The sales clerk returned carrying a large ring of different cloth of various colors attached to it as well as a pamphlet which he assumed held the styles of the different suits they carried. Hiding his frown, the boy accepted the booklet first, opening it up to the dress suit section so eyes could scan over the many choices available. His hopes that they would have one that did not require a tie quickly died as what he saw in the pictures provided were either bowties or the typical tie. Letting out a frustrated sound, the worker who stood attentively at his side heard and bent over his shoulder, asking if there was anything he could help with. Not liking how close the guy was to his face, Rev leaned away, closing the papers and twisting his head to look back and upwards. Do you carry any suits that do not come with ties? I'm only attending a dinner party and would rather have a more casual look. With a raised brow, the bloke watched as the other thought for a moment, then asked politely for the catalog which was readily handed over. "We don't carry overly casual suits like you would find to wear without a tie, but we do have more open ones that I believe you will like better than more formal wear." Waiting impatiently while the worker flipped through the pages, he felt his phone vibrate in his pocket and instantly shifted his lower body forwards, hand digging into the jeans to grasp the thick protective case that he had bought almost immediately after purchasing the new 4G version not too long after its release. Ignoring the man standing in front of him as he started to talk, the drake leaned his torso forwards, elbows resting upon knees while he unlocked the phone and reading the text she sent him. Only afterwards did he look up to meet the other's disapproving eyes, rising to stand when he asked the teenager to follow him so he could try on the few styles the associate had picked out according to his requirements. Dreading the long process which this was proving to be, he did as he was asked, cerulean eyes directed down at the screen of his phone instead of the leader's back. I wouldn't be lucky enough to get out of the hell hole in time to make that limit. I'll get there probably closer to thirty minutes. Wishing he could ditch this task and go meet her now; he pushed the lock on his phone and stuffed it back into his pocket. Reluctantly turning his attention to the three suits hanging on rack in the dressing room which he had walked into, the boy moved to the first one, stripped, and started down the line to try out each pairing. In the end, the second choice looked the best and also felt less like a monkey suit, so he chose it, changing back into his street clothes and returning to the station where they had started their little bonding time to pick out which color he wanted. Knowing his mother usually picked blues to offset the brilliant azure hue of his orbs that he inherited from her, the lad asked for a rich royal blue color and a straight, Italian style, white tie, glad that the ordeal was finally over: or so he had thought. After that, the employee asked him to stand with his arms extending out from his body and took the measurements for the suits, pausing in between to write down the different lengths on the paper he carried around in one of the inner pockets of his jacket. They finished and he was promised that the order would be placed that day with the suit hopefully arriving within the span of four business days. Shaking hands politely, the boy gave his required information, which included his name and phone number, then found he was free to do as he pleased. Striding out quickly to his car, he got in, revved the engine, and then pulled quickly out of the parking lot, running only five minutes behind the time she suggested, much better than he had thought it would be. Pulling up in front of the lobby, he parked and climbed out, waving to the valet and explaining he was there to pick someone up and would not leave the car there for more than a few minutes. A group of guys came out from the hotel lobby just as he was walking in and they gave the usual, lift of the chin salute as they passed. Stepping inside, he let his eyes sweep over the room, taking in the appearance of the hotel before catching sight of the woman as she walked his way. Lifting lips in a charming half smile, hand ran through the golden locks that fell across his forehead, ruffling them briefly before they fell back into their natural place. Hey. Vocals greeted, legs moving to meet her halfway, form bending to place a quick kiss on her cheek while arm snaked around her waist. Turning back to the doorway, he began to walk outside, holding the door open for her before leading the way to the car, Revikr played the gentleman for once and opened the car door, waiting till she got in to cross around the trunk to the driver's side. Shifting into first, he started down the exit road and pulled back onto the main way, heading back in the direction from which he came to go to Riles Road which was the main food district about a block away from Cash. Glancing over at her, the drake let his gaze move over her clothes, feeling under-dressed in comparison. She at least would look at home in the restaurant he was taking them too while disapproving glances would most likely be cast in his way due to the very laid back t-shirt and tattered jeans. I hope you like French cuisine. I don't get to eat it very often because Maria doesn't know how to cook it. Continuing to jump from one gear to the next as he came upon stop lights, he navigated the roads expertly, turning onto the correct street and choosing one of the few empty spots at the back of the building that housed the Maison de Fournier once they came to it. He got out and stuck the keys into his pocket after locking the doors, waiting for her in the shadows of the wall while standing in front of the car. Taking her hand, he walked around the side to the front door, following an older couple who were both dressed in suits. Maneuvering around her absentmindedly to where he was standing with his chest brushing her back, the male remained scandalously close, waiting their turn for the host to notice them before holding up his hand with two fingers extended. Calm, quiet classical music sung in French filled the air, dim lighting giving what most would refer to as a romantic feel to the place. It was a more expensive place to dine and there was no one else around who was remotely close to their age, but Rev did not mind. If you had money, the point was to spend it.

She did not like the manner that the couple of boy's gazes landed on her for a split second too long but she managed to busy herself talking to the new guy at the front desk. She knew that Ayrn had hired him earlier in the week and already he knew Pirzi's name and recognized her instantly. Leaning against the front she waited until the car was in view before making her way to the door a small smile creasing lips as his kiss met her cheek and a pleasent expression remained on her face, his arm snaked around her waist though she allowed it to remain there, feeling the male become a little possessive over her which to her was a nice feeling. For the man to feel as though he had to allow others to see that she belonged with him. Hey. Vocals were quiet towards him. She allowed azure eyes to meet his for a moment before being lead out the door with a small wave in the direction of the man behind the desk. He was a perfect gentleman when he opened the door for her and lead her in the direction of the car and opened the door for her. Thank you. She stated gently before climbing into the car, she leaned back against the seat and pulled the seatbelt over her lap and buckled it. Tonight seemed to be a little more mild then the night before when it seemed as though it was finally turning into winter. Last night even a few spare flakes had been dropping from the clouds in the first snow fall of the year which usually made her excited since it meant that her birthday was coming up and so was the time of the year that she liked the most. There was nothing that beat the winter when you wished all night that a large dump of snow would make the following day a snow day for all of the school. The look of a fresh crystalline white blanket of snow all over everything was a refreshing sight. She almost jittered with the excitement of it all. Christmas lights were also one of her favourites. The towns seemed a lot more friendly with the snow and a bunch of lights twinkling along the roofs of all the houses and the Christmas trees that were set up in the window and the world suddenly looked to be almost a little more welcoming. It was also the time of the year that she had gotten to see the most of her parents since where they lived it was very mild so they would come and stay home for weeks at a time which at all the other times of the year was completely unheard of. Eyes were then directed back to him with a brow raising in interest as he spoke. Perfect, I was born in France. In Caen. She stated gently then realized that it was a large piece of personal information that she had just given him and he would most likely ask more questions such as why was she here now and when did she move so she shifted a little nervously in the seat. It was not very visible though since she kept herself pretty gaurded and they were soon at the restaurant and even she felt a little under dressed as she watched the people walk into the restaurant from their expensive cars in their suits and tuxes. She stepped confidently from the car though and did not allow it to bother her. A deep inhale drew the much needed oxygen into her lungs and expelled it with the toxins that her body needed to rid before she took his hand and allowed him to lead her in the direction of the front door. It looked like a very expensive place which made her balk a little since it had been a long time since she had been in a fancy restaurant and the memories that she had from the ones in her hometown were a little questionable with her parents and their dinner parties where they refused to even acknowledge that she was alive it seemed as though she was nothing more then a technicality of their marriage, at the time that they had it would have been acceptable by the culture that they lived in so in exchange they produced her. He walked and moved so close to her that she was able to feel his chest against her back though she did not mind since it was strangely comforting to her. When the hostess glanced to the two of them she seemed to notice that they did not look as though they belonged in a place like this but she did not allow it to phase her as he told the girl that they wanted a table for two and the hostess then lead them towards a booth. She followed closely and politely sat when the girl gestured to a seat. Thank you. She murmered gently to the hostess before she left. She quickly scanned the menu though she knew most of the traditional french dishes off by heart so she had already chosen when he had announced to her in the car that they would be going some place French. So she placed her menu back to the table before glancing up at him and adressing something that had been bothering her all day. I am sorry I did not come join you for lunch today. Emily convinced me to go sit with her and told me she had something to tell me but it turns out all she wanted to do was prod me for information. She said with a light chuckle. The waitress was attending to them pretty soon and came to the table. She had a French accent and spoke to them in fluent French which a lot of people would not understand and then after translated it to ask them what they would like to drink. The girl did not hesitate in the answer that she gave. Je voudrais le thé glacé svp. She stated in fluid French that made the girl beam with a broad smile in her direction and nod before turning to Rev. She bit her lip as she realized that she had given away one of her many secrets so easily. The fluid accent returned to her vocals. The waitress then pressed their glasses lightly onto the table before asking them if they were ready to order and she nodded. La quiche Lorraine svp. She stated then turned back to him. Wiping the condensation off her glass in a methodical manner that she seemed to have acquired before lifting to glass to her lips and taking a sip of the sweet beverage relaxing with the music that flitted over the sound system.

Head jerked in her direction, surprise evident upon features at the little tid bit of information revealed to him. An interested half smirk lifted one side of lips, tissues parting to reveal the bright ghost enamels while he held his gaze with her for a while longer, looking quickly up in down as if in disbelief. Oh yea? My mom is from France. I think she was born in Paris. Flashing a quick broad grin at her before directing his attention back to the blacktop in front of them, the drake wondered at the irony of finding perhaps the only girl within a hundred mile radius who had the same basic origins as he did. Amazing really, that she would be here instead of in her home country. Why had she moved here to America? Taking a hooded glance over at her, glad to see she was occupied with staring out the window, the drake debated asking her the question that came to mind, but really did not want to seem overly curious. She could share what she wanted freely; he did not care one way or the other. Deciding against prying into her personal life more than necessary, the boy focused on driving. Once they were in the restaurant, he avoided all the looks that were immediately shot at the pair, easily ignoring them although he could still feel the eyes glued to the pair, sending tingles along the surface of his skin much akin to the sensation which the chill of the winter left. Against the usual grain, the male kept his hands off her body politely, resisting the urge to rebel further against what these people considered proper in exchange for allowing the girl at least the chance to present herself in a way she wanted to be viewed around the higher class older people filling the room. Just because he preferred to keep his bad boy image as an outcast in the rich kid social class did not mean the essa wanted to stand out as vibrantly as he did. Following along at a respectable distance behind her and the hostess, he moved to the table the employee had placed them at and slid into the seat opposite to the lady, smiling and nodding in silent thanks before turning his attention to Pirzi. Naturally, he slouched a bit in his chair, relaxing easily against the cushions without bothering to even lift his arm to reach for the menu. Besides the fact that he was lazy, the lad already knew everything that the place served: he had been here that often already. Back when his parents had been in town, they had come here almost every night. Until his father started complaining about eating the same type of food over and over and demanded that they go to a steak house or a burger joint. Shoulder lifted in a dismissive shrug at her apology, a strange weight suddenly lifting from him at the apology although he did not want her to know this. Forget about it. It was just lunch. Just then, the waitress came up to them, one he did not know from previous times of coming here, and spoke in fluent French just as all the others had. Not completely understanding her, but catching enough to know what she was asking, the bloke waited for his date to answer first, not allowing himself to be awestruck with the near perfect reply that was given, an inborn accident returning to her vocals. Le même. He told the waitress, easily producing the words although the accent which came along with it held the typical American awkwardness that went hand in hand with foreign words whenever someone not completely fluent in a language attempted to speak what little they knew. Turning focus back to the essa, he grinned and tilted his head at her almost in a surveying way. It's that easy for you huh? You can turn it on and off just like that? Referring to the ability to switch from English to French in a split second that she seemed to have, Revikr continued on the conversation that would have normally been allowed to die with someone else, preferring to fill the empty silence rather than allowing it to fester. Before he knew it, the woman returned with their drinks and he watched with an amused expression as his companion wiped off the droplets that had formed between wrapping her hand around it and lifting the glass to her lips. Chuckling softly, arm extended from his body, resting upon the top of the booth while body turned slightly towards the waitress, waiting till she looked his way before speaking. Tartiflette avec le jambon fumé.

