Summer was coming to a close. No longer were the days hot and relentless, though it was nothing to her compared to where she had lived for the majority of her life. She was also convinced that because she was born in Egypt that she had somehow been given a tolerance to the heat through just the action. It was as if the people that lived here had developed more of a tolerance then others and that carried over into their offspring. She did not like the suffering hot though since it tended to wear thin on her nerves and cause her to be even more on edge and more likely to lose the control that she fought so hard with. Over the years it had become easier and easier but she still was an unpredictable creature and her fiery personality did not help the situation. So now instead of the rays that were unhindered by the fluffy clouds that were present in spring and fall the days were starting to get shorter and the emerald shoots were sprining back to life with the amount of dew that clung to the emerald carpet. The crystalline droplets looking stunning as the light refracts through them and deflects into all the colours of the rainbow. Though that would not happen until morning and why the thought lingered on her mind she was not too sure, perhaps it would be one of the things she would miss about this place in comparison to where they were moving, to Egypt. The anticipation built in her stomach and took the place of the butterflies that Tristan had placed there. It was so natural for her to feel that way around him and she was not able to explain it, which was not a bad thing. She took a step closer to the airport, everything had been put in place and there was no chance to turn back now, she had been abnormally silent the entire way there but her mind was just elsewhere and she hoped that Tristan and his sister would be able to appreciate that. While there were many good memories that came with moving back to Egypt there were a lot of horrors that she hoped to always flee from. She had to keep reminding herself that it was over and it was time to move on, there were so many better things to look forward to. Before it had seemed as though a future was impossible. She stepped through the security and one of the men eyes her suspiciously. Heart pounded in her chest she did not know what they could find out about her but it would not be good. Luckily though they just took her through the metal detector a second time and she was allowed to return to the other two. The plane was close to boarding and as soon as they arrived they were allowed to climb the ramp onto the air craft. Feels like we just did this. She stated turning to Tristan with a small smirk.

It was hard to imagine living in another country, he was more than apt to do this though. His baggage was going through the x ray machine now and really it was no turning back now. It was afterall for good for all of them. Akana lived there her entire life, she needed to be back in her home she had to miss it, his sister needed a new life a new sourrounding and he needed a change of scene from the place he knew all to well. His skin crawled with all the things he coudl get himself into at the airport as he walked through the metal dectator and looked toward teh guards with a minicing glance. They in turn had to eye him back not making his mood any different than before yet causing it to linger onward into the dwindling thoughts of what he could do to them, only broken off by the sweet lyricals of the female herself; yea it does...he smiled briefly as he shifted his weight and looked toward his sibling to make sure she made it through the rest of the security check intact. Of course she did as she lagged behind looking toward teh city she had grown to love leaving behind her friends of course yet she was eager to start a new life in a new place. Looking toard teh board he nodded at the time for the flight and shifted as it was actually near time for them to board and take off. Not a long wait would be prominate for them which was something he was glad of.

It would be so strange for her to move back to her home country. There was so much that she had missed. Though it was not as though she ever expected it would happen so the last time that she had left she had thought it as for good so she had said her good byes to all her favourite haunts. Now, it would feel surreal. Luckily Tristan would get the chance to arrive there when it was not the hottest, for right now it was early spring and the temperatures would be the same as the summer in the place that he had lived in, while she was sure that he would not be as affected by the weather as a normal person it would not be easy not even for her who was built for the heat and sufferingly dry area. The security incident did not even provoke a nasty mood in the girl like it might have. Tonight she was much more laid back then usual, a strange concept that she found that she did not mind too much, yesterday had the person paid his hands on her she might have snapped and lost it. Tristan had glared at the men until she placed an hand on his shoulder to steer him away and spoke. Before then he had remained totally silent along with his sister and even after the words that trailed off he did the same. So frolicking in the silence that was starting to feel a little strange she took a few steps in front of them leading the way onto the plane. The cramped aircraft was a little smaller then the one that they had taken before and the flight seemed to be packed. Shifty gaze scanned the crowd of people that were also boarding with her landing on a couple of sketchy looking individuals that made her a little on edge. Call it nothing but a females intuition about someone. She realized that her seat was ahead of them and breathed a sigh of relief and promised herself that she would remain awake for the entirety of the fight. Taking her seat on the edge of the aisle allowing Kyriie to have the window seat and Tristan to have the middle since it would be awkward for her to sit beside the teenager. As soon as the plane lifted off she was on high alert. Watching the aisle and pausing only to take her eyes off to grab a glass of orange juice as they were served. More then halfway through the flight her expertly trained eyes were starting to wander and she knew that if she had been in her panther form it would have been a different story but being nothing but a human she