowdried and the other girl joined them so she stepped out of the bathroom so she could use it. Her hair hung straight along her shoulders. A necklace adorned her collarbone and white high heels were on her feet. Within the next fifteen minutes all three were ready to go and they stepped out into the hallway with only minutes to spare, her jacket was placed over her shoulders in the off chance that it got cold. After a five minute cab ride they were back to where she had spotted the restaurant, it was a seafood and steak place that was on a floating dock out in the ocean. It was lit with candles and looked amazing as the sun was starting to set. On the outside was a tropical garden designed for people to sit and talk after their meals and a small outdoor dancing stage that was decided to be the spot since it was out of the view of the all glass building that was nearly right beside it. She knew that she could trust Dario to keep something a secret as she texted him her wishes and he promised that he would abide by it. They arrived shortly after and both stepped out of the taxi. Dario did as she had asked him and she turned to whisper to Bri and Pirzi. I will tell you two after. She uttered with a glowing smile. She instantly moved to Erixic, arms wrapping around him. I am so glad to see you. She murmered close to his ear, placing a kiss along his jawline. She was wearing the new dress that she knew after tonight she would treasure though, she could not help the nerves that built up within her. I have a suprise for you. She whispered. They can wait for us. She assured him. Fingers ran along his shoulder to trail down the mans forearms to reach for his hand, stepping in the direction that she had seen the garden, exotic flowers lined the deeply watered flower beds. The water feature was in the center and was a large fountain. There was a bench on the corner and that was where her destination was. She sat on the edge. Long legs exposed by the dress, that were already looking a little more tanned from the day out in the sun were crossed in front of her she rethought this though and reached for his second hand with a knowing glance, emerald optics met his and held his gaze. There is nothing more I want in this world then to be with you, to be a family. I don't want to be just your girlfriend Erixic, there was no excuse for me to be scared you are the best thing that has ever happened to me. Time has only made me more determined for what I want. I want to be with you. I want to be your wife. She told him before she became too nervous. The next part was what would really stun him she moved from where she had been seated to the ground, one foot was on the ground and her knee was on the ground in the traditional position of a man asking a woman to marry him. Though he had done that already and they had broken up, if he agreed this time would be different. Marry me Erixic. From her pocket she even produced a small box, it opened to reveal a ring, it was manly with a stunning white gold band inlayed with diamonds, on the inside of the band was engraved AW + EM, their initials so it was clear that it was not a spur of the moment thing and that she had had it specially made. Who was to say that a man could not have an engagement ring, this was a special situation as well and if he wished it could be considered a promise ring. She waited for him to speak, stomach doing flip flops.

Erixic Matthews| A creak in the boards on which he was standing with his quarry caused the beast's eyes to jump towards the familiar figure that now took a step forward. Growling started in the back of his throat, eyes and body posture hardening as a warning to the two-legged animal that stepped forth. All recognition was forgotten as the coldness of possession clamped down upon the creature that was losing its portion of humanity with every second. This was his kill; the trophy that he would drag around with him for days and allow no other to feed from but his mate. It was in this dead carcass of immortal filth that that her triumph could be found and his revenge. No one would be able to take this from him; no one. Not even this thing before him that appeared like a man, but smelled like the hated species akin to the one he had just slain. Slowly, very slowly he positioned himself over the body as if to protect it, ready to fend off the only other one in the room who stood alive if he went for what was rightfully the wolf's although his mouth remained on the dead man's throat. He was unwilling to let go and yet, knew that if he had to defend the thing he would do so with claw and tooth. Calm, English lyrics broke through his haze, talking to him and stirring the mortal part that struggled for understanding. Yes, the beast had been allowed to take control as the rage that fueled into the dual souls had consumed them, but now, when the deed was done, the emotion was beginning to wear off and yet, the immortal half was not quite ready to accept that this fight was over. Snarling some more, the lupine shook his head from side to side violently, ripping apart flesh as he did so and causing the large, heavy body to wiggle beneath him. Eventually, the menacing sounds subsided and the breathing that had been ragged and excited eased into a steady rhythm while the wildness in his gray pools sank away. Then, as if by some quick decision, the hunter let go of his kill by unhinging his jaws and stepping away from it, stumbling as he walked for the adrenaline had passed and the bullet wound now began to affect him. Tripping over himself, he fell to the ground about a foot from Dillon's lifeless body and lay there with his pink tongue dangling out of jaws, chest heaving up and down with each breath while the blood leaked slowly from his hind thigh. Although he knew it was a bad idea, the drake began to shift, groaning in agony because it was more painful than he had ever endured thanks to his injury and the energy that had drained from his body during the fight. Finally, when it was finished, he continued to lay on the floor, naked, while panting and looking down at the floor. As Dario moved to the door, Erix followed his shuffling feet and saw him pick up the backpack. Groaning, he lifted his head with much effort then, using his arms, pushed his body up into a seated position where he swayed for a little as the vampire walked up to him. He looked down at the clothes and things to wash his body with then shifted his gaze back up to the other's features when he spoke. Nodding weakly, the shifter gathered what was offered into his arms then stood, supporting himself for a moment by sticking his hand out on the wall, but then he was able to take a few steps into the bathroom and shut the door. The shower was turned on and he climbed in, feeling some of his strength start to rebuild, but the recovery was too slow. What he really needed was a feast; carbohydrates, proteins, and fats that would boost his system. Once washing himself off, he turned off the water and moved to the toilet, putting the seat down as he sat to clean the wound. Wincing, he did as much as he could, relieved that the bullet had been a through and through, but the skin was not reforming fast enough and he continued to bleed on the bathroom floor. I don't suppose you have medical supplies in that magical bag do you? He yelled through the door at Dario, his voice cracked and hoarse. When the other man opened the door then tossed him a first aid kit, Erixic thanked him with a nod then proceeded to stick three layers of gauze on each side of his thigh and used the medical wrap to hold it in place. With that done, he dressed gingerly then stepped out of the bathroom so the other man could take his turn washing up. Stepping outside, the alpha was surprised to see a team of men just finishing cleaning up the hotel room and were walking out of the exit. Bowing his head in gratitude to them as they left, the lord looked around the room as he heard the door shut softly, the action played in his mind in slow motion with a few parts of what had happened a little fuzzy although he expected his full memory to recover when his energy did. Dario did not take long and before he knew it they were going down the elevator and sneaking out of the back of the hotel to meet their taxi which took them to the restaurant where they were supposed to meet the ladies and the rest of the pack. As they climbed out of the cab and approached the dock, a waiter with a place of steak passed by and the delicious aroma wafted into the bloke's nostrils. With a groan, he just barely stopped himself from jumping after and attacking the poor unsuspecting boy who carried what the starved man craved most at this moment. In a sulky and sluggish manner, he followed after the night-walker, but he underwent a miraculous change in demeanor the moment eyes landed upon the girls. With a broad smile, he quickened his pace and went instantly to Ayrn, wrapping her into an emotional hug while kissing her cheek and neck simultaneously. And I you. It feels like centuries since I've held you in my arms. After whispering this against her hair, he allowed her some distance and looked up from her to see the others moving away. Frowning he glanced back down at her and cocked his eyebrow in curiosity when she told him that she had a surprise and the others could wait to start the dinner. What could she possibly have to surprise him about? Although his stomach voiced its protest rather adamantly whenever the lass began to lead him off, the drake quickly silenced it and focused instead upon the lady. When she turned around and took both of his hands, he caught the nervous light in her depths and the suspicion and alarm slowly began to grow. What could this be? With the next set of words that flowed forth from her mouth, the man was stunned into a trancelike state of immobile silence. Staring at her with a mouth parted and breathing increased, he watched as she sank to the ground on one knee and only then did his reaction kick in. Kneeling on both knees in front of her, he took the ring box from her hand and set in on the bench beside them just as he leaned in to deliver a passionate kiss that portrayed all the love that swelled within his chest. Leaning away, an extraordinarily happy smile broke out across facade and he slowly tugged on her arms so she would stand as he did. Get up Ayrn. No woman should be on their knees and especially not the mate and wife-to-be of an alpha. Not even if it is in front of the man lucky enough to call her his own. Unable to resist, he wrapped his arms around her again, pulling her tightly against his length and kissed her for a long time; never wanting to come up although he forced himself to after a while for there were many things to celebrate that night and he wanted to share it with their friends. Picking up the ring box, he took out the beautifully designed band and slipped it on his finger. Taking her left hand which now bore his grandmothers ring that he had given her many months ago before their separation, he lifted it to his mouth and kissed it, watching her with a glow about him that hid the entire former lack luster aura. I do not want to share you with them tonight, but I do want to share our news and show you off as my bride so I'll let us have dinner, but later, you are all mine and I will not accept anyone taking you from me or me from you for at least a whole day. Grinning his crooked smile, the man straightened, taking his woman's arm under his own and walked back along the path to the restaurant, knowing that today would be a day for the history books: one that would burn in his mind for all eternity.

