He seemed to be entrigued with the parade and never noticed his sister slide off to the side with Akana. Her voice pleaded with her the innocent gaze stifling upward toward her own as she smiled slightly. "i promise you Akana I will call you if anything happens and you won't regret it...thank you sooo sooo soooooooo much for this" Kyrie had never been able to date or even go out at their old house. Her form slid into the bathroom and placed on a pair of cut off jeans and a tank top that fit her form well. She added a touch of makeup to her face and lipgloss to finish it off before taking her hair down and brushing it out. It was nearly opposite of Akana's it was straight and smooth most of the time unless she washed it and tousled it with something. She nodded eagerly at the girl when she asked if everyone was prepared to leave for the parade now. Tristan stood and looked at the two of them for a moment before grasping Akana's hand and walking toward the door. The streets where generally packed with people and by far the parade was growing in populairty. He looked toward the right for a moment then nocited a movemtn and looked back rapidly. Before the "where is she heading" got out of his lips akana was whispering in his ear to trust her. Inside he was growing with suspicion yet he nodded slightly and took her hand once more into his. The lights where allowing his gaze to whisk to and fro now and then to see what was going to happen next. The festive music made the mood lift before he looked around once more. He couldn't see his sister anywheres making it all the more brooding inside his mind. Kyrie had already mmade her way down the road a bit away from Tristan and akana to stand with the young man she had met earlier. Their conversation was plesant and rather normal for two teens before he snatched up her hand easily. Smile spread across her face as she curled her fingers into his own slolwy. Her heart seemed to race but she didn't know if she was doing something good or something bad. As he tugged her forward she followed him walking further away from the duo she had left behind. Feeling her pocket she made sure her phone was still snuggly inside her pocket while trouncing down the street behind the boy. Tristan looked over toward his girlfriend for a split second before he tugged on her arm gently, "something isn't right...something is wrong here" he uttered toward her ear. He knew inside somethign was wrong and he just couldnt pinpoint it yet. The eager feeling growing inside his gut was taunting him and he had a feeling it had somethign to do with his sister considering she was no where in sight. Kyrie paused outside the building he had led her to looking rather astonished at him for a moment, "what are we doing here exactly" she announced in a blut manner. After hearing the response he had givin her she auttomatically grabbed for her phone. Her heart raced wildly before it was snatched from her grip. A few more boys had gathered now sluring comments at her about her form and looks. biting her lower lip she wanted to yell out for help but she knew no one would hear her over the loud parade tunes floating over the breeze. It was hot outside and she was nervous not adding to the pressure she was under. Her form quivered from fear and the unknown as to what was going to happen to her. Tristan walked forward not sure if akana was still with him or not but his senses where going nuts and he had to figure it out. Kyrie shuddered as she was shoved toward a wall in a dark building quickly hitting her shoulder against something sharp before a shriek came from her. Pleas hadn't done her any amount of good as she could see shadows sourrounding her quickly taking away what bit of lightt there was around the building. She cringed as a hand touched her face then another her leg. The "please stops" never seemed to falter them as she heard she didn't belong here and she should go back to the united states quickly as possible. At this moment she hated Egypt she didnt know what else to do but stand in the corner she had backed into and take what was comming and hope for some reason help would arrive quickly. Stifled screas from a hand over her mouth rang out quickly as she could feel a sharp tugging at her shirt before a rip. body shivered once more as she could feel hands moving over her form. Tristan turned and looked for akana quickly before moving onward. He nabbed his cell phone from his pocket and began to call his sister. The digits where typed quickly as the phone rang and rang before finally a boy anwsered. His face fumed and began to turn red as he remember the family finder he had on the cell phones. Opening the app he began to trace the path out woard and old building on the side of the road. He had a feeling he'd be known as a freak of nature now after this but he could feel the demon rising inside him as the muffled sounds came from the cabin. He knew something was wrong and the anger was taking consumption of him rapidly.

