Will was out cold it was as if there was no one even present there, she supposed that was good because he needed the rest to recover from his injuries though he looked just so helpless and feeble beneath the covers on the couch. Taka walked to the kitchen and brought back and apple and a glass of water placing it on the table for him if he woke up. He then crunched into his own apple that he had brought and ushered her in the direction of the hallway she felt as though she was a sleep deprived zombie as she walked, feeling as though she was dragging her feet the entire way. She could only imagine how she looked judging by how horrible the man looked, the lines of stress were apparent on his face and it looked as though he was going to have bags under his eyes the next morning from the lack of sleep, he would until he found Nolan though. She stepped into the room allowing the door to close behind her and hearing the reassuring click, any other time she would have thought better of sleeping in the same bed as the male though right now she could not be bothered to allow rational thoughts to process and all she knew was that she did not want to be alone. A small sigh was pressed through lips as she changed into his shirt when he changed in the bathroom. She was already dressed by the time he returned in basketball shorts with his chest bare, any other time she would be tempted to provide him with an ego boosting comment, even though she knew that he did not need it or perhaps a witty remark though tonight she was much too tired and knew neither of them were in the mood to even think of their relationship. She hated that this happened on the night that they were finally official since it seemed to rain on the parade. She had been in such a good mood when they had their talk on the beach and finally she did not have to worry about not being with him and then all the chaos happened it was as if it was payback. As soon as he had vacated the washroom she had moved in that direction to simply wash her own face and then return to the bed curling up beneath the covers, eyes were then trained on the male as he lay beside her washing over the features that were so tense. It tore at her heart to see him in this manner. She had closed her eyes to attempt to sleep but it did not come immediately and she found herself just sitting there in the darkness. She shifted closer to her chin rested on his bare chest, breathing was slow and rythmic as she moved closer a palm moved to rest on the mans cheek, a small smile was managed though it quickly escaped her as soon as it had made its appearance and lips were pressed to his briefly. She had the urge to tell him that everything would be alright though even she was not too sure about that and that made her sick to the stomach. Finally though the darkness worked its magic and she drifted into a sleep, one that was dreamless thank goodness and peaceful. As a creature of habit she awoke at the break of dawn swinging her legs out from the side of the bed and onto the floor. She realized how horrible it probably looked and knew that she needed to get out of the place before she was seen, she then remembered that her car had been left at her house since Will and Taka had picked her up for the party. She was not able to wait until he would awaken though and found a small scrap of paper. Handwriting was neat as it scrawled across the paper. Went home to feed the cat, text me when you wake up? xo She left it on the bedside table where she was sure that he would notice it and slipped out of the clothes of his that she had slept in and into her attire from the party the night before, the smell of bonfire was still clinging to the clothes and she wrinkled her nose in distaste at it. The door clicked behind her, it would be a leisurely walk and the morning was nice. She stepped out onto the driveway and headed her way home, bypassing through the wooded area of the park and into the trail that lead to her own house. It took her nearly 45 minutes though her mind was a little more clear when she reached her front door and stepped through the find the offended looking cat waiting for her looking as though he had been abandoned. Instantly she then went to the food dish and filled it back up and after giving it clean water as well she moved back to her room and stepped into the shower. She could not get her mind off the missing brother though and vowed that she would go to search for him the moment that she was all cleaned up. The longer that he was out there the less of a chance they had in finding him. Dressed in clean clothes with a light layer of makeup hiding the tiredness in emerald optics she set out for her car and the aisle in which they had been in the night before. There was a different set of tracks walking down it with the look of something being dragged and interest was sparked as she parked her car off to the side before debating on going in and settling with texting Taka. Meet me at the same alley as we were in last night, there is movement here, something has changed. She knew that he would not be happy with her coming here alone but she had no choice.

crickets were heard all night long, their songs not as enjoyable as they once were. rather annoying. hearing covers shift, the girls body sank closer to him. her chin resting on his chest, her hand moving along his cheek. chin tucked as he looked down at the girl. this really wasn't how he would like to spend his first night being in a relationship with a girl he truly cared for. her torso glided up, and she gently kissed him. it was brief- perhaps a vital information detailing that nothing physical could get carried away tonight. which he deeply respected, seeing he wasn't in the mood. cradling his body so it faced hers, one hand placing itself on her shoulder. thumb rolled over her bare skin, as if it would sooth out the entire night and it's flaws. finally falling asleep, the male awoke to his phone ringing in the bathroom. at first, the male's head looked up with tired eyes only to smash down into the pillow again. but his bare side felt colder than it did last night. Reese wasn't there. arms pushed his torso up, push-up style. feet hit the ground as he stumbled tiredly over the flooring and into the bathroom. shuffling his hand around in the back pocket of his pants that he wore last night, he snatched the device. flipping it open, reading it rather quickly. he had to re-read it, to fully gain the concept. at first, he was so confused. scrambling back over to the bed, catching a tired sight to the note. reading it quickly before nodding to himself. it hit him. he frowned, eyes turning solid. why was reese there? throwing on a shirt the male was in a hurry. yet, he paused in front of his oak dresser. staring at the top drawer, his hand piled into it. shuffling around a bit, before fingertips caught the rough fabric of the bandana of the gang. pulling it out, he stared at the thing that caused so much trouble. that he'd worn for so long. that felt so empowering in his palm. fist tightened around it, tossing it onto his bed. he didn't know what he was going to do. moving quickly down the stairs, taking three steps at a time. hitting the ground floor, taka moved where will was stationed. yet.. he was welcomed into miya's scolding words. frowning he really didn't have the time to consult the lass. clearing his throat, she cursed him out in their native language. her hand tossing itself in the air, barely missing his face. she talked to him about will and nolan kissing and the girl. taka groaned, pushing through the lady. he was going to see will this morning, but knew he just didn't have the time. grabbing his keys, swiping them off of the surface of the table. movng out into the sun, eyes blinking from the lack of sleep and the sudden change in lighting. he felt confused, and in a rush. walking across the small loop to his car, fingers trying to rake through his messy hair. getting in the car, driving sharply to the location they had found will. glancing around for a moment before catching reese's car. parking behind it, he got out. tapping on her window, eyes took a solid look across the top of her car and into the alleyway. the narrow strip looked suspicious. backing from the car, giving her enough room to get out. waiting for the girl, eyes kept a steady lookout around. sighing, he huffed out a breath of air. [ what did ya see? ] he asked, unaware of what the girl had witnessed since he was driving here. maybe she saw a glimpse of a gang member, or even nolan. taka wasn't exactly mad shecame back to this location. rather surprised, and glad. however, protective status came into play. and defenses through themselves up. if shed gotten hurt.. he'd never heal. he would most likely sign a suicide threat, and rejoin the gang. they would welcome him back with open arms.