After what had happened between the two of them it had taken her a long time to finally decide that she wanted to be married to the man. Now that she looked back on it all it seemed ridiculous since it had been both of their doings when he had left and not singularily one of their faults and she felt now that the time apart made her realize that she did not want to be apart from him anymore. When she had first gotten back with him she had wanted to take it slow and to make sure that it was the right thing and that she was not just going to get hurt again but come on this is Erixic we are talking about. Slow was not in either of their vocabulary, it did not take long for them to be back in almost the same place as they had been before the break up minus the fighting and sneaking around. He had adjusted to what she had dubbed as her new life at the hotel easily and the new aspect of her life that revolved around Pirzi. It had been such a large change but one that she welcomed and she looked back on the way they had been before they had broken up and it felt as though she was missing something although at that time it had not been apparent. At first when she had applied to adopt a child she had thought that she was crazy, she made it apparent that she did not want to adopt a young one because there were plenty of people out there for the younger ones and it was the teens that a lot of people were hesitant to adopt. When she had first met with some of the contenders she wondered if she was making the largest mistake especially when she ended up adopting a young shifter who had a criminal record. Perhaps the hotel which her and Damien had worked so hard to build would not be the place for someone like that. But Pirzi had proved her wrong, it was the perfect place for the girl and she had adjusted into the lifestyle easily. Ayrn had full confidence in the girl and her decisions. The younger lady had also been in on the secret of what was about to happen right now. When the cab pulled up to the curb she was able to feel her heart flutter in her chest in a nervous gesture. There were goosebumps on the backs of her arms though it was no where near cold out. A few nerves were lost when the man wrapped her in his arms and kissed her cheek telling her that it had felt like centuries since he had held her in his arms. A broad smile crossing delicate features. When she told him that she had a suprise for him and lead him in the direction of the small garden outside the restaurant he looked confused though she did not let this phase her as a deep breath was taken in as she reached for both his hands and asked him if he would marry her. Breathing was accelerated as heart pounded in her chest although she knew it was all ridiculous. All day she had been repeating over and over in her head what she was going to say and how she was going to ask but when they had been in the cab making their way to the small mall she spotted this place and combined with the sun sinking below the horizon and the prospect of an amazing meal afterward she knew that it would be perfect and she knew that this night would be etched in her mind for the longest time to come. She had even played the part and gotten onto one knee to ask him. He did not accept her being on her knee in front of him though and soon dropped to the gravel that lined the path in front of her until he was down to her level. Before a reply was even granted lips met hers in a passionate kiss and she felt all the previous nervousness melt away at this touch. She had always wondered when their relationship had been new if this feeling of passion and spark between them would ever fizzle and disappear though now more then a year in and it if anything had intensified. As soon as they had broken apart an extraordinary smile crossed the handsome mans face as he pulled her back to her feet. He told her that no woman such as herself should be on their knees in front of him and pride swelled in her chest at the high rank he held as well, he was a leader to so many people and a role model to some of the younger members of the pack and even she had seen that people tried to mirror him as much as possible and he was all hers. If you had asked her what she thought her life would have been like now five years ago she might have answered that she had no clue if she would even be around any longer and that she was living from day to day therefore she did not want to think of the future. Now though she could see clearly what it was going to be like, sure there were going to be rough patches but she knew that they could get through them. Thoughts were taken off everything once his lips met hers again and she was pulled close to him. Her hand that had his grandmothers ring was brought to his lips. He uttered that he did not want to share her tonight though he wanted to share the news with the others that were in the restaurant but dinner would be all that he would tolerate sharing her for. A small chuckle was released into the air between them, all previous nervousness was forgotten. Looping her arm with his she fell into stride with him heading towards the restaurant. When they entered her eyes fell on the large table that had been put aside for them with the two seats vacated. Pirzi smirked and winked in her direction knowing what had just happened. She took her seat with a small smile. Dario turned to her. Well there better be a good reason why we had to wait for you guys to return, I am starving. He said with a small chuckle and a knowing glance to the glowing man who accompanied her.

Bricaza Black* The day felt like a whirlwind of shopping that had ended far too quickly for the natives liking. Her accomplishment for the day was to purchase a dress that Ayrn and the other women had insisted looked excellent on her figure and when she looked in the mirror, she had to admit that they were not just flattering her. Although red was not usually a color she appreciated enough and the pattern of the fabric was far from the simplicity she preferred, but it was not so complex to the point where she felt as if it were wearing her. So she had bought it while the other ladies purchased their own clothes. After that, they had dabbled in a few other stores, but not much time was left for them to return to the cruise liner, dress, then return to the mainland for dinner where they would meet the men. Reluctantly, her emerald depths had lingered upon a store that was sure to hold the sort of lingerie that Dario had spoke of, but Bricaza was too embarrassed and modest to shop for such things in front of the other women even if it looked like they would be quick friends. Leaving that shopping for later destinations, the lass raced after the group just as they hailed a cab, determining to apologize to her lover for not fulfilling his smallest request even if it had been meant in jest. She wanted to do everything she could to please her life's mate and felt rather guilty that her chronic shyness had prevented her from doing a simple task that would not waste much time, but would gain expressive reactions from the immortal man. Accepting the other's offer of getting ready together, she stopped by her rooms only briefly to grab the necessities she would need when dressing and then the lady moved down the hall to knock on alpha pair's door. The teenager answered the door and let her in, each of them taking turns in the shower then progressing into a circular rhythm where one dressed while the other showered and still another fixed her hair and face. Once all were finished, they left the boat and again hailed a cab to take them to the restaurant that had been spotted earlier that day. While waiting on the boys at the entrance, Bri was reminded of the task they had carried out that day and as the moments ticked away, worry began to build within her chest. Suddenly, breathing was rather hard and her hands busily played with the pendant at her neck; liquids anxiously searching the road for a cab or any figures that looked similar to the vampire and shape shifter pair. Of course, she tried her best to hide her concern from her fellow ladies, but felt as if she failed miserably. She expected the best; hoped for it, but in the back of her mind, the worst scenario formed itself into a possible reality. Just when she was about to lose it and take off to find her lover or whatever would be left of him, a car slowed to a stop at the curb and both familiar forms got out. Sighing in relief, her hands finally stilled on her breast, but she continued to hold the pendant in one grip while the other arm fell to her side. Only once her gems could clearly make out the handsome features of her fiancé did she drop the hand holding the necklace he had given her and let a broad, relieved grin break out to be directed towards him. As is customary in reunions like this between partners, everyone else melted away from the damsel's consciousness and she focused merely upon the vampire before her as he approached to where he was close enough for her to throw her arms around him. This was done with as much affection as someone might expect so suspicions could not be thrown upon her overdramatic greeting which had originally been planned. Turning her head while still hugging tight to his neck, she let her lips press a lingering kiss to his cheek before hold fell away as the vixen stepped back, giving him his space with only their hands connecting them any longer. Returning to reality just in time to hear Ayrn dismiss herself and Erixic before the pair started out into the garden, the Native American found herself confused and turned to look at her companion for help. What is about there? She asked him with a raised eyebrow as they paused outside of the doors, in no rush to demand their table as nearly half of their party had just departed from them for an unknown expanse of time. Eventually, they did move slowly into the building and claim their table. They had sat down and were brought drinks that they had ordered without placing requests yet for food when the others joined them. Looking up from the menu that she had been reading for the past few minutes while struggling to determine what she wanted to eat, a puzzled expression flashed across features briefly when she saw the utter happiness that seemed to seep from the duo. Then, as her lover teasingly called out to them, drawing a chuckle from the bloke, she saw a flash of brilliance that had caught the light when he paused in front of the open chairs to lift his lover's hand to his lips. Gasping, expression completely changed and she jumped up from her seat, immediately moving to the other side of the table. Oh, let me see! I knew the Gods gave good omens for this trip! Without regarding her usual constraints of politeness, she snatched up Ayrn's hand to look at the ring upon her finger, her excitement overflowing as she looked up from the newly added piece of jewelry to look at the other bride-to-be. It's beautiful! So wonderful. A very affectionate person, she wrapped her arms around the other without thinking and only after squeezing her rather tightly for a few long seconds, did she realize her manners had been misplaced the moment she had stood from the table and in consequence dropped the embrace instantly, stepping back with a shy smile shifting between the two before she returned to her seat at Dario's side, grinning over at him while reaching for and clasping his hand underneath the table.