From the moment that she agreed to allow the girl to go off with the unknown boy that she had met at school that day she had a sinking feeling in the pitt of her stomach, she realized that the girl did not have enough experience in dating to be able to make a good decision when it came to a man and while she trusted the girl she did not trust the man enough to be of good nature. There were dangerous people around here and she knew that. So as she whispered to Tristan for him to trust her she felt as though she was letting him down and when the parade started her mind was elsewhere, senses of the large cat were allowed to take over as keen vision followed the girl until she slipped out of her line of vision, this was something that she did not like. She would have liked to be able to supervise the girl from a distance after all she had already agreed to not allow Tristan to react to the actions between the two of them was it too much to ask for them to stay where she was able to keep an eye on them, luckily the hearing of a shifter was much more intent then that of a human and she was able to pick up the slightest tid bits of their conversation droning out the rest of the crowd around them and when the boy stated for her to come with him she did not like the sounds of that and when Tristan told her that he felt as though something was not right she was already on the move. She quickly dropped her hand from the man steps were light and agile as she wove her way through the crowd determined to not allow them to get out of her radius that she was able to hear from. She knew that Tristan would be right after her and that caused her to speed up wanting to reach the girl before something were to happen. A few times a few stray hands hit her in random locations though she did not even feel them she immerged onto a more abandoned street in comparison to the location of where the parade was but before she moved in on where she knew the girl and the boy to be she turned back towards Tristan. I will get your sister and bring her back, you be smart and remember we have to live here I am not planning on going on the run. She uttered in a warning tone. In order to keep identity unknown body then went through the change that was so characteristic of herself, a sleek black coat covered the entire body of the girl as arms were then lowered to the ground in order to change into the cat. As the corner was turned she came upon the scene first and a low growl was emitted, this caught the attention of the rest of the people there who looked more shocked to see a panther than anything else. The moment that she was spotted the boys dropped their grimy hands from the girl, as large feline shape moved weight was balanced back on her haunches before propelling her in the direction of the crowd causing people to scatter and attention was then placed on Kyrie since she was the important one to get out of harm’s way. Eyes that remained the same colour as Akanas only with the tinge of more feline like were directed to the girl as her leg was nudged indicating for the girl to follow her before anything happened with Tristan. She would not stop him but she hoped his decisions would be wise as she got the girl back to the hotel. As she moved by the girls side she became vaguely aware that she would not be able to switch back before the hotel since she would be without the clothes that she had come to the parade with. Every time the girl slowed down a nudge was placed at the back of her knee knowing this was probably freaking her out, they stayed far from the busy area of town lithe frame carried along the back streets of the town towards the hotel now her mind was reeling with what she would possibly do. Instead of stopping at the front of the hotel she moved in the direction of the back pushing the girl behind the barricade of the wall so that they would be out of view and now they would have to wait for someone to come out the back door so them to slip in unnoticed. When someone did so she trotted forth nudging the girl eagerly and sliding to a stop once they were inside the door, hearing was sharp as they reached the stairwell to make sure that no one was coming back down the stairs as they climbed to the floor in which they were housed on. When they reached the door she scanned the hallway and deemed it to be safe before then jogging to the room and waiting for the girl to open the door for them and stepping inside, without shifting she trotted to the bed in the corner and grabbed her backpack in her mouth before then making her way to the bathroom and allowing her body to make the needed changes. She immerged wearing shorts and a white t-shirt. So care to tell me what happened? We better pack in case your brother lost his mind back there.

Tears rolled down her cheeks with rapid force with every blink they stung like a thosand bees stinging her. Tristan looked at his girlfriend while she spoke to him, his eye color had already changed to the eerie raven coloration that seemed to signal the comming on of something impending. Her lyri floated into his drums causing the focus of his vision to come in then flee outward only allowing the cerlean to show momentarily. He paused and watched her transform into the sleek figure she had passed him by with the night he met her in the forest. She slid with grace toward the building he had now been eyeing constantly since they made the turn and he first saw it. His gut was cringing as he could hear teh screams of guys and then thundering foot falls. He cuoldnt' just sit back and do nothing even though Akana had warned him and he didnt want to have to pack and move. He attempted to calm himself but it didn't work out exactly as he planned as they came flying toward him he pinpointed the one who had toured his sister around the school and still had a shred of her clothing inside his clinched fist. Hand extended grasping him around the neck tightly hearing a quick gargle from the saliva he had ben trying to swallow. His lyrics where deep and rather distastefull and dark as he spat the words toward him , "touch Kyrie ever again and you will do more than feel the pavement on your back kid" his grip tightned for one moment more as his darkned vision watched the boy's veins begin to buldge and eyes become bloodshot from strangulation. His muscular system begged him not to do his next move yet he over rid it with the dangerous side peeking through more so with every thought before he slammed him to the ground hearing a single pop on his shoulder. It had not broken nearly popped from place as his friends gathered him up and ran faster than before with him trying to catch his bearings. Tristan turned and walked now back toward the hotel with quickened pace. Kyrie had been terrified the moment the panther came into the building but the gaze it held reminded her of someone, someone she knew all to well. could Akana be a shifter and why didn't she get any of the awsome powers her or her brother had. She was still afraid not knowing what was going to happen as now and again she felt a furry nudge along her leg urging her forwad. She was led through an array of alleys she had no idea of feeling lost she finally seen the hotel and waited before sliding into it. Her breath was rapid and shallow her chest pounded in fear and graciousness for her brothers girlfirend as she unlocked the door slowly and let the panter slide into the room. It grasped akana's backpack then came toward her once more disappearing into the bathroom before comming out dressed as akana. She was nearly spechless before she grabbed up a shirt and slid it onto her body. Her torn pants slid from her form slolwy and a pair of shorts she had stolen from her brother years ago now pulled into their place. She sighed lightly before tears began to stream down her face again as she shook her head side to side in an unknowing manner. "i ... I dont know one minute I thought he liked me ... he ... he held my hand and smiled and we got along so well...then...I just don't know..something told me not to follow him but I did and then there where five of them and I got slammed into a wall and my arm ...MY ARM IS BLEEDING" she began to panic slightly at the sight of the crimson draining down to her elbow. SHe grabbed up what was left of her tanktop and pressed it along the riggid gash on her arm. She sobbed more before replying, "thank you for saving me...I don't know what could of happened if you didnt come along then." She stood up brushing off her shirt to the ground and walkign toward the bathroom. She turned the shower on and let it begin to run warmly before sliding in. The only thing she wanted to do was wash the hands of the five boys off her body. At the moment she heard the door jar and Tristan had to be comming in since it slammed. SHe shuddered at the thought she knew he would be mad and if he was at Akana it would be all her fault. His anger was evident as he looked straight at Akana, "trust you...do you see what happened to her...what if we hadn't have got there then then what ... how did this happen, she never should have wondered off in a new place with a strange boy... and I'm sure you and her both knew it was going to be done...am I right!" it wasn't what he wanted to say but it was provoked more so by the demon that edged inside of him still. The focus was still the darkned ash coloration and had not yet changed back.