The soft music that danced around the restaurant was soothing and quiet enough that the conversations between the many couples was not disturbed, it was nothing but background noise for the times that people wold grow silent, usually when they had just received their meals and were just finishing eating. The rooms were elaborately decorated and every piece was modern and tasteful. She had to appreciate the homey feel that it produced. A lot of restaurants tried to mimic the feeling of their home country but were slightly unsucessful though this one made her feel as though they were actually in France. He shurgged off her reply when she told him sorry about not spending lunch with him, since she had sensed a little hostility after that small incident and she did not want to be the cause of that. She pressed it to the back of her mind that she would be sitting with him the next day, when she sat with Emily it was not as though there was much attention even paid to her since the girl was much too busy with Sam and making out with him so she would rather be around Rev for lunch then to be a third wheel. She was no longer very welcome at the table of the cheerleaders since she was seen as the enemy after she 'stole' Rev from the girls who had been after him. She would not think of this now though there was more important things, like the fact that she was out to dinner with the guy that she had thought she was sworn to hate from the beginning of school and she was having a good time and he had taken her a place that she loved, even if he had not know this. The fluent French spoke by the waitress had a little more of an American feel to it but when she had replied the true French accent seeped out in her words and formed the alluring flowing lyrics easily causing Rev to look a little strangely at her. He responded in French as well though it was a little more broken. The iced tea was definately not the premade stuff that you would buy in a grocery store since she was able to taste the actual brew of the tea and the freshly squeezed lemon that added a unique flavor to it. When she placed the glass back onto the table she watched as he then placed his order. He looked amused when he asked her if it was just that simple for her and a cheeky smile grew across her features. Lighting up teal optics. Oui, monsieur. Its just that simple. I think my English, if anything is the language thats lacking. Both the French words and the English mingled and flowed easily together off her lips, the smooth transition hardly apparent. This place really is very similiar to the restaurants that they have in France. She told him, not too sure if he would know about it since he had just told her that his mother grew up there and he made it seem as though he knew not too much about the place and it was nothing but a little bit of small talk. I know it probably does not sound like a good time but I was wondering if you would like to come with me to this dinner thing that I have to go to for my moms work. Its a formal banquet style dinner. Its on Friday night. It was a large step for her to actually ask him if he would like to come with her since she was much too stubborn to admit that she liked to spend time with him. She hoped that he would tell her yes because it would be a little more bearable and she knew that after tonight Ayrn would be bugging her to meet this 'guy' she went out with. Soon their food was brought from the back and their plates were placed in front of them. Merci beaucoup. She told the waitress before she left. She unwrapped her cutlery and placed her napkin in her lap before picking up her fork.

Chuckles left his lips, body repositioning itself to where shoulders were less at a diagonal angle, trying to get comfortable while at the same time no longer noticing the disapproving glances that continued to be shot in his direction. Society had its standards and expected them to be followed, but there would always be those few who went against the grain; never adhering to what others expected them to do. Where was the fun in conforming when people were born with different appearances which allowed them to stand out? Besides, the opinions of your "elders" only really mattered in the business world and since the boy planned on entering into the music realm once he finished high school, he did not have much concern for presenting himself in a way that would be acceptable to the vast majority. Record labels did not care if you wore casual clothes to dinner at a nice restaurant or not. Only that you presented yourself and were capable of handling public relations, something the teenager seemed to have a natural talent for. I find that hard to believe. Your English is near perfect; I don't think anyone suspected you were born in another country. Referring to her comment about the second language lacking, the male flashed her a quick smile that disappeared as he lifted the drink to his mouth thankfully, feeling refreshed by the liquid as it slid down his throat. Although, the French is, without question, very sexy. Setting the glass back upon the table, the male reverted back to his usual ways, a devilish smirk lifting one side of kissers as he spun the cup in his hand, keeping cobalt depths trained upon her in an unrelenting stare, curious to see how she could react to his slightly scandalous confession now that the damsel was far from refusing to even acknowledge that they had a possibility of being together. The subject progressed onto France itself and Rev listened to her observation with an interested look, glancing away from her to take in the surroundings, trying to imagine them in the home country rather than here. Hmm, really? I know the owner was from France, but didn't think it would be possible to recreate something like that so far away from its origins. I wish I could have gone the last time my dad's international tour went to Paris, but I had a gig that same night back in the old town where we lived. I'll go sometime. Maybe for summer or something if I'm not crazy busy trying to decide where to sign or trying to find a slot to fill in a band. Shrugging, the bloke did not waste much more thought on the possibility of going to Europe. He could have taken a flight whenever he wanted, but sadly, there were certain time constraints on his life and responsibilities he did have to adhere to and his profession was one of them. Nothing would ever come before or be more important to him than music and his guitar: it was the way that sort of life was lived. Singular brow raised in questioning at her request. Trying not to seem like a jerk and give her the wrong impression, but failing at doing so, the man let himself laugh quietly, amused expression meeting her before lips parted to answer. I'm meeting the 'rents already? Damn girl; I didn't peg you for one that would move that fast. Teasing her lightly, the drake was kept from answering her as the waitress returned with their food, the Maison de Fournier living up to its reputation of fast service and delicious food. Arm fell from the booth's back to his side, Revikr leaning away from the table as the employee placed the hot plates in front of them, grasping the edges with a thick clothe napkin to protect her hands. Taking his silverware out of his own white napkin, he heard his date thank their waitress in her native tongue and looked up, instantly grinning in gratitude at the waitress as he did so. Thanks doll. The words flowed out naturally before attention shifted back to the girl across the way from him. Yea, I'll go with you. Flashing a grin, eyes dropped down to the food on his plate, hands lifting so the fork, knife, and spoon could do precisely what they were made for, his napkin sitting on the table, messily folded, but folded nonetheless. Some time passed and he took the initial bites of his dinner, satisfied as always with the superior taste. So what work does your mom do? Pausing in order to continue conversation, he bent a bit, taking another stab of ham dipped in his Tartiflette off the fork as it was brought to his mouth, teeth slowly grinding the sustenance while he waited for her answer.

He seemed a little fidgety and unable to sit still he always seemed to be moving a bit to try to get into a comfortable position, she did not mind that though it was merely an observation. The people who had been staring at them seemed to have finished now and had returned back to either their dinners or their partners. It was almost as though they were waiting for the two of them to do something to scandulous that it would make their night a little more interesting. Nothing would happen though since they were both on their best behaviour and even the cheeky male was being a perfect gentleman and making the night rank a little higher on the scale. She had expected them to clash right away and the night to be a nightmare but so far the conversation between the two of them was effortless and flowing with the spaces between the words was not even a hint of akward. He was different then she would have expected, sure he did not care what the people thought of him but he was smart and he worked hard in school even though he did not have any sorts of plans to do much more then where his music would take him. One day she planned on actually getting to see him play but she would not push it right now since they were so new to one another. He complimented her telling her that he would have never thought that she had English as a second language and admitting that French was very sexy which caused her cheeks to flush a little red and a small smile to widen on her features. She then leaned back against the booth with eyes meeting his as he spoke, telling her that the man that owned the restaurant was French and she nodded she had already guessed that. She nodded in understanding when the man spoke of wishing that he had gone when his father had been in Paris the last time. She was sure that he would have liked it since the culture there was a lot different. He then told her that he might go one summer if he was not searching for a place in a band. He seemed to be very serious about his future which was a good sign. When he went to answer her request his whole demeanour changed and she flinched a little waiting for the words. She did not know what was going to come out of his mouth though she braced for it by gritting her teeth together her jawline was tight. Dinner had just arrived so she paused since she knew that she was going to be expected to respond. The food was fabulous and authentic. With the answer he gave she found herself resorting back to the sarcastic retorts that caused her gaurd to go up. Well if you would prefer I am sure one of the guys of the football team would come with me. She stated with a small frown that crossed features. Of course he could not be perfect for the entire night and she found her stomach churning a little. She then took another bite of her meal to ensure that she was keeping up with him when he was eating. He then finished by telling her that he would go with her. Alright. It starts at six. She told him but she did not know many more details then that. She knew that she would only be able to skirt around the truth for so long and when he asked her what her mother did for work she flinched a little realizing it would be the perfect situation. Well shes actually my foster mom. She just became a police officer. The words trailed off though it was better for her to tell him now then for him to confront her about it when he finally met Ayrn. She knew that it was nothing to be ashamed of but she did not want it to release it to the whole school since she knew that it would make a nice rumour. She was nearing the end of the meal and they seemed to finish at the same time. She leaned back against the booth and within a matter of moments the waitress then returned and took their plates replacing it with a bill, that was paid at the front. As they walked out to the car she smiled a little. Thank you for taking me here. She told him before stepping into the car and fastening her seat belt. She did not like the idea that he would be meeting Ayrn so soon but she did not see another way around it since Ayrn had told her specifically to bring someone. She wanted to meet the people that Pirzi was hanging out with at school. As they pulled to a stop outside of the hotel she leaned over palm pressed to the mans cheek as lips were pressed fairly hard to his. A small cheeky grin was plastered on features before she spring from his grips and out the door. See you tomorrow. She told him before jogging the rest of the way into the hotel. Ayrn was not home yet and she was exhausted so she simply got ready for bed and pulled the covers over herself happy when sleep came so easily even though she knew that she had a busy day next day not only was it the night that she was supposed to go with Ayrn to the banquet dinner but it was the schools talent day, luckily that meant that after the talent show that they would be free to leave since it would give her more time to prepare for the meal that night. She awoke a couple minutes before her alarm and turned it off before she walked out into the washroom and dressed in comfortable clothes since she knew that she would have to change the moment she arrived at school as well and that they were bringing in a makeup artist to do all of the girls makeups, her and another girl had been named the leaders in the swing dance that they were preforming. Ayrn was not even up so she took Cairo out to do her morning business and started on a quick breakfast before Ayrn walked out of her room looking as though she had had a busy night. She knew the other older girl did not have work today so she felt horrible for her having to wake up to drive her to school. She stated a cheery good morning before they both grabbed a plate and headed down to the parking garage and stepped into the car. When she dropped her off a whisper of good luck was emitted before Pirzi jogged out the door and through the morning mist to the school she was an hour early since that was the time that they were told they needed to be there. Instantly she was met by other members of the dance team and they all gathered in their change rooms and were worked on. She sat patiently while her makeup was put on and fake eyelashes and eccentric colours though it looked good eventually and she would not be embarrassed by it. Since they would want to get out of their costumes they would be the first to perform and then they would be allowed to strip down back into their clothes. She was to wear a teal coloured dress with sparkles lining the whole thng luckily with a pair of shorts underneath so people would not be seeing her underwear. By the time that they were fully ready it was time to perform and the gym was lined with the rest of the students though she tried her best not to get nervous but adrenaline was already pumping. The upbeat music was pumping through the speakers as the four of them entered. Her partner was a handsome tall guy that she had not seen around school much. She fit him perfectly though and they seemed to be a succesful partnering. The other two, well that was a little more questionable. After a quick stance in the spotlight waiting for the music to start she could feel her heart pounding. Scanning the crowd she spotted Emily waing in her direction and smiled then searched for the face of Rev. The music started suddenly though she was ready. They moved in a close sequence together a series of jumps and swing dancing moves that would be impressive to the crowd. She was a little nervous of the man catching her but it was flawless and she was spun around him gracefully. Hopping nimbly back to the ground they were at least halfway through when the other girl tripped and stumbled into her partner that managed to bump her and send her almost to her knees. Teeth gritted against the sharp pain though she barely allowed herself to falter. She would not be brought down by the other girl. After they were finished they performed a bow before jogging off stage, her ankle was almost buckling under the weight and her steps were lilted and uneven. She placed a hand on the males shoulder. He turned to her asking if she was alright and she nodded. Still slightly breathless the medic overlooked her ankle and placed a tensor bandage on it telling her that she should get it checked out to make sure that she did not tear anything though she knew that since she was a shifter that it would heal within a matter of hours. She changed back into the spandex yoga TNA pants that she had worn to school and the zip up white hoody looking a little more comfortable after the short shower. She was back into the gym having only missed a couple of people. Taking her seat next to where she had spotted Rev sitting. The girl who had tripped took her spot next to her apologizing for bumping her but she smiled and shrugged it off before returning her eyes to the stage.