Erixic Matthews| It was impossible to express exactly what the man was feeling. His elevated state of spirits made all worries and pains wash away. Glancing over at his lover as they walked, he still could hardly believe that they were in this situation now. A month or more ago when they had gotten back together, he had thought this would never happen and yet, here they were and Ayrn had even been the one to ask. One thing he would never tire of: she never failed to surprise him. How he got lucky to be with such a caring, faithful woman was beyond him. It was a miracle in itself that she had accepted him back after how he had left her and now, when they once again found themselves engaged, the male found there were no words to even describe how he felt. Since their recollection, Erixic had done all he could to win back her trust, working as hard as he could to be the man she wanted and deserved to have. When she had attempted to give him back his grandmother's ring, his hopes had been completely crushed and the drake had resigned himself to the fact that they would never be married as he fantasized about being, but the amazing had happened with the lass changing her mind. Now, he could have all he ever wanted. Now they would wear the black tux and white dress, be drowned in a shower of rice, take off in a getaway limo, and hide away at the honeymoon spot of their choosing. So strange it seemed that all of this was possible now. With his one hand pressed over hers which lay upon his arm, he led her back down the walk the way they had came then approached the hostess's podium, asking for their reservation before being led back to the table where Bricaza, Pirzi, and Dario sat looking over menus. Even though he fought to keep his expressions under control, he could not help beaming like a fool the instant he saw them all and they looked up to take in the sight of the duo, his pride swelling at the thought of calling the beautiful lady at his side his wife. They had neared the table and were about to part ways to sit down when Dario let free his words and brought a chuckle from Erixic. Grinning still, he continued towards the table without a word and just before pulling out his mate's chair for her, he turned and lifted her hand with the ring to his lips once more, silver depths meeting jade pair while he winked at her with the outside eye so the others would not see. Trust me my friend. There was a very good reason. Vocals commented back, gaze sweeping to include the other male while he pulled his own chair back and made a move to sit down. Before he could, however, the excited gasp caught his attention and he paused while bending at the waist to lean over the chair, liquids moving to Bri who had stood up and rushed to Ayrn's side, demanding to see the ring on her finger. Laughing, he relaxed and sat down then with elbow propped up on the table, he rested his head on his fist and watched the girls with amusement as words and hugs were exchanged before the exotic damsel seemed to realize what she was doing and immediately backed away to take her seat by her own fiancé. Yes it is beautiful. Fits her perfectly doesn't it? Playfully making the compliment to Ayrn just as she sat down in the chair between himself and Pirzi, the man sat up then reached across to tug on a strand of the lady's hair, meaning only to tease her even with a sweet comment that could identify him as a brownnoser.

Dario Lombardi: The ride in the cab seemed to take forever, there was nothing that would be able to ease his nerves in the same manner in which the native girl could. He felt as though he was sitting at the edge of his seat and praying for the cab to magically jump to super sonic speed to get them to their destination, could the girls not have chosen a location that was closer to where they had been for the day, well he could not blame them since none of them had known where they had been for the entire day. He was thankful that he at least had enough time to shower before coming to the restaurant since he knew that even if he managed to get every speck of a reminder off him from what had happened he would have still felt dirty, just because you were a dangerous vampire did not clear your conscious and make you feel better about anything that you did. Sure it did make it easier to continue knowing you were disposing of the worlds filth that without you would have gone on to murder unsuspecting people and pry them away from their familes or continue to lock more people into the curse. Though it had just been a long while since he had carried through with this and therefore it was taking a large toll on him. A silent pact was made that the moment that he stepped out of the cab he would be free of the constraints that these thoughts were putting on him. He would no longer allow it to cross his mind, it was over and done, the men that had been murdered were some of the worst he had ever met, though who said it was alright for him to be the one to carry out the task? Shaking his head lightly and out of sight of the other man he was glad that it was quite dark in the cab between them since he knew that even though the shifter had night vision it would be a little more discreet and at least it felt better than to be revealed in the broad daylight. He was true to his promise to himself when they reached the curb and the door from either side opened as both he and the shifter stepped out to the sidewalk, he was a little farther away since he had gotten out of the one that was directed to the road. Instantly the man moved to the only one who he set eyes on, not caring what the others had to say. The girl was wearing a stunning red dress that seemed to set off all the right features, eyes widened slightly at just how out of character though stunning it looked on her. She looked to be grasping something that lay around her neck and it was then that he noticed that it was the pendant that he had given her when their relationship had been rather new. This brought a confident smile to the man's lips that only widened when they got closer. Before he even had the chance to open his mouth to say something that would form a greeting or to engulf her in a hug her arms were thrown around his neck and the closeness of her body caused blood to pump heavily through his veins. He could see that she knew what had happened in the course of today and even though she looked as though she had been suspicious this morning he had not wanted to tell her for sure, he did not want the girl to have to lie to her new friends about it for him so therefore if she did not know for sure she would not be lying since he was almost positive that Ayrn would have seen the tension in her man before they had parted ways this morning. A reason why it had been so essential to leave early and get it out of the way. As lips were pressed to his cheek a palm moved from where it had been around her waist holding her tight to run along the smooth surface of her cheek bone. You don't have to worry, it is all over now. He murmered gently as he closed the distance between the two and the relief filled words were uttered into her hair. When Ayrn then excused the two of them to head in the opposite direction of the restaurant he was in the dark as well sure he had recieved a text when he had been in the cab that asked him if he would be able to carry on to accept their reservations and tell the rest of the table that they would only be a brief moment though he did not have a clue why. Bri voiced the question though. I am not too sure, she texted me in the car and asked me to accept the reservations and telling me that they were under her name and to keep the rest of the table busy and promising that she would not be long. He did not let it bother him though since he was ready for a night out with his woman. Hand reached out to take the girls hand and interlock fingers with her, catching the door as it was opened and allowing her to pass through first in a polite manner before then holding it open for the group behind her. He pulled the chair out for her when they got to the table and he could not help but think that the restaurant was a rather stunning choice as it overlooked the sea that seemed to be the main attraction of their holiday, and holiday it was now that the business was over with and there was no reason for any of them to be tense any longer. He had just picked up the menu when the girl at his side seemed to have spotted something and he looked up to see the other couple that had excused themselves walking in the direction of the table though there was no reason for them to not be happy they looked exceptionally joyful and even he was able to see this. He stated that there better be a good reason why they were held up with a playful glint in amber coloured optics. As Ayrn's hand was brought to the man's lips he was able to see the glimmer of something with diamonds on the finger that usually presented a commitment to a man. Shocked but happy expression crossed his face. Bri seemed to mirror this and jump to her feet, admiring the stunning gesture of his lady he then stood, a hand clapped the man lightly on the back in a congratulations. Congratulations you two. When Bri had allowed the girl free of her hug he then replaced it with a quick hug of congrats before then stepping back to his chair. When she sat back down as well she reached under the table to grab for his hand and her palm was squeezed lightly. He allowed the other two to speak to the rest of the people at the table when the waitress came his order was placed of a medium rare steak dinner. For a change at the table he ordered a glass of white wine and it arrived with his meal. The night could not be more perfect in his eyes and soon enough it was time for them to get back to the boat to continue on on their trek. As they passed through the doors again the group