It had been over a month and in reality it had felt like much longer. It was such a hard task to walk by the fitness center everyday when she dropped Pirzi off at school or picked her up but it was getting easier now and she was almost able to not even think of him when she did it now. She had been getting on with her life, started a new course that took up most of the day hours, anyone who knew her would think that she was crazy. She was in police training and she had proved to be amazing at it, the excellerated strength and endurance of the shifter managing to make it quite an easy task. She had been training hard in the gym during the hours that it was closed to the public and not to mention the training that she was enduring at the academy in town so it was keeping her busy enough that her thoughts were no longer on the man. It was time for her to move on fully. She felt as though she had healed enough that she would be able to function much more like a normal person now. Pirzi definately helped her since she was not alone in the house and she had the other girl to worry about and she was no longer the one that was the center of her attention. Pirzi needed her and needed her to be strong since she knew that highschool was a tough portion of a persons life. Though so far it seemed to go amazingly. She was in with the most popular girls and even though Ayrn did not like the way it sounded she was sure that she was getting a lot of male attention. The girl was stunning and there was no denying it so who would be able to overlook that, she simply hoped that the girl would be careful and not leave herself vulnerable to heart break too soon. Most of the jocks in school would end up hurting her. Though she was sure that even if she was to warn the girl that it would not work, it was something that you just had to learn first hand even though she did not wish the pain of your first love on anyone. She had just finished her training for the day and she was weary and exhausted as she opted to take the elevator this time. In the last week a lot had happened. Pirzi had taken Cairo for a walk to be convinced by Erixic to accompany him to the park where Pirzi thought it would be a good idea to text her and tell her to join her, it had been an awkward situation and Erixic proved to be an asshole. He joked around with her though when she did the same and her and Pirzi tossed him into the small creek he took it to offense and actually looked dangerous. The next day her and the young girl had been involved in a serious car accident where Pirzi had fractured her wrist, though because of the shifters accelerated healing it was almost 100% but she had missed the dance try outs so she had talked to the instructor and managed to convince her to let her try out the moment that she was better. Ayrn had been mostly alright just awoke with a few more aches and pains that she had not had the night before. She had continued on with her training though since it took her mind off everything and she could start to feel her mental health being on the mend. No longer were there large lines under her eyes and she was sleeping through the entire night. She opened the door to the hotel and winced when she saw Damien. He had been trying his best to get her to go on a date the entire last week and finally when she saw him last night she had promised him she would give it a try even though she would not be into it fully. Especially not a blind date that elaborate Damien would set up. It was for tonight and she had almost forgotten. He glared at her. You better get your ass in that elevator and get showered and changed. He scolded like an impatient mother and even though snarky words rose to her tongue she bit down hard on it before continuing to the elevator. Pirzi was waiting for her with an arrangment of outfits laying on her bed. What are you doing? She asked with a tired sigh. Helping you, now you don't have much time get in the shower and get going. Damien told me about your blind date tonight. Now there were two people against her she thought with a sigh. She stepped into the hot water and it seemed to revive her a little. She did not even know where she was going. She was ready within a couple minutes and had blow dried her hair so it hung in loose curls around her shoulders shimmering with good health. Long mocha strands almost near to the black hue of the knee length dress that Pirzi had chosen. Eyes were rolled at the sexy attire but she figured why not and slipped into it. Applying a light layer of mascara and makeup and her favourite Ralph Lauren 'On the Rocks' perfume. Pirzi gave her a beaming smile promising to stay out of trouble and take care of Cairo as she stepped out of the door and back into the lobby of the hotel. Damien was waiting for her as she walked by the fitness center easily. Lets go my dear, you will not regret this. She rolled her eyes. Just give me the name of the restaurant Damien I dont need an escort. The fiesty personality of the girl starting to come through. He paid no attention to her though. Your driving record lately had been less then stellar have you forgotten this? Finally though she gave in and allowed him to drive her to a fancy greek restaurant along the other side of the town. He gave her a table number and forced her to walk in alone. She was early she noticed and took her seat at the table that had been reserved, a small sigh was released she would give this guy a chance though it was only fair, who knows perhaps he would be the one to show up and sweep her off her feet. You never knew until you tried. Legs were crossed beneath the table as she waited.