All amusement left features at her suggestion of an alternative for him going, fork pausing where it was, stuck halfway into his mouth, as he slid one bite off the prongs. Slowly, he pulled the utensil out and sat back against the booth, eyes hooded and dark now as arms rested uselessly against the table, the bloke not enjoying being threatened by her with the promise of her having a date no matter what. Anger ebbed a bit as she accepted his affirmative and told him what time it started What? Are you not going to come pick me up in your nice ride? Vocals teased her, attempting to lighten the mood a little. They continued eating for a little while till his initial question about her mom was answered, bringing a curious expression to facade that was shot across the table at her. Pirzi was adopted? Such was news to him and considering the school was almost always buzzing with the latest gossip, which meant the woman had kept the surprise very well hidden from anyone at school. Emily certainly had not been one of the people the girl had confided in, if she had done so at all. Although the former was a very nice person and in general a reliable friend for the most part, she was indeed the gossip queen of the academy and everyone recognized that. Oh yea? That's cool. Having the mother of his girlfriend be a police officer could potentially cause some problems between the boy and law enforcement, but luckily, he stayed out of legal trouble for the most part with his record stating nothing about his drug usage or bad reputation. All that was left on that stupid sheet of paper which was shipped to the insurance company in order for the monthly payment to be accurately charged was his most recent wreck that had happened the year before back. In it, he had wrecked his new CL600 Mercedes Benz Coupe when some dumbass with a supercharged Mustang had challenged him to a race. Of course, Revikr had won, but the competitor had rear ended him not three minutes after the race simply to spite him. Yes, the wreck jacked his insurance cost way up, but he faired a lot better than the other guy. Both cars were totaled, yes, however, Rev was not the one who had a black eye, busted ribs, and a swollen lip for a week or more after the wreck. They finished eating pretty quickly then moved to the front to pay the check, the teen handing over his debit card without even looking at the price of the meal as he stuck the receipt into his wallet along with the card as the hostess returned it. After wishing them a good night, the restaurant staff allowed them to walk out the door, the man keeping his hand lighting resting on the small of her back as they walked in the dark to the parking spot in the back. Hearing her comment as he unlocked the doors then climbed in, the bloke shot her a smile, shrugging it off as if it were nothing as he started the engine. It was just dinner and I was going to come here whether or not I had company. Bringing you just made it not lame. Trying to keep his chilled mentality, he backed out of the spot, pulled through the lot, and then turned onto the street they had taken to arrive there. Thinking forward to the next day, the talent show was completely forgotten while mind remained preoccupied by thoughts of the banquet she had just invited him too, wondering what it was going to be like and who would be there. Time passed by fast once again and pretty soon he was pulling up in front of the hotel, parking a bit further along the curb of the drive up area for customers to unload and load their luggage before turning to look at her with a relaxed position. Body reacted eagerly to her touch, weight shifting forward and hand moving to cup her waist, mouth moving over hers in the pace that she set. Arm fell onto the rest once the lass pulled away, a collected, small grin on features as she opened the door and got out, telling him she would see him tomorrow. Yep. Sweet dreams. He answered almost mechanically after using such a goodbye when addressing multiple people. With wrist draped over the wheel, he drove home, having to push the gate button as well as the garage button in order to get in because none of the staff were on premises that night. After getting up the stairs, he got the dope from the safe in his closet and rolled a joint, going out onto his balcony in his room and shutting the sliding glass door firmly before lighting one end and smoking. Tomorrow as a big day with the talent show and the social engagement with Pirzi and the man needed some way to calm down. Upon finishing, he returned to his bedroom and went to take a shower having stripped his clothes off outside to leave them there overnight so they could air out and his room would not smell like pot. After the shower, he climbed in bed and went to sleep, waking up to his alarm the next morning after a dreamless night. He dressed in ripped jeans and one of his father's band shirts then started down the stairs; going first to the studio to pick up his guitars and their cases before going back upstairs to the kitchen where he ate the omelet Maria had made him that morning. Kissing her on the cheek as he usually did, the bloke started out of the house with his hands full, choosing to take the Ferrari that day instead of his usual car. Instead of going to his first period of the day when he arrived to the school building, the guitarist went straight to the auditorium, meeting up with his guys in the back where they tuned their instruments and did a short practice run of the many notes. They left their set up off in a corner like instructed by the talent show coordinator and then were free to find their seats in the crowd just as the classes started to pile in. Picking one towards the front in the middle section with the rest of the band picking seats in the row behind him or in front of him, the male was not surprised when Chuck came and took a seat at his left and Emily with Sam came and sat beside him too, leaving an empty space between them on his right for Pirzi once she finished with her talent show act. Distraction the night before had kept him from asking very much about her routine, but he found, especially now, that he was interested to learn what it was about. No one, not even the gossip queen, knew what was going to happen which only heightened the mystery. Then, the lights dimmed and music started, signaling that the show was about to start. First, the student body president came out and gave a quick introduction before running from the stage and leaving it open for the dancers. Leaning forward in his seat as he saw the fea step out in a very clingy dress with a guy partner walking beside her, the bloke found he was anxious and therefore watched in anticipation. Once again, he was amazed by her dancing skills which obviously excelled, especially when compared to the other girl who had been chosen to represent the dance team. They finished with a nearly flawless routine, the only screw up making the entire audience suck in a breath because it was obvious that the collision had hurt. They took the bows and were followed off the stage with whistles, hollers, and plenty of clapping with most of the former coming from him and his friends. Knowing that they were the sixth act to go, Rev was able to sit quietly and enjoy a good majority of the show, hoping to see Pirzi before having to go on stage, but that was not meant to be. At about the fourth performance, he gathered up the group and they started towards the side entrance to the stage, setting up their instruments in the correct places behind the curtain and the few people in front of them belted out lyrics to random songs. Just before they were about to go on, while everyone clapped for the previous act, Revikr stuck his head around the corner, sneaking a glance at where he had been sitting to find the girl sitting there along with the dance partner who had tripped, able to fit in the row because Chuck had made the room by moving one seat down. Grinning to himself, he moved to his position on the stage, boasting his custom, black with gold stripped, Synyster Gates guitar where "REVI" replaced the "SYN" that lined the neck behind the strings, heart beating rapidly with excitement, knowing there was no other feel quite like live performance. The curtains rose and the singer made the introductions with each member strumming, hitting, or singing their respective instrument as their name was called. Grinning, he met the girl’s eyes in the crowd and sent her a wink just as the singer introduced their first song: Young by Hollywood Undead. Revikr joined in with the vocals, being the only other one on the band who had taken lessons, and sang the chorus while their main singer did the rest. After the applause had died down from that one, the bassist moved up to the mike to announce the next song was I Wanna Be Your Man by Endeverafter: one of Revikr's favorites to play. Drawing their energy mostly from the crowded and each other, the members got a little more into it than they had in the previous song, with the singer jumping around and running to sing next to the different members as well as the front of the stage; taking advantage of the cordless microphone. During the chorus, he and the bassist got together and played in the center of the stage, rocking it out with each other before running back to their respective microphone stands in order to sing the backup parts required. They finished with that song, irreplaceable smiles plastered on faces as they looked from one to the other, waiting for their fellow students to quiet down some more before the signer made an elaborate show of bowing to Rev and sweeping his arm in the direction of the microphone. Hardly hesitating, the naturally born entertainer stepped up to the mike, smirking as he waited still for them to quiet down, ready to announce the last song. The last one we will be playing for you guys is Bat Country by the best band of all time, Avenged Sevenfold. Returning to his spot, the strings that he had learned from practicing with his father and the rest of the band so many times played over and over in his memory just before the countdown was called and he jumped into playing. Bidding his time till the guitar solo, the boy did his best to prepare, but when the time came, there was nothing left to do but play. Stepping up and around from his mike stand, the lad got really into the music, his entire body moving to the chaotic beat; knees bent with torso swaying, head jerking in a complimentary rhythm, while fingers did fancy work along the frets. Only allowing his breath that he had held in up until the point of the end of the solo to be released once it was finished, completed with one hundred percent accuracy, a triumphant grin spanning to include his band mates. They finished the set list and did their usual acknowledgements, waving to the crowd and bowing, but before they could walk off the stage, one of the administrators who was in charge of the show told them to do another song because one of the acts failed to show up that day. Gathering together, the singer asked Rev if he wanted to do the fourth song they had played together just messing around one day during practice. He nodded then disappeared backstage, taking off his electric guitar as he went. Placing it in the case, he picked up the other case then moved back onto the stage, asking the bassist to grab the stool that was off to the left side of the stage behind the curtain. The singer and the bassist worked on adjusting the mike stand while Revikr pulled out the acoustic guitar from the case and began adjusting its sound, making sure it was where he wanted it before thanking the guys quietly and moving to sit on the stool that was brought, grabbing a hold of the microphone to adjust it to the level of his lips. Sorry about that. We weren't prepared to do another song. I'm going to change pace here and go acoustic with Hey There Delilah by the Plain White T's. Tucking his chin towards his chest, he looked down at the strings and began to play, playing a few stanza's before picking up the song, displaying both his voice and playing skills. Halfway through, he glanced up, easily catching Pirzi's unique teal gaze, never faltering as he held it and continued to sing as well as play, making the girl the object to whom he was singing. Upon the song's end, he held still for a long moment, a slow smile pulling at the edges of lips while the student body exploded, filling him with unsurmounted adrenaline although it was almost forgotten because he was still keeping a looked vision on the vixen. After another few seconds, he realized that he should probably stand and get off the stage, thereby breaking the eye contact as he lifted his hand in an appreciative wave to everyone, joining his band as they closed the curtains on them, allowing them to put up the instruments and respective amps without disturbing the rest of the show. It was no surprise that they were all pretty excited about how good of a reception they had gotten and how well the set had gone and therefore moved quickly loading up the amps and other instruments into their vehicles so they could return to watch the rest of the talent show. They all wanted to party that night in order to celebrate, but when Revikr told them he had a dinner thing to go to with Pirzi that night, the idea got blown off a bit. He encouraged it however, and told them that after he would try to come party, deciding to ask the lady if she wanted to come with him later on that day. As quietly as they could, the snuck back into the auditorium, shaking hands of people who noticed them and accepting compliments while making their way to the seats. The guitarist squeezed between the row in front of them and Chuck as he came to the aisle, moving to sit in the seat beside his newly established girlfriend. Not caring about who saw or what else was going on, the man leaned across the way, hand reaching to cup her cheek, and kissed her, his high from the playing too much to be let down. You did amazing up there. How's the foot or whatever got hurt? That bump looked pretty brutal. Lyrics were quiet as he spoke them, ignoring whoever was on display for now, cobalt depths trained solely on the girl while his hand moved in search of hers, fingers intertwining so he could squeeze gently, not sure how else to express the amount of excitement coursing through his veins.