seemed to split off into smaller groups with the two newly engaged talking amongst themselves and the younger two joking with the mother of the younger male shifter. Leaving him and Bri alone. Since there was not enough room for them all in one taxi they ended up having to hail their own. While I am incredibly glad you have made such good friends, I do believe I can now have you for myself for this trip, and I am not too sure if I am willing to share. He said with a small smile before he opened the taxi door for her and stepped in on the other side. When they arrived at the boat launch they were just on time and the boat passes along with ID was produced from his pocket and used to get them both on board. When reaching the bottom of the cabin he turned backwards to the other couple stepping ahead of them. Good night. He uttered gently before then turning back politely to the girl. So what would you be interested in doing for the rest of the night, I am all yours, no other commitments. Ayrn Willems: This morning when the two men had left for the day she had a sneaking suspicioun that she knew where and why they were going. She did not think poorly of it that he did not tell her either even though when they had gotten back together she had made him promise that there would never be any secrets between them since it had torn them apart the first time and she felt as though they could handle anything as long as they were together. Knowing that for sure they would be facing one of the most dangerous vampires in history was not something that fell into the category of the need to know basis since she was already sick to her stomach thinking about the possibilities. If she had known for sure she was sure that she would have tried to follow them and might have ended up hindering what had happened today. By keeping her oblivious he was protecting her and the rest of the pack plus she knew that this whole thing was time sensitive. She was not naive though since Dario was a pro on the subject and he had come to their room the day before to inform them that he knew that Dillon was going to attack on the first time that they touched ground and Erixic had given them the perfect opportunity to get out of the way sending them shopping with a newly acquired friend and sending the rest of the pack to take care of them and make sure that they were safe. She needed to make sure that he knew that she was alright with this though. Before they moved from the bench she turned to him, placing hands on either side of his face. Don't worry I know what you and Dario were doing today and I am not mad that you did not tell me, I understand. I am just so glad that you are not hurt. Soft expression was mirrored in emerald coloured eyes and not for even a moment did they harden even as she spoke about being left in the dark. Now it was time for them to return to the people that were waiting in the restaurant for them since it would not be long before they would have to return to the boat and they would be able to continue on the rest of their vacation. As she stood her arm looped through his for palm to rest on his forearm. She was silent as her mind reeled in the thoughts, she looked forwards for his parents to meet Pirzi since they had not been able to arrange a meeting before they left since it was all too shakey before now. With them being engaged though there was no reason for them to not meet the adopted daughter of Ayrn that meant so much to her. When they approached to the table she knew that all their eyes were on the two of them and wondering what had just gone on when they had been outside and left the party. Dario prodded a small chuckle from the male when he uttered that there better be a good reason why they were making the rest of the table wait to have dinner though it was in nothing more then a joking manner to lighten the mood and try to get him to talk about it. Her hand was brought to Erix's lips and the glitter of the ring was apparent to the rest of the table and Bri took no time to notice and beaming smile was shot to the girl who stood and threw her arms around her, it felt wonderful to have a person close enough to share the news with a woman that she would be able to talk to. It was such a new feeling for her, a beaming smile shot to the girl even as she stepped back to take her place back at the table. Thank you. I am very lucky. She uttered in a response to the words that the girl spoke. Within a couple of moments she was then sitting at the table, hand placed on the males knee beneath the table with an occasional glance and small smile being shot to him. She ordered a tuscan pasta dish from the menu before then placing it down and eating and it seemed to take forever since she was already thinking of the night ahead. Being able to talk to the man that she would one day call her husband. When they were finally finished she wrapped an arm around his waist with a small smile as they exitted the restaurant, Pirzi was busy with Taelix and assumingly spending the night doing something fun with him. As they hailed a cab she stepped into the car beside him. So I saw a sign for a hot tub on the cruise earlier, I think we should check it out. She told him before moving to lean against him.

Bricaza Black* Arms tightened around him, holding him as close as she could as he leaned in and whispered reassuring words into her ear. Even though the news was something she had deduced by him arriving with no visible physical damage, it was a relief to hear the words come from his lips. It felt like a weight was officially lifted off of her and in a half sob, she released an unsteady breath only to bury her face against his neck and shoulder. I know; I know. Piwakila wakatanka(Thank god). After a brief moment longer, she finally let him go and hastily wiped the salt water brimming at the edges of her eyes to keep them from overflowing from sockets to spill onto cheeks and stain them with unnecessary tears. He was back, unscathed from the ordeal as was Erixic so she should not be crying although her endorphins had simply triggered this emotional response as a natural reaction. It was out of relief not sadness that she struggled with the threat of escaping tears. Soon enough, she had herself under control and after he answered her question regarding the other couple, they led the way into the restaurant, walking hand in hand to the door and from there to the table that they were taken to. A beaming, proud smile met the man with each polite gesture the bloke displayed to not just her, but to the entire group who had come along for the experience. Bri found it truly amazing that she could keep herself from kissing him more often than what she did his charms just came so naturally and she appreciated every little display of respect that he showed to all those he came in contact with. Gracefully, she sank into the seat pulled out for her then picked up her menu to look at the choices just when the alpha couple returned with their happiness lighting up the entire room it was so obvious. As one who always enjoyed sharing in those moments of enjoyment for others and herself, the damsel was unable to contain herself when she saw the flash of a sparkle off the brilliantly set in sterling silver diamond ring. Although she personally was embarrassed with how forward she had been when expressing her excitement, Ayrn seemed to think nothing of it which reassured her that she had not made a fool of herself, however, this did not keep her from sinking back slowly into the background where she could sit beside her lover and remain relatively characteristically quiet for the rest of the meal. Her hand found his beneath the table easily as she looked over the menu, deciding upon a plate of lemon pepper salmon with dirty rice. Conversation was casual and lively throughout the rest of the evening while they all ate and drank. The Native American ordered a glass of white wine to go along with her food, remembering the sweet yet bitter taste from the time she had eaten dinner with Dario at his apartment when she had stolen a sip while he was not looking and readily enjoyed the drink in front of everyone, only glancing towards her mate when first asking the waitress to bring it for her just to catch his reaction. After they had all finished and all bills had been paid, they got up as a group and headed to the street, each of them getting into the cabs as groups to leave the shifter and the vampire the last two that got a fare. Grinning up at him while the car pulled up to the curb after he had spoke, she lifted herself up onto her tip toes briefly to kiss his cheek before stepping forward and sliding down into the seat, giggling to herself while marveling at how much he really loved her. They got to the boat dock right behind the rest and provided their IDs for the attendant at the ramp before boarding. Coming to their room, she waved to the others as they departed and went into their separate cabins, leaving the two alone in the hallway. When he asked her what she wanted to do, the lass instantly let her teeth clamp upon lower half of her lip while she debated what to suggest. Once an idea had made root in her mind she found she could not let it go and with a tentative look, directed emerald gaze up to meet amber depths. Dancing? Could we find somewhere here to dance? Thinking back to the last time they had been dancing together out in the woods, she remembered him confessing his love for her and the thrill that she had felt then set waves of pleasure through her body anew. It had not been so long ago and yet, at the same time it was as if that one moment had been etched into her brain a century ago. She wanted to dance with him again even if she made a fool of herself by stepping on his foot again. It was that connection that she craved and she wanted to make him happy which dancing seemed to achieve.