Eyes narrowed as the large cat lounged in the tree, watching the teenagers pass by underneath the tree. He was going to have be a bit more careful when he ran about his normal grounds. Not soon enough, they disappeared and all four feet met the ground in a professional manner. Fore feet were pushed forward in a stretch, large claws raking clumps of grass from the earth with ease. A yawn parted the beast's large jaws. He'd decided to take a bit of break from being a human, to calm himself by letting the animal within run for an hour or so. And it felt nice. But now, he had to get going. The leopard scrambled beneath the fence and into the secluded backyard before changing back next to the pile of clothes. It was nice to live in the outskirts of town, especially when one had such a secret to hide. No one had known. With the exception of family, but that was another matter. His species was an unknown secret, and he had yet to meet another who did not share common ancestors as he.Silently, he made his way back to the house, checking the time and predicting how long it'd take himself to get ready. He should have plenty of time. An exasperated exhale echoed throughout the room as the male prepared himself for something he couldn't believe he had agreed to. Damien knew damn well that he interested in dating at the current time, but leave it to him to set up a date without the drake's own permission first. Believe me, you'll enjoy yourself. A small grunt had came from the man in reply to the business partner's determination. He'd brought up the idea earlier, but now he was quite persistent with the whole ordeal. Damien had naturally taken advantage of setting up the time, place, and date, which was tonight of course. And, Donatello had not had the slightest chance to forget, seeing as a reminder of some sort came up every few hours. Fingers shuffled through the hangers in the closet, deciding upon a pair of black slacks and a formal, white button up shirt, a light black jacket covering that as well. Comb ran through the man's dark locks, trying to recall the last time he had gone through so much for such an engagement. In reaction to his shock, hand wrapped around the comb a little too hard, snapping the plastic. Aw yes, with Michelle. His last fling, where he had been stupidly blinded by love. That had gone oh so well and it crushed the small amount of hopes for this one to be better. He cringed at the thought before quickly distracting himself, applying a small amount of "Diesel" to his skin. Perhaps tonight he would enjoy himself. If not, he could always make up a reason for leaving early... No, that would be rude and probably upset the poor woman who had got roped into this date as well. He began to wonder if this was any part of her own planning either, or if she had been forced into it as well. The word 'forced' wasn't exactly that descriptive, the male had given in quite easily actually, but there was little choice available anyway. With a final look in the mirror, the man deemed himself appropriate and exited the house, lengthy strides carrying him to the charcoal colored Challenger. A quick glance towards the clock on the dash warned him that he was running late, and instantly guilt over came him. He shouldn't have spent so much time avoiding this. He usually didn't make a habit of running late and first impressions were quite critical, he knew that from business as well as social impressions. The small piece of paper reminded him where the dinner was supposed to be at, a Greek restaurant, of course having five stars. He had yet to get the joy of his own restaurant being awarded with five stars, it was on the verge of four, which was a proud achievement for now. The engine was killed as the car slid into the parking space, quickly going for the restaurant doors with another small sigh, this one was to clear the small bit of nerves that were running through his system. Reservations for Ferrari? A polite smile followed his question and the hostess lead him to the table in silence. Dark gaze flickered about the room, curious of course. He had to admit he was surprised to see the woman who was seated at the table before him. The sight was a bit breath taking to him, at one point he had wondered if this was a cruel joke of some sort, he wouldn't have put it past Damien. But now, he was quite intrigued.Maybe it wouldn't be as horrible as he had thought it to be. My sincere apologies for being late.I didn't mean for you to wait for me. Lyrics were low as his frame gracefully met the chair.Even thought it had only been a matter of minutes later than he was supposed to have arrived, it bothered him. And his conscience would not put it to rest, so he chose to ignore it. A hand reached back casually to rub his neck, semi-alarmed about the way the hairs along his neck were rising. The energy coming off the girl seemed to be the cause of it, but he said nothing about it, a bit baffled by the reaction. Something was different about her. He had no idea what. Hand resumed to take it's place at his side for a moment before reaching across the table carefully. You must be Ayrn? I'm Donatello, call me Donny if you would prefer. Italian accent chimed along with the words, a charming smile forming across his lips. Attention slightly wavered to get the attention of a waiter so their wine glasses could be filled. May I ask how you know Damien? Your name pops into conversations with him quite frequently. Or perhaps it was another Ayrn he was speaking of, but there was little doubt that it was not the one seated in front of him. But surely with the other, there had been mentions of a fiance? Or perhaps he was hearing things. However, he chose to for surely not bring that up in the conversation any time.

