Dris()Perfectly shaped brow cocked in amusement as the leading lady whom she had previously offered a polite greeting to began to circle herself and Nira, obviously attempting to draw the "dangerous" stranger's attention away from the soon to be birthing mother. It was not the fact that the essa thought her a threat, in fact, the maiden applauded the other's clear instinct to pick out ones which she needed to take care around for it was a quality which would help the overlady's group in maintaining life over the years. Instead, it was that the queen had set a bee line for her immediately, leaving the pregnant essa alone in the den if only for the time being. Then, the lyrics of warning sprouted from the one now laying in constant pain upon the earthen flooring. Satire chuckles ringing forth from parted maw like crystal bells, delicate coal dome tossing lightly into the air. Gaze leveled and the laughter ebbed off slowly, a small challenge sparkling within smoky depths as pair met easily with those of the ivory lass. Your restraint may be at a loss this day, fatal, but mine remains and shall do so until a time when you are not so crippled by the unfortunate condition you are in now. Deadly smile was shown towards her, bleached knives flashing in the speckles of sunlight that fought their way through the canopy above. If then you wish to quarrel with me, the offer you issue will be accepted. Until such a time I refuse to drop to a lower standard simply because of your inflamed hormones. Attacking one in such a feeble condition as the one you find yourself in now is simply barbaric. Steadfast oculars turn their attention towards the other alabaster, most notable, gentlewoman, crown held high with pride as the vixen now addressed her. You may stop circling me like a vulture now, madam. If I wished harm upon your subject or the beings she carries within her abdomen, I would have already taken you as well as her. Hard lyrics spilled forth to soothe the baroness's worries, also declaring the ebony beast's power in doing so. Hark flickered backward toward the drake with whom the wolven had made her entrance, tiara whipping around to watch as the roan hindquarters carried the drake away slight scowl following his retreat. Had she not already explained her hatred for large gatherings enough for him to understand that it was not wise to leave her alone? Especially with ones of her own model. The situation then turned into a frenzied haze as no more time was allowed the slayer as members from the pack came into the picture one after another, gems dancing wildly to categorize each for battle, mind straining slightly as the training that had been hardened into brain forced the dame to watch every single one of them before vocals were allowed to escape. First, the tunes of another of her gender had floated over the air's waves to meet the angel's, pools dashing quickly in the direction from which they had come to find a quiet, reserved duchess upon the lands. Greetings. Friendly lyrics answered, having happily found one of the few characters of which were liked by the maiden. Next came a drake of her own coloring and a nod was given in reply to his "Good day". Lastly came a particularly preoccupied baron whom did not even notice her. This creature could be none other than the father of the coming litter. As the others turned their focus upon spectacle of the night, steel liquids scanned around her framework for where Niravadhi had wandered off too. Visionaries soon lit upon him and trotting strides brought her again to his side, the togetherness that the birthing had caused to occur. Inaudible mutterings came forth as leggings folded beneath petite frame and side settled against the lord's, opal cranium rubbing against strong chest before chin settled upon the salt and pepper leggings, contentment and warmth immediately filling her as muscles relaxed and neck twisted to watch the proceedings from the safe distance the tree had from the assemblance.
Koga:Pistons peeved the hard tawny lair sod with acute arsenals, curtains sealed tightly hiding his occulars in sudden dormant. Addendums stretched as his spinal column crackled, a low moan escaped his expanding jowl in a whisp of warm breath; releasing his casket in a in-take of more oxygen, he loped down the corridor where radiant luminesence caressed his corporeal. Albescent phalanges stroked the loam in a swift motion; soft whimpers escaped his larynx that was threaded with fleecy mixtures of auburn, alabaster, and onyx; appendage rose ever so slightly- upon the sight of other canids. Nares inhailed the gentle redolence that lingered off of their corporeals. His labrum cheeved his lappets with a pleasurable grin; fleshy tape hung from his potent maw; harks balanced forward at his summit. He plotted, he lurked, then with power he released the excitment that bellowed in his core - he pounced. He veered towards Nira with zeal, his jowl clasped shut as his focus was only on the other virile. His jowl tore open as it was armed with unsullied dence ivories; he aimed for his target and lunged a final burst of energy, bounding towards this wonderful friend. Rumbling a soft grunt from his suddenly still corporeal, he nuzzled the viril's cheeck tenderly in greeting. "I haven't seen you in along time, Nira." He grinned with pleasure. His search was not over; he pondered; he looked; there were others - and more to come. A chuckle shattered his jugular when peeking out from behind his shoulder blade, his matron was located. His cephalous tilted ever so slightly, the aroma of labor filled the sanctum, nares swelled from the odd never forgetful scent."It's about time someone scored." Cackling, he pertched on his side, lieing his segments away from him, he napped in the sun.