Erixic Matthews| Just as he began to walk towards the restaurant and reluctantly away from the beautiful garden where she had just asked him to marry her, a slight tug on the arm that was looped around hers cause the man to stop prematurely and turn back to face his lady with a slightly confused frown upon features. Arms dropped to his sides when she reached up to grasp his face and for the first time since reuniting with her, he let his hoax drop so she could see how exhausted he was from the ordeal while she spoke. Eyes closed and body swayed a little bit, but he caught himself before the involuntary action became too noticeable and forced muscles to hold up upright. With a forlorn expression, his arms lifted slowly as if they had heavy weights attached to them and long fingers wrapped around her wrists, thumbs caressing along the soft underbelly of her arms where the tendons protruded naturally from the surface of the skin. I wanted to tell you Ayrn. I killed me having to walk away knowing I might not see you again. I didn't want to leave you with truth untold, but I couldn't bring myself to tell you either and worry you unnecessarily. Opening his eyes with some effort, he looked at her with gray depths sad and repenting. Even though she told him she was not mad that he had not told her, the male also remembered their promise to one another that they had made when they had gotten back together and found it difficult to not feel guilt for breaking the vow at least for one day. Of course, he had intended to tell her exactly what had gone on earlier in the day for him and Dario, but telling her after the fact he knew would not give him penance for his first offense. As if the world was rotating in slow motion, the pair moved; both dropping their arms while the one composed himself enough, reinvigorated by the reminder that there should be nothing at all wrong with the night now that he was engaged to the one person he loved most in the entire universe. Walking now with a renewed pep to his step, Erixic led his lady to the table and their friends only to receive the warmest welcome he could have ever expected. Once they were seated at the table, he passed Ayrn her menu before taking his own to glance at the list of dishes that were available for order. The warmth of her hand as it slid onto his knee might have surprised him if he had not already expected it. Glancing up from behind the menu, the lord sent her a brilliantly charming smile then moving so as to not attract any attention, he moved his hand nearest to her from the table where it had been resting to sit atop her hand, grip squeezing it briefly before letting himself relax and return to ordering. He ordered a rotisserie style duck with various glazed vegetables for his food of choice. Everything was prepared splendidly and time seemed to fly by as they all enjoyed themselves immensely, however, for the shifter who could hardly keep his eyes off the brunette beside him, the seconds could never pass by fast enough. Thankfully, before long the men finished paying the bills then the whole group got up as one entity and made way for the street where they hailed cab after cab to take them to the docks. When theirs arrived, Erix stepped forward to open the door for his miss and slid in beside her, eyebrows raised with a mischievous smile upon kissers as he caught her suggestion just as she climbed in. Politely, he leaned forward to tell the cabbie where to take them then settled back against the seats and quickly wrapped her up in his arms to pull her almost completely onto his lap and kiss her skin right along the junction of her chin and neck, not carrying about the man in the driver's seat who was sure to find the people riding along in the backseat of his car to be the most amusing thing he would see all night. I think that sounds like a good idea to me. Let’s not forget the key this time though and we should probably wear swim suits. Vocals teased into her ear while he chuckled and directed his gaze out the window, impatiently watching and waiting to see how long it would take them to reach the ship. He paid their fare as the cab pulled up to the dock then got out first, helping her to follow suit before they headed towards the ramp to board and presented their IDs. Once aboard, they said their goodbyes to everyone else and made their way to their room to retrieve clothes they would need for swimming. The door shut behind the male and he eagerly began to strip; taking the shirt off first which was quickly followed by his pants. Just as he pushed the fabric down from his legs, he caught a flash of color that was the medical wrap and was reminded of the wound he had not yet told his fiancé about receiving. This caused him to hesitate momentarily, but he quickly covered this hiccup up and continued on as if nothing were wrong. He put on his trunks then moved to the bathroom where he unwrapped the protection from the injury to see that it was healing up nicely now that he was properly fed and his body’s energy had returned for the most part. Still, it would sting getting into the hot water of the hot tub, but this discomfort he would stand in exchange for holding Ayrn in his arms again.

Dario Lombardi:
He had no idea that this was going to affect him this much mentally, it was hard to believe especially since he had spent a vast majority of his life taking care of people like this as a job. This one had been no more personal than any of them and he knew that if it was more personal he knew that he would have hated the man. He shook this out of his mind though, when the stunning girl was in front of him his attention was to be merritted to her and nothing else. She looked even more amazing than usual, the colour scheme of the dress was a little wilder then she would have usually picked which made him think it must be a product of the shopping trip and with her dark hair it looked amazing and he could not wait to tell her that. With vivid green eyes it contrasted so deeply making them look even more startling. Soon she was in his arms and he wrapped her in a tight hug whispering to her that it was all over and she responded sounding choked up by tears of relief that made him realize just how much he meant to her. He pulled away from her for a moment to allow thumb to wipe the tears from her cheeks with a somber look crossing face before a kiss was placed on her forehead. Allowing her to compose herself for as long as it took before heading into the restaurant. You look beautiful, by the way Bri. He uttered close to her ear with a small smile. As soon as she seemed ready he lead the way to the door and opened it for her and the rest of the group as it was passed between members and they were taken to a table that allowed for two extra seats for the two that were outside. The girl wore a grin that could not be rivalled and made his heart flip flop from within his ribcage. She had no idea how she affected him, no other girl had ever come close to this. After this many years he had finally met his match, it was trure that there was someone out there for everyone and it was just a matter of finding them, though if you had asked him about this even 10 years ago he would have laughed bitterly in your face. He was glad that he grew up in a time where there was a lot more respectful gestures that came so naturally and the males were taught even in school since courting a girl was a lot more discreet in those times. So the small things were what counted when you were being counted as a suitor. To him it all came like first nature now as he pulled out the chair for her to sit in. A smug smile crossed face when he immediately recognized what had happened between the two that returned and he offered his congratulations when watching as Bri stood and engulfed the other girl in a hug and he could not help the swelling of pride that festered in his chest. She had no idea how much he admired her, after all she had been so out of her element and never met anyone from out of the tribe until him and she was always courageous and excited to do the many things that he prodded her to experience and now she had someone in the outside world that was a lot like her that she could call a friend. She was so brave. She looked embarrassed though which he was not too sure why when Ayrn accepted it graciously and both of them seemed to be beaming. She sat back down in her chair and accepted the hand that he offered her under the table and thumb drew small circles on the sensitive side of the girls palm while they looked through the menu to decide on what they would be ordering. He decided on steak as he felt a big meaty dinner might be something to ease the way he felt about today. There was a lot of small talk that went on at the table and he politely commented when his opinion was needed or there was questions that were asked but he did not contribute too much just sitting back and observing, it was nice to be around these people that were so different from the groups of vampires that he had been a part of all his life. Bri ordered a glass of white wine with her meal and he decided to order a glass of rum on the rocks before then leaning back in his chair and waiting for the meal to arrive, which it did in orderly fashion and soon enough after all the food was consumed they had stood since they needed to get back to the boat and he made his way to the front to pay the bill from them. He lead the way out to the curb though somehow they still managed to get the last cab which he did not mind, he wrapped an arm around the girls shoulders and as the last driver navigated the way to the curb he stepped forward opening the door and sliding in behind her, securing the seatbelt over his lap and reaching for her hand once more. Fingers folded in with hers and only parted when they arrived at the dock for him to pass the man driving a generous tip along with the payment before reaching through his pockets for his ID. They passed through the security easily with the rest of the group and said their goodbyes once they got into the hallway where they would part ways. She suggested dancing a face instantly lit up. I would love to go dancing with you. He knew that there was a club setting on the top of the ship where the bar was located at night and that would be perfect since the night was mild. There was nothing that could be greater than being close to her though so he knew that he would have said yes to anything that she would have suggested, well unless it had anything to do with sharks. When they reached the room he placed the rest of the things that had been brought with them like their Ids which were passports onto the night stand of their room before then returning out into the hallway. I heard that around this time they turn the deck into a kind of dance club, we can go check it out. He stated gently, it they did not like it then they would be able to return to the room or go to do something else since it was not as though they needed to be up early for anything tomorrow since they were now on vacation. It was quite the transformation when they climbed the stairs and lights off all different colours lit up the deck of the boat though not enough that it would seem awkward much like club lighting, large coloured looking balloons that held other lights were strewn across the top above their heads and the place was packed with what looked like it could be all the other people on the cruise. The music was loud and upbeat a totally different kind of dancing though the man was easily adaptable as he grabbed her hand and pulled her into the crowd with a reassuring smile. Eyes were only on her as he then moved to wrap arms around her waist and body moved easily to the tempo, she seemed to catch on and move in sync with him within the first song and get the hang of it. So when a slow song came up he was pleased to move closer until there was no space between the two of them and he was able to feel her heart beat against his chest. This song seemed to go by so fast and soon it was into upbeat songs again, when another man came his direction he eyed the guy and the guy tapped him on the shoulder a traditional way to ask to cut in and he sent the guy a death glare. Sorry not tonight. He said almost in a low growl before then stepping forward to wrap her in his arms. I am not sharing tonight, thats for sure. He uttered gently against her hair.