The restaurant was charming, with a romantic feel, trust Damien to make sure of that. A small single candle sat in the middle of their table, it was not a trashy candle that was fake for the fear of a small child knocking it over since she highly doubted that an unruly young one would be permitted into a place of this stature. It was stunning really. Exotic statues were lining the walls in shadow boxes that were illuminated by small LED lights. Bright paintings seemed to improve the dark atmosphere and one thing that she noticed was how quiet it was, they must have good insulation in the walls to block out the racket of the kitchen. The people at the tables were a little older and looked very sophisticated. All of them were either in business suits of both genders or dresses and suits. It created quite an appeal and it had been a long time since she had been to a nice dinner like this and she was looking forward to it. She had to pride Pirzi's good taste on the cocktail dress. It was a shade darker then her hair and fit her body like a glove, the new muscles in which she had gained from the police training were starting to show in her abdomen, she had always been very fit but now her toned abdomen was starting to gain the starting of a six pack. Something that most women would never get the joys of having and yet strived all their lives for. She shrugged it off as good genes, the shifter genes of course. She scowled when she realized that Damien had not even told her the mans name. How awkward. But I guess that meant that she had not asked either. Legs were crossed at the ankle gently beneath the table since it was not polite to cross your legs at the knee and she had learnt the ways of etiquette in her early years and her nanny had always bragged that she was fit to dine with the queen. Those had been in the days that she had not been imprisoned in the basement below the Moretti household. She still had the tint of an Italian accent as well. She watched the door, hoping that one of the balding gentlemen in the suits were not the person she was waiting for. But then a dark haired man entered looking a little flustered asking the hostess for a reservation and being lead to her table. Instantly she was politely on her feet, he stood over a full head taller then her though she was still tall for a woman. Realizing this was the guy a charming smile was shot over her face. Damien had done well. He was very different then Erixic. He was the epidemy of tall dark and handsome. He was well muscled and looked good in a suit, his dark hair was combed and looked as though he had been looking in the mirror to achieve perfection. Emerald eyes then met his for a split second, the wild hue of her jade optics seemed impossible for that of a human and yet she was getting the same kind of vibe from the man, he was an immortal and she was in touch with her own species enough to pick that up right away. He was not quite the same as her so he was probably a shifter of another variety. That did not matter though, here they were for dinner. Not a problem. I might have been late as well had Damien not been banging my door down every couple of moments. She chuckled. Words were light and effortless as the light tunes were carried forth. Perhaps this is just what she needed right here already her mind was off everything else as interest intruiged her and she sat back down in her seat after she had shaken his hand. Yes I am Ayrn, its very nice to meet you Donatello. She stated politely. She had not even picked up her menu to look yet she was too busy listening to what the male had to say. He asked her how she knew Damien and a small smile crossed her face. Well I have known him since he was 13, we are best friends, and business partners in the Fairway Hotel. He might balk at that when she told him she was the co-owner of one of the fanciest hotels in town though she was sure that it was not something to hide from him since within time he would end up finding out. So far their conversation seemed to be easy and rolling. It was nice to be out for dinner with someone like him. Are you from Italy? I grew up in Western Italy, Torino, for most of my life. The waitress then came and asked for their drinks. I will just have a coke please. The fizzy beverage seemed appealing tonight. Palm shifted to move long mocha strands from her face. The dress was a deep v in the front with a piece that tied around her neck in a neat bow, she had chosen a thin line of pearls to adorn her collarbone, a strand that Damien had given her as a birthday gift.