She was not allowing herself to limp as she walked back from where they had changed in the changerooms when she arrived in the aisle Rev was already gone to set up from their performance which she had expected and Chuck moved over to make room for the other girl who chose to sit next to her which was a little strange since she had never talked to her before though the girl seemed nice enough so she did not mind. She got comfortable in her seat and relaxed back in the chair with a small sigh. Eyes were then turned back to the stage as she watched the other people listlessly almost zoning out. The other girl turned to her with a small smile. So are the rumours true? Are you going out with Revikr? She asked with a curious tilt of her head, of course she wanted to hear the latest rumours. Yes we are dating. She told her and they were cut off by the clatter of equipment being brought from behind the stage and instantly she caught the mans eye and offered a small smile. It did not take long for everything to set up. She found herself waiting for the time the music would start and she would actually be able to hear him play for the first time since she did not have the guts to ask him since they were so new into the relationship. He looked so at home beneath the gazes of the student body and it seemed so easy for him, one thing that she still had not seemed to master. No matter how many times she had danced in front of a large crowd she still got extremely nervous. The first song she did not recognize though it was well played and all members of the band seemed to be syncronized this was not one of those embarrassing garage bands they had potential, well had she expected different from rev? He was not going to get on stage and put his reputation on the line to do a half ass job and sound shitty even she knew him better then that. When he finished the first song she applauded along with the rest of the gym thinking that was all since the rest of the bands had only had one song prepared but he made an announcement that the next song was by the best band and this time she recognized the lyrics she was familiar with bat country. He seemed to lock eyes with her the entire time and the other girl seemed to notice as well and smirked to her. When they were finished they started to move things off the stage but were stopped by the announcer who asked them to do another song. The whole tempo changed and the strumming of acoustic started a small smile gracing her features as the mans voice started the lyrics flowing perfectly off his tongue. She was able to tell the song was directed to her with the small wink and she knew that with this performance he would be one of the most sought out guys in the school. When he finished she knew it would take him a moment before he would return to the gym because they would be packing their equipment to their respective cars. She made it to the concession being passed two waters and went back to her seat managing to sit back down right in time to see him walk down towards her. When he met her he cupped her cheek and kissed her right in front of everyone that had turned to look when he walked down the aisle and yet she did not care, the gesture was returned with the same adrenaline that course through his veins but all for different reasons. She did not mind that it was in the public but at the same time did not want to risk getting caught by the teachers and broke it off for him to sit down. As he did so a water was passed to him from her walk to the concession. Oh I am fine I just rolled it. She told him with a small smile. Your performance was amazing, I want to watch more often. she told him. With getting some glares from the other students that were intent on watching the rest of the show she turned back to him as she settled back into her seat with a small sigh. Nothing else seemed to captivate her interest too much so she allowed herself to zone out with the thoughts of tonight roaming her mind. She was convinced that it would be alright since she was not about to turn down free food and she wanted to make sure that she was supporting her adoptive mother since already Ayrn meant a lot to her, more then her biological mother ever had. Within the next hour they were all finished up and all of the gymnasium was dismissed, it was a nice break from classes since it was understood that a lot of the people had brought things that they needed for their performances and things that did not need to sit in the cars all day so they would be allowed to get them home. She stood once the rest of the chairs were unoccupied. The girl that was sitting beside her stood as well. Bye Pirzi. I am sorry, I will see you on Monday. She told her hesitantly before then walking out of the aisle. She took the mans hand as they walked from the gym and turned to him. All of the group that had been performing were jogging after him. Want to go for lunch Rev? And Pirzi of course? They asked and Rev nodded and she shrugged. As long as Rev doesn't mind spending so much time with me. She said with a small smirk. As they reached his car she turned to him after she had gotten in and put her seatbelt on. So I hate to admit it, but spending time with you really is not that bad. I am actually enjoying it. She said with a light hearted chuckle as she leaned across the center console and kissed his cheek gently. They drove to a buffet just off one of the main streets and it turned out to be one of those all you can eat places which she did not mind. She stepped from the car noticing that she was one of the only girls in the group and walking close to the mans side though knowing he was out with his friends and did not reach for his hand. When they arrived at the table after being helped by the hostess she then sat allowing them to talk. You guys are pretty great. How long have you been playing together? She asked, taking interest in it.

Accepting the water with a surprised yet grateful expression, the man broke the cap seal and upturned the bottle, the cold liquid soothing his throat which was dry from singing. Most of the time, he remember to bring some sort of canteen, but that morning, it had simply blown his mind, but luckily the essa was thirsty too and had gotten two waters instead of just one. Turning attention back to her after downing about half of the bottle, the bloke listened while she answered his question, head bobbing a bit in understanding since he had his fair share of sprained ankle stories even if none of them were the consequences of a clumsy dance partner. Hand screwed on the cap back to his water and the plastic was stuck in his lap as the unexpected string of compliments came from his companion, brow raising a bit as chin lifted slowly, a half smirk tugging on one side of features. Yea? You might regret saying that later. You've just signed up for a full time gig, sweetheart. Chuckling and leaning fully back in his seat, thoughts turned from the girl beside him to the future and other performances that were to come. At first, when they had started the band, it was just a temporary arrangement, but Revikr was starting to hope they might be able to elongate their collaboration. Sure they meant only for the talent show to be a fun thing in which they could show off their talents and test their abilities to be in a band however, their first set in front of an audience had gone well: much better than the bloke had thought it might. Did they have any chance of possibly taking it further than just playing for the school? Thanks to his parents and the life he had lived, the boy had connections pretty much anywhere so finding a place where they could play and get paid for doing so would not be hard and the idea was actually starting to sound really good to him. Unlike his father, Rev had not had a steady group of friends who all developed into one very lucrative band with only one inescapable replacement occurring after his namesake had died from a drug overdose. Seeing his dad and the other guys in the band who were like his uncles made him wish for the same sort of connection with his own band. He did not want to be one of those guitarists who jumped from one band to the next simply because they did not get along with the singer or had problems sharing the limelight. Train of thought was broken when a very rude hiss was directed towards them from someone who sat behind either in the row directly back or two rows back, obviously annoyed with their talking. Gritting his teeth, the man's body tensed as he sat forward abruptly, turning dagger like cerulean depths to glare behind them, gaze sweeping the crowd till it landed upon the unfamiliar facade of some disgruntled guy who was looking directly at him and Pirzi. Knowing without having to ask that this one had been the person to speak out, eyes narrowed, and gaze easily leveling with the challenge. Mind your own damn business. Our talking isn't bothering you. Vocals snap, eyes flashing a warning as he turned back around, glancing first at the woman before resting back against the cushions, remaining silent despite his determination to not let the stranger have his way. No one shushed him; especially not some bastard that had no right to do so and the situation was made even worse that his girl had been shushed right along with him: no one disrespected Pirzi with him having full knowledge of it and got away scot free. Thankfully, nothing else became of the incident and after the show was completed, the faculty released the students with well wishes for the weekend. Almost instantly, the mob cheered: hooping and hollering, as they all made a mad dash for the doors; all at the same time. Not wanting to bother with that mess, the musician took her hand and led her down the aisle in the opposite direction of the doors, moving onto the stage so they could sneak out the back exit there that led directly to the parking lot: the same one the band had used to unload and load the instruments. Winking, he turned halfway back to look at her before digging in his pockets for the keys, assuming that since she was walking alongside him that she was interested in doing something with him during their new found spare time. Keys were rescued from his jeans and just when it appeared the lass was about to say something, his buddies interrupted by running up after him, asking if they wanted to go to lunch. Shrugging he turned to look at Pirzi with a raised eyebrow, waiting for the decision to be made. Rev had been planning on taking her to lunch anyway and although going with the band would mean that it would not be alone time for them, but the male wanted to go: knowing they would get plenty of time to with each other at the dinner tonight and frankly felt like doing things solely with her would get worn out after a while. Her reply brought laughter from his lips and arm wrapped around her waist, a casual kiss pressing to her temple before attention returned to the guys. Yea we'll go. I'll follow you. Parting, they all went to their vehicles and climbed in. The pair was the first to disappear from sight since the lad's car was parked close to the school and as he climbed in, Revikr had to make a few adjustments by moving his guitar cases which housed the guitars from the passenger seat to the back, making room for her so she could sit beside him. The engine revved up, her confession causing an amused reaction from the drake. Satirical appalled expression flashed over features, his mouth parting and eyes widening unnecessarily, a sharp gasp drawing in the oxygen from within the cab of the car. Oh no. We can't have you finding joy in hanging out with me. I will have to be an even bigger jerk. Playfully smirking across the way at her, he watched as she leaned over and planted a kiss on his cheek, making him cross the span a half second later with hand on her chin, mouth pressing gently to hers. I'm glad I'm not as big of a jerk as you originally thought I was. Sincere lyrics speak quietly as he sat back into the driver's seat without looking at her and pulling out of the spot to follow the singer's black Toyota 4-runner. They went to a buffet place: the sort of restaurant that was perfect for young teenage boys who frequently ate an overabundance of food. Stepping out, the bloke thought nothing of it as he reached across the distance to grab her hand, fingers sliding into the crevices between hers as he lifted his hand in greeting to the three other band members and one's, the bassist's, girlfriend who had come along for the same reason his had. They paid at the front then got their plates and drinks before finding a table to sit at, most already stuffing their faces although Rev followed his manners and ate politely. Hearing her question, he glanced around at the other guys, seeing them do the same, before clearing his throat, swallowing what food was in his mouth, taking a drink, and then answering. We've been practicing together since the beginning of school so maybe two or three weeks? We pretty much just wanted to see how it would go. And it was kick ass. All of them grinned in agreement at each other, exchanging high fives with the guitarist to be the last to contribute, laughing slightly with his head hung and free arm propped up against the table. Yea did pretty good. What do you guys think about actually playing a real gig? I could find us a place around town or in nearby cities where we could give it a shot. Tossing out the idea for them to mull over, but not expecting any decisions to be made that night, the man just talked it over, going through the pros which overweighed the cons by nearly thirty percent. After they had finished, with a hour having past, he announced that they had to go and turning to his girlfriend waited till she stood to do the same, saying his goodbyes to the rest before making his way to his car, again opening her door for her before getting into his seat and driving to her hotel. Just like last night, he parked outside the lobby doors, sighing as he turned to look at her with a smile. Well I'll see you tonight. Do you want me to get here a little before six? He asked, waiting for her answer before moving to kiss her, lips lingering a bit longer than they would have normally with a girl he had only been dating a day. Going home, he met up again with the guys, this time a more having a more serious talk about the possibilities before them, deciding that the next week they would bring some song ideas and Rev would do research on different venue maybes. Regretting having to do so, the drake chased them out of the house with just enough time to get ready for the banquet. Showered, dressed and looking more than just presentable in his older suit that was barely worn, but too formal for his tastes, the male went down to the garage and got the Ferrari keys before driving to the Fairview, parking in the garage like she told him to and arriving a little later than when she told him to be there. He texted her to let her know he was there then got out and moved into the lobby, waiting there to see if she would meet him down there for if he was going to get to see where she lived.