was utterly bored. Finally the one stood and the other joined him within a matter of moments. Both walking to the bathroom. Without even a glance to Tristan she stood, something was not right and she was able to feel it. By the time that she got to the bathroom a large plume of smoke was wafting beneath the door and curling up to the atmosphere with the tinted aroma of marijuana. Not wanting to alert them that they were being caught she tapped a waitress on the arm and told her that she better get security and pointed to the door. Soon enough a large man joined them in the back and knocked on the door without a response he kicked it open to expose the two guys in the bathroom smoking, they were restrained after kicking and screaming and placed in zap strap hand cuffs and taken back to their seats arms tied to the arm rests. Their gaze rested on her in a glare and a coy smie crossed her face. I am such a good samaritin. She stated sarcastically with a small smirk. Though I guess they consider that self preservation. She told Tristan with a chuckle. With the two of them having been caught she allowed herself to rest back against the chair and her eyes were closed. The rest of the flight was a blur until the sounds of the loud speaker indicated that they were descending. The sea of desert sand clear out the window. She was the first to stand when they announced that they would be getting off. This time she was lucky since she knew the address of the man and they would not have to search for him so once they picked up their bags she climbed into the taxi with the other two and stated the address to the man that was driving them. This time they did not land in Cairo so it would only be a half an hour drive which after the plane ride seemed like a blur. She had phoned the man at the airport like he requested so when they pulled into the large driveway he was waiting at the door sitting in a lawn chair. Looking the same as when they had come the first time. A small smile appeared on her face as she stepped out of the car and him and the taxi guy took most of their bags. Akana my dear. So glad that you are back so soon, and to stay, this is wonderful news. He embraced the slender girl before turning his attention to the other two. Tristan, its a pleasure to see you again, hope you have been treating my girl right. Cheeks flushed a little at the statement before he then turned to Tristan's sister. And you must be Kyriie, welcome, please make yourself at home. He was so genuinely friendly that it forced a smile to Akana's face. They were ushered inside where their bags had already disappeared as if it was a magic trick. The second floor was where they would be staying and they were shown the two rooms. Kyriies was on the opposite side with a stunning view of the backyard while Tristan and Akanas was just above the pool. She could not help but feel tired from the flight though in Egypt it was only mid day and she knew they key to getting used to the new place would be to adjust automatically to their time schedule even though that seemed as though it would mean that they would have stayed awake a full 24 hours or more. She then turned to Tristan brows raised slightly. As soon as Kyriie had left the room to go to her new abode. You are really quiet... She stated.

He watched her slolwy, she had always had a way of calming him somehow someway as to the fact he wuld not kill someone when he was so edgy like this. He ignored the security check and continued on teh way toward teh plane. He followed her slowly keeping his eye upon his sister as they boarded and he himself had to admit he felt something odd about the flight. he sat in the middle, being between two hormonal females was not his ideal flight but he didnt mind as he looked toward teh nervous Kyriie and then toward the darling akana. Sigh came from his chest slolwy as they ascended into the air and began to long flight to Egypt. He had to admit he'd still not gotten used to this entire ordeal, flying that was. She was on the lookout for something, he could tell that and he was not about to break her concentration as she looked to and fro across the plane. Sure enough moments after she spyed the men moving he had also done the same, though she, being the girl that she was had to trail them. His standing would have done no good so after she continued onward down the isle he simply kept his skull tilted to the side looking over his shoulder to watch her back. He could smell the smoke easily as it filled teh plane and sent his sensory glands into a fit for a moment, sure he had done the drug when he was younger and had his wild stage but really why on a plane? his sister snubbed her nose and it made him happy at the fact she hated the stench of it at least that was one thing she wasnt doing behind his back. As Akana sat down he smirked at her and let his hand rest upon her knee. yea...thats right good sameritan babe... he laughed slightly before leaning back and relaxing what he coudl for the rest of the flight. It seemed as if it took no time this go around to land and get out of the airport. the way to the large house had been mapped out into his mind and once he realized where they where he knew the way there from teh back of the taxi easily. Stepping out he smiled at Paul and listend to him greet each of them in his cheerfull manner. Hello again and yes, she has been taken care of...wouldnt change that for teh world his sister foudn it was her turn to speak as she was far from shy or anythin gof the sort; Im Kyriie indeed and your house is absolutely beautiful! she sparked outward before following them inside and all the while glancing about the inside decour. Tristan looked across the home, nothing had really changed since they had been gone for what a month if that before he entered their room. Watchign his sister slide into her own abode he looked out over the pool and then turned toward akana as she spoke. His form glided toward her for a moment as he watched her ever move before speaking I just wonder if your going to be happy here I'm sure you will be but with all this shit going on its just me being myself i suppose he smiled before taking his palm and pulling it behind her skull letting it glide her form toward him as a kiss was placed upon her lips. He was no passion giver no tender lover but he was indeed in love with the girl and was urged to give her this kiss from something inside.

Tristan would always be just who he was. It was true that he was not a romantic guy nor would he ever be, but she would never know what to do with someone like that and they would not fit into her life well enough for her to remain with them. They would never be a normal couple they would most likely not be the couple that you would see out to the movies and having an expensive dinner, they were not people orientated and yet that did not bother her. She knew that if she stated that she would want to go for a date or a dinner like that that he would try his best and even though he felt out of place he would try to make her happy though she did not ever want to pressure him into something like that. But one thing that was for sure was the tension and passion between them even from the moment that they met and they had been at each other throats there had been something immeasurable. Now looking back at the time that they had met she almost laughed at the witty remarks and cruel words that had been tossed back and forth between them as if they were nothing. It seemed at the time that it had been impossible for her to get under his skin as she tried so hard to do. To find a breaking point and she was sure that at the time he felt the same way. For the times after they stopped their banter they still steered clear of the emotions that proved to be dangerous to both of them. Until the fateful time she decided that she would go to Egypt to confront her largest fear. Even now she felt sick to her stomach at the thought of Tristan confessing that he had been hired to kill her and she looked back on how close she had allowed him to get and how many times over he would have been able to kill her. Already she knew that Kyriie would be alright here, she seemed to take a liking to Paul and had complimented him on his house which was a nice added polite touch. She had been a little nervous for their first meetings but she had been on her best behavior. She felt at ease in this house since it had always been thought of as a haven for her even when she was on the run. Paul had never asked questions so never had the business that she was involved with been spoken of beneath the roof even though Paul knew that she was not just a normal human. She was not too sure if he knew about Tristan though. Not too much thought was given to it as Kyriie retreated to her room to start unpacking and the man stepped closer to her. She did not respond to the words that were spoken instead a deep sigh was released and she rested her head on his chest before amber optics were then lifted to meet his eyes. Lips met hers with a hint of passion and a small smile upturned kissers as they were pressed against his. Breaking free within a couple of moments. Would you like to go for a walk? She asked him though she did not wait for the answer since she was more then ready to go outside and stretch her legs. Kyriie, we are just going to get some food, we will bring you back something, are you ok here? She yelled into the room wanting to give the girl some privacy but she appeared to already be in the shower and she had to yell loudly over the spray but the muffled words appeared to be an ok. Already she had something in mind. In the backpack that she had carried onto the flight the clothes that she was planning on wearing were already set. She walked into their room that had an ajoining bathroom and closed the door a cheeky grin was plastered on features as she left a tiny slit open in the door that she knew would drive the man nuts. She shed the previous clothes and pulled on a pair of shorts and a tank top since it was still too hot for much else. She then grabbed the mans hand and headed towards the door, steps were quick. A pair of flip flops were slipped onto her feet before reaching the door. She did not head in the direction that she had run when she had chased him into the downtown area, instead she went right at the driveway and followed the winding road down into a smaller more isolated area of town. This would be considered the slums yet it was still tasteful you would not feel in danger walking down these alleys late at night since there was a no tolerance policy for acts of violence. The entire town was sand coloured until they reached the main street and then it was stunning, there was flowers that lined the lanes between the road and there were hanging baskets and well watered grass in the middle island of the lanes. It looked stunning and like the people of Egypt really took pride in their city and it was something that drew her to this place. It was no more then a five minute walk from the house if you knew the right direction and Akanas impeccable sense of direction had lead them straight here. She stepped beneath a large archway and into a small area that looked like a restaurant. Pizza? She asked him as they walked through. Waiting for a moment to see if that was something that interested him.

Breath was silent as he stood inside the bedroom, nothing seemed to be out of place from the last time they had been here. It hadn't been that long of course and yet it was still in the same order yet cleaner and still in the exact manner it had been when they arrived in their previous endevours. Something caught his attention as he glanced to the side and his sibling left the room slolwy and retreated with Paul to her own abode. He had to smile at the thought of how he and Akana had came this far, sure they where not going to get along all of the time but hey this was a large start for the both of them. Who in their right minds would ever think about dating people like themselves and why on earth would they be together like this they would end up killing each other one day if it got bad. He didnt care, he could always figure a way to walk away and control it or somethign like that perhaps. Her voice broke his thought process as she proposed a walk and he had to agree. It was a nice place and sure it was humid and hot even at night but he missed the atomshphere that was so different from the city life he was used to. Egypt, the city of well sand to him but hey who coudl complain about it he was going to be living in a beautiful house his sister getting a massivly grand education and he was with the girl of well some peoples dreams minus her little secret. As he looked her over he had to smirk at the way she looked before his hand was nabbed and they where off to the outward bound world. The smell was of palms and sand dunes loaded down with heat and humid wafts dwindling of flower and what not that where planted outside the mansion. Following her toward a different direction than he had been before he looked paying utmost detail to things that lined the streets they walked along. Pausing at the arch he nodded, sure sounds great to me he embraced her form slolwy as he could smell her perfume and feel each individule curve of her figure in the way she was dressed. He had to admit he was absolutely insane about her and the way she looked.

The splendor of the city never seemed to be lost, even from a brief time away the culture seemed just as rich as the first time she had laid eyes on it. Everything seemed to be different shades of sandy colours and all would be camouflaged if they happened to have a large sand storm. The structures were all well built and none seemed shabby not like a lot of the other exotic places. The people here were well educated and took the time to take pride in their homeland. The place where they were staying was one of the most high end cities in all of Egypt, the same as Cairo the river ran right through it producing lovely green foliage within the first couple hundred feet, then followed by the scorched desert landscape. By this time the various street vendors had long closed and taken their paintings and sculptures that they hoped to sell to tourists home for the night to spend the evening with their family. That would only be a hobby though since all the people in this small town were well off and not in need of the money that it would provide. All the buildings seemed to have round windows that would be more intricate to build in and yet created an artistic feel that a lot of the places in the US seemed to have lost over the years. Something that set it apart from other regions around the world. The signs in which were scrawled elegantly carried the language of the Egyptians as well as the English translation since it was all too common to have foreigners that spoke only English and it seemed to be a dominant part of Egypt now. She did not remember the city being this close to the house but it was nice since she knew it would be awhile before she bought a car and she did not want to have to walk too far. She would venture North to buy a car since the prices here were almost double for the same car in the North. That did not bother her but why spend extra money when you did not have to and she was not in a hurry. Off in the distance the large shadows of the pyramids could be seen since they were inbetween Cairo and the pyramids. Her palm remained with Tristans though she finally pulled her hand away when her steps increased towards the small shop that she frequented in the time that she had lived with Paul before. Stepping into the pizza shop and holding the door open for the male, she knew that Kyriie would not want to test some of the exotic foods of Egypt so soon into their trip so she ordered two pizzas and took a step off to the side observing the male. So what are you thinking? She asked unable to be able to read his expression, eye brow raised waiting for his answer while they waited for the pizzas to be made fresh for them. When it was finished she grabbed the two boxes and propped the door open as she headed back towards the large house walking slowly for him to keep up.

His limbs worked effortless like as the dunes popped up and fell again behind the nearest hill. The light, dim by the streets and off from the side was pitch black with littered palms to and fro that stalked through the shadowy atomsphere. The small cafe was something that struck him as neat, the scent of the pizza from another order made his mouth begin to water. He was more than excited to taste the local food here. Shoulders adjusted slolwy as he watched the girl before him order the two pizza's for them and the one's back at the house. He figured his sister would absolutely adore the food since pizza was her favorite. Her lyrics cooed outward to him slolwy as he shifted and looked down toward the tanned lass. Im just curious how I got lucky to find you...and the fact your actually with me. Digit touched her cheek slolwy rolling down the strong Egyptin features she held. Beauty was not something he normally was attracted to but with her it was awe stricken lust and well love; hard to admit it but thats what it boiled down to. He was falling in love with Akana, each day that had passed by he had found it more and more easy to get along with her, to be near her, and to touch her. Looking toward the counter once more he waited for them to pass teh boxes over as she nabbed them and headed toward the door. His hand slid under them as he plucked them from her palms andheld them upward away from her. THANK you! he mumered as they settled down to his side and the other hand grasped her own hand inside of his.

Already they seemed to have a good start at settling in, she knew that last night his sister had liked that they had brought home freshly made pizza, something that she probably thought they had left behind in America for good. Last night the sensitive words that the male had uttered to her seemed completely out of character for him, though perhaps it was just him opening up to her more then he would anyone else. Though she was almost positive she would never hear words like that cross his mouth, telling her that he was lucky to have her, it created a warm feeling at the bottom of her gut, one that was completely foreign to someone of her nature. Feet were swung lightly out of bed and dropped to the hardwood floor of the room though they were inaudible with graceful strides as she made her way to the dresser to pick out the appropriate clothing for the day. She was careful not to disturb the male from their bed, which was also a new feeling, sure they had slept in the same bed once or twice when they had been here recovering though that time passed in a haze and never would they have thought to be intimate. Now it was slightly different. Something that she found that she did not mind too much either. She dressed in a pair of shorts and a light cotton t-shirt, the dress that was traditional around this part of the country. There were still lots of places in Egypt where women would be forced to cover their heads and faces as well as any other skin on their body though here was one of the places that a lot of tourists came and a lot of people from other parts of the world would come to school so they had adapted a little more to the culture of America. Once she was finished changing she ran a brush through unruly ebony locks before then pulling them back into a pony tail and heading down the stairs to see what was on the agenda for the day. She found Paul sitting at the kitchen table just finishing his breakfast and she took a seat across from him taking a plate that was offered to her an loading it up with fresh fruit and pancakes and eating the food. Small talk was made though neither of them were much of talkers and they both agreed that they should take Tristan's sister to see the school today. She then had a good idea of an overnight trip before school would start for her and Paul offered the use of his SUV for them to be able to take. She thanked him before then walking back up the stairs to appear at the end of the bed and gently touch Tristan's shoulder. We should take your sister to tour the school today and then I have another idea but you have to wake up. She muttered gently before then stepping out of the room and knocking on the door of his sister as well and making a call into the neighbouring city to make a reservation at a hotel there so that they would be able to go sightseeing like she had so long ago. She missed it and it was a perfect chance to see it all again.

Breaths where taken in and released slolwy as slumber was so easily given to the male. For some reason he welcomed it and stirred not once in the bed that he shared with akana. Something was so right about it all that he never once flinched in thought about any of it. Sure leaving the United States and moving to Egypt on a whem was a bit insane but look who you where talking to. The heat that lay next to him had disappered and now a cool place took over as he knew all to well Akana had already gotten up and left the room. Not wanting to move yet in the comfortable state he was in he simply pulled the blanket up more so and relaxed there for the time being. The gentle touch of his shoulder let his visionaries flick open to see the girl there before him speaking of the school and his sister. Really he didn't make all of it out but agreed and sat up streatching his shoulders upward. Yawn pierced the air as he scruffed his locks upward for a moment and tried to wake up more so. It was another typical day in Egypt, temperature wise. Pulling himself from the bed he looked over the items he had and realized he had brought a decent pair of jeans to wear that where not so thick. Sliding them onto his form he could already hear the vocals of the girl conversing with his sister across the hallway ... The day had greated her a new country to call home. It was all to weird but she had to admit the local pizza had the best taste to her. She had not wanted to sleep during the night as she saw the sky here for the first time and found herself scaling down to the pool area to sit and watch the stars glitter about their relm. Writing in the notebook upon her desk that sat in the corner of the room she became aware of akana in a matter of moments after the handle of the door turned. "That sounds great I'll get ready." was the only thing she had to say before reaching into the dresser she had neatly organized the night before to pull out a pair of shorts that had plaid lines running over them in green and tan with a bit of black as well. Placing the white tanktop over her form she smiled briefly at the appearence she held as she brushed the amber locks straight over her shoulders before applying the typical teenager style makeup to her face. Of course she had to look well enough to go into the school and see who all was there, perhaps a nice looking local boy who was authentic and studly. ... Tristan tugged the shirt over his skull slolwy as he adjusted his hair to look good enough to suit hiself, afterall it was rather unruly most of the time but it gave him the spark he carried around with him. Sneakers where tightned up a bit so the sand didn't cave into them so much as he walked around with the girls and possibly Paul for the day. Nod was given as he left the room and made his way down toward the kitchen where as always the scent of freshly made breakfast wafted into his nasels. Picking up the plate Paul had shifted toward him he got the amount of pancakes he wished before dousing them in butter and syurp forgetting the fruit for now. After smiling at akana he spoke, "morning sunshine...what is on the agenda today now?" yea he had listened in the bedroom but really he was sleeping and nothing really stuck around w. him when he was half asleep still. As the fork carved a triangle into the spongy food he began to devour it bit by bit until it had all disappered. After the plate was cleaned he got a bit of fruit at least to be simi healthy for the day before eating it. Glancing upward his sister appeared in the doorway to sit down and have her own breakfast. Of course she was figure concious young girl who ate around half a pancake with maybe a half teaspoon of syurp and no butter, mostly fruit other than that. Her attention was alert and smile was seemingly plastered to her face making Tristan grimice at all the happy going about this early in the day. Obviously he was far from a morning person as he drank the orangejuice in the glass before him. Kylee simply began the conversation herself as she perched herself over her plate and looked form one to the other, "akana you look pretty today." she stated off with that before moving onward to the school talk Tristan dreaded, "I can't wait to see the school and all the peope in it. I really want to get my schedule made out so I know what all I get to do. I suppose I have to take whats left since i'm kinda late getting here for the year huh?" she had directed the end of the topic toward Paul or akana either one as the time began to tick by.