The Greek restaurant was familiar to the man, having had a few small business meetings at the place. It was rather quiet, faint wordless music fading into the air and the general clinking of glass was even quieter than usual. It was a rather sophisticated place to dine, and it actually made him a bit uncomfortable at times, yet he refused to show such emotions. The statues that lined the wall added to the luxury of the atmosphere, perfectly lighted to cause an artistic shadow to appear behind them. The candle that burned in the midst of the table added to the romantic element of the restaurant, and he instantly knew Damien had that in his plans as well. This couldn't have been the first time he'd set up something like this, it was all so very well planned so far. Dark eyes watched Ayrn, never allowed to stray over her body, knowing how disrespectful and rude that was. He had to admit, she was a sight of perfect elegance in her own attire. Gaze registered hers for only a small amount of time, a strange tint of a green-ish color was in her eyes; a unique look was portrayed within her pupils. It all added to the peculiar energy radiating from her. So, so strange. Indescribable. Maybe he was just on the verge of a fever of some sort.At least his pupils didn't dilate in the way similar to that of a cat's in the way they used to.He had to come up with some pretty creative reasons when it happened, randomly of course. His most common excuse had been something along the lines of an allergic reaction. And people had actually believed him. A gentle chuckle came from the man's throat at her first reply. Interesting. He murmured, shaking his head before raising an inquiring brow to her. So I would assume this was not your idea either? He was slightly surprised that he was actually enjoying this so far. He was relieved that Ayrn did not seem to be offended by the fact that he had been late. The pleasure is mine, Ayrn. Lyrics flowed out formally, hand returning to his side once more. The male nodded at her explanation, it all making perfect sense now. You two have done a terrific job with the hotel. He commented quietly, hearing the success of it constantly, never a time did it bother him. He knew all the work that had been put into it and was dedicated to do the same with his restaurant. As she asked where he was from, he smiled as she correctly guessed it. To most it wasn't difficult, but there had been a few guesses that had left him wondering. Yes, actually. Ah Torino, we had a few family members up there. I was born and raised in Latina. He'd traveled up to Torino a couple of summers to spend time with his cousins, so he was familiar with the area sorta. Now, it was a blur in his mind, yet if he was to travel back, he'd probably be able to navigate through the area. The waitress came and he ordered after Ayrn. I'll have a water. He decided upon waiting to start talking more, in order for either of them to order their dinner for the evening. The man was quite sure they'd have plenty of time to talk throughout the evening, providing that Ayrn was not bored to tears, and he was personally not in a rush of any sort.

Soon her Coke was brought to the table and it was drawn nearer to her so she did not end up spilling since that seemed to be something that was common for her. The straw they gave her bobbed in the fizzy substance until she finally stilled it with her hand before taking a sip of the bubbly liquid, she knew the sugar would not be good for her nerves yet it was a special night so it seemed appropriate. She knew that she could not handle a glass of wine of she would have to be carried home. She then realized why Damien had driven her, he obviously was not going to answer his phone and force her to get a ride home with the man who she was having dinner with. He asked her if Damien had talked her into this as well and she nodded. All Damien but I am glad that he convinced me. She stated with a small smile that showed perfectly alligned ivories tugging at the corners of her lips. She did not think it was possible for her to have a good time but here she was sitting here and smiling to herself and it all seemed effortless. The man was easy to be around and seemed to be such a gentleman and he was nothing like Erixic which made it easier. He was a gentleman. She pushed the glass back up the table as she leaned casually back in her chair to continue the conversation. As the introductions were made he stated that the pleasure was his and words seemed to flow off his lips with a velvety smoothness that carried out the Italian lyrics. He then complimented the two of them on the hotel. Well Damien seems to be a little more into it them I have been but thank you. I adore the place. She stated with a small smile. It was then that the waitress returned to take their orders. She had already decided. I will have the chicken souvlaki. Please. She stated then turning back to see what the man was going to order. You could tell a lot about someones personality by the way they ordered their food and what they ordered. She had not been told anything about the man so she felt a little out of her element since Damien seemed to have told him more about her. Trust Damien to do something like that perhaps it was his idea to keep the conversation flowing. Who knows maybe Damien had secretely attached a listening device to her and was listening to the whole thing, she would not be too suprised. It was sad really. She knew that he just wanted to see her happy again though and it was appreciated even if it had been a little too soon for her liking. So he was indeed from Italy. Ah. I have visited there lots. Its very nice there. I was born in Pau, France though. She added the last little bit simply because it was an interesting fact. Since she did not look italian. Soon the food was brought out to them and it looked delicious, she picked up her fork and dropped her napkin into her lap politely.