Dull expression was held for the rest of the performance until the time came that they were allowed to shuffle from the gym. She saw a glimmer of the hostile personality that she had witness before they had been going out when a guy glared at the two of them for talking and a few tense words were exchanged, causing the other male to accept him as the dominant one and back down right away. It was interesting since the other seemed to be willing to get into a altercation though she was glad though since she did not already want to have to go to the principals office it would be frowned upon since she had already been there once and she did not want to be on a first name basis with the Dean. She already knew that she was on even closer probabation after her punching that guy in the face when he had put the moves on her the one day at lunch, just thinking about it brought a smile to her face and she almost chuckled though she managed to hold it back knowing that Rev would think she was a crazy person, since when did she care what people thought of her? This whole dating thing was turning out to not be so good for her untouchable reputation. She frowned for a moment before standing when her hand was pulled with the male that was already on his feet. Interest was held as he walked in the opposite direction to the rest of the crowd though she was glad since she could blame it on the crowd, not seeing Emily and saying bye to her. She knew that the girl would want to do something and possibly invite them for lunch and she did not want to have to make an excuse on the spot to turn them down. They made it through the doors without seeing anyone. When they reached the parking lot a couple of the members of the band jogged to beside them and asked if they wanted to go to lunch, she did not want to intrude if he wanted to go without her though he made it clear that she would be coming with them. She did not mind since she did not have anything better to do since she was sure that Ayrn would not even be home since she always seemed busy running errands or doing other things that involved either work or the hotel. She was a busy person whos life seemed to run at mach 100. A small smile creased her lips as a kiss was placed to her temple, he sure was not afraid of making sure that everyone knew that she belonged with him and that she was off limits, she could not say that she minded either, at first she had tried her best to remain the way that they had been before their relationship but compromised telling herself that there was no harm in liking the man and that she might as well try her best to make sure that she had not been the one to cause it to not work out. If it did not work out and she felt as though she did not give it her all she would always be left to wonder what would have happened if she had acted a little differently. It was not the same car as the one that they had taken to dinner last night, this must be one of his parents. She had not known right away that his father was a rockstar until she heard it in gym from Emily when she had asked the girl what the big deal about him was. That did not change her perspective on him though. She waited outside the car until he had moved the stuff that was sitting in the seat that she would soon occupy and moved to settle into the seats that were just as comfortable as his own car. She settled the seatbelt over her lap and locked it into place. When she stated her small confession he turned to her with a wry smile telling her that he could not have her actually enjoying the time that they spent together, that he would have to try harder to be a bigger jerk, a mock frown crossed her face as she turned towards him. What you want to go back to me throwing dodgeballs at you and trying to ignore you? She asked with a light chuckle. All the sarcasm seemed to change a moment later and he pressed his mouth to hers and breath hitched in the back of her throat before it was broken apart by the fact that he was driving and lyrics then danced across the space between the two of them and they were utterly truthful and started to break down the barrier that he put up so high between the two of them. When they had first met and he had been such a jerk it had all been an act and finally when she had broken through that she ruined it and escaped back to her house after sharing a sensational kiss with him at Emily's party. From there on he had never been quite the same as the side he had shown her at the party though that side was starting to glimmer through a little more often and she was glad. The drive was short and they were following one of the other members of the band and they pulled up in front of a buffet place that looked so familiar from the times that she had taken Cairo for walks. As an instinct her hand was grasped by the man and fingers were intertwined with his. It was as natural as walking for her now. Fluid, graceful steps carry her to the door and she held it for the person that was behind them. A few introductions were made and her eyes land on the bassists girlfriend glad that she was not the only female here. She listened quietly to all the males talk and smiled along with them eating her share of the food though not nearly as much as they seemed to be able to engulf. When they were finished they all stood from the table and headed off towards the door. Stepping into the car once more as he drove her home, glad that she had not had to walk home from school today since she was much too stubborn to call Ayrn. She did not want to disturb her on one of her only days off that had probably turned into a day of being busy and doing stuff that she had not been able to accomplish during the work week. Sure then you can meet Ayrn before we go to the banquet. I will meet you in the lobby you need a special pass to get to our floor. The kiss as brief as it was was enough to take her breath away again and lull her into a state of feeling secure, even though it was all so new to her and she was not yet used to the fact that she was dating the son of a famous rockstar, not that it mattered since she just saw him as the guy that she had hated for the entire first part of school and seemed to conviently run into, over and over again until finally she came to terms with the fact that she actually seemed to have feelings for him. When their goodbyes were over she moved to the front of the lobby and stepped through the door and into the well lit and welcoming hallway that seemed to draw a lot of customers in with the appeal of the hotel. Damien himself was standing at the front desk and waved a hand in greeting. You are home early. He questioned. Yah, the school had a talent show and allowed us all to go home after it. He nodded and watched as she made her way to the elevator. The card she had been given was swiped and it allowed her to press the 12 button. When she arrived at the top she was able to hear hushed voices and immediately dismissed it as being the other couple that lived on the top floor, she had not been to the parking garage so she did not have a clue if Ayrn was even home. So when she pressed the key into the door eyes were averted from the rest of the house when they fell on two figures in the kitchen, both seemingly missing articles of clothing. She froze to the spot, the keys having been in her clutches fell to the hardwood floor with a loud clatter. Eyes widen a little as she was not too sure who was more embarrassed her or Ayrn who fumbled to cover herself with the clothing that had obviously just been taken off. I had the talent show, I am sorry I thought I told you I would be home early. She looked to the ground not meeting anyones eyes as she then moved away from the view of the kitchen, she whistled lowly and Cairo bounded to her from wherever she had been sleeping. The dog jogging behind her as she returned to the door back facing the kitchen before stepping with the dog out into the hallway. She would give them time to cool down since she did not want it to change anything between her and Ayrn its not as though she could not deal with it it was just not anyones wish to see someone who you looked up to engaged in those activities. With the dog by her side she exitted the building out onto the street not even a glance was given to Damien though he did not seem to notice her she was walking much too quickly. She did not have any specific direction she was headed until she noticed that she was not the only one that was following in her footsteps Cairo swung around to face someone that was behind her with a low growl. Forgive me for startling you, I have been trying to catch up to you for awhile now, you are Pirzi correct? Proper Italian sounding lyrics rang out to her. Instantly she was defensive and realized that they were just about at the entrance of the park still within a busy enough area that she doubted this man would risk the publicity though she was still on edge around him there was something not right about him even though he sounded to be genuinely nice. The intense stare of hazel coloured optics was intimidating and she found herself shifting beneath their gaze. The man smiled but it was not a warm and happy smile. Yes. She found herself giving one word answers. I thought so, you are more dazzling then she described, would you please give this to her, I think she must have dropped it. He then pulled a pendant at the end of a silver chain out of his pocket. I am sure we will meet soon. It sounded more of a sure thing then a comment that plainly stated that they might run into one another. She took the pendant that was an emerald stone in the middle of the chain. Interest was sparked as to where it had come from and why it was here. Where would Ayrn have dropped it? The guy was tall and handsome and dressed impecabbly but there was something about him that was just not right and made her sick to her stomach. The pendant was shoved into her jeans pockets and she had forgotten completely about it by the time she reached the top of the elevator as she then pressed her key into the door and walked into the house. Instantly Ayrn was approaching her. Pirzi I am so sorry, that was totally not right of me. I am so sorry. She was almost fra ntic Pirzi forced herself to chuckle and glanced up at Ayrn. Its no big deal really let's pretend it did not happen. It was still early afternoon and they did not have to be gone for a long time so when Ayrn demanded they go and get their hair done by the hair salon there was no way that she was able to protest and tell her no. Even though sitting in one of those chairs for over an hour was not high on her priority list. Finally after it was all finished they returned home to get changed. Ayrn wore an emerald coloured dress that looked fabulous with her eye colour combined with the updo that she had requested from the hair dresser. She only had one dress until Ayrn came back to her. I bought this for you, I could not help thinking it would look good on you, plus you need more dresses. She handed Pirzi a stunning black cocktail dress. Wow, thank you. She knew better then to argue with Ayrn already and pulled the dress on when she was getting changed in her room. A thin layer of mascara accented teal coloured eyes and long chestnut locks were made wavy and hung over her shoulders elegantly. The dress was a lot different then then teal one that Rev had seen her in at the party. So when she stepped out of the elevator to go meet him she was a little nervous spotting him and a small smile reached lips. Hey. She stated gently taking his hand and pulling him towards the elevator but Damien noticed first. And you are not even going to introduce me to your date Pirzi? I am offended. He told her good naturedly with a small smile. Damien, this is Revikr, Revikr this is Damien, he is Ayrns best friend. The older man stuck a hand out to shake Revs hand with a small smile. Nice to meet you. He told the younger male before turning back to Pirzi. You guys have fun tonight. It made it sound as though he was not coming which she found strange since he was Ayrns best friend. Are you not coming? She asked casually. No. I have to skip out on this one I need to go pick Laina up from the airport her flight gets in tonight. She nodded then turned back to the elevator. I look forward to meeting her. This was her last statement before stepping into the elevator and the door closed behind the two of them. Long time no see. She said with a small chuckle shifting towards the back of the elevator waiting for the door to ding telling them it was about to open and she stepped out as it did. The two doors were the only ones on this floor and she found it a little strange that they shared the place with another couple that owned the other condo that had been put up for sale when the place had been built, they were nice though and they had never seen them very much. Plus she learnt that Ayrn had just moved back here when her and Erixic had split up so it had been a rushed decision. When the door was unlocked Ayrn was standing in the front of the hallway and moved to greet Rev. Hello, you must be Revikr, I am Ayrn its very nice to meet you.