She could not think of something so boring as sitting outside the alley way in which most people would avoid and waiting for something to happen. She had stopped at Tim Hortons on her way and grabbed a newspaper which sat in her lap shielding the majority of her face from the passerbyers and looking much like a detective in one of those old corny movies that you would see your parents watching. A small snicker was emitted at the thought and the paper was lowered as another shadow had passed by her line of vision, she was parked well out of the way so she did not look suspicious though she had a clear view of the darkened space. She thought that perhaps if she would be able to rule out that no one was there that she would be able to rest a little easier knowing that she had followed all the leads the two of them had from the night before, though as of yet she had not been able to do so. There had been too much activity. Even if Nolan was not there she was sure that someone who knew where he was was there. After all she vaguely recognized a few of the faces she had seen lingering outside of an old and dumpy warehouse there. But then how would she go about getting in there to see if she was right. She did not have the time to worry about that though since Taka arrived in the next couple moments and she stepped from her own car and into the street, pausing to walk across to the sidewalk and fall into step beside him. Sorry I did not mean to leave you like that this morning, I just was not able to stay any longer. She stated gently looking up to meet azure optics, her own pair of emerald hue were soft. She then turned her attention back to the real reason that they were there. I just could not stop thinking about this place, they would have to have had a reason to drag Will here last night so there must be some connection and I figured that I would feel better if I were to come here and rule it all out but I have seen shadows and people milling around the entire time I have been here. I think he is in there. I just have that feeling Taka. I even recognized a few of them and they came out of the old garage looking place right at the entrance. She was on edge and that was impossible not to notice, hands were shoved into her pockets to keep from figeting as she stepped away from the curb and slowly in the direction of the alleyway though she had gone past it so that they would not be able to be noticed from the people that lingered in the small area. She could not seem to stop her pacing and knew that the moment that she paused she would just start twitching. There had been so much tension in the past couple days she wished that it would finally be over and that they could find Nolan and just settle back into a regular routine and lifestyle since she was not cut out for this much action, though there were not too many people that were. Her life had been a little on the boring side before she had met Taka and that had quickly changed, something she both loved and hated about their relationship. It seemed even though they tried their hardest to have a normal relationship that it was never going to happen, here would always be something or someone to stir it up. They would certainly not get bored of eachother though, but she found that impossible anyways since her feelings about the man were strong. She hated to admit it though she was consumed by the passion and caring that washed through her entire body when he was around. She felt as though she could forgive him for almost anything. The Italian accent that both him and his brothers tried their best to hide was something that she personally found attractive. The sound of their native tongue was smooth and alluring. Plus there was something about the man that the girl could not explain that drew her neared to him and caused his presence to feel intoxicating, though there was no time to think of this now, she was on a mission.