She hated herself for not keeping a closer eye on the girl she hated herself for going behind Tristan’s back and agreeing to this. She owed Tristan for this, she should have always discussed it with him before ever agreeing to a girl that proved in the end to be just as foolish as she had thought to begin with, this girl really needed to get a taste of what the real world was like and realize that while she might not think it that there were many people out there that thrived on nothing but the suffering of others. She had been so sheltered by the protection of Tristan that she was a naive to this and it was dangerous for her. When she arrived on the scene to grab the girl she did not appear to know who the large panther was though that was alright because the cat forced her forward and to walk and the rest of the group was much too dazed by what mystical creature had shown up to protest and she took the time to ensure their safety as she walked the both of them back to the hotel. Knowing the wrath of Tristan would be following not too far behind them and that did not excite her. The girl did not need to be a part of her brothers anger. It was not up to him to close her off from the rest of the world to protect her in the end he was doing the opposite, she did not know of the crazy things that could happen to her if it was up to her the girl would be learning self-defense to be able to protect herself when it came to this. Tristan would only be able to protect her for so long, if he thought for a moment that she would listen to him when she was an adult he was wrong. She would be raised to be a person that depended on the protection of someone and what if she got involved with the wrong guy that would not give that to her? Well she would be stuck in a horrible situation, she knew all about that and it made her sick to her stomach even thinking of the possibilities of what could have possibly happened if her and Tristan were not there to rescue her and drag her sorry ass from the building. Already her mind was reeling with the possibilities should she just be gone when Tristan made it back to the hotel? After all she knew that the rage was going to be directed towards her as though she was the enemy. She did not even flinch under the stress of that as she slithered into the hotel room and changed in the bathroom, emerging to the crying of the younger girl. She was dressed in different and not mangled clothes when she emerged and the girl looked frantic. A hand was placed on her shoulder. I made a large mistake trusting you I hope you realize that. She uttered softly to not scare the flighty girl. When she noticed that she was bleeding her tank top was pressed to her arm She uttered a thank you and Akana found herself moving uncharacteristically towards the girl and wrapping her arms around her in a comforting embrace when the girl spoke of thanking her. It was that moment that the younger girl had made her way to the washroom that Tristan burst into the room just as she had finished packing the rest of her bag. The rage across his face was indescribable and made her skin crawl itching for a conflict. Amber eyes met his gamely. I admit I was wrong in trusting the girl, and I am sorry for that, but do you realize Tristan that you will not always be there to protect her? What then? She uttered darkly. In case you have not realized she is not able to protect herself, she needs common sense she needs to be able to defend herself, by protecting her you are making her weak, dependent on you. Words were eerily calm. She will not allow you to protect her forever, what will you do when the time comes for her to leave your care and you have done nothing to help her and instead always just allowed her to rely on you? Blame me all you want, I do admit I was wrong but you must realize that this is not only my fault. She knew this was going to set him off and she was not about to stick around and see how he was going to respond, especially now that her own skin was tingling with the apprehension of a fight, as the shower finished and the girl came out in her clothes she then moved to be between the two of them. Kyrie, come with me. You do not need to see your brother in this state. She snatched her backpack and the other girls pack as she passed behind him and moved easily and gracefully towards the door although in reality she wanted to run.

She could hear him yelling at Akana about something to do with trust. She began towel drying her hair and tearing up in the process. He looked at Akana harshly for the words she spat at him. He knew all to well she would argue back with him and yet he still presued it. He knew she was a spitfire personality not afraid of a fight or challange when it rose up in front of her. If he had not held himself back for the moment he coudl regret what came not of his own accord but the other part of him that was edging for the fight. "Look I'm not protecting her from anything I never made her stay home with our drunk mother who was so fucking high on drugs it was impossible for her to even make it to the bathroom to hold her head up over the toliet to puke in it...I didn't force her to live a life that wasnt' perfect but then again we are not royalty now are we...we didn't grow up being a maiden of some prince or king to nurish his every whem. We had shit growing up and at least I can say I have brought her this far in life to where she wants to succeed..." He snarled lightly at the girl passing by him, Akana between them now as she started talking to the girl. He watched her nab her bag upward and head toward the door with Kyrie before he grabbed her arm and pulled. "where do you think your going with my sister?" it was not Tristan of course it was something he never wanted either of them to experience but how could he help it. It was taking him over eating him from the inside out. His words where far from gentle and loving like he ususally did with her, the everyday tristan. Kyrie screeched as the tears rolled her cheeks once more, "Let her go Tristan...don't hurt her please!" she pleaded with him before he looked at her once more the curlean peeling through the darkness as he released her from his grasp..."go..." he stated in the normal vocals before he realized what had happened. His lyrics where a whisper as he felt her walking away, "I'm sorry akana...truely sorry" he felt the shattering of his internal organ at the fact he was a monster.