Ayrn Willems:
It was impossible not to see his face drop when the topic was brought up though it was not intended to make it seem as though she had the intentions of getting mad at him, just the opposite actually since she wanted to make sure that he knew that it was alright that he had not told her since he had probably been told by Dario not to tell anyone and she believe it or not trusted the vampire. He knew what he was doing and knew a hell of a lot about the vampire in which they had been hunting. There was no way that she was going to allow anything to come between them in a time like this where they were finally back on track to being where she was sure they both wanted to be in the relationship. She definately had Bri to thank to getting the confidence to actually carry through with this, sure it had been planned already and she had the ring though she did not have a set date where she wanted to do it or any plans regarding it. Now that the nervousness that she had felt about asking him had worn off she was left with the bliss that she had only felt one other time though she could not help but feel a little nervous after what had happened last time. This time felt more permanent though and felt as though it was going as planned. He grabbed her wrists and hands were extended to him as soft expression crossed features. Its fine. Honestly, I understand, let's not talk about this right now. Theres better things to worry about. She uttered gently to him with a smile. The look that reflected in the males eyes made her feel horrible and smile flickered to a small frown before reaching out to touch his cheek. Soon enough though something in him seemed to change a little and he realized that he would not be able to go back in time now so it really did not matter all that much and she was not going to allow anything to get ruined between the two of them as they then moved off in the direction of the restaurant and passed through the doors to be emersed in the rest of the group that showered them with congratulations before she then moved to sit down in her chair immediately reaching across to rest her hand on the mans knee and have his hand move to rest over top of hers. A small knowing smile played across lips though she did not want to make it too obvious before then then picked up the menu and leafed through it before finding the pasta section since she was not too fond of fish. She ordered her pasta and it was there in a timely fashion set in front of her steaming and both looking and smelling delicious. It seemed as though the meal passed so slowly since she was waiting to be able to leave the restaurant and get to spend the rest of the night in just the company of Erixic. When the dinner was finished they stood up from the table following the rest of the people out to the front where they paid their bill before then hailing a taxi and they seemed to get the first one. When he told her that this time they better remember their key she smiled and then the suggestion of wearing a bathing suit prodded a devious look. I don't think anyone would mind, you might just get a little jealous. She said with a chuckle. He opened the door for her and she slid into the seat though instead of taking the one on the other side she decided that she wanted to be closer to him and sat in the middle, pulling the seat belt over her lap before then settling in close to him squirming a bit to be frustrating for him before offering a charming smile and resting her head on his chest for the short drive to the dock of the boat and stepping out to provide their ID. They said their good byes to the rest of the group, Pirzi was the last that lingered and Ayrn gave her a hug before she told them that she was going to the cinema with Taelix and promising that she would call if she needed anything. When they reached the door it was barely closed before he started losing clothes, she moved into the bedroom before closing the door and searching through her bags to pull out the black bikini and pull her dress over her head and change into it, it was a short walk to the glass doors at the end of the hallway that was the pool so she wrapped a towel around her since she did not have a problem walking the distance exposed, though she was not too sure what Erixic would think of that. When she noticed that he was changed she grabbed his hand and headed out the door, pulling him along the hallway with quick and light steps, it seemed to be a perfect time since a lot of people were out off the boat eating dinner and the others had little kids that were going to bed so the pool and the hottub were not too busy with only a few other couples that seemed to be in their own world. She let go of his hand to move to the edge of the deep end of the pool, elegant arc was formed by her body as arms were placed over her head in an dive that caused her to barely break the water surfacing and treading water.

Bricaza Black* Excitement lit emerald pools as the man's features brightened at her suggestion just like she had hoped they would. Grinning back at him, she followed him to the door of their cabin, hardly able to contain the happily little squeak that exited from her lips while he disappeared behind to door and out of hearing range to leave their IDs and excess baggage in the room. Thankfully, her wardrobe that she had on currently would suffice for dancing so she did not fret about wanting to change and deciding if what she was wearing was appropriate. Instead of wasting hours making a decision, the pair would be able to leave straight off and go in search of a place where they could sway together with the music. He came back out into the hallway with the idea that they could try the upper deck, having heard that they host a dance club there every night for their older guests. Nodding enthusiastically, she took hold of his arm and spun herself around till instead of facing him, she stood even with him at his side, smiling up at him with her head resting against his bicep. Let us go then. Vocals urged before they started walking up stairs to the upper deck. Once they were on the main deck, it was impossible to not hear the music as it played loudly though the speakers set along the top deck by the bar. She had yet to be up on the portion of the boat, but she had seen it from a distance and knew what to expect. What surprised her when they rounded the corner was the lights show that they were displaying along with the music. Changing along with the beat, a wide array of rainbow colors flashed across the white finish of the boat and made their mark against the sky; acting like a beacon so the entire world would know that there was a good time to be had. Even if her man might have been a little skeptical on how successful this endeavor would be, Bricaza had complete faith that the night would be spectacular and her eagerness only increased the closer they got to the dance floor. Once they got on the landing though and she caught sight of all the people moving their bodies exotically to the beat as if performing some sort of ritual dance for the Gods. Momentarily, she hesitated, letting her grip on her lover's arm grow loose till she finally dropped her arms to her side then hugged herself as he continued on, moving forward to the mass of the crowd. He got further away and her fear gripped her heart harder, but she did not want to be too far away from him so she took two quick steps forward before stopping again, cursing herself for being such a coward. As if out of habit, her hand lifted to pull the pendant out from underneath her dress and fingers began to stroke the smoothly cut gem's surface. Slowly, some of her anxiety left her, but she was still not confident enough in her own skin to stride forward after him so she continued to rub his gift for comfort, waiting for him to notice that she was no longer behind him. When he did, the male turned around and she was struck the instant their gazes met. Drawing on his power, his strength, her hand still on the gem then tucked it back into her dress before arms fell to her sides and she took a few tentative steps forward, taking the hand he offered her and letting him pull her to the dance floor. The moment they joined in the group, it was as if they were swallowed whole in a sea of people. Bodies surrounded them, engulfed them until their individual identities were nearly lost in the masses. At first, this caused her to panic, but the closeness of her mate and his reassuring touch helped her to relax. Feeling his arms move around her waist, she lifted her hand to rest them on his forearm and watched him as he adapted to the music and began to match the movements that others were making. Glancing about, she examined what others were doing then began to mimic them and him, slowly growing confident with each passing minute. Before long, her earlier reservations were gone and a broad smile replaced the worried look that had plagued features. Pulling herself closer to him, she let arms wrap around his neck and matched his actions with a compliment one of her own, liquids glinting at him playfully while the song finished. Next came a slower tempo song and instantly the fierce intensity that was pulsing through the group when they had first arrived subsided into gentleness and she welcomed the nearness as Dario pulled her tighter to him and they moved their feet along with the sound. Leaning into him, she let her head fall forward till her cheek was pressed to his chest, the warmth of his body spreading out across her face. Reaching up more, she extended her one arm across his back and let the other fall till her hand rested right in front of her nose on his chest. Contently, she drew light little doodled on his skin and suddenly had the urge to leave this dance floor just so she could be alone with him. She was just about to suggest that they go somewhere when the song changed and another upbeat song began to play, catching them both up in its power. Focused on her dancing, she did not notice the other man approaching until her lover's body stiffened, causing her to frown up at him. Looking over his shoulder, she saw a rather attractive young man tap him on the shoulder and she regarded him curiously when he asked to cut in. If she was not confused enough by the lingo, she was even further baffled by the warning glare that Dario gave him in reply along with the cold words that contained more venom than she had ever heard coming from the vampire's mouth. The stranger paled a little and went rather swiftly away, but she let her eyes follow him until the tightness of her partners hold caught her attention just before lyrics were whispered into her ears. Grinning, she moved her hand into his hair and ran digits through his locks, holding him to her as he held her to him. I would hope you are not in a sharing mood on any night. I'm not the sort of woman who enjoys spending time with multiple men. I am yours. I want to be with you all night and all day. She knew her words would please him and soothe whatever feathers had been ruffled, but she was still confused as to what had triggered his response to the stranger. Had he been asking something to do with her? Is that why he suddenly felt so adamant about telling her he did not want to share her that night? She let these questions bounce around her head for a few more songs before she grew tired of the dancing and pulled him from the dance floor, retreating away from the crowd back down to the bottom deck where they made their way to the stern of the boat. Stopping along the railing, she turned to him and ran her hands over his arms, smiling up at him while she stepped forward and pulls his arms around her waist before lifting her own extremities to wrap around his neck. What did that man mean when he asked to cut in? I'm not familiar with the term. She asked him curiously, glad that they were alone on the nearly dark portion of the boat so she could bask in his presence and enjoy the serene quiet of the night and the ocean.