hearing her apology, he chuckled, shaking his head. [ it's fine. ] he stated, seeing as he understood. besides, he was sleeping in rather late, and can't contain the girl in his home. however, he was slightly depressed at the fact that she had to walk all the way home. vision scanning the perimeter of the street and alley way. it looked much different now that it was daylight, rather than at night, only relying on the street lights that didn't provide much light in the darkest corners of the city. clearing his throat, he looked back to the talking girl. she obviously felt as if taka would be mad at her, seeing as she let herself run on and on, trying to squeeze herself out of his rare madness. cocking a eyebrow- wrinkles forming across his forehead, watching her. the lack of sleep was well aware on his features. his hair was also a mess, not exactly having proper time to brush it out. however, it wasn't exactly what was on his mind at the moment. appearance wasn't the most important thing when a brother was out cold on the couch, and the other was in the hands of danger. eyebrows furrowed together, concern falling upon him. looking up, towards the old garage she spoke of. squinting, he took a quick glance over the place. a broad hand flipped his hood up from his light jacket. it was casual, and wouldn't be suspicious, without showing his face. his adam's apple moved up and down his throat roughly as he swallowed. looking down to the girl that had started to pace. watching her for a moment, he hated how he drug her into this. this was the reason he tried to refrain from meeting new people, and pulling them into his hectic lifestyle. it wasn't anything he wanted. however, the male was selfish, and wouldn't be able to just leave reese. even if it were for her own good. he didn't think he could do it. sighing, he glanced back over to the rotting building that reese had spoken of. eyes narrowed, he watched it. as if it was going to move. pursing his lips, not looking at the girl, he reached out to her. wrapping his arms around her shoulders, pulling her in for a smooth hug. kissing her forehead lightly, drawing back slightly. making eye contact with the girl, steady eyes locking onto hers. [ stay. ] he commanded. he was sincere about it, and truly wanted her to stay. he didn't know what was in there, and didn't.. want to know. unless nolan was in there. and of course he was going in there. he wasn't going to leave his brother behind. [ seriously, stay. in the car. or something. get something to eat. but, uhh, i'll be back. i promise. ] however, this promise was.. easy to break.. sadly. fists clenched, pecking the girl on the cheek as he calmly took wide strides towards the building. he didn't want to propose a large goodbye, because them it would only make it more aware of the danger of going in there would be. he would go through the alley way and check it. then head over to the garage. the warehouse looked abandoned, but you could never tell with old buildings like such. entering the alley way, hands shoved into his pockets. vision kept low, trying to withdraw suspicion. however, he kept an easy glance upwards and to the sides. hearing hushed voices, he guessed that a few people were gathered up ahead. he didn't make eye contact, but as he passed, he noted they were speaking italian. well, a rough version of the language. it wasn't exactly pure, and the accent was quite broken. however, it was to muttered to actually catch anything- and the male wasn't about to slow down to listen to them. moving out, he crossed over to the warehouse. moving along the building's wall, trying to find someway in. it was defiantly abandoned. hearing movement inside, heavy steps. ducking slightly, just as a precaution. taka halted at a window, looking at it. waiting until the footsteps stopped. once he was sure nobody was inside, he stood up. elbow rammed into the window, breaking it into a million and one pieces. the crash was loud, but nobody was heard. waiting for a moment or two before he lifted himself up and into the window. sliding into the building, bare hands hit the table below. they were cut a few times from the scattered glass, but the stinging wasn't exactly noted. glancing around the small cramped room, he saw nothing. it was pretty dark inside, the only light was from the now-open window. feet hit the ground. nothing was in here but file cabinets. pulling one open, it squeaking it's way out. fingers passed through papers, but nothing caught his eye. maybe this really was just an abandoned warehouse. biting his lower lip, he moved towards a door. opening the blinds, looking into an opposing room. it was too dark to make out any type of outline from any object. opening it slowly, closing it behind him quietly. glancing around, trying to feel his way around. there were no windows in this room, so he tried finding a light switch on the wall. moving to the center of the room, trying to find a light bulb. nothing. bumping into a table, cursing under his breath. this really wasn't what he thought it would be. his hand fell on the table, feeling fabric. grabbing onto it, seizing the fabric. it felt like clothing, but he couldn't be too sure. throwing it over his shoulder, fumbling hands running over the surface of the table. nothing else. returning into the first room, holding his finding into the light. holding it, torso cringed. nolan's shirt. shit, they did get him. looking over it, there was no blood. which wasn't exactly a good sign, but it wasn't a bad one either. dropping the shirt on the ground, he moved into another open room. this one smelled.. well, interesting. flinching away, his fingers found a switch. flipping it on, eyes only saw knives, guns, and lots and lots of pot. strolling a little bit from the door, he slumped to the ground. leaning on a pile of bagged weed, closing his eyes. She could not believe how tense she was and nothing had even happened. They needed to find Nolan, end of story. He seemed to be tense as well, he had not slept very well and he did not even comb his hair when he had gotten out of bed, she did not blame him. She felt a little sick to her stomach though he moved closer to her pulling her into a tight hug that felt a little too much like a good bye. She did not like the feeling she was getting from this. Even though it was broad daylight did not mean that it was any less dangerous, it probably was even a little more dangerous since they would be able to see him as he approached. He demanded that she stay and she would honour his wishes even if it was going to be difficult for her. He told her to go get something to eat or wait in the car, how could she even think about eating in a situation like this. She watched him walk away, he was at least going to be careful as he looked into the window before then breaking it and getting through the glass she cringed, knowing that he would get a lot of cuts from what he had just done. She wondered if there would ever be a point in their relationship when he would be completely healed and she would not have to worry about might having to patch him up again, she felt bad for him. He did not deserve to be hurt this many times and did not deserve to be so caught up in the gang. She was not able to stay like he asked her to though she would not allow herself to get into the way. She snuck along the side of the building to an area that looked deserted there did not appear to be anyone left in the building though perhaps they were just hiding, which she did not hope because that might mean that they had spotted Taka. She would at least be able to stand here and hear if anything happened and then if she needed to she would be able to call the police. Her mind was reeling as she sat crouched in the corner. She ran a hand through mocha locks before then falling to sit on the ground. Here she was exhausted and weary to the bone, she was sure that she looked like shit. She knew that the makeup that she had put beneath her eyes this morning did not do justice to the dark circles that were starting to show from the lack of sleep. She was able to hear the shuffle of feet in the room that was next to her head though it was only one pair so therefore she was positive that it was Taka. She froze beneath the window ledge, not able to move. She suddenly decided that this was not such a good idea since she would be tempted to move and to get into the mix. She knew that Taka would hate that so she made her way easily back to her car, locking all the doors and reclining the seat and allowing her eyes to close though she knew that her mind would be on him and the gang the entire time.