There was a saying that she wished that she would be able to stick to, when you are in a hole it is wise to stop digging. But no, she struck out words that she knew would cripple the man and cause the demon to slip forth into the realm before her. She knew that he would not be able to take the critism that she threw at him and he would snap. She hated that she knew the younger girl was standing behind nothing more then a wooden door listening to the words that were being exchanged between the two people that were supposed to be her gaurdians, well Akana had not officially received the placement though she was not going to just stay out of it. She was part of the reason the girl had come with them here and she was not going to allow the world she lived in to be reduced to rubble before them. There was no use reasoning with him now due to the darkened colour of his eyes and the state of his temper and yet she found that she was not willing to move. If you think my life was truly glamourous you have got it more wrong then I thought. She uttered coldly. He knew that she had been captive to the prince and she had been nothing more then a toy to use and abuse at his disposal and the moment that she was no longer any fun the request to be off with her head had been given. If he thought that was a good life then that was pretty sad and this struck deep within her and she then decided that she was done with talking to him right now, it was obvious that she was not going to get through the concrete wall he had put up in his defense. The words were foreign to her ears and did not even sound as though they were coming from his mouth. She knew in this instant that she needed to protect his sister, at least until he calmed down and the true everyday form came back to reside in its normal place. When the girl came out of the bathroom she looked a little flustered by what was happening and Akana did not blame her since there was so much going on that she had just gotten stuck in the middle. Her stomach churned at the thought of this girl that was barely a teenager dealing with things that were well over her head. He snarled as she made her way to the door with their bags and it was apparent that he was not going to allow her to leave with his sister without a fight and as much as she hated laying a hand on him she knew that if she was going to take on this large responsibility she was going to have to defend herself. Her arm was caught in the tight grips and she cringed. Kyrie, go, step outside the door and wait for me there. She uttered, she did not want to have to deal with getting away from him as well as trying to get the girl out the door as well. He asked what she was doing with his sister and a low growl that was feline enough made its way to her lips as arm was wrenched from his grips, knowing there would be lines of where his fingers had bitten into her flesh, she was blind with the rage of it though and it was all she could do to not retaliate. She had to take this time to get away. The pleading vocals of the girl were what seemed to break through to him and cause his grip to drop immediately. Fiery temper diminished as she sprinted for the door. She could not allow the words to even allow her to stall as a gentle grip steadied the younger girl as she then slammed the hotel door behind them and jogged towards the stair case. When they managed to get to the bottom floor a curse word was muttered under her breath. Well I did not remember the keys. Come we will have dinner and talk. She knew the girl was probably very distraught with everything that had happened. She wanted dearly to be back at her mentors house in the safe clutches of him but that would not be possible tonight she was not going to risk a taxi or a bus this late in the day. Finding a deli that was open with sandwiches she brought the girl with her into the restaurant and ordered food and drinks for them before then stepping with the girl out of the doors and in the direction of a park that she knew to be nearby. I want to make sure that you know that Tristan loves you very dearly. He is very protective of you because of it. I know how tough your life has been and I do not wish that on anyone for mine was quite similar, not as simple as he spoke of it. I don’t blame you if you are scared of him after what just happened. She uttered, she was trying her best to probe for some sort of answers from the girl to see what was going through her mind as she then settled on a bench by the corner of the park well out of view of the rest of the street, there were plenty of other hotels that were open at this time of the day in this area so she did not worry about that right now she wanted to talk to the girl and see if she was able to help her at all come to terms with what just had happened.

He sighed as they walked out of the door. He knew Akana's life had not been a piece of pie and he had used it against her. Now while he stood there in the empty hotel room alone his vision cleared and the reality of what happened had hit him. His breath sucked in slolwy before he released it and looked around. Things where scattered to and fro over the place and he knew that something wasnt going to be right from here on out with them. It was inevidable that he messed up something in their wacky relationship but he didn't want to. He slolwy packed his items and began to write on a hotel pad with it's flimsy hotel pen. The text that spattled the page went along the lines of: Akana, I am truely sorry for what I did, never did I want to hurt you or blame you for anything. I have a deep love for my sister and that will never be changed. I do know that I made a mistake with you today and I appoligize for that. Kyrie I think you will be better off with akana than me. She can lead you in the right directions than I ever could. I hope you all prosper and flourish in this place for you both deserve it. At this point he lay it on the hotel mattress and grabbed his bag. Laying it over his shoulder he lay the room key beside the note and walked out the door. Down the flights of stairs and into the streets to find another place to stay well out of their way. He knew it would be better off. Kyrie walked along with Akana through the streets. She nodded slightly at Akana's inquisition, "yes, I know he loves me and I know he only means well for me it's just his temper that gets the best of him." She sighed and walked into the Diner and sat in a booth. She knew that akana wanted to talk and she was prepared to do so with her. It was just another day just in a seperate country. Breath sucked in and let out easily as she pecked her nails upon the table top.