Eyes roamed the lobby the instant the male entered through the big double doors, looking for her even though know he knew the girl would not be there. After a short moment however, his attention diverted to the cell phone as he pulled it from his pocket, thumb quickly moving over the touch screen as he typed in a reply text to Taul, the bassist with the band who was asking his opinion upon a song he was busy writing. They were all pretty excited about the opportunity to have a real gig and Taul was perhaps the most into it out of the group. Almost the instant Revikr had mentioned that they would need to have songs of their own rather than simply learning and playing hits of others; the bassist had gotten out a spiral and pen and began to write down lyrics. Apparently now the boy was almost through with his second song and planned on continuing to write for the rest of the night till his muse ran out. Although he was really pumped that the other guy was this excited, the man just could not help but wonder how his girlfriend would take his total absorption in the music while they were supposed to be spending time together. Unfortunately, Taul would probably learn all too quickly how the business affected relationships; Rev just hoped he would not take it too hard when his girlfriend dumped him for a guy who could devote himself to her and not the band. Thoughts of future disappointments and broken promises disappeared when the man glanced up from the now dark screen, slipping the phone into his pocket while he leaned back against the arm of a chair and his eyes met the fea's. Smiles lifted the edges of lips instantly, body shifting forward till weight rested on the balls of his feet, gaze eagerly leaving hers to roam the figure clad in a slim, tight-fitting, black dress. Pride filled him, breeding a sense of cockiness; knowing she was his. Not entirely satisfied with the simple greeting she gave him, the teen remained rooted to the spot, using the hold she took on his hand to turn her around till she faced him before figure stepped closer, palms sliding onto her hips to feel the warm flesh beneath the thin fabric. Just when I thought you couldn't get any hotter. He uttered softly, flashing a half smirk before bending to kiss her, looking for the same electricity that always seemed to spark the instant their lips touched and finding he was not disappointed when that exact reaction coursed through his veins a half second later. After leaning back, he then allowed her to lead him towards the elevator, but the man at the desk stopped them, obviously recognizing Pirzi. Turning cerulean eyes towards the man that had been introduced as her mother's best friend, the bloke was surprised to find a guy who looked to be in his early twenties, hardly more than twenty-four if Revikr had to guess. Brushing this off as a strange, but not totally mind-blowing piece of information, he grinned and shook Damien's hand good naturedly, standing by with his fingers firmly intertwined with the lass' as she talked some more with the elder. Before long, they were once again headed towards the elevator and this time they actually made it inside with the lady inserting the special key into the slot in order to allow them access to the twelfth floor. His laughter mingled with hers at the comment, position relaxed as he leaned against the railing along the back of the car, keeping a naturally charming crooked expression upon facade. Yea. It's like your avoiding me. Vocals teased while the lad silently marveled at how much of the day had been spent around one another. Today they had been around each other more than they had been for the past three weeks since school started, an amazing feat considering they had two classes together although, it was not totally unexpected. She had openly admitted to hating him before so it only made sense that a large amount of effort had been put into avoiding him, but now she seemed to be trying at least with some amount enthusiasm to do just the opposite of that which he appreciated. It made no sense to attempt a relationship if she would continue to be reserved in her actions, but thankfully that did not appear to be the case as her toleration for his almost constant impulse to touch her was seemingly boundless and not entirely surprisingly, the girl acted as if she enjoyed it as much as he did. The elevator ride did not take long at all and before the lad knew it, they were stepping up to the door of her. Rev knew through common sense that he should probably be nervous about meeting her mother, but those sorts of feelings just never arose in situations like this. Perhaps it was the apathy that he held towards the meeting. Sure, he wanted her parent to like him, but it did not feel like a major concern for him because no matter what, he was going to continue dating her daughter unless the pair decided it was best to go their separate ways which, would be a bit of a premature decision this early in the game. Adopting an easy going expression, he held open the door to let Pirzi enter the apartment before him and then followed, turning to shut the door quietly behind them as a slight delay tactic from meeting her mother. When he straightened and looked back around, the drake was hit with shock and let it show for only a slight moment before recovering his composure quickly and plastering on the impromptu expression. Instead of his eyes being met with the sight of a mother in her early to late thirties as he had been expected, the male was introduced to a rather distractingly beautiful lady dressed in a dress almost as tightly fitting as what her daughter wore that matched the shade of her emerald green surfaces so he was understandably distracted from the current situation for a moment. Luckily, it was not hard to be reminded with his girlfriend standing right beside him and he reacted carefully, notching up the charm as he bent at the waist and took Ayrn's hand in his, pressing a kiss to it like a gentleman from Europe. Bonjour madame. Foreign lyrics rolled off his tongue laced with honey, that usual overconfident smile remaining trained upon her as his back straightened, arm falling back to his side and hand moving into his pockets with the other extremity wrapped around Pirzi's waist. The door bell ringing gave him a reason to follow the maiden's movements as she went to answer it, not really registering right then whether or not his interest in the elder vixen's looks would be noticed. Even as the person on the other side of the door was exposed as Pirzi's adoptive mother's date, the boy was continuing to have some serious problems keeping his orbs from glancing at her, still trying to process the knowledge that his girl's mom was one very sexy lady as the one he was with left his side to go get the camera and he was introduced to Ayrn's date, Erixic. The instant they met and their hands shook, Revikr had the feeling that conversing with the elder man would simply be a polite courtesy. He seemed like the sort of guy that was far too uptight and certainly would not find mutual understanding in the musicians loose approach to things, but he did not really know the story between the older couple and therefore was not quite so sure of often the duo would have to sidestep one another in order to avoid a confrontation that would surely upset the girls. Deciding to ask Pirzi about it later as she returned and the group headed towards the door, entered the elevator and then parted ways in the parking lot with him happily taking a hold of his date's hand and leading her to the Ferrari he had been in the first day they had met. He hopped over the door since the top was down and settled into the seat before buckling up and turning on the engine, waiting on the other's car to pull past before backing out of his spot and following them towards the destination for the dinner party. Hey babe, did you ever think about warning me that your mother is smokin' hot? Laughing, he turned playful mask to her, obviously enjoying himself as he did not find it a big deal. Pretty soon, they were at the restaurant and he parked behind the Cayenne, climbing out of the car by way of the door before crossing in front of the grill to open Pirzi's and walk alongside her to the door with his hand at the small of her back. Almost immediately as they walked in, Ayrn, whom they had come to this even for, was stopped by one of her co-workers. Finding himself impatient and slightly unwilling to listen to the small talk, he navigated around the talkative adults, dragging his girlfriend along with him and, once given access to open view of the room, began looking around for faces he might recognize. Quite a few of the officers that had been on the force when his parents had first moved here had either transferred or retired so most of the men and women were unknown to him, but a few of the more prominent figures were easily spotted. He was glad then when they finished up their introductions with the rather large officer named Mac and moved on to their table, sitting with a man he did not know from the few choice run-ins with the law. When they rose to get their food, the younger pair were the first to get in line from the table and unfortunately, unbeknownst to the boy, the man standing last in line from his table was one of the few who recognized him. Haner. What are you doing here? The gruff, very disagreeable voice said to his back, causing the boy to turn around with a forced broad smile that appeared to be effortless. Steve-o! Long time no see. I'm here as a guest. Don't get your panties in a bunch. I wouldn't try to crash this party. Oh and by the way, how is that daughter of yours? Clean and out of rehab I hope? Smug smirk settled upon handsome features, the bloke watching with amusement as the man's face turned red with rage before his wife grabbed his too small jacket's sleeve and pulled him along, leaving Revikr to laugh at his clever ways quietly on his own. Steve was the cop that had processed his minor in possession case who also had a daughter that Rev had dated for a short period of time there. To make a long story short, the drugs that had been in his pocket were the girl's although, he was not entirely truthful when explaining the situation to the cops as the joints were not just meant for her but for them to share later on. She had just been the one who had bought them. After her dad arrested him, the two never saw each other again because she was shipped off to rehab for the concoction of substance abuses she had been mixing along the weed, but that did not bother him really since he had been planning on breaking up with her soon anyway. Returning to their table, the lad took a seat beside his woman and picked up his fork, laying the napkin neatly in his lap. He had hardly taken two bites when conversation was drummed up with a question directed at him from Ayrn. Sitting back in his seat, he swallowed before smiling politely and answering. Yea. I play guitar, violin, and can vocalize pretty well. Music kind of runs in the family. My dad is actually the lead guitarist for Avenged Sevenfold so I've been around the business my entire life. Returning to eating, he consumed the food slowly just in case the conversation were to go further, but before long, most everyone had finished their meal and some had taken to the dance floor. Revikr was beginning to feel a little restless and turned towards his date to ask her to dance when someone beat him to the punch. Would you care to dance with me for a song Pirzi? The blonde man asked with his hand extended towards her. Easy hiding the instant resentment that rose up, the bloke took a drink from his glass, wishing there was something a little stronger in there despite the company he was currently keeping. Then, he shifted his body, sinking a little lower in his chair to a comfortable and completely inappropriate position for someone with a suit to be seated in, his head rolling on his neck till pair met with the adoptive mother. So what made you want to be a cop?He asked casually, wanting mostly to close the silence, but also curious as to why this woman who clearly could have a job elsewhere with less physical demands would choose an occupation dominated by men and other females that acted as if they could be men most of the time.