Snow Angel*Dials blurred the images that moved close to the empress for something lurked in the shadows of them. The one who had cursed the sorceresses with love was slipping into the lair that would soon cradle the bodies of the new generation of Forest Rain. ‘You may stop circling me like a vulture now, madam. If I wished harm upon your subject or the beings she carries within her abdomen, I would have already taken you as well as her.’ Pupils flashed to the face of the one who spoke. “Excuse me?” vocals chimed politely. “You would haven already taken myself as well as her?” Lips curved into a grin as she glanced at Nira who had brought this canine here. “Never knew you went for the outspoken ones. I think she will fit in nicely. But I think some conflicts will accrue down the road.” Pads swept the sod bringing the Ranee back towards the birthing chamber. Kissers tightened creating a tsk tsk sound. “Visiting hours are over” she teased dully, orbs glaring at the baron. Then the angel spoke from behind. That heavenly voice that could knock the wind out from her lungs and cause her to loose the feeling in her toes. Talons pierced the earth while her vision wept over her shoulder blade to look at the creature she loved. “Yes, at least someone is getting something” sarcasm filled the honeyed vocals as she looked away to examine Adah once more.
Niravadhi::Hearing Dris’ outspoken words caused my heart to plummet. Though in truth, I should really have seen it coming. Dome is shaken marginally to dispel the thought within it. It was amusing, really. Dome snaps upwards hearing words addressed to myself. No answer is given, save a sheepish shrug of the shoulders. Then, I decide better of it, answering to the last comment. I have no doubt that there shall be conflicts I reply, a gleam of mirth beneath my soft lyrics. I do however trust, that these conflicts are resolvable . Lanterns flash a warning both towards the alpha, and my newly found companion. I would do anything in my power to resolve a conflict, yet I did not see the point of getting involved if neither party was at least willing in seeking a compromise. As I leave the den, I turn a thought through my mind. Perhaps I was being a little idealistic. I shrug, faintly aware of a gaze upon my back, and turning to meet the accusing silver glare. Cheeky grin is sent back in answer, before I was at my destination and allowed myself to lie in at the foot of my tree. It did not take long for another’s presence to alert my mind. Yet I had no need to open my eyes, my being already attuned to the presence of the coal maiden. Seeking a little peace? I enquire softly, muzzle reaching forwards to brush gently through the ebony locks. As I draw away, curtains draw back, allowing cerulean suns to blaze forth. Sapphire meets silver for a moment, soft smile playing at my kissers. Sorry for leaving you earlier. And welcome to my home I continue, muzzle vaguely indicating the tree. Its not much of a den, but I prefer to sleep outside. I pause for a moment, before remarking Old habits die hard with a wry smile. Bodice shifts slightly, the pressure of Dris’ flank felt more keenly, causing tendrils of warmth to run through my structure. Soft sigh of contentment passes through my maw, as I absently run my snout through the nape of the fae’s whose crown lay at my feet……well, on my feet, if one really cared for the distinction. A ghost of a grin flickers across my facials. I did care for the distinction.