She was still furious with the way that Tristan had lost his mind and acted back at the hotel, not because she could not handle it, that was no her concern it was about his sister. Kyrie would have probably never seen this exaggerated state of rage from him, well perhaps she had but that was no excuse, the girl needed to grow up in a safe and reliable environment that she never had to worry about someone losing their temper and snapping. Even Akana would not be able to promise this to her though she liked to think that she had good self-restraint now. The panther that fuelled the fire deep within the pitt of her stomach for the most part enjoyed staying dormant. She seemed to be calming a little as they continued to walk and by the time they reached the diner and slipped into one of the booths she was pretty placid she was glad though that she had brought a sweat shirt and was able to pull it over her head and cover her arm and the nasty bruise she knew was going to be residing there now. When they returned to the house tomorrow she would have to be sure to keep it covered because if the owner knew about it she was sure that nothing would work out between her and Tristan. She was sitting across from Kyrie when they were given the menu and she began to speak in hushed tones so that no one in the restaurant would be hearing their conversation though it was late enough at night that there was not too many other people in residence of the building. She could not help but wondering what was going on with the male now, hopefully by the time that they were finished here they would be able to go back to the hotel since she had not really seemed to have thought all this through and talk rationally since she was not going to take Kyrie to the dumpy motels which would be the only ones accepting people this late at night. She was not going to slum and risk the health of the girl at a motel that you would have to rent by the hour. If it was just her she definitely would have but with the care of the girl she needed to think of what the best decisions would be regarding the welfare of a minor and she had to keep reminding herself that no trouble could be had since the minor was not under her care as well and could easily be taken from her. When they ordered their food she then took her attention to the girl in an attempt to talk to her and assure her about what had just happened starting with telling her that her brother loved her very much since she knew that was true and that he had not meant for what had happened to have worked out that way. Another thing she knew was true by the pleading manner he had looked at her as they had turned to leave though what was she supposed to do, pretend as though it was all right and stand there and simply take it, had it been years previous she might have done that since she had been a lot more placid and fearful then but now she did not respond well to brutality and would not tolerate it, at the same time she was not going to show Kyrie a bad reaction and full on defend herself. Tristan knew he had been wrong. Kyrie seemed to understand a little better then she would have thought. Kyrie, his temper is no excuse, I know he does not mean it but at the same time you deserve better and I want to be there for you, as much as you need me to be, believe it or not I understand more then you think what its like. When the food arrived she ate although she was not overly hungry since her stomach was still churning with what had just happened. She then paid their bill before standing. We need to go back to the hotel to at least get the car keys I forgot, when we get there I want you to remain outside the room until I make sure everything is alright, understand? As soon as the girl had agreed their destination was sighted in on and she kept a close eye on the alleyways and streets that they walked on their way there. She felt something was wrong the moment that they arrived at the hotel and climbed the stairs to the one their room had been on and she opened the door leaving the girl just outside the room and finding the hotel room to be empty. You can come in, now. She uttered before then finding the note on the mattress and a wave of emotions hit her and she stood there biting her lip and shifting from foot to foot. She turned back to the girl shutting the door behind them. I am sorry Kyrie, but I guess it’s just us now. She passed the note to the girl before then starting to stress.

Something inside of his chest panged before he realized it was his heart. He was broken between his sister and akana and the things he had done and said to her. Breath was sucked inward and then let out slolwy before he sat upon a bench and rested from hsi walk. A few stray people had passed by between the time he sat down and the time he realized that he was not alone on the bench. A girl of seemingly similar age to Kyrie sat there weeping next to him and he had not even noticed this. His gaze shifted toward her scathed clothing and rubbished skin that was dirtied with dried crimson and mud. He began to watch her slolwy moving away from him from his gaze before he spoke, "you don't have to fear me girl...what is your name?" she looked toward him slolwy with caution and fear even though he had told her not to. She seemed to be maybe a year or so younger than himself at best as her vocals came out scratchy and full of the egyption accent though she knew english well. "I am Nalauma; I have fled the centeral egyption cult better left unsaid at the time with my brother but, they caught up to us. My brother is wounded badly and inside that box over there in the alley and I am injured as well but he is the more important than I ... you see I am of 19 years of age and he is only 15. He sighed lightly looking at her with intent in his eyes. He found hismelf walking down the alley and looking for the boy who was wounded and that he was. He needed medical attention but he also knew he couldnt take him to the hospital. He knelt down and spoke to him rather hused so he didn't scare him, "what is your name boy..your sister has sent me to help you" he looked at the weak boy peering through half closed and blackened eyes. He spoke in a faint voice, he was skin and bones, Tristan knew he had to help him some how. Looking back toward the bench the girl was gone, she had left him there with the boy she called her brother. He sighed, and listened to the name peeling through his lips, "my...my name is Kylan" Tristan nodded slightly he felt a knot growing inside his stomach slolwy as he sat there outside the box thinking in the muck and mud of the slummy alley. Kyrie sighed at the resturant, I know he loves me I know it's unacaptable for him to behave that way but ya know...He is still my brother and I love him as much as I ever did. It could be considered my fault for all this you and him fighting and I'm sorry for it all. I really am I know you have no trust in me now Akana but I want you to know that i care for you a lot and I hope I can regain it one day." She sighed lightly eating her food down as quickly as possible it seemed. She was starved from her ordeal earlier and it showed. Walking back toward teh hotel she simply nodded at her when she spoke of staying outside the room until she was ready. She hated to leave her brother alone there but then again he needed to cool down some. As she heard her speak she entered the empty room and looked about. Before she could ask her where her brother was she heard her vocals and looked at the note. Choked up in tears she chucked it to the floor and fell onto the bed in sobs. Tristan pulled the boy upward into his arms. The only person he knew who could help him and him not surcome to the cult or whatever again by going to the hospital was Akana. He recalled herself stitching her own wounds the night he found her in the forest. He had no trouble carrying the boy who still was bloody and bleeding out steadily in his arms. He coudl see now the dim hotel lights as he walked into the back alley and waited what seemed like half an hour before a staff member came out for a smoke break. It was his chance to slip in as he took the stair well upward to the floor the room was on and preyed Akana was there. Kyrie had finally composed herself after what seemed an hour of weeping about her brother. She didn't know where she would be without him before she found herself pulling up toward Akana and embracing her. "akana...I love you, thank you for helping me today and every.... She couldnt finish her sentence for a knock at the door, more like a pounding upon it. She swallowed and broke free of the hug she had offered to the other girl before walking and looking out the peep hole. Her pop fell to the hotel floor before she gasped and turned toward Akana with a pale complexion. She hurrily opened the locks on the door revealing a dirty and blood covered brother and a boy who was in his arms. Tristan walked inside and looked pleadingly at Akana..."he needs help, he is in serious trouble and is going to die...He cant go to the hospital or they will find him I know you can help him if you will Akana please." he felt obgligated now he had found him to try and save his life. He walked forward a bit more laying the ragged body onto the bed and stepping back a bit. He didn't know anything other than the boys name and yet he felt connected to him somehow.