Fingers grasped the water glass, making marks where the condensation was brushed away. The cup was brought casually to his lips for a small amount of time as a sip of the water was taken.Ayrn actually seemed pleased to be there with the man, she even admitted that she was in deed glad Damien had set this up.A gentle smile crossed over his features as well. Aw the same for myself as well. He chimed in, not wishing to make the woman feel bad, and he was enjoying himself as well. He hadn't even considered the possibility of him appreciating his date as much as he was. He made a mental note to thank the man later. The conversation so far seemed to be going well, which was a plus because the male found it difficult when there was little to speak about. I can understand why, it's a very comfortable place. The few stays the drake had the privilege of were recalled in his mind, but more recent were the times he'd briefly been in the lobby before meetings. I have a partnership for the Sapori d'Italia that's downtown. He mentioned, curious as to whether she'd even heard of it before and it was a fact about himself as well, yet he was enjoying that he kept learning more and more about this woman. The waitress returned once more and of course, the lady ordered first, as was to be expected. With a small amount of hesitation, his vocals spoke of his desired meal. Chicken Pilaf, for myself please. The dish sounded appetizing to him now, he often changed up what he ordered and tried to try different things frequently, but tonight he went for a classic. She told of having visited there quite a bit and he was slightly surprised actually. There was a fair amount of distance between the cities, but he had traveled there, so why shouldn't she had traveled to Latina? He hadn't really thought of how popular of a location it was. She explained she was originally from France and he rose a brow following by revealing white dentals in a smile. He'd never gotten the chance as he had wished to travel to a few other European countries, France being one of the destinations he had looked forward to.She didn't look like she was Italian through her blood, but people from other countries where constantly moving into the place. Parlez-vous français? He'd taken several courses of French through out his schooling and had little problem translating from one language to another. If she didn't speak French, he'd feel like a bloody idiot, but oh well. He'd made the mistake of assuming so already. The food was placed before them and it was a perfect presentation as always. I definitely had the characteristics of being ambrosial, something the critics had raved about. The man placed his napkin on his lap as well, never wanting to forget the etiquette rules he'd be taught at a young age. He'd been raised to be polite, and thought of himself to be better company when he acted so. Right hand lifted the fork from the table, taking a modest amount of rice from his plate and taking a bite of it.