he moved slightly, getting up. he decided against going into any other rooms, seeing as any other gang members were there they would be in the other rooms. hearing footsteps, taka eased underneath a table. hearing italian curse words, knowing his tracks were discovered. shitshitshit- was all that was pounding in his mind. then images of what reese would do if he never came back out. the light was still on in the room he was in, and knew that somebody would be in there soon enough to try to look for the intruder. pressing against the wall, hearing someone walk in. the blinds hitting the glass window of the door as it halted. the male's legs were in front of the table, and taka's hand slipped into his pocket, withdrawing his switch blade. he couldn't believe he was about to do this. holding it so his thumb were at the butt of the knife. he rammed the blade into the guy's achilles. hearing him yelp and fall to the ground, cringing. taka quickly moved over the man, looking down at him. hand covered his mouth, silencing him from trying to call for help. pinning him onto the floor, staring at the male. [ dove e nolan? ] taka hissed, hand only partially raised over the male's lips so he could talk. the man only grunted and chuckled, body stopped straining underneath him- the man obviously understood that it was a lost cause. [ dimmi.. ] taka growled, left hand holding the knife at the guy's side. shit, taka felt like he were apart of the gang- all over again. and he hated it. concern flashed in his eyes, seriously only wanting one answer. perhaps this male didn't know italian, which wouldn't make any sense.. [ where's nolan? ] taka asked once more, knife cut away a fine slice of fabric, and was working it's way into the man's side. pursing his lips, not understanding why this guy won't budge. now that he didn't know what to do with this man, since he was bleeding, pretty nicely, too. taka didn't feel like over-dramatizing things and killing him. the young gang member slowly opened his mouth. [ morto.. ] he chuckled. taka's eyes narrow, with hatred or sadness. grabbing the hair of the guy, slamming his head finely onto the cement. looking down at the members features- which were knocked out cold from the forceful cement impact. taka lifted himself from the guy, blood on his hands. wiping most of the liquid off of him and onto his jeans. dead? face went white, legs shoving the gang members body underneath the table, however, it wouldn't due much seeing as there was a trail of blood following the body. rubbing the back of his neck, examining the room. the male was lying. nolan wasn't dead. he couldn't be. leaving the room, he crossed into the dark room where he found the shirt. opening the door a crack, shuffling around in the room for a moment. bloody hands hit a cooler. did he really even wish to look in it and find the truth. [ ...nolan? ] taka asked himself, knocking on the cooler. opening it, smelling a specific smell that came off of decaying bodies. yet, nolan couldn't have been dead for that long. closing it, not even daring for his hand to shuffle around in the cooler's contents. dragging himself through the window, falling onto the cement outside. lying on his back for a moment or two with his knees up in the air, breathing heavy. placing his switchblade into his back pocket, he looked at his hands. cut and bleeding. yet, it covered the other man's blood on him- and reese could mistake it for his blood, right? getting up, he jogged to reese's car, knocking on the passenger's window.

Her eyes were allowed to close, her thoughts were finally put onto mute as she droned it all out with the tapping of her foot against the pedal of the car and listening to what was happening outside, she was able to hear two joggers along the street jogging and talking, the muffled sounds of barking dogs from the park in the distance and the high pitched chirp of the birds in the trees, she was even able to pick out the drone of the traffic and the occasional honk of the horn of an impatient driver. Her seat was comfortable enough that when she allowed her mind to go blank she was able to feel herself slipping off into a dark fog one that threatened to take over every corner of her mind and possess the thoughts, that might not be too bad of a thing. She debated turning the radio on though she was much too far away and did not want the hassle plus right now was perfect and she did not want to ruin it she was almost into a state of meditation, just as long as she did not think of the fact that Taka was in that abandoned warehouse with the possibility of not coming back. The last embrace he had left her with could have been the last one and that made her stomach feel like it sunk into a bottomless pitt. She wished that she had been able to stop him, to tell him that he should not go in there alone, to tell him that he needed to take her with him no matter how dangerous it would be for her. She was not able to tell what was going on from the outside and it was killing her to sit here. The trancelike state that she had been was poof gone as if it had never been there. The sick feeling returned and she felt as though if there was anything in her stomach that it might be emptied at any given moment. She was not too sure that if the gang had Nolan that he would be alive anymore, though Taka would have to know the truth, the word of mouth was not good enough and it was not good enough for her either since she cared deeply for the man and his brothers. She crossed her fingers in a feeble attempt to wish him luck. Eyes closed again but it was not peace that came this time it was flashes of the nightmare that she had had the night before when they had been driving around in the car looking for Nolan, why had they not searched this building the night before? She was sure that it had been empty the night before though since she had walked right by it and not seen anyone. The only people that had been there the night before were the people that had chased her up onto the rooftop when she had distracted them, the ones that she had blocked behind the door to allow her and Taka to escape. She was convinced though even if they found Nolan dead that it would have happened either way, just because they took so long to find him would not make any difference, it might not have happened so soon though she did not doubt that if they wanted him dead that they would have him exactly that way. She had just been drifting off into a hellish sleep when the knock on the window caused her to jump about a foot in the air and once her eyes were able to focus she spotted Taka. Instantly the door was opened and eyes fell on his bloody hands but other then that he looked to be alright. Thank goodness, you are ok. I was so worried. She breathed and a deep inhale was taken to calm all her nerves. She did not care that he was covered in blood she wrapped her arms around him briefly. Then the sinking question came. Did you find him? She asked quietly.