She was not too sure why she would have felt nervous when she walked up the man dressed in a suit in the lobby but it was almost a nice feeling a feeling of apprehension for the rest of the night. He was not content with the small greeting that she had given him and turned her towards him with the aid of her own hand and pulling her in his direction as they lips met. It was the same feeling from the initial kiss of the night at Emily's party. Not the one in truth or dare but the one that they had shared after she had pushed him off the couch and Emily had ended up doing the same to her in her drunken stupor. The electric feel between the two of them when they were laying on the floor was almost too much to handle with the combination of the tension between two teenagers. That night to her was unforgettable, well without the last part of her leaving of course. After the small talk with Damien they were on their way up the elevator and when they were alone in the confines of the metal contraption she joked that it had been a long time since they had seen one another when in reality it was a matter of a couple hours and yet she did not find herself minding. The touch between the two of them was constant and he did not seem to want to allow her hand to fall to her side. The possessive nature was not something that she was used to and hse appreciated that he was that way. He was willing to show the rest of the world that they were together and not embarrassed to show that they both were taken. She knew that when they had hated one another in the beginning that there was a large part of it that she was to blame for it but he had also not made it easier. The moment that she walked into the gym class and he started hitting on her had caused her to be on gaurd and assume that he only had on thing on his mind. He proved her wrong though since up until now he had been a perfect gentleman and she was starting to enjoy what their relationship was starting to bud into. Teasing lyrics were emitted to her when he told her he thought she was avoiding him and a small chuckle emitted into the space of the elevator. Moving closer a palm was pressed onto his chest. I have tried that already and it was not all it was cracked up to be. She told him with a wry smile. Hands were placed on either side of the railing that he was leaning against as his space was invaded, she did not linger there long though since the elevator dinged telling them that they had arrived at their destination and she did not want to risk Ayrn seeing this. When she pressed the key into the lock Ayrn was already at the door and Rev closed the door behind him before turning to meet her adoptive mother. He seemed to turn on the charm, and he seemed to be affected by the amazing older lady. A charming smile was plastered on his face and he kissed her finger tips when he introduced himself and brows were raised. Instantly she felt a little sick to her stomach knowing that that introductions would have been a little different if Ayrn had been 30 years old and overweight and looked more like a mother and less like a super model. But she was saved by when the door rang and instantly Ayrn sprung into action to answer it. It was of course no other then the man that she had caught with Ayrn when she had come back from lunch that day. She did not mind though and she did not want to make it anymore akward then it needed to be since he was a good guy and she had instantly taken a liking to him the day that they had both gone and walked Cairo in the park. Since they were back together she would make a mental note to ask Ayrn what had happened between the two of them that caused them to break up in the first place since they seemed to be so happy to be together and she could not understand what would have interrupted that. They seemed to be the type that were sure that they could work through anything at all so it must have been huge. She allowed the encounter earlier where she was sure that she could have seen a flash of a little too much interest in Rev's eyes wash over her shoulders and be forgotten for the time being. When Erixic walked into the room Rev and him made their introductions and she then turned to him with a genuine smile. Hey. She stated gently meeting the mans eyes. They then all were silent in the elevator as it reached the bottom she nodded at what Ayrn said and they headed over to the car that Rev drove. Unlike him she was in a dress and took the time to open the door before taking a seat and fastening her seatbelt over her lap. She was perfectly content forgetting about what had just happened until the man thought to bring it up again asking her why she had not warned him that her mother was smoking hot and rage instantly turned into a fire burning in her abdomen as she fought to control the many words she wanted to shout at him settling with a sarcastic response. Well, somehow I thought it would not matter since she is my adoptive mother, trust me, you are not her type, you will just have to settle for me. She was debating adding or no one at all if you keep this up at the end of her comment though she left it out and turned to the window to watch the scenery pass by. She knew that her words made her sound jealous though it was not that since she knew that nothing would ever happen between the two of them though she wondered if he did have the opportunity would he take it? It left her feeling a little insecure which she did not like. She wondered if he realized that he was starting to ruin what little had started to bud between the two of them and taking away her trust would be a horrible mistake. If she did not trust him she would not stay with him and that was simply that simple. Running a hand through her hair she turned back to the window trying her best to silence the fuelled anger that ran rampid in her system. By the time they had parked behind the new SUV she was a little calmer and even allowed him to place a hand on the small of her back as they walked into the large area. By the time they were a couple steps within the door they were already bombarded by another guy that Ayrn knew. She was popular since she was so friendly so they moved off in the direction of the table that had been set out for them and took their seats. He seemed to be looking around the restaurant as if he was looking for someone, maybe he knew one of the officers since he had been here a lot longer then she had. But the likelihood of it for being anything good was not high. She was sure that the man had been in trouble with the law a couple times with the kind of personality he had. Not to mention that he was involved in the music scene. When they were chosen to be next in line for the buffet she stood behind him for a moment following him like a good girlfriend would and when another officer spoke his last name she could not help but think that it was not a good sign and they shared a couple words ending with him asking if the guys daughter was out of rehab. What was that about? She questioned with a small raise of her eyebrow. She did not expect an answer until later though once they were out of the main stream of traffic through the buffet line. There was a large variety of food all of which looked good, she piled on a small amount of salad onto her plate, followed by scalloped potatoes and some lasagna that seemed to be the main course. She then followed the rest of the crowd back to the table and took her seat. Turning to the male as he did the same and watching as he seemed to set right to eating before Ayrn asked him about his music. She was glad that the older woman had brought something up between the two of them since it seemed a little silent between the four of them. Erix was engulfed in his food and she pretended to be as well as she waited for the answer to come from the man. The food was polished off her plate as she finished before him and one of the waitors then came around to table to take their drink orders, she ordered a coke since it was a special occasion which deemed it alright to have the caffiene of the sugary drink in her system. She sipped it once it arrived but quickly the lights were dimming and it was turning into more of a dance floor as most of the other tables that were in the middle of the room were pushed back against the wall and soft music started playing over the speakers and gradually turned louder. As Rev turned to her it seemed as though he was almost interrupted. Erixic asked her if she would like to dance and she nodded standing up from the table and moving to the middle of the floor, placing her hands respectfully on his shoulders. She assumed that he was not dancing with her just for the sake of spending time with her, he wanted to talk to her. She stayed close enough that it was not awkward but far enough that it was in no way suggestive. I am sorry about earlier. She told him even though she knew that it was not all of her fault since she was positive that she had told Ayrn though that did not matter though she could have made more noise before coming in and it was something that was completely natural in fact it was better then seeing someone fighting in her way of thinking. I am glad that you two are back together, Ayrn is so much happier, and so is Cairo. She said with a small smile in attempt to make small talk between the two of them. After they finished the conversation and the song was over she made her way back to the table where Rev was talking to Ayrn and took back her respective partner grabbing his hand. Erixic seemed content on doing the same thing with Ayrn. This dancing was no where near the same as what she performed at school it was a slower song and arms were wrapped around his neck knowing that there were eyes on them from the rest of the officers. She was sure that it would not last long since a lot of them had families and would have to return home to young children and wives. So at around 11 pm it started to wind down and the lights were turning back on. She was glad that she had brought her jacket with her when she walked back to the table. She turned to Ayrn. See you at home? She asked and the other girl nodded. When she went to the jacket claim the other girl managed to get her alone. Erix is staying over tonight so you know. She told her with a worried expression. Pirzi laughed a little at the look on the girls face. Ayrn you need to stop worrying. You don't need to worry about me, what happens with your relationship is nothing to do with me. Trust me I see how happy he makes you and that is all that is important, I don't mind I know that you are there for me and you are an amazing role model, without you I am sure I would be somewhere in a juvenile detention center but don't stop your entire life because of me. I enjoy having him around and so will Cairo. She said with a small smile before wrapping her arms around her adoptive mother. And congratulations on getting accepted to the police. She grabbed the sleek black jacket and wrapped the warm wool around her shoulders before reaching for her phone in her pocket and returning to where Rev stood. The night was particularly cold and it was starting to look a lot more like winter. The condensation in the air making it feel as though it was damp. Tonight she was sure would be the first snow fall of the year even though it was sooner then they would all expect. The walk to the car was slow and already all the people were practically gone from the parking lot, but she had other things on her mind when the man grabbed her hand and instantly the feeling of electricity that had been magnified with them dancing was there once again. When they were around the corner of a building and concealed before stepping out into the open where the car lay. If asked about it she would blame it on a combination of factors. Already the clouds high in the sky were starting to release a small amount of white flakes that were twirling their way to the ground, not nearily enough to stick and make a white blanket on the ground though enough to fall on the girls hair and melt and on her face causing her to blink rapidly. The man was pushed back against the brick of the building. Breathing accelerated in anticipation of her own actions as power was taken over him. Curling against the larger males body pressure was apparent through the close proximity as lips crash down on his palms finding their way to his sides and eyes falling closed over startling turquoise optics. She had never been known for actions like this but it seemed appropriate for the situation as the kiss was deepened to a point where they had not crossed before. But of course there was a disturbance and phone buzzed in her pocket and fearing it might be Ayrn she pulled it out after taking a couple steps back from him only to see that it was Emily and it was a drunk text that made little to no sense. She was ashamed to have pushed everything this far though and after putting her phone back in her pocket cheeks turned red and small vocals utter an apology. Sorry. She stated gently.

Laughing facade was dropped the instant words left her mouth, surprise at her reaction raising an instant before irritation followed. Glancing across the distance between them, he gripped the steering wheel harder, pushing the car faster as he weaved in and out of cars till he was riding the Cayenne's bumper, glad that the other man seemed to be wanting to drive at least faster than a grandfather might. Cool down, P. I'm not looking to hook up with your mother. It's just a bit of a shock when I'm expecting some manly, feminist woman in her thirties or forties and instead learn that your adoptive mom is in her early twenties and by no means the stereotypical woman police officer. Replying a bit defensively, the man left it at that, choosing not to address the last bit of what she said because he saw it as a ridiculous ploy all girls used to get guys like him to strengthen their weak self-confidence by reassuring them that they were the only girl for them. If she was looking for him to bend over backwards and be a typical whipped guy she had better start looking elsewhere. Revikr liked her, but he did not want to have to deal with the insecure games most female's his age liked to play on the opposite sex. If she wanted to date, then they would date and that should be enough to let her know he had a preference for her over others. Most men didn't waste their time with relationships they did not see going somewhere. If all they wanted was some tail, it was quite easy to find someone willing to have a one night stand. Pirzi would just have to be satisfied with him not fawning over her every time she turned around. That was simply not his style and the only reason Rev saw for humiliating yourself like that for a lady was if you were in love with them and planned on marrying them. Considering the chance of either of those happening was very slim, the bloke was confident he would have nothing to worry about. They climbed out of the car with a tense air about them still as they approached the door. He stopped just outside, waiting a little impatiently for the older couple to catch up with his hand barely touching her dress, not quite ready to let go of the memory of what she had suggested in the car with her sarcastic words just yet. Ok, he had to admit, older women were hot, but he wasn't the main character in a Fountains of Wayne music video and it was a bit insulting that she thought he might be. As the evening slowly moved on, the man found himself more willing to forget and therefore was more attentive to his date rather than standoffish. His usual touchy-feely self was back as they moved to the serving table, his palm now firmly pressed against her back, fingers splayed out as if guiding her along although she certainly did not need his help walking. He handed her a plate and then had the confrontation with the police officer, unable to avoid drawing her attention especially with the way he handled it. Officer Burt there was the arresting officer who gave me my MIP. I was dating his daughter at the time as well and he blames me for corrupting her although she was into drugs long before I came around and I had little to no effect on her lifestyle. We only dated for about a month before he caught me with marijuana she had bought in my pocket. He explained as they walked back to the table, pulling out her seat for her before settling in his own beside her. Dinner moved by quickly and he was forced to watch the other man leading his girl around the dance floor, feeling a little threatened although he knew it was a ridiculous emotion. Thanks. He mumbled with a brusque flash of a smile as Erixic returned Pirzi before leading her directly back onto the dance floor. Body pressed close and they set into a rhythm, his hands sitting shamelessly low on her hips. He knew she liked to dance and actually had never had the chance to do so with her and so this was a bit of a break although, no hip hop music was played throughout the entire night so it was a different setting than what he was used to. Thanks to previous experiences with formal dinners however, the lad was well training in the classier casual ballroom style of movements and therefore was saved from feeling uncomfortable even if he would have preferred to be mimicking every move of her hips that went along with a Pit Bull song. Not many words were exchanged between them throughout the evening, leaving the bloke to question whether or not she was still mad at him for looking at Ayrn in a way deemed inappropriate as the event wound down and Pirzi told the adults that she would see them later. Rev waited outside of the coat closet for her as she got hers, not needing one because of his suit jacket and then took her hand while they moved out the door. Chin tucked towards his chest, letting the cold blasts of air glance off his forehead as he fished in his pocket for the Ferrari's keys. He could feel the flakes of snow attempting to blanket the ground with their collection of white, however each melted on contact and that feeling made him worry about the nice leather seats since he had left the top down and his not so cheap suit, but all these thoughts were dashed away once they were around the corner and the lass on his arm surprised him with her unexpected strength and pushed him back against the wall. Brows furrowed a bit at her, wondering what angle she was working until her figure brushed against his and he caught sight of the look in her eyes which left no room for mistaking the emotions. Palms moved to her hips, form bending to meet her effort as a kiss was pushed forcefully upon him, his muscles jumping instantly because of the intensity. Before, he might have been able to sum up their attraction to one another as a magnetic pull, sort of like polar opposites, but now that comparison did not seem quite adequate. Perhaps it was the suddenness of the moment or the enthusiasm in her actions, but the drake was never more turned on than what he was right then. Hands moved lower, feeling the exposed flesh of her thigh below her dress, fingers slowly trailing upwards, pushing some of the fabric along with it as he pushed his limits, wondering how much free rein she would be willing to give him although standing out in plain view of the public eye was not a good setting to judge what her limits were. The buzzing in her jacket was unexpected, but he was willing to ignore it since the bloke was almost certain it was her phone however, Pirzi found it important and broke away, reaching into the coat hurriedly to pull out the phone and read a text while stepping away from him a bit, leaving the man to feel the cold of the night anew. Smirking, he stuffed his hands into his pockets and waited patiently for her to put the phone away, muscles on one side of his face lifting kissers at her apology. Yea. Next time, your phone is going in my pocket. Stepping forward, he freed his hands to gather her again in his arms, his kiss still holding the same fire that hers had although the male was more able to control it, lips moving over hers in a slower pace, somehow more demanding than her rapid urgency. Leaning away slightly, shades lifted from cobalt depths, pair searching hers for a short moment without letting any space come between them. Again, he felt the flake melting on his skin and glanced upwards towards the sky, blinking rapidly to avoid getting one in the eye before looking back down at the vixen. We need to get the car under something. I don't want this slight slow to ruin the seats. Come with me to my house? He asked before pulling her towards the car, opening the door for her to get in before running around to his side and starting the engine before driving off, not really caring where they were headed as long as they got out of the weather.