The day had been one of the hottest on the record for this summer. The restaurant had air conditioning though she was still feeling the heat from the time that she had spent outside all day today. She had been in a part of her practicum in her new career. Something that she was putting her all into. Most of the time when she was tense she ended up excercising or doing something to that extent to release the tension so the life of a police officer seemed to suit her especially with the morals that the girl held in high standard. The right from the wrong was very clear in her mind. Her attention was then turned back to him when he told her that he was happy that he had come as well and a small smile found its way to her features exposing a perfect line of ivories. There was never any need for her to artificially whiten her teeth since she was an avid teeth brusher and it was one of her pet peeves, along with personal hygiene. She had at least one shower a day sometimes two depending on what she had been up to for the day. They seemed to be flowing right along in conversation. This calmed her nerves a little and she fell into a comfortable state. The hotel seemed to be a hot topic but why not it was a nice place and she had consumed most of her life with it. If that place ever failed it would be like losing a loved one, though she knew that Damien would never allow that to happen since even in the slow months of the year there were people that came for business meetings and stayed by the month. And truly with the nice weather they had around here there was a very little off season time. Plus it was more geared towards the business people who did not want to have to listen to a child crying in the next room all night. Even if there was an upset infant she was sure that it would not matter since it was built with substance between the walls and no cost was spared, the walls were not paper thin like a lot of the shitty motels. Having been in this town for quite awhile she had been to almost every restaurant including the one that he spoke of, many times in fact since it was one of her favourites. Oh wow. It is one of my favourites. She stated gently. When Damien and I had the idea to put a restaurant in the hotel it was one of the places we were looking to see if they would be interested in moving into the hotel, but we decided to go with the fitness center for right now since we are working with limited space. When they had first purchased the hotel it had seemed to large since there were so many unused spaces which for the first couple years they had made sure to keep empty to make sure that they were able to make money on the business before upgrading. Plus it was very easy to advertise where there is something new that you just added. The pool had been the first thing that they had added. That seemed to broaden the horizons in the people that came. When the waitress came he ordered a traditional Greek dish, a good choice since it sounded apetizing to her as well. She then awaited to see what the man would have to say next and her own native tongue was spoken forth asking if she spoke french. It was sad that she had to think of the proper response for a moment since it had been so long even though she had ended up taking it in school as well and she was considered bilingual though she knew more Italian then anything. Oui, mais lui est minimal. Je seulement ai vécu là jusqu'à ce que j'aie été quatre années. The answer was voiced with an almost perfect accent that rolled off her tongue easily. I speak more Italian though. She added before then looking to her plate when it arrived with steaming food. It looked and smelled delicious. The chicken souvlaki was served on a bed of rice as well and the food made its way to her mouth and was savoured. As soon as she was finished she leaned back in her chair eyes turning to him for a moment. So how long ago did you move here?

The air conditioning made the restaurant comfortable on the warm summer evening. The hot, humid day had been quite uncomfortable at times when he was working out. Physical fitness was a characteristic that he thrived upon, yet he would never consider himself to be anything like a body builder, nor did he want to be. He just had the desire to stay in shape. The man dreaded that summer was leaving so quickly, but he didn't resent the rest of the year. Fall was his favorite time of the year, the temperatures usually strayed away from extremes, and the vegetation changed. He once again noticed the correctness of her teeth, assuming that she was into good hygiene as well. He took care of himself, sticking with healthy habits since he'd be raised from the roots of them. He resented the fact that all men seemed to be frowned upon for bad hygiene because of a simple stereotype. It depended on the person though, Ayrn didn't seem to be one who may have believed in stereotypes, but then he would be generalizing a book by it's cover. The woman seemed comfortable and that made him a bit more relaxed as well. It was never fun if your date was uptight and hesitant about everything. A charming smile crossed over the man's facial features once more as she spoke of the restaurant as being one of her own preferences. I'm glad to hear that. He was quite appreciative that the restaurant had won her approval. Really? I think that would be a great opportunity for both facilities, if it ever came to be. The hotel usually appealed to a vast popularity of people and it would probably truly help both of the businesses. If it ever happened was another story, but that was not a big deal of course. Only a possibility. He decided against bringing up business again, knowing that it was an unimportant subject at the current time and setting. He watched Ayrn think for a moment before replying in a perfect French tongue, but he supposed she had been out of practice for a bit seeing as she had to think for a moment. But it was not every day that people went along speaking different languages when English dominated the city they lived in. Her French accented lyrics explained to him that her French skills were limited, seeing as she had only lived in the country until she reached the age of four. Oh, I understand. He chuckled good-naturedly for his own assumptions, not surprised that he was wrong in some ways. Being born in and living in a place were two different things; you could be born one place, live there for two weeks, and then move, as far as living, it depended on the person's own aspects of it. A brow rose in interest as she commented on speaking more Italian which he was more familiar with of course as well.He comfortably lounged in his chair as well, but never slouched. After they both finished their meals, a question was asked for him and he closed his eyes momentarily to count back the years now. Just around four years actually. The words were murmured quietly, amazed that the time had gone by so fast already. Come per te? Tones returned, the Italian words rolling of his tongue with an effortless ease. The waitress returned once more to grab their plates, placing a dessert menu in the middle of the table without a word. A soft, nearly inaudible sigh came from the male, wishing the time hadn't passed as fast as it had. He was having difficulty knowing this was coming to an end, but he was not quite sure of his date's own personal thoughts on the subject.Or if another meeting was something he should asked of. He would consider the thought a bit later, and bring up the option to Ayrn. Would you care for a dessert? Vocals asked politely, leaving the decision up to her of course.