he watched as his knock came as a fright to the girl- who looked like she was in a trans-like state. slinking into the car, sitting in the passenger side seat. hands folded together on his lap- fingers lacing through his own. staring ahead, wishing rain would start hailing down. he really just felt like sitting in rain at the moment. feeling it's coldness pound on him and soak him. something just sounded soothing about it. biting his inner cheek, the muscle in jaw line bulged as he grinded his teeth. hearing the girl talk about how she felt better that he was there, alive, and safe. he was slightly thankful that she didn't ask him- oh wait. she just did. looking down at his hand, he started plucking out the glass that still stuck to his wounds. flicking the pieces out the slightly cracked window. slowly nodding, he looked up, then over to the girl. [ yeah. ] the lyrics were soft, and very quiet. he felt a bulge form in his throat, and he couldn't talk anymore. rubbing the back of his head, throwing the hood off of his head that still covered his features. clearing his throat of the bulge, however, the lump only reformed and felt more constricting then ever. biting his lower lip, he looked back down to his hands, and continued picking out the glass. it was something for him to try to get his mind off of things. [ if you want.. you can come with me to my house. i need to take care of will. ] what killed him, was that nolan wouldn't get the proper funeral. he won't be 6 feet under the ground with a heavy tombstone marking his body. he'll either be in the water, or burned. or just tossed in the dumpster. swallowing again, just thinking about it. his hand reached for the door handle of the car, opening the door. a fresh breeze of air hit him. he was aware that they shouldn't just hang around here anymore. just because they had nolan didn't mean they wouldn't care recruiting will, or killing taka for rummaging in the gang's business. a hand cringed over his left tricep where one of the many scars remained from his departure from the gang. shuddering, he fell back into reality. stepping from the car, he strode across the street to his own toyota. sitting in it for a moment, before starting it. clutching it, he placed the car in first gear. driving down the street, following the familiar road home. he felt numb all over, and wondered if will knew what happened last night. knew that his brother were killed. most likely the gang members branded will, or were going to. to claim the boy as theirs. which would kill taka. seeing as if you were branded, you were forced to be in it. sad fact. and if will ignored the brand mark, and failed to obey, he'd be in nolan's position. taka was lucky he survived the beating and got out of the nightmare. his grip on the steering wheel only stung his hands. breathing deeply, he parked his car. what would he tell mamma and papa about nolan? he'd sworn to protect the fratellos. groaning, he slammed his car's door. what would he tell miya? she was in there probably pacing and tending to will. perhaps already called their genitori. he hoped that if reese had followed, she would be comfortable enough to let herself into the house. he would hate if she felt awkward around any part of his life. however, in this situation, it would only be normal- which was painful for taka. walking into the center of the house, the echo of his footsteps on the marble echoed down the hallways, and miya's voice could already be heard scolding him. he didn't know what to do. he froze, not knowing if he could tell her what happened.

When he returned there was a sort of grief that seemed to radiate off him and cling to his every pore making her wince and she already knew the truth. She had been right, had her dream been prophetic? She doubted it since she did not believe in that hocus pocus. He moved to the side of the car and hopped into the passengers seat and sat there picking at the glass that was in his hands. She knew that right now would be the time that he needed her the most and she would insist to come back to his house and try to do the best that she could to help him and Will make the preparations and other things that came with a death in the family, though she knew that this would be a little different since there might not even be a funeral and there was no way of getting the body out of the clutches of the gang, nor did she believe that they would want to. Now was a time that they would all need to heal, even though she did not know Nolan all that well nor had she really gotten along with him she still felt the overwhelming feeling of loss that came with any death, especially one that cut a young life short. It was not his time and he did not deserve a fate like that just from making the wrong decisions as a kid and even then he looked as though he had been trying to straighten his life around, none of that mattered now though. She caught his hand as he was flicking the glass out the window. Stop, I will take care of that when we get back to your house. She stated gently and almost inaudibly. When he stated that he had indeed found him she nodded lightly. She did not savour the idea of being found by any of the people that were within that building so she started the car and waited for him to step out of the car and get to his own car. Once he was inside she shifted the car into drive and followed him back up to the house. Not willing to say anything since she truly did not know what would be appropriate, what do you say to a person when they had just lost one of the people that was the closest to them. She parked behind Taka and stepped out beside him glued to his side. She wanted to prove to him that she would be there when he needed her and that was important to her. The house felt so empty and she did not like the idea of the large house being as empty as it was, it would drive her nuts if she had to live there. She heard their housekeeper as she was already scolding Taka though seemed to stop dead in her tracks when she spotted Reese which made her a little nervous.