Adah|Are there anymore coming? The sorceress thought sarcastically, as she tucked a snow-crusted appendage beneath her fluffy pure ribcage. As she was spoken to by the new interloper, Adah simply replied with a mischevious grin, but no plans were made. Her darlings might need her in the future, and by the looks of Niravadhi, the obsidian mistress was needed as well. Niravadhi was a dear friend of Aden, therefore Adah would go out of her way to prevent any quarrel pertaining to him. The mischevious grin increased as the new dame and Ranee exchanged seemingly harmless words. It was good for the Queen to find someone who also was a free spirit. Exhausted and worn already, the Sorceress knew it would not be long before the first was to be born. And then her males arrive, fashionably late, as per usual. Aden, with his exceedingly good looks and gentle nature. Tykel, the buff male but with a kind heart. It was a quality that endeared her to them. Tykel, with his own way of comforting amused her. His assurance was that it would all soon be over, and what their looks would be. "I would bear this every day if what is to come would be lessened." The sorceress offered her soft, hoarse words to her love, curled up lovingly and attentive at her side. "No, let Rouge be. I will manage." The words were spoken sharply but out of haste and pain rather than venom. Her chin rubbed along the drake's jaw to convey her silent apoligies. Aden greeted with soothing gentleness as usual, but his lyrics said he was unsure of his welcome. That is not good. "Of cours-" The strong contraction broke off her words, and her dome dipped as she silently bore the pains of birthing. She would not be the weakling who cried out at every ache and scrape. The Sorceress would bear her suffering in silence, and dignity. And with those words, the first of the litter was born.

Dris()Far away lyrics that came from the leadess were ignored, the subject upon which they touched of one not unfamiliar to the essa. Roan locks swallowed singular lobe as dome rubbed against the solid chest, vibrations from his speech transferring into her own bodice as lids closed quickly over ashy pair, trusting the drake to speak what he knew to be true and it was. Although her promise to the baron had been that she would accompany him to his homelands and that she would remain by his side until such a time when he wished her not to remain so any longer, automatically the maiden included the continuation of the lives of his family, knowing that her knives around their throats would lead to nothing more than a small burst of adrenaline along with everlasting hatred. Soft smile pulls at cloaked features as his next utterances were softer, meant for her peaks only as tip moved gently against thick hide. Perhaps. Although I sense that it is one luxury that shall be scarce in the coming times. Soft chuckles emit and torso shakes as shades expose dark pools, surfaces rotating up towards him in search of the brilliant cobalts. Smile flashes at him before neck lifted tiara to a level height. Worry nothing of it. I can handle myself when I wish to. Joking vocals emit as pair continue to watch Nira, gaze following his as it roamed around the grotto in which they now lay. Grin turns back to him as the vixen waits patiently for the lord's gems to return to hers, ribbon then running quickly over his nares. It's fine. Caves tend to make me feel closed in anyways. Bodice tenses as another bounded towards them, upper twitching in warning at the other drake as he neared. Hackles along the wench's spine rose and a rumble started within her chest, stone like orbs staring at the male in their coldness. Grow emitted out into the open and limbs began to push her belly from the floor as the stranger tackled Nira. Friendly lyrics then emitted from him and the unknown beast moved away, the contessa once more relaxed against the roan duke, content that the other had meant them no harm. Chin returned happily to his fronts as diaphragm rocked from side to side, form eventually calming its antics while ebonite hairs mingled with blue hues, cranium caressing still her companions breast. Harks trained themselves upon the den where the other lass was giving birth. It was an unknown process, one of which she had never even witnessed and never wished too. The pain of a prey animal as the predator sunk their teeth into flesh was quick and ended as soon as death descended upon the unlucky creature. Birthing, as it has been told, was an enduring pain. Something that the mother had to greet with what was to be happiness all for the sake of her mate or for their coming offspring. To Dris, it was useless employment. Of course bringing new life into the world was essential to her kind’s survival, but there were plenty of other ladies who were willing to suffer through the nine weeks of pregnancy, the birthing process and then the years of caring and teaching given thereafter. The Evil Angel saw no need for herself to do so. Snout buried itself within the mane of Niravadhi, forcing the thoughts from her mind, all the while knowing that merely a few yards away the one she had learned was called Adah was surrounded by her pressing family as they awaited the arrival of younglings.