Yet another thing that they had in common though he would not know of that as of yet, the working out and the active lifestyle was so important to her. It had become an outlet in which she could not live without, so now with the police academy it seemed to work out so positively for her. In the end her work ethic and physical fitness that exceeded a lot of the men would be put to work and she would have something to take up the dull time in the middle of the day since Damien had been adament that he had come up with a way to run the hotel that worked so she did not need to be a part and that she should take up something that was a dream to her. It had always been a dream to be a part of the local police force since she liked the adrenaline rushes that accompanied it but it had never been a reality that she had been allowed to even think twice about. Now that her slate was wiped clean and there was no one after her seeking revenge she was free to continue her life as if she was a normal human being, even though she was so far from it. He had looked up when she spoke about wanting to put the restaurant into the hotel. She had not expected the reaction in which he had, she had been sure that they would not even think about it since their building was completely seperate and seemed to be completely successful though it was true that it would be something that both drew people to the hotel as well as to the restaurant and youl could never do wrong with a good Italian restaurant in a hotel like hers and Damien's that was one of the things that the customers always seemed to suggest to them, that they needed somewhere to eat within the walls since the hotel was so nice so they knew that the calibre of food would be held to the same standards. The smile was very attractive and she would be stupid not to notice this, in fact the man was great looking to begin with. He was tall which for her was something that she looked for, anyone that she considered must be taller then her which was not too common since she was quite tall for her gender. He was dark haired and exotic looking, reminding her much of Damien though he did not have the same feeling on her. Even though Damien was good looking she could think of him as nothing more then a friend and that would always be the way that it was. This guy had potential and she could not believe she was even thinking this, was it wrong? After all it had been already a couple months and she needed to move on, why not give it a try. At least even if she failed she would know that she was either not ready or it was not right. As their dinners were finished the waitress then came to the table and took their plates away as they were pushed to the side of the table. Shen then directed her attention to the man with a small smile pressed on rose kissers as it was her turn to speak. He stated that he had been here four years. She realized that she was able to answer in her native tongue as well and allowed the fluid Italian to flow off her tongue. Appena sotto quello, comunque l'anno scorso ho passare sei mesi che vivo in Gambia. (Just under that, though last year I spent six months living in Gambia). She paused for a moment before then continuing. I have lived with Damien since I was thirteen so I travel with him, his parents adopted me in Torino. She did not appear to be emotional about it since it had worked out for the best so a small smile was offered to him to indicate that she was fine on the topic since sometimes when people stated things like that they tended to be conversation killers. When the waitress then came to ask them if they wanted dessert she shook her head, she had something else in mind. No thank you. I am so full. She told them before pulling out her wallet to pay her half. Once it was all paid for she stood from the table. Would I be able to bother you for a ride home? I know this was a part of Damien's plan, he drove me here and now has probably turned off his phone or is prepared to screen all my calls. She stated with a small chuckle. I can even treat you to my secret place for dessert to repay you for the ride. A small smirk tugged at one side of rose kissers. As they reached his car a small sigh of appreciation crossed her lips. Very nice. I remember test driving one with Damien before he bought his Charger. I liked it better this his car but he bought the Charger anyways. She stated before stepping into the side of the car and securing the seat belt gently over her shoulder. He knew the way to the hotel so she did not have to worry and was able to rest back against the seat and simply enjoy the car ride. Arriving at the underground parking lot she stepped out. You should feel priviledged that I am going to show you this. She told him with a coy smile leading him in the direction of the elevator and pressing the lobby button. She had ridden the same elevator with her ex not even a couple hours ago though the tension was gone and she stood near to the man in the trip upwards. Pausing to step out into the lobby. Keys were grabbed from behind the counter and Mario high fived her when he noticed she was on a 'date' her eyes were rolled though she did not overly mind. The banquet room was just around the corner in front of the fitness center and the door was unlocked as they arrived. The kitchen was pristine and everything was put away properly. She admired this but she was too busy looking in the freezer. Do you like ice cream? She asked pulling out several pails and all the mixins that you could imagine.