feeling reese by his side, miya's voice was louder as she traced the maze in the house, finding the duo. { lurido porcp! } she hissed, throwing her hands in the air, then settled them onto her hips. [ mio dio, miya. avete bisogno di imparare come chiudere la bocca. we're all grieving. reese is here to help. ] taka growled, not in the mood to be scolded in such a way about bringing a girl home at such a time. he was not a filthy pig. miya hushed in regret, quieting immediately. taka lightly grabbed reese by the waist, wincing slightly at the glass in his hand stinging with the applied pressure. the dup pushed by miya, taka slightly bumping her in the shoulder, proving that he was the most dominant in the house. this was true, seeing as in italy, women were the weaker beings. they were proud to stay home and treat the men to their every need. unlike america, cause the women here didn't take that. however, taka didn't care, and respected both traditions. however, miya and him were born and raised in italy- therefore, he knew his limits and knew how to work with miya. it sounded terrible, but it was true. letting go of reese's hip once they were down the hall, as if he only wanted to protect her though the big doorway that miya was in. hearing the t.v. on in the living room, turning the corner. he saw will sitting up, shirtless, groaning. miya had obviously dressed his wounds, sat him up, and got him to start talking. [ will? ] taka asked, moving towards the back of the couch. { yep? } will muttered, trying to turn his head, but was too stiff to do so. taka put a hand on the male's shoulder, looking up to the tv. a police show, dealing with drug dealers and gang members. awesome. good job miya. taka fumbled for the remote, changing the channel to.. glancing back up at the screen.. the food channel. better. [ rilassarsi. we got everything under control. ] taka hummed, glancing back down to his hand. he should probably wash it. and pick all the glass out of it. he wanted to ask miya if she, perhaps, called their parents, mamma and papa wouldn't be thrilled. and most likely send the entire italian family out there. oh great. the empty house felt even more empty. poor will. had to live there three weeks alone until taka and miya flew out. however, taka felt the loneliness from time to time when will and nolan would go out. being alone in the house was the coldest thing ever. the blind were up, giving the room a lot of light. almost blinding if the walls weren't a deep color to contrast it. [ i'll be right back. ] he stated. finding miya in the kitchen, cooking as always. taka felt as if she wasn't cooking for food at the moment, though. she was cooking to help her emotions. [ miya? ] taka softly asked. she stopped cutting, looking at him with strong eyes. [ ti ho chiamato? ] he asked, wondering if she had done the spreading of the word. huffing, the old-friend shook her head, [ no. ] taka grabbed the phone, dialing the country's area code, then the area code for the city, then the house number. [ mamma? ] he asked the voice on the other line. [ il mio ragazzo! coma va? ] her voice was too happy to break the news. sighing, taka moved into the hallway. shoulder blades hung, torso leaning onto the wall. [ terribile. mamma, nolan.. e morto. ] the lump in his throat raised and choked him. knees caved, his body hitting the floor in the sitting position. he felt very limp as he heard the phone drop on the other side. [ mamma? ] he asked, not knowing what happened. eyes began to slightly water- it just now hit him. chin tilted upwards, eyes staring at the ceiling. he couldn't break down. he was too tough. wiping it on his jackets sleeve, he wasn't about to cry. hearing another voice on the line, his dad. [ papa, when are you guys coming here? ] he asked, vocals soft. he didn't want reese or will to hear the conversation, they were only a room away. his dad huffed, clearing holding back his pride- just like taka. men had to be tough. { non lo so. } taka nodded, [ ciao. ] hanging up, the male stayed there for a moment, closing his eyes. getting up, he left the phone on the ground in the hallway.

It was apparent what the woman was used to from Taka as she scolded him for bringing a girl home at the wrong time, what she did not know was that it was not the same between her and Taka as she was sure it had been in the times before. She was not brave enough to give herself to someone so freely with little more then her name. She was simply not the type. Swallowing a lump that had formed in her throat she remained by the males side, clasping his hand and squeezing it gently since she knew that he would need her to be strong for his sake, even though he was trying his best to hold himself together she knew that underneath he was broken and feeling horrible. This was something that they would not be able to fix though and she wished that she would be able to just take the pain away from the family and bear the weight upon her own shoulders. Nolan had not been close to her and yet she still managed to feel the familiar feeling of loss that came with a death. Ivories clamp on her bottom lip so hard that the taste of metallic that came with her own blood was apparent though that was the only way that she managed to hold herself together and not allow the emotions to run rampant. She had forgotten about the glass in his hand until he clasped her around the waist and pushed her in the direction of the door and the expression was not hidden as the pain flashed across his face. She knew that he would play tough and not want to allow her to help him but she would be stubborn knowing that if it became infected he would end up with a lot more problems. She would insist that he allowed her to clean it, once everything was a little more settled. She knew that he would be making a phone call since Will was not well enough to do so himself and did not know what was going on as of yet either. She felt as though she was still under scrutiny as she passed by the woman and felt her eyes run along the entire length of her body and yet she made herself take confident steps beside Taka. She did not wish to meet the woman in this manner at all and that had been the reason that she had left so early this morning though there was no going back now. They stepped into the room in which they had left Will the night before. The news was uttered to the male and she sat on the couch beside him when Taka announced that he would be right back, a glance was made to Will a she tried to access what was going through his mind. Though it was to no avail and she simply stared blankly at the tv waiting for Taka to be back. When the male appeared at the doorway she stepped up to him, catching him by the elbow. Hey, we need to get your hand cleaned up. She stated gently knowing that he would be numb from all the realization striking him all at once. With her hand still at his elbow she lead him in the direction of the bathroom. Sifting through the cabinet that she assumed to be medical supplies and finding a pair of tweezers and upraising his palm into her hands. Perhaps the tedious task would take her mind a little more off of what had just happened. I am so sorry Taka. She stated gently referring to the man's death. If you had not been off with me it would not have happened, its my fault. She stated tears springing up into jade coloured pools. It was not logical though she could not help but feel as though it was partly her fault even though she was sure that even if it had not happened that night that eventually the gang would find him wherever he went since it seemed impossible to hide from someone like them. She shook her head as she fought back tears trying to remain on task to picking the glass out of his hand gently as possible. The task seemed to take forever until finally the was able to wipe the remaining blood off and apply an antiseptic cream and wrap his hand. She took a step back from him not too sure what would be happening next.