Erixic Matthews| Hearty chuckles escaped at her response to his suggestion that they wear clothing while going swimming this time. Depths sparkled mischievously at her as a smirk married his features, causing the handsome man to appear rather cocky. I'm pretty sure I won't be the only jealous one if that were to happen. Last I recall you were ready to eat Laina alive when you saw her with me in Hitari and you are never too happy when you catch other women looking at me. Without thinking, he brought up the old, sore memory and instantly became apprehensive about it. Too late, he reined his mouth in and let the playful grin fall, choosing instead to watch his lady intently to judge her reaction. It was stupid really for him to be so worried about it. After all, he had more than once assured Ayrn of his discontinued love for the other woman and she as well had moved on to be with Ayrn's best friend and co-owner of the hotel with her Damien, but the fact remained that Laina was the only other woman Erixic had truly ever loved enough to want to marry and the fact that they still shared that connection, even years after, had been enough to set his current lover's jealousy into hyper drive. Whether things now were different, he was not certain although he hoped so since she had just asked him to marry her, but it still would have been safer if he had simply censured himself and not brought up past horror and heartbreak. The rest of the cab ride passed by quickly and before he knew it they were on the boat, heading towards their room to change. Once he was dressed and ready, the damsel took hold of his hand and dragged him out of the room, causing him to laugh at how much enthusiasm she expressed at going to the water with him. Normally, he would have no problem keeping up with her intensified pace, but thanks to the hole in his thigh that still had to slowly heal, he was slowed and fighting not to limp so instead he forced her to walk more in speed, laughing as he stopped and tugged her against him, pressing a teasing kiss to the tip of her nose. There's no rush babe. I'm yours to do with as you wish all night long and the night is still young. Winking at her, he could not help adding in the sexual undertone although in all truth, he would be happy with just holding her against him while they slept later on that night. Being away from her for half a year taught him to appreciate what he could get and what he wanted would come later. After that, he kept a loose hold on her hand, fingers intertwined, while they walked out onto the pool deck. When they reached the edge, he let her go while taking her towel plus his own and their room key and tossing them onto a vacant chair supplied by the pool. Upon straightening, he turned slightly to watch as his lover dove into the water in the perfect picture of elegance, drawing a smile to his lips and desire to his eyes. Following along behind her, he ran towards the edge and launched himself into the air just to dive into the water like she had, but whereas the woman's show had been all about beauty and grace, his was a display of power and strength although that had its beauty too. Resurfacing, he looked for her then quickly made his way to her, wrapping arms around her waist and kissing her soundly. Sighing, he pulled away only to rest his forehead against hers, dark gray eyes staring down into the beautiful face while the water sloshed some around them. What I wouldn't give to be back at our old home, in the hot tub in the backyard, alone.

Dario Lombardi: To him there was not too much more intimate than dancing, the closeness, with adrenaline spiking half by the loud music and half the partner who was so close and sometimes even touching at times causing heart to leap into chest and pound irregularily. Goosebumps formed on the males forearms with the way she looked against the flashing lights, and they had not even walked out onto the dance floor yet, he was only sure that it was going to get more and more exciting to him. When he took a step out into the crowd of the dance floor she did not seem to follow him and he regretted not reaching for her hand to guide her, he had forgotten that this would have been a situation that she was completely unsure of and would have never experienced. He doubted that it would have been allowed in their tribe. When she had paused she seemed to pull the gem that had been given to her when they had first gotten serious with one another to gain strength though remained firmly rooted to the spot and he headed back towards her to gather her and hope that his presence was enough of a calming effect for her to step into the masses and join him, though all she would have to say was that she was not comfortable and he would drop the evening in order to go do something else for this had been her idea and he would be pleased to do anything with her. He was able to feel her tense the moment that they got within the crowd though it would only take time before she realized that there was nothing to be nervous about especially considering the people in the crowd were either too drunk to notice them or they were too infactuated by eachother and he knew that would be the case for him the moment that they started dancing. Her hand was moved to his forearm and skin tingled beneath the light touch of the woman, he adored how little she knew about how she affected and he wished that he would be able to find accurate words to describe the feelings, though he was a man in the end and the touchy feely words somehow did not frequent the depths of his mind. Seeing the change in her that occured in less then ten minutes allowed him to relax a lot knowing that she was doing just fine and he was not constantly questioning if he should just say that they should leave, though she seemed to genuinely be having a good time now. Breathing was accelerated though the vampire was beyond fit and it was simply with the tension that always seemed to be between the two of them and when the slower tempo changed in the music and she was pulled closer to him the touching of their bodies in the rythmic beat was almost enough to send him into the deep end and ask if they could skip the rest of the night to just be in their room in eachothers company. He was not about the ruin a night like this that she had never experienced though. As they were so close his head seemed to fit right above her shoulder and light kisses were placed along her neck as entire body was pressed against hers. Everything seemed more then perfect then the song changed again to something upbeat and that was when he was approached by the rival male, there was no way that he was giving up his fiancee to this random man, not unless she wanted to dance with him, which he highly doubted. When the others offer was rejected with a glare the other man scuttled off back into the crowds. He then whispered to her that he was not in a sharing mood and instantly the beast was tamed as hands made their way to his hair and shoulders were allowed to sag slightly though they were still held tall and proud. She then uttered that she was never in a sharing mood and that she only wanted to be around him day and night and this brought a stunning and charming smile to the mans lips since it had been music to his ears, something that seemed to only have been said in movies though coming from the sweet lady he knew that it was nothing but the truth. How had he gotten this lucky in his life? Was it possible that with all the bad that he had done in his lifetime the few years that he had changed for the greater good were paying off and this was a gift for good behavior, he was a true believer in karma. After what seemed like an eternity they stopped dancing and she lead him in the direction away from the crowd and onto the lower deck of the boat, a lingering glance with all the flashing lights was etched in his mind before then they turned into the darkness of the night with little more light then a regular streetlight on the bottom part of the deck. She then wrapped her arms around his neck and he returned by wrapping arms lightly around her waist and standing there while she asked him what the other man had meant when he asked to cut in earlier. He wanted to dance with you. But I would be sick with jealousy if I allowed that to happen. There was a bench in the corner that was raised so that the people who sat on it would be able to see over the railing, it looked to be a perfect location, he dipped at the waist in order to place one arm behind her knees and lift her easily off the ground until she was being carried, a playful smile falling on the vampires features as easy strides carry both of them to the bench before he sat and placed her in his lap, still tall enough to rest his chin on her shoulder. Ayrn Willems: She was just joking around with him when she had stated that he might get a little jealous and the next thing that he said about her being jealous when he had been seen with Laina took it too far and she instantly fell silent, the playful look that had been mirrored on stunning features disappeared to compliment a more forlorn and somber look, even just the fact that it came up on what was supposed to be the most amazing night of her life made her stomach churn and heart leap into her throat, all the jealousy and pictures from the day that it had happened and he had been seen with the girl that he had formerly loved were brought back. Had the situation been different and he got the legitimate choice between her and Laina and not plagued by guilt, who would be really choose? She knew that Laina would still always be a part of both of their lives since she was now with Damien and truly she wished them all of the best luck but she felt as though she would never get to be close with the girl simply because of the awkward history, it was much different for men. She would force herself to not make this a big deal though since she did not want to ruin the night even though she knew that it would plague her for a lot longer then even she would want to admit. The rest of the car ride was fairly normal and she spent the time looking out the window at the scene that she would most likely never get to experience again since it was a small little island that did not have too much of a population and really the only way to get there was a boat since the airport was so small and she would fear to fly into there knowing that the planes could very well be 5 times her age and like the older movies held together with duct tape. When they stepped out and into the line to get back on the boat she would have liked to admit that she was all better and she was no longer thinking about what had just happened and her mind was on the rest of the night that they would spend together swimming. But she needed to clear something up before they even went this far. Back in Hitari if Laina had told you that she wanted you back and wanted another chance with you, would you have said yes? Tell me the truth. And do you ever wonder what it would be like if you had given her a second chance? She asked him as they stepped into the hallway and the others uttered their goodbyes though she had only spoken when they were out of the ear range of the rest of the group. She tried her very best to then forget all of this as she changed into the bikini and took off down the hall dragging him along with her the fast pace a meager attempt to keep her mind off Laina. She then jumped right into the water the dive into the fresh water of the pool made her feel a little better and refreshed her as well as cooled her thoughts slightly, it was not long before he joined her and did the same. He was beside her in a matter of moments and wrapped his arms around her and pressed his lips to hers which she met eagerly thought broke apart before it became too scandulous[/b]. He then told her that he wished that they were back in the old house that she had owned in the hot tub that it had had. That's all a part of the past. She stated. The house while it had some amazing memories attached to it it also had some horrible memories attached. As the other couple within the large room seemed to be making their way from the hottub to the sauna she took that as a time to break for the warmth of the water. She then swam to where it was shallow before placing her hands on the edge and hoisting herself onto the deck and walking the rest of the way to the swirling hot tub and sitting on the seat within the warm water. As head was rested back against the cold tile of the ground eyes were allowed to close. As he sat down beside her hand moved to rest against his thigh and seemed to strike a sensitive area as she was able to feel him tense slightly beneath her touch, eyes opened and brow was raised slightly. What's wrong? She asked him.