Rouge*She nodded slightly as the newcomer, movement flicker in the corner of her eye. It was Tykel going into the den in which Adah was in, she watched until he disappeared stretching out she laid down listening to the conversations around the clearing. Harks flicked forward as she heard what the newcomer said to Snow golden pools looked towards them waiting to see What would happened, The only words that she managed to hear from Snow was “excuse me“. The maidens tail twitched slightly, most knew better than to speak to her like that But this is someone new.The small nagging voice said, of course they should know also not to speak out like that. Rouge watch Snow walk away from the maiden and Nira and over to the den as to where Tykel and Adah were, resting her dome on her pads orbs watched her surroundings-the birds, leaves playing in the wind, and the undergrowth looking as green as ever. Voids spotted Koga creeping up on Nira, she watched amused as Koga pounced on Nira causing the maiden next to him to look up. Curling up into a ball she tucked her nose into her tail, orbs slowly closing as she enjoyed the shade the oak offered her.
Koga:Phalanges speared the sod as robust addendums corsed with fine vermillion; nares thrusted into the small gash that he had gored out; curling into a circular motion he slapped against the loam, rubbing against the swarthy crust as he tossed and turned, spreading his redolence. Muscularity loosened as he pulled back upon his stilts. Tremors caressed his corporeal, shaking the dirt from his fleece. Labrum stroked hismuzzle which hung by a thread of lappet; a grin parted his maw, dancing with rythem, the virile posed that of a friendly presence of youngthful play. Loping towards Nira again; occulars beamed of joyful auburn; threaded fleece stitched to his jugular forming a canid mane; his appendage rose in a curl at the end in signs of high rank yet friendly position; harks towered from his sumit in welcoming submission. His maw rubbed against the fellow virile's, a low rumble of grunts tore up from his casket. Velvet chimes cackle, spewing into the atomosphere of the sanctum. "Ashes, Ashes, we all fall down." Jowls ruptured into a amused chasm grin. Unsullied dence dentitions cradled in the soft coral gums; Umber fleece streaked the lining of his auburn muzzle when douced in celestial radiance of the flaring vortex. Veering towards thresholds he loped down the corridors of timber, coming to a hault he cradled a soft rythem. "Hunting anyone? The pack hasn't given chase together in along time, and a deer isn't enough to keep a whole pack from going hungry. Besides, the deer is for Adah. Who will stay and who will go?" Caressing his cephalous upon his broad shoulders his dial shifted, bringing his countenance into view. Jowls parted as his labrum formed into a tight line. Hackles rose slightly; his corporeal clentched, addendums compressed ever so slightly; his jugular swelled with the flowing fleece, appendage crept to a horizontal stiff position, holding it there. Harks flickered forward, keeping quiscent yet strained.
Tykel--Shining orbs locked onto the Alphess' facade, scanning for a slight sign that Snow Angel was secretly happy he was here, but seeing none, he dropped his gaze back to the new mother and pup. The child raised her head and sniffed awkwardly, her now too-big dome wagging first toward Adah then Tykel. "Hello, little one," he murmured into the tiny, perfect, deaf ears. The babe's nose sought his scent and touched her nose to his. Hers was warm and wet, dwarfed by her father's sniffer. Tykel smiled. "You are loved, little one," he said softly. "So very, very loved."
Snow Angel*The first nursling had arrived almost as quickly as the contractions started. Adah seemed to cover the pain of labor well-no cringing or condemning her mate’s name in vein. Maybe in her mind she was planning the baron’s death, but it wasn’t clear just by looking at her facial expression. She was too mulish to show any sign of weakness to any of us; her own family. Tykel instantly hovered over Adah and their new daughter like he was a humming bird attempting to get some rich nectar. I could feel a cloud of worry come over me, the baron was known for being clumpy. He never could go for a hunt without coming back with some kind of gash or wound. How did he ever become the seeker of the pack? Perhaps sending him out on something he wasn’t good at, kept