It seemed as though they were going to settle into a lifestyle that was quite ideal. The girl seemed good hearted and her behaviour so far was impeccable. While Akana would not be a mother figure to the girl that was nearly as old as she was she could hope that she would seem like a good friend that the younger one would be able to confide in. When she stood in the hallway at the edge of the stairs and knocked on the girls door she told the girl that they would be going to see the school and the younger girl looked as though she was excited. It was strange for her to consider since she would have assumed the girl would be a lot more like Tristan, so this is what he would be like within the demon. He would be less difficult and more like his sister. When she reached the bottom of the stairs she waited for the two of them to join her at the breakfast table and waited for them to put the food they wanted on their plates before she informed them of their plans. Thank you. She uttered when the girl commented that she looked pretty today and brow was raised slightly though she did not speak farther, not until Tristan asked what was on the plans for the day. Well I was thinking that we would go look at the school then I booked a hotel in the next city over and we could go see the pyramids and the sphinx, after all we are in Egypt its kind of a requirement. She said with a small chuckle. It would be a nice break from reality as they all adjusted to life together before school started for the girl and real life took over. She knew that there would be only a certain amounts of time that they would have time for something like this so why not take the opportunity now. As they finished breakfast she placed her plate at the edge of the sink before gathering the other plates that had been set on the table and placing them in the dishwasher smiling as Paul thanked her. Shaking her head. No, thank you. She uttered in response before then stepping to the edge of the room. So pack some clothes and what you want to take and we will leave in half an hour. She reached the bedroom and started tidying the room making the bed so that it did not look so dishevled when they returned and sorting through the bags that had not been packed and picking out a wide variety of clothes and putting them in a smaller bag before she went back downstairs to step into the garage and start the SUV that had not run in a few days since Paul did not even drive it allowing the engine to warm up and packing some food for their drive. When the other two joined her she backed out of the garage and onto the street turning down the main road that they had crossed last night when they had gone to get pizza and blinker was turned on when a large building loomed in front of them. She parked the car before getting out. When she walked alongside the male hand was reached out to him. It was close enough to starting that there would be staff and she would be able to talk to someone. When they arrived there was a student mentor at the desk in which was offered by one of the staff to show her around. It was a handsome teenage Egyptian boy who looked about her age and stepped forward. A small wink was given to the girl as she knew that she would not protest about getting the tour from him. She then pulled Tristan out of the office and into the hallway. We could go spy on them but for some reason I think you would not be on your best behavior. She said with a smile.

As they all finished up the food that was set out on teh plates for them Akana seemed to take over the task of cleaning them up into the dishwasher. Tristan said a small "thanks" as she took his dish while his sibling only nodded her skull toward her. Something about the day just seemed to be ok so far to him as he listened to teh plans laid out for them by akana. He had to admit that the hotel in teh next town over seemed like something fun to do afterall last time they where down here, well there really was no sightseeing it was all business. As he glanced over to his shoulder where the tanktop ended and flesh began you could still see half of the scar laid there from the bullet. Still it ached at times but he ignored it all. "that all sounds interesting im sure Kyrie will like it won't you..." the girl nodded before she ot up and walked toward her room to pack clothing for the trip. It didn't take her very long as she had an idea of what all she was going to pack for anything she ever went to. See Kyrie was always on top of her game when it came to clothes. As she slid into a pair of skinny jeans and a dressy tank with small cardigan to cover her shoulders she found it impecable. Tristan on the other hand, well he mulled about the clothing he had there for a few minutes before tossing what he wanted into the suitcase and zipping the top of it up. Leaving with his sister to meet Akana in the garage he slid into the front seat his sister remembering allt he fights they had had over the front seat before and not even trying to get into it she slid into the back. As they passed a few familiar places he slolwy began to keep up wiht the area they where in and before he knew it they had arrived at the college and where walking into the front door. He eyed the boy as he started to speak and Akana took over. He hated the fact Kyrie would be in a place with so many guys and not an all girls school or something and yet he knew she would be more than happy and he would worry to death. Kyrie smiled at Akana before stepping toward the boy and then letting the tour begin. He spoke with the egyptian accent but she could understand his english quiet well. She looked over the library, science section, math, history, and all the other things that where located in the college. She made small talk with the boy and suddenly was invited out to lunch with him. Of course she accepted without a thought in her mind about her brother having a cow over it. He stood there in the hallway with Akana listening to her ideal thought before he rose a brow upward, "I don't like it in the first place if the little punk even thinks about holding her hand ill chop it off and leave it in a jar on his desk...if any guy even dares to ... well that will be on a shelf and they wont have that issues ever again" yea well what could you say he was overly protective of his younger sister, she was all he had left in his family. Shoulders shrugged lightly as he attempted to loosen up the tension that had built up with the thought of seeing something he'd hate when they looked at them. Before he knew it his sister appeared before him explaining that she was going out to luch and talking about the programs they had to offer for her at the college. He sighed and hardly agreed to let her go without him. Peircing vision glanced toward Akana before he spoke, "well hell what do we do while she lollygags about?"