The change in the man was abrupt as she spoke in the car, she regretted the words the moment that they left her mouth since she had allowed them to fester the entire time they had been walking to the car from the hotel room when in reality she knew that she should have just forgotten them. They were in a new relationship and she should be glad that he was being truthful with her, it was true Ayrn was good looking and she was sure that it would be quite a shock from what he would typically have expected as an adoptive parent. So maybe it had just caught him a little more on suprise. He instantly changed into a defensive mode looking as though he was brooding as they remained silent for the rest of the car ride. He seemed to calm down a little by the time they were up at the buffet line and waiting for the food when she asked about how he knew the guy in the line up that was a part of the officers that were dining tonight. He told her that he had been dating his daughter and had been caught for possession. Something that was so minor that she found that it did not even bother her. There seemed to be a time in everyones life where they debated about experimenting with drugs, for her they did not seem to have an affect since alcohol was enough for her and tended to allow her to do the stupid things that she ahd accomplished in the younger years of her teens. Those had been the times that she was trying to get attention from her parents and she knew that she would have done anything at the time just to get them to worry about her, to take a little bit of interest. It was simply sad that it took her stealing half a dozen cars and getting in an accident and being sent of to a juvenile detention center for a year and a half to get them to even speak to her for more then five minutes at a time and even then it was simply to tell her what a failure she had been and how dissappointed they were in her. So why was she even suprised when they had left the house and simply disappeared leaving her alone as a 14 year old to fend for herself. She had truly though that they would have never been that heartless but they never ceased to amaze her. She bit the inside of her lip, this was her deepest and darkest secret and the only person that knew was Ayrn and she planned to keep it that way since she had not even been the one to tell the other girl. It would take a lot more then a crush to get her to divuldge that. When Erix had approached her to dance she had been a little bit hesitant since she really did not want to travel back in time to the time that she had walking in on her adopted mother and him but it seemed impossible to avoid so she might as well face it now. So he lead her out onto the dance floor and they took their respective positions him taking one of her hands and placing the other respectively on her waist. He then started to talk and after she had apologized he almost looked as though he was going to laugh at her but he didnt he was a perfect gentleman. After telling her that he was the one that should be sorry he told her that she would be able to come to him for anything and she nodded with a small thank you. As soon as the dance was over they embraced for a brief moment before she was then allowed to return to Rev who was still sitting at the table and stood when she arrived getting ready to come join her for the rest of the dances. She was glad since it was one thing that would cure her boredom even though it was not the type of dances that she liked the best. Body moved easily to the rythm matching the tempo of the song perfectly. The night came to a close in what seemed like no time at all and the lights were starting to turn on so she did not have any intentions of staying the rest of the time while the adults all said their good byes, they had made enough of an appearance and she knew that Ayrn would be satisfied so when she approached the girl she was not at all suprised to see that her and Erix also looked as though they were ready to go. So when she announced that they were leaving Ayrn drew her into a hug and told her to call her if she needed anything she nodded before headed off in the direction of where Rev was waiting for her. Before they passed out the door she managed to swallow her pirde and utter a few words. I am sorry about earlier. He should know that by the attitude of the girl that that was a huge step with her actually admitting that she was wrong and apologizing. After that was said she stepped out into the cold of the wintery landscape that seemed to have changed so much since the time that they had entered the building. She was not too sure what got a hold of her as she pushed him against the back of the building and pressed her lips to his, he seemed to be game for it though as hands ran along her thigh and pushed the end of her dress upwards, but little did the man know that would be pushing it. Sure it was clear that they had chemistry but she was not that easy. She then noticed the car that still had its roof down and he seemed to notice as well stating that they needed to get it out of the weather and she agreed forgetting about the previous moment before stepping out into the flakes and walking the distance to the car and slipping into the passengers seat. He asked if she would like to come with him to his house and she nodded. Sure. After all it was a weekend night and she did not have to be in bed at any time and Ayrn knew where she was plus the other girl would be too busy with her own date.

Don't worry about it. It's whatever. He replied nonchalantly, seemingly bored with the subject of their previous tension as he brushed it off as if it were nothing. Driving down the road with the flakes of snow that were proved to be earlier misleading in the assumption that they were soft due to the feeling of ice cold bullets that now stung his features, the male for once in his life wished he had taken one of the less flashier cars instead of the Ferrari which had no hood what-so-ever, only a windshield for protection. If weather had been included as a factor when he had chosen the ride for the evening instead of his ego, then he would still be happily pressed up against the restaurant wall with the woman in the passenger seat coming on to him like she was on a mission and there would have been no risk of ruining the very expensive leather seats in an Italian sports car. Thankfully, it was not a long drive from the place where the banquet had been held and his house and before long the pair were pulling up to the impressive gates that some might consider overkill although Revikr did not mind the vanity of his father because it was a trait that had been passed from father to son. Knowing that the gates man was gone for the weekend, he leaned over to push the button beneath the dash on the passenger side, watching as the metal swung open and let them onto the circular gravel driveway that looked like it belonged in front of an English manor in the seventeen hundreds. Keeping to the right side, the man drove more slowly than usual, diverting from the drive to pull into the nearly completely hidden garage off to the shadowy side of the house. Pushing another button, this one installed on his side just beneath the steering wheel, he waited for the black doors to part before pulling in, the rumble of the engine noticeably louder inside the enclosed concrete building. Pulling into the empty space right beside the Roles Royce, the bloke downshifted into park and cut the engine, sitting back and relaxing in his seat as head flops back against the rest, chin turned towards the girl and eyes looking for hers. Once they met, a devious smile crossed her facade and she slowly started to move from the passenger seat, over the console, and onto his lap where he sat in the driver's seat, her legs straddling his waist. Breathing accelerated, hands aching to touch her as the maiden took it further to seduce him, pulling the hem of her dress up to her hips before settling closer to him, her hands moving to rest at the back of his neck, fingers playing with the hair that lined the upper portion of his neck. Palms slid onto her thighs, touching the tender flesh there just as gaze lifted to meet hers, lips parted as they waited for the anticipated kiss she was close to delivering by the looks of her shutting shades and bent neck. Suddenly, a the sharp sound of the garage doors shutting too rapidly caught the male's attention and brought him out of the dream land to which his mind had transported him upon stripping reality from his grasps. Instantly, he realized with some embarrassment that he was staring at her, mouth agape and an empty expression upon features. Also, his knee was pressed against the button that controlled the garage door, the reason which it had shut so loudly and brought him out of his haze. Regaining composure quickly, he hopped out of the car, keys in hand and moved to the front where he waited on her before taking her hand in his and leading the way to the corridor which allowed them to walk into the house without walking outside. Pausing just before opening the door to the hallway, he pushed in the code for the box on the wall and hung the keys back where they belong among the others, shutting the door and grinning down at his date before continuing forward. My parents aren't home. Dad's on tour and mom went with him, so we have the house to ourselves since Maria left when I did for her weekend time. I hope she left some food in the fridge or I'm living off pizza and macaroni and cheese again this weekend. Smirking in amusement at his own statement, he continued to the door which led into the living room, opening it for her and allowing her to walk in first so she could take in the vast room which was littered with rock and roll memorabilia, most from Avenged Sevenfold, although some were collectables his father had begun to gather here and there after the teen had turned ten years old. The couches were black leather and instead of a TV, they had a projector hooked up to a DVD player which would show the movies on the movie theatre like canvas that was framed and attached to the main wall which faced the front windows of the house. Moving slowly, he led her towards the kitchen where the stairs were and continued up them, paving the way to his room which was characteristically dirty. Sorry about the mess. The apology was spoken halfheartedly as he let her hand free and bent over to pick up dirty clothes from the floor at the foot of his bed and tossed them into the hamper in the closet, multitasking by loosening the tie around his neck and shrugging his suit jacket from his shoulders. Tie and jacket were laid side by side on the bed and shirt was untuckled, hands undoing the buttons at his wrists while feet kicked off the dress shoes, glancing up at Pirzi as he moved to take off his belt. If you want, you can change out of that dress and into some of my clothes or my moms. As good as it looks on you, I can understand wanting to get out of the formal dress. Although the man was not shy and actually had no problems changing in front of her, he stopped himself for her sake, only going so far as to begin unbuttoning the white shirt while waiting on her to answer him with her preference.