feeling the warmth of the girl's hand on his elbow made him relax a bit, muscles un-tensing. melting, almost. sighing, hearing that she wanted to clean up his hands. he almost forgot about it, except for the constant stinging it provided. yet, his entire body was in pain, so it really didn't matter. nodding quietly, giving a small flash of a smile. he felt bad for dragging reese into such a thing. making her feel how he felt. it wasn't right. following the girl into the bathroom, watching her shove things off onto the side in the cabinets, grabbing whatever she wanted. propping himself up onto the counter, elbows resting on the tops of his knees. torso bent at his waist, and he watched her. he let his hand o loose- letting her shift it anyway she wanted to, so it would be available at the right angle for her to clean it. cocking his head, he watched the duo's hands together. he liked it. it felt comforting- even when the glass would shift under his skin and cause pain. he absorbed every moment of it. with the way his torso was leaning forwards, it brought his face closer to hers. however, he wasn't looking up at her features, only at their hands- as she was too. hearing her apology, he slowly nodded. realization coming back up. why he had the glass under his skin. why he was being treated for the cuts. why he felt like crawling in a hole. but he only swallowed it down his throat, and closed his eyes for a moment. hearing her put the blame on her for the death of his brother, eyebrows met together in the center of his face- concerned appearance growing. looking up, features meeting her own. [ don't you dare put the blame of this situation on you. รจ assurdo e stupido. ] he stated, vision narrowing. a small tinge of rage was surfaced, but not at her. but for himself. feeling the wrapping run over the skin of his hand, he sighed. [ io sono molto dispiaciuto uno. ] he muttered, words flexing over the language. once her hands dropped his own, right hand raised up. left hand remained on the counter of the sink, bracing his weight and keeping his balance. fingertips braced her cheekbone for a moment, then curved down to meet her jawline. pulling her chin up to look her in the eyes. [ mi dispiace. ] he whispered. lower body inched forwards, dropping to his feet. arms pulled themselves around the girl into a tight hug. kissing the top of her head for a moment, upper torso pulling back to look down at her. flashing a smile, as if to comfort the both of them. perhaps to put on a fake attitude and facial expressions everything would be fine. in a week or so, most likely their famigilia would all be crowded in this house. it would be a hectic place, with tons of food, and loud talking from the many personalities. [ would you be interested in meeting my family? ] random question, but it was on his mind. he knew that his family would be very excited to meet her, and introduce her to their culture and customs. if she says yes, taka would feel bad for her. she'd be dead by 3 o'clock. his family was just that talkative and excited for everything to come their way. yet, this wouldn't be a party, per say. but not even a death would stop the family from getting together and having a small reunion. besides, this is what the house was built for. family reunions. it was odd though, why in another country? and force everyone to buy plane tickets? this is what taka didn't understand. and coming from a poor family, he didn't know how most of them could afford it. but, he wouldn't say anything, or he'd get scolded. something he wasn't truly in the mood for. rubbing the back of his neck, smirking. now he didn't know what the duo could do for the rest of the day. the pool in the backyard didn't sound tempting. neither did tv. or the beach. or any parties. he felt bad for reese, seeing as she probably thought she would be stuck with his grumpy mood all day. [ y'know, if your bored here at all, you can leave. i don't want you hanging around for nothing. really, i won't mind. ] he didn't want her to feel like pushing he was her out the door though. cause that was the opposing thing he wanted. he'd prefer for the girl to just move into the large house. if he could have anything in the world- that was what it would be. however, too young. too soon. and she actually had a life ahead of her, and he, did not. and her moving into the house only would complicate things, and drag her underneath the bus. the bus to hell, maybe. taka felt like he was the driver. and will was in the front seat. no, he truly couldn't let reese stay with him for long. he wouldn't be discussing these plans with the girl, at all, though. awaiting her answer, he kept quiet, listening.

She hated that she knew that she was causing him pain pulling the glass from his hand, but it was something that needed to be done and he did not even allow himself to flinch with the movements. She was too busy focusing on the task at hand and not making it any more painful then it already was to notice the look of their hands together. When she was finally finished the bandage was wrapped around his hand and with a small forced smile she kissed the palm of his hand like some mothers did to 'kiss it better' for their children. The gesture was tender and affectionate hoping to take his mind a little off what had just happened, it would only take time to heal and she was not too sure if it had even dawned on him as of yet that his brother was gone. For the first little bit none of it seemed real but she guessed that this was probably not the first time that they had been put in danger so the likelihood of death had always been in the back of their minds and it was just a question of time before one of them slipped up at the wrong time and it could have just as easily been Taka as it had been Nolan. The Italian words that he spoke to her after she had blamed herself seemed to have the meaning of telling her that she was ridiculous and that it was not her fault. Before he hopped down from the counter his hand met her cheek and ran along the bone there that was just beneath the surface before then trailing to her jawline and she could not help the small smile that graced her gentle features at the tender touch that sent her stomach swirling into butterflies, the feeling would truly never get old. He was able to surface that feeling in her with just the slightest look or the smallest touch and she hoped that they would never lose the spark. He then nimbly jumped off the counter and wrapped his arms around her and she sighed deeply into his chest able to feel the kiss on the top of her head. A deep inhaled drew the scent of the male in from his t-shirt. The feeling was completely relaxing to her. When he flashed her a smile it was easy to see that it was just to comfort the both of them since right now it seemed impossible for either of them to manage a real smile. It was true though that today would be the hardest since all the memories of the way that Taka had found him would be the clearest and he would feel helpless and like he could have helped in some other way. Though soon he would realize that if the gang wanted Nolan dead there was no way that he would have been able to hide forever and there was no places safe, that had just too many allies and the price on his head would be raised. She needed to help Will and Taka to get through this. She cared about them and she would not abandon them when they needed her the most, they tried their best to look strong but she could see the strong male crumpling beneath the pressure. I don't know if now would be the time for that? But if you think it would be appropriate I would love to, but I don't want to intrude. She stated gently before then turning back to him. Will was still in the living room looking as though he was blankly staring at the tv though it was clear that his thoughts were running wild and he was not truly watching any of it. Taka then told her that he did not mind if she left. I am not going to leave you. I want to be there for you and if I left I would just be at my house thinking about what happened. I would rather be here with you. If that is alright. She stated softly. She knew that he probably did not want to do anything much she she took his good hand walking down the hallway that she had already memorized to the mans room. Laying on her back on his bed and staring up to the ceiling. Pulling him down beside her. She simply layed beside him, her arm touching his but nothing else. Breathing was deep and relaxed and she was not in the mood for doing anything more either. Fingers trailed along his arm to seek out his hand and entwined with his hand.