She knew from the start that it was going to be a long night there was no way she was going to be able to sleep not after all of what had just happened there was too much going on and her mind was spinning at a hundred miles an hour. The speech at the diner had made her feel a little better and realize that they needed to be on their way back to the hotel so that they could make it all right between the three of them, she was not going to be able to take on Kyrie by herself she was no used to being in charge of anyone but herself. When they reached the hotel and the girl waited for her to enter the hotel room just to deem that it was empty she was not too sure what to think when she found the note and she was having a hard time controlling her emotions. He was on the run and she was almost positive with his words that she was not going to see him again. Nothing seemed to sink in right away though, she was still in shock when she told Kyrie that it was just her and the younger girl now. Before she managed to conjure up too many thoughts the girl stepped forward to embrace her and utter that she loved her and thanked her for what she had done in the day. She nodded with a small smile. Its no problem, Kyrie, I care about you, a lot. The girl seemed to stop in midsentence when there was a knock on the door and she paused about to tell her to step back and allow her to answer the door though she was smart enough to look through the peep hole and notice that it was someone that she knew before she then opened the door and Tristan stood there, covered in the blood from a boy that lay in his arms, the metallic scent caused the Panther within to turn her nose up and she needed to gather herself for a moment to keep from gagging before then stepping up to the two of them. Tristan’s expression was pleading as he asked her if she could do something, she nodded without a word turning her attention to the boy that looked to be about Kyrie’s age. She turned to the girl. Can you find me some towels and some face clothes and stuff I can use to clean the wounds; also can you run the water in the bathroom quite hot and bring me a wet face cloth. As the girl was sent to do these things she moved to grab her bag from the corner of the room she was not going to say no to the boy that looked quite defenseless. She just wondered how Tristan had found him and where. She did not have the time to think about that though as she set to work assessing his injuries, none of them seemed overly life threatening though she knew that with the loss of blood they would not end well if nothing was done about them. She looked at the large gash on the boys stomach. This is the worst of his injuries it needs to be stitched before he loses anymore blood and its important that I stitch it as its bleeding because I don’t want to trap bacteria in it. She stated she was mainly talking to herself though as she pulled her supplies out of the first aid kit that she always had with her and sterilized the needle as well as disinfected the area. She leaned to tell the boy. This is going to hurt. I am sorry. I need to get it closed before you lose any more blood. She then turned to Tristan. Can you get cleaned up and go to the closest store and get me some Gatorade its good for blood loss. She tried her best to keep herself as careful as possible but the tissue was so tender, it took her half an hour to stitch it with how much he was flinching at least when she stitched her own wounds she knew when she was going to flinch and for the most part she was too focused to flinch. When she finished she applied pressure to it with a piece of gauze that was wrapped around his abdomen. Next she set to work with the smaller scrapes as they were all disinfected and the worst were bandaged. She noticed that his nose was broken and cringed, this was the worst job. She did not even warn him before she managed to set it so that it did not affect his breathing. He looked a lot better already with her having fixed lots of the injuries. He would have to be watched very carefully though, when Tristan got back with the Gatorade she helped him to sit and drink the drink that would help his body to produce the much needed blood to supply the rest of his body once again what it was lacking. When he finished the one and was handed the next one he did not seem to be able to drink anymore and she settled with it having been enough so he then was allowed to lay back down and rest, she knew that she was going to have to keep checking on him though in case he had a concussion so she settled in a chair in the small kitchen across the room setting an alarm on her phone to ring in the next hour and slumping against it since the boy had taken the bed she had been planning on sleeping in, a yawn parted kissers as eyes then rest on Kyrie and her brother.