As a child, the man had dreamed of being a firefighter, but he had yet to fulfill that vision. Now, he wasn't quite sure if that was the career he wanted to focus on, but for now he stuck towards the business aspect. It was nice, to be able to occupy a mostly stable job and have time to yourself. In his free time, he enjoyed working out and sometimes just relaxing. He was thinking about changing his career path later on, but he now doubted that he would look into firefighting, but it was always an option. He wanted to do something to help his community, he always had been one to have wanted to help somehow. The woman that sat before him was no doubt attractive, and he didn't find himself to be perverted thinking so, his mind wasn't in the gutter like most of the men. She definitely wasn't what he had been expecting for his date, but in a good way. Ayrn seemed to be the outgoing type, and he liked that about her, she was definitely social and not afraid of conversation which was a good quality as well. And she spoke fluent Italian, which he found it fun to be able to have the recipient of the conversation understand his words without himself having to translate constantly. She answered his question in perfect Italian accent, and he nodded in return, a bit curious about her having gone to Gambia. It was a bit random, but it was something different; a change of scenery, which he knew the feeling of that. He took business trips every few months, and he got a new experience, which was always pleasant. She then continued to explain that she had been adopted by Damien's family, which explained why they were so close. So they were more like siblings than anything, and he understood so perfectly. She remained unemotional during the small summary, meaning she must now be unfazed by the subject, after so many years you probably adapted to it and took it for what it was. So you've done a fair share of traveling? Kind smile resumed on his kissers, hand reached forth with money for both of their meals, but Ayrn had already placed money down for her own, so he had little time to argue. He'd figure a way to pay her back if they saw each other again. He rose from the table as well, chuckling gently as she spoke of her situation, and he didn't find it difficult to believe that Damien would do such a thing. He definitely knew how to plan such occurrences, and he seemed to be doing quite well with it now. Ayrn seemed to be used to his ways, but after living with him for almost half of your life, it made perfect sense. Yes of course, but you wont bother me.Not a problem at all. He shook his head as they walked out towards the car together. A brow rose, eying her as she spoke once more and smirked. She had some sort of plan brewing it seemed. And of course by the way it sounded, it didn't sound exactly appropriate, but he didn't see her to be a girl of that manner. She seemed innocent to him for some reason, which was probably a faulty generalization. Lips revealed his teeth as he grinned as she praised his car. Why thank you. I like Chargers as well, but found the Challenger to be more appealing for myself. He stepped into the car as well, slipping the key into the ignition and bringing the engine to life before driving away in the direction of the hotel. Upon parking the car, her words caused another amused glance to be cast in her direction, shaking his head slightly. Shouldn't I feel privileged already to have been graced by your presence? He stated in return with a devious grin, following after her through the lobby. He waited patiently as she grabbed keys, noticing the look that came from the male working the front desk.A nearly inaudible chuckle rattled out beneath his breath, Gaze flickered over the kitchen, relieved as she went through the freezer to grab out containers of ice cream. Yes I do, actually. He glanced around the kitchen for a moment, but was confused by the set up, and failed to find the silverware. Even though he was familiar with the kitchen setting, it was not his element, he wasn't even quite sure how he had gotten into the restaurant field, but he did enjoy a fair share of cooking. That probably had something to do with it. Attention returned to Ayrn, helping her scoop the ice cream into smaller containers. So, this is your big secret, huh?A teasing sigh of relief echoed into the atmosphere, the man shaking his head once more. You really had me worried there... A smirk touched the corner of his lips for a small moment.