She knew that Tristan would not take kindly to the boy showing his sister around though he was going to have to get used to it unless he planned on holding Kyrie hostage and locking her in the basement of the house where no would be able to even get near her because the reality was that she was going to eventually have a boyfriend and while he did not like it there was nothing that he could do to stop it. While he might not protest that she was not old enough it was better for her to have a few non serious relationships so that she was aware what she was looking for in a guy before she ever wanted to get serious. She had never had that luxury since she had been on the run for so long but she would have jumped at the chance if she had been younger and had the worries of a regular teenager, but she was a freak and those same rules did not seem to apply to her. The shifters had their own set of rules of which one being that no one should find out, hence why she hated that Tristan had found out about her so early in their dysfunctional relationship. When they entered the office a palm was offered to the male and fingers entwined with his, a squeeze being uttered to remind the male to keep on his best behavior when the girl went with the young male and he seemed to hold his tongue though she knew that would only last until they were out of ear shot, one of the reasons why she had been the one to do the talking. It was important for Kyrie to have a good first impression here so therefore him exploding at the faculty for allowing the girl to have a male tour guide would not be off to a good start. When they stepped into the hallway she then turned to him, she did not follow the male like she told him that she had intended to do since it did not seem to be a good idea to test the good nature of the male beside her. A small smile was offered in a compromise as she paused to take a seat on a bench in the middle of the hallway. It seemed to have a perfect location eyes then travelled around the inside of the structure. He then told her that if the little punk even thought of holding her hand that he would chop it off and a small chuckle rattled her ribcage as amber optics roll in their sockets to meet his. A little dramatic perhaps, Tristan? She uttered in a teasing tone before pulling him to a seated position beside her on the bench and resisting the urge to kiss him knowing that they were in a public place and he would be seen as the girls guardian. I am sure that she appreciates having such a protective brother but you know eventually she is going to have a boyfriend, it is inevitable and you are just going to have to deal with it. That’s why you have me, to mediate between you guys. She told him with a small smirk, she was falling into her lifestyle with ease. He needed something to take his mind off this before he ended up getting too revved up. Kyrie then returned telling them that she was going to have lunch, wanting her to be able to fit in she nodded and waved as the girl then turned to head back to wherever they were going to have lunch leaving her and Tristan to fend for themselves. She was not hungry though after the large breakfast that they had had and so she then allowed them to wander around the school and get a little more familiar with the campus before she spotted that Kyrie was waiting for them in the area that they had originated from. So what do you think? She asked the girl as she approached and dropped Tristans hand before walking with her out the door and to the SUV. By now they would get to the other city in the evening, that was not a problem though since they were not really on a time schedule and there was nothing that they had to be back for besides the girl starting school. The car started and she reversed it from the parking spot and onto the main road that ran through the town and the outer borders. There was only really one way in and one way out so the traffic tended to be a little dense, though people were driving fast so it did not jam in any areas and seemed to be going the opposite direction to them since a lot of people worked in the city that they were going to and ended up not being able to afford it and having to live in the city that they were living in which was basically the university/ college city of Egypt. The drive was nearly silent as she focused on trying to remember which way she was headed. When the sun finally started to sink along the horizon they arrived in the parking lot of a hotel that looked large and out of place next to all the houses that were mainly built to be one story since the top floors in the summer seemed to get too hot so people built houses all on one level over a greater distance to avoid this. She grabbed her bag from the car and locked it once they were all out and stepped into the lobby of the large structure and checked them in and was given the car swipe key before heading off towards the elevator. She had booked them a suite so that they would not have to awkwardly all sleep in the same room. The room was large and had good air conditioning and looked very clean. The view though was what was amazing as it looked over the pyramids and the sphinx. So what do you two want to do tonight? I heard that there was a parade and festival downtown but I didn’t know if you would be up for it.