Tristan was more than glad to see Akana begin to look the boy over in a moments notice and start giving him orders and Kyrie as well. Kyrie had simply turned white as a ghost when Tristan brought the boy her age into the hotel room and lay him on the bed. His shirt was ripped up into pieces and he was bleeding from his stomach area. He had black eyes and a blood nose and mouth. He had been beathen and what it looked like stabbed or simply well she didn't know. She was overwhelmed from the days events and as Akana told her to go fetch the items she named she paused for a moment as if he was going to die when she walked away. Her movements where rapid as she turned the water in the tub on hot and began to gather towels and cloths for Akana. She heard something behind her and jumped lihgtly as she seen her brother walk into the bathroom and begin to wash the blood from his arms and take his shirt off. He shifted easily before he looked to her and spoke. "Kyrie I'm sorry about my temper earlier today it sometimes gets the best of me but I truely am sorry you shuld not have been subjected to that." he sighed lightly before walking out and grabbing a pair of shorts and a tanktop to slide on as he pulled the sneakers over his feet and headed toward the door. His pace was rapid and with each stirde seemed to be getting quicker. Breath hitched inside his throat as he found himself pausing at the first light that shone from a convience store along the road. He entered and slowed his breath as he shopped the refridgerated drink section and grabbed two bottles of gatorade. He paid for them at the counter quickly and was back on route to the hotel in a matter of moments. Kyrie brought Akana the towels and moist rags as she sat on the side of the bed next to the boy. Steadily watching each stitch Akana was making she found it inside herself to hold the poor boy's hand and try to comfort him at this time. She knew the needle piercing through his stomach flesh had to be painfull as she had stitches in her leg a few years earlier. Tristan parted the hotel room door and walked in witht eh chilled drinks in had. He sat them upon the table and then sat in the chair and observed the operation. He brought the opened gatorade to Akana after she had finished. The boy looked better by the dim light next to the bed as if he had already gained a bit of color back from drinking the gatorade and allowing the blood to stop flowing freely from his body. He sighed as he watched him settle down quietly and begin to rest. Akana took a seat in the chair and Kyrie on the bed. His vocals began to chime slightly as he looked toward his sibling, "Kyrie why dont you go have a warm bath while akana and I talk" she nodded and a bath had sounded plesant anyways as she found her way to run a tub of hot water to soak her sore muscles in. He waited until her door was shut tightly to its frame and cleared his throat. "Do you even wish to talk to me?" he questioned as he motioned her toward the bed to sit beside of him now. "I know I was in the wrong and over reacted more than I should .... I am ... Im just so sorry" he held his skull inside his palm for a matter of seconds before he rubbed his hair sloghtly. He didn't know what to say he did't even know if she would speak to him now.

Everyone seemed to understand the importance of the tasks that they were given and she was in a focused mood, she did not see the horrible and gruesome wounds of the boy she simply saw it as work that needed to be done. She knew the affect it would have on the younger girl and knew that the best thing would be to ensure that the girl was always working and doing stuff so that she would not get the time to stop and be overwhelmed by the boys injuries. When she was stitching the wound though she seemed to be able to hold herself together enough to kneel at his side and hold his hand to comfort him and it made a difference because every time the boy squeezed her hands she could tell that he was trying his best to relax, sure it was something that was pretty routine in a hospital though that was completely different since in the hospital they would have pain killers and she was doing this with nothing more than the alcohol that she had used as a disinfectant that she knew had stung more than anything. When she finished she allowed a deep sigh to pass through her lips before then quickly bandaging it to make sure that it remained as clean as possible. She then held the Gatorade that Tristan had brought back with him to the boys lips and the boy swallowed though it was strained she was sure because he was not really able to sit up and his stomach would stretch with every gulp though she felt a little better once he had one full Gatorade in him and she knew that his injuries as long as there was not internal damage to his brain would not be life-threatening. She was going to ask him about it though he already seemed to be falling into a slumber. She then settled with then sitting in one of the chairs in the small kitchen to give them some space, she did not expect Tristan to want to talk. She was glad that he came over to her after sending Kyrie away to go have a bath so that they would be able to talk in private. He cleared his throat before then looking to her and asking if she even wanted to speak to him this caused a lump in her throat to form and she could not help the emotions that were starting to take over, though she was not going to allow the male to see her tear up, she was much too strong for that her defiance would simply not allow it. Of course I want to talk Tristan. I am not prepared to throw away what we had for one small rocky patch. She then stood closing the distance between the two of them and placing her hands on his shoulders with a little more than a gentle grip as amber coloured optics meets his. And don’t you dare to even think about leaving me like that again. Expression seemed to soften a little though as she could not stay mad at him when he looked so defeated by what had just happened. So much had happened in the last couple hours that it felt as though it had been over the span of a couple days. Soon though she knew it would be all over and it would be all back to normal, she counted on that in the dark times. When he then spoke about being sorry and knew that he was wrong a palm then moved to rest along his cheek turning his head in her direction. Tristan I understand. My life is not all full of puppy dogs and rainbows. Things happen. She then brought her lips onto his with enough force to spark the hormones in the male though she pulled back before anything scandalous would come of it since Kyrie would be finished her bath soon and would be walking out and that was the last thing that she needed right now, more drama.