Bricaza Black* Hand moved from where it connected with its partner at the base of the man’s neck to playfully swat him in the chest, a mock look of chastisement written across wind twinged features. You're so silly! To think of being jealous of a man simply dancing with me when you know that all I am is yours. Scolding expression could not be kept up for long and even before the essa had begun to speak, the irreplaceable smile that had been on her lips earlier had returned. With teasing eyes, she looked up at him then unexpectedly forced herself onto her toes in order to press her kissers to the underside of his chin. Still, I am glad you are so selfish with me. I am not so sure I would enjoy dancing with any other. Vocals reassured him just in case the earlier spoken words had been taken out of context. The last thing the damsel wanted was for Dario to believe that she had actually been interested in dancing with some stranger while wrapped up in his arms. The experience was something she had no urge to share with anyone else outside of her fiancé. It was too personal with bodies too close. She would not be comfortable moving in tandem with another male's frame especially if he were to touch her. In all that she was, the lass remained completely faithful to her soul's mate and had no reason to sacrifice the complete closeness she felt with him simply for the sake of being polite. Within the next minute, the lord let his arms drop from her hips, causing a frown to form, but the essa did the same. Before she could inquire about what he was doing, Bricaza was swept off her feet and let loose a small surprised squeak in response. Reaching forward for something solid to hold onto, she caught the man's shoulders and then realized what he was doing. Glaring at him, she let her palms run over the broadness of his chest before slipping slender arms again around his neck and holding herself far enough away from him to where they could retain eye contact. Should I not get a warning before you surprise me like that? You give me a heart attack. Joking of course, the lady watched him without paying any attention to her surroundings because she was utterly engrossed in her lover. He sat and she settled easily onto his lap, wiggling a little only so she could sit closer to him and lean her side against his torso with her head upon his shoulder. Sighing contently, gaze was directed up towards the stars and in silence she watched the sky; listening to the music of the ocean while being lulled by the constant reminder of life and future in the form of his constant breathing which pushed her gently forward with each inhale. It's so pretty and peaceful out here even though my wolf hates the thought of being so far away from land. Shifting her seat slightly, she sat up more and turned her face till it pressed against his neck then held herself there so she could drink in his scent and engrave the memory into her mind. I am glad you brought me along with you on this trip. I enjoy getting to spend time with others of my species while making new friends and I most enjoy spending so much time with you while we are away from the strain of the pack. Sitting back some, Bri's excellent posture showed in the form of a straight back while emerald liquids landed upon the amber gems of another. If I did not feel obligated to, I would not wish to return of my old life, but I cannot deny my destiny nor can I wait to wed you. Broad grin broke out across exotic facade with the gently breeze pushing the long, dark locks from her shoulders till they teased the open skin at her back. Thinking forward for the days to come, she pictured it all playing out just like a fairy tale from one of her childhood books and even went so far as to imagine their wedding night although she cut off those scandalous thoughts before a soft blush could work its way upon her cheek.
Erixic Matthews| Erixic knew the instant that the smile fell from Ayrn's face that she too was remembering the heartache that she had endured because of him and guilt began to flood forth from its newly opened crevice anew. Most of what the damsel had been through in the past had blossomed from choices he had made even if the drama had not been completely his fault. Still, he would never forget how much she had been through and would never forgive himself for letting that hurt take place. Still, he never seemed to learn as his unhindered tongue had just licked open an old wound that would not heal so quickly as the rest. Remaining silent, he tried to wait on her to say something, but they continued the cab ride in silence. The tension was still recognizable in the air as they met up with the group and then were deserted in the hallway of their rooms. As he turned to the door and pushed the key into the slot in order to open it, the lass finally let loose the floodgates of her mouth. Pausing just as he pushed the door open, the shifter took a moment to compose himself, jaw working gently while bulk blocked the doorway, his hand still holding open the door while he picked the words to reply with. Lifting his head and standing straight, the intent, serious facade he used when he was most sincere met her searching jade pair and silver pools sparkled slightly in the downcast lighting. I am not going to lie to you. I have always wondered what it would have been like if Laina and I had a second chance at things, but I do not regret the way my life has turned out. In Hitari when I ran into her, no amount of persuasion she would have used could have convinced me to give her another chance. I had you Ayrn and since our first night together I have not wanted another woman. Laina is my past, but you are my future. Hoping that was enough to fulfill what she needed to hear from him, the bloke stepped back and held open the door for her so she would walk into their room first. Once inside, they both got dressed then she made a point to try and drag him along to the pool, but he kept himself paced since he did not want her to notice the slight vulnerability that was his leg. The water would do wonders for masking his injury though so he was just as eager, or perhaps more so, as the lass to reach their destination. Once in the pool, he felt like his range of motion had been amplified because he no longer had to rely on the strength of his bad leg to stand and move about. Swimming quickly to where she was, he wasted no time closing the distance between them and relished the feel of her warm skin against his own. Letting her keep the public displays of affection to a minimum rating, the man was content to hold her and let his lips twist in a sad sort of expression when instead of reminiscing with him; she told him that their house was all a part of the past. Feeling like their old home was now a sore subject; he dropped it and followed her to the hot tub as its previous inhabitants vacated the spot. When he went to slip into the water and take a seat beside her, he thought nothing of the soft caress on his knee until it moved a little too high up on his thigh and the light fingertips brushed the open wound. Biting his cheek, he managed to keep from hissing, but he still tensed and flinched a little and knew the moment that he did that he would have to tell her. Taking a few breaths to calm his heart rate, he finished sinking to his seat then looked over at her with a confident smile on his face. It's nothing really. Through and through bullet wound is all. It's healing rather nicely so you shouldn't worry about it. Sitting back and stretching his arms out across the back of the seat, he let his eyes close briefly, but in the next moment had the urge to hold her. Reaching for her because he knew she was highly unlikely to deny him, he tried to move her onto his lap, mercury depths lazy as they looked out from heavy lashed slits at her. So what is our future Ms. Willems? Long term wise. I can already think of a few scandalous things I would like to do in the near future so I've got that covered. Winking confidently at her, the man let his signature crooked grin slide onto his mouth, his palms moving along her sides in an affectionate manner.