He knew his sibling was going to grow up one day, something was inevidable about that one. He dreaded teh fact that eventually she would be trouncing up the steps holding the hand of some wild eyed boy who was exactly like he used to be. Sigh came pursing through his lips as he slolwy sank down to the bench to sit beside Akana. His thoughts swam through his skull like a gushing river over some tall fall at the other side before he spoke. I know she is growing up and I know eventually....ehhh...she will have a he swallowed hard before continuing with dread, a boyfriend or whatever but she is still my little sister in my eyes. Before he could speak when his sibling returned she had announced she was going to dinner with that guy who toured her. He bit his lower lip as akana did the talking for him. She more than likely knew that he would say no or bite the boy's head off at one point or the other. After a bit he stood and laced his hand within her own and walked toward the exit of the school. Looking at his giggling laughing sister he could easily tell she had a good lunch with the boy which made his stomach churn. He remained quiet as Akana spoke and asked her what she thought. "i love it so far, it seems to have everything I've ever wanted" before she cast a shady wink at akana yet away from her brother. As they entered the car and the engine revved up he simply sat quiet while they drove the road. The sun was beginning to sink low in the horizion and he still was not quiet used to the time change from the Untied States yet. As they pulled into the hotel he had to admire it, Egypt was one for exotic features and rather nice places out of the market squares. the enterance was grand and the sweet was even ore beautiful. He sat the bag down that had their clothing packed away neatly before sitting on the edge of the couch. He heard Akana's question come out as he considered what to do for the night before her next statement. I think a parade and festival could be fun don't you Kyrie? he asked before she turned around the corner from the bedroom she would be in and smiled. "yea, I think it's a great idea...Akana come here for a moment" she waited till she rounded the corner before she began to plead with her, "Jarod, the boy from the school....well he wants to meet me at the festival and hang out...but..." she peered around teh corner at her menicing brother flipping through the television channels; " he will flip out if he sees us doing anything...can you keep him busy...PLEASE" she pleaded waiting for her to anwser her.

She never thought that she would see the day that she was the person that was toning down the overprotective and overzealous nature of someone that was involved with. She had always been known as the one to be fiery and rather stubborn in nature. As she sat on the bench with Tristan she could not help but allow her mind to wander to his sister that was touring the campus with the boy. How would her big brother react when they returned? That was the better question. He did seem to be on his best behavior as they sat there. He was just finishing saying that he knew that his sister was growing up and that in his eyes she was still his little sister and the girl nodded slightly though her eyes turned to the girl that had been sighted at the end of the hallway and a warm smile found its way to striking features. She would have to talk to his sister about this being a very sensitive subject later and tell her to be careful what she told her brother but to make sure that she was in loop. She gracefully stepped to her feet as palms were pressed in shorts pockets before hand was offered to Tristan. When Akana had asked Kyriie what she thought of the country and campus so far she seemed to be much more bubbly then she had ever seen the girl and to see the excitement in the girl was a large relief since she had wondered since they had gotten here if it was the right thing to do since the two of them were leaving behind all of what they had known including their mother, if she really could be called that. She noticed the wink that the younger girl shot her and that made her feel a little queasy as well but she did not comment this would be brought up when Tristan was not around. The atmosphere was starting to cool a little with the sun sinking from high in the sky and even though she did not overly feel changed in the temperature she knew that it was going to take a lot of getting used to for the other two not to mention the time change that was so different from the US. When they pulled the car into the parking lot of the hotel the entrance way was large, it looked to be one of the better hotels around the area since she did not trust the others that were not as well known since there were dangerous aspects of the city as well and she did not want to risk getting them mixed up in that, maybe if it had been just her and Tristan since she knew that between the two of them they would be able to handle it though not with his little sister around that she was already starting to get quite protective of. When they entered the room she set what she had carried up on the floor without bothering to unpack much since she already had a plan for the evening, asking them if they would like to go to a small festival that she had been told about before they left and they both seemed to agree that was a good idea. Brow was raised when Kyrie asked her to come to the other side of the room. She listened to the girl when she pleaded with her telling her that the boy she had met that day had invited her to the festival, which she kind of figured would happened and then the girl pleaded with Akana to keep Tristan busy. A small sigh was uttered, she hated that she was going to have to come between the siblings. Kyrie you have to promise me to be careful and promise me that you will contact me if anything happens and I warn you, don't break my trust or I will be on your brothers side from now on. With the one serious warning she moved into the room again to get changed, grabbing her bag and moving to the bathroom, changing into a white and turquoise coloured sundress that was perfect for this time of year. Hair was allowed to fall loose over her shoulders in waves and a light application of mascara was added to amber coloured optics. Backpack was zipped up again and placed in the corner of the washroom before stepping out. Are you guys ready to go? She asked looking more in Tristan's direction who seemed to still be seated on the couch. When they both seemed to be ready they walked in the direction of the door, luckily the hotel was downtown where the parade was happening and it was a short walk out the front main entrance. The entire street was lit up with added lanterns that provided a possibilty for the night parade. She spotted the guy that Kyrie had met this afternoon and nudged the girls shoulder in that direction but not before a warning glance was sent to her and words were whispered. Remember what I said, and please don't make me regret agreeing to this. She said before ushering the girl off with a smile and turning to Tristan. Hand was placed on his shoulder. Knowing he would be tense about the girl disappearing she murmered close to his ear. Trust me. She uttered gently knowing those words might not tame the beast that would be lurking near the surface.