Kyrie found herself consumed in the warm water that took over her form. It was something she had not had yet merely a shower is all. Her mind was elsewheres perhaps back in the united states where she once called home. Curious of what her mother was doing and thinking about now, if she was even still alive since Kyrie was no longer there to cut her off her poison. She could faintly overhear her brother and Akana talking in a civil tongue so she placed headphone on her ears and turned the music's volume upward. The faucet let a single drop of water fall now and again that was chilled causing her to flinch slightly. Tristan had finally caught a break as Akana stated she did want to talk to him and placed her hands upon his shoulders. His arms found their way about her waist to rest there. He looked up at her for a moment as she spoke to him slightly pitter patter inside his chest as she touched his cheek with her palm. His hands found the muster to stroke her spine for a moment as he shook his head in a nod that he understood. He knew all to well her life was no rainbow with sunshine peaking through every cloud that ever scattered the sky. As she leaned down and kissed him he wished it would last longer. The sweetness she applied in it and the effort he was going to put forth from now on to make things right and taper his temper down more so. Breath hitched inside his throat as he stood up and embraced her in a hug, wrapping his arms about her form loosely then tightning them. He could see the hand upon her arm forming a nasty bruise when he pulled away before he began to stroke it with a single digit. He felt horrible for the moment it happened and the mark it left upon his loves arm. Kyrie was satisfied with her bath as she put the night pants and shirt on her form after it was dried off. SHe comed through her tangled locks rather quickly before peeking around the corner and seeing her brother and Akana had made up she supposed. Her vocals chimed through the hotel room slightly on a low level as to not bother the boy asleep on the hotel bed, "Well I'm glad we are all together again and doing ok. I was worried..." Skull craned toward the boy as she stuided him for a long oment. He had striking features through the blackened eyes and cuts along his face. His form was rather muscular and she couldnt imigine how he had been attacked in such a manner he had been. Tristan followed her gaze toward the boy as he shook hsi head and whispered to Akana, "Do you think she will get the hero syndrome and fall for him?" he laughed a bit one at the statement he had made and two because he actually had said something of that magnitude about his sister without anger involved.

Already in her mind she was going over what was going to happen the next day, with the boy being so stable in his condition all they could do was hope that he would be better in the morning and they would be able to move him back to the house of where they were staying since she knew that the residents there would be able to care for him a lot better than she was able to. They would be able to provide actual medical attention and use real drugs and pain killers while she was limited to what she had brought and what could be purchased in a late night store. She knew that she should not give him any sort of pain killer or drug because he might be allergic and he was not in any state to talk to them. She surprised herself by standing and walking the short distance between the two of them and placing her hands on his shoulders allowing intense amber pools to meet his to survey the emotions that reside there. She felt butterflies flutter in her stomach, the way they always did around Tristan. The boy might be part demon but the soft expression reflected on his features now and simply the way he brought the kid that he could have simply left to die in the streets to her indicated he was of good intentions and that was what mattered. When she told him that he better not leave her again like he had earlier in the night he seemed to understand and responded with a nod. Simply the touch of his hands running along her spine caused her breathing to accelerate and blood to pump rapidly through her body with a new course of adrenaline. She was sure that the kiss was a little strange for him since she was normally so defiant and stubborn and in this gesture there had not even been a lingering touch of that. There was something changing in the girl, sure on the outside there was a strong and stubborn looking fierce woman but on the inside she was allowing the walls down so that only Tristan could see the vulnerability that had always remained in the darkest and deepest crevice of her being. The feeling of the kiss lasting not long enough seemed to be mutual. He then moved closer to engulf her in an embrace then pull her tighter and she allowed herself to relax against well-muscled frame of the man. Head resting on his chest, flinching slightly when his hand moved to where the large bruise a small frown crossing features as then a single digit ran over the mark. She did not even move from his embrace when the girl came out of the bathroom and stated that she was glad that they were all back together and doing better. Akana nodded with a small smile before resting her forehead against Tristan’s chest and allowing a deep sigh to pass through lips. In whispered tones he then asked her if she thought that Kyrie will fall for the guy that they took in. A small chuckle rattled torso lightly. Kind of looks that way, at least I am sure he will be under our care. She uttered. She then moved towards the kitchen that had a door out onto the deck, it was a nice night so she would not mind sitting out there for a little while, she wanted to spend time with the man now that everything had cooled off between them. So when she lead him in that direction she took a seat close to him and draped her legs over his knees allowing herself to face him with a small smile, the night was warm still with a breeze that blew over the terrain it was refreshing and the whole night seemed to be still.

Kyrie seemed to simply sink down onto the bed beside of the boy and began to hold his hand and talk to him softly while he slept. She eventually picked up a book and began to read the pages to him so he knew he was safe and not alone anymore. Tristan had smiled at Akana when she spoke of his sister falling for the boy. He really couldnt blame her for it he was rather well handsome under the scars and bruises that scattered his body and it was a lot for him to even admit that to himself. He watched as Akana slid out onto the deck as he followed her there to leave his reading sister and the boy alone for the time being. He knew nothing would happen between them as he was injured and in pain. He felt the cool breeze brush against his face slightly before he sat in the chair behind Akana. After a matter of moment she sat next to him and propped her legs across his own. His palm seemed to rub gently along Akana's limbs that where folded along his lap. Smile seemed to crease his lips lightly before he looked over at her and began to speak. "ya know Akana....I don't know how you put up with me sometimes." He found himself hard to deal with at times really. He had nothing in life other than her and his sister to watch after and take care of...and that was everything to him now. He had always taken care of Kyrie yet Akana was a new untold journey, something he had never undertaken before. It was all so different than the one night stands if that long he had had before, he was attatched to her heart and soul. Kyrie had found herself dozing off while she read the book to the boy what was his name again...Kyran? That was close to her name. Her hand was still in his own as she lay her head back onto the pillow. Eventually she had drowned out the world and fell asleep. After the days events she was a bit more than drained in energy and how she stood to sit next to a boy after that was unclear to herself.