[ no intruding. my family.. will go insane over you. good insane, that is. so.. be prepared? ] he joked, smirking. it was weird for him to be so happy after such a thing happened. but, he was a gang member. he was used to such. he had several collaboratori die on him while they were on the same job. dangerous stuff. he was used to it, numb from it, but this was another situation. it was blood. his blood was on the floor. his brother, fratello, was dead. and it was really his fault. not directly, unless you count him not being there, but back when.. if he didn't join.. nolan wouldn't be in the position he is in now. neither would will. neither would taka. life would've been.. different. sighing, he felt the girl melt into his skin. sighing, once they pulled back, he felt her hand clasp onto his own. directing him away from the bathroom, he listened to how she wouldn't leave. he nodded, even though she couldn't see the action. [ perfectto ] he hummed, no sarcasm flowing through his vocals. he was slightly confused to where the girl was leading him. past will, who was absorbed into the tv. probably the pain drugs miya has him on. lead up the stairs onto the third story, knowing they'd be going to his room. feeling the different room temperature hit him when they moved into his squared room. watching her flop onto his bed, he crawled next to her. laying on his side, facing the girl, towering slightly over her. the injured hand was in the air as his elbow sank into the bed- supporting his upper diaphragm's weight. swallowing, cheekbone rested into his bandaged hand. clean hand, however, was caught once again by the laying girl. fingers twisted themselves around her own, thumb brushing the back of her palm gently. letting their hands, together, rest on her abdomen, he looked down at the space between them. lost in thought now, since all was now quiet. head motioned to the side table on her side, eyes looking to the remote. [ you can turn on the t.v. if ya wanna. ] he knew this was most likely boring for the girl, and felt bad that she most likely felt chained to him and this situation.

When he told her that his family would go insane over her her eyes widened slightly since she did not feel that right now would be the right time for that since it was just after the death of one of their sons of someone that they were related to in the other parts of the families case. He seemed relieved when she told him that she would not be leaving and then lead him to his bedroom he told her that she could turn the tv on but she did not feel as though that was nessecary since she knew that it would just turn into background noise since she had no intentions on actually trying to concentrate on a show. It felt nice to just lay back and relax where she was allowing her eyes to close occasionally though she did not drift into a sleep since there was too much on her mind. He slid into the bed beside her swivelling so that he faced her propping his head up with his hurt hand and laying his other hand over her abdomen, just the faint touch was tender and appreciated since it soothed her deeply. The tiredness from the night before was starting to seep into her and cause her to feel groggy. So when the time passed her breathing deepened into a relaxed state and she moved so that she was closer to the man resting her head on his chest. The afternoon turned into dusk and still she did not move, she was not hungry and felt as though she would feel sick if she forced herself to eat nor did she really want to be in the company of other people. She would return to her own house in the morning to change and shower and make herself look a little more presentable as she had the time before, luckily this time she had her car here and she would probably return before the man even awoke. The plans were made before the room started to get more and more dark and she felt herself slip into a state of slumber. The night was fitful and she had not even changed out of her clothes but in this situation it did not seem inappropriate. She awoke the next morning feeling a little more refreshed and stepped out of bed careful to not wake him. The routine she maintained when she stayed over with the male seemed to be consistent as she snuck from the house she was sure just before the house keeper woke up and she got into her car, her plans for when she got back clear in her mind. She stepped into the driveway the keys from her car in her pocket and the lights flashed in the car before she stepped into the drivers seat and headed back to her place. The door was unlocked and the cat was whiny when she gave him food and then headed into the upstairs portion of the room to shower and change into different clothes. Once she was clean and ready to go she then headed back to the car knowing that it would be best if she was there for Taka when he woke up and perhaps she could try to make good with the house keeper and assist in making breakfast. She knocked on the door since she did not feel comfortable enough to just walk into the large house and instantly the woman came to the door and scowled at her asking her if she was not just there. Yes but I had to go home to feed my cat. She stated gently. Would I be able to help make breakfast. I do believe we got off on the wrong foot, I knew Nolan as well and was helping Taka look for him. She did not want the woman to think that she had just been present to come to sleep in Taka's room, she had more ties to the family then that and that was the way that she liked it, besides nothing like that had happened with the man as of yet. Sure it might have been close a few times but it seemed like things got in the way. Reluctantly the lady allowed her into the house and to help starting cooking, a huge breakfast was prepared for the two of them and once it was finished she was sent to go wake them up. She knocked on Will's door first. Breakfast time. She stated before then moving to Taka's room. She jumped into bed beside him, cuddling up under the covers once again and placing a hand on his shoulder. Wake up its time for breakfast. She stated kissing him on the lips before jumping back to her feet and making it down the stairs to help set the table.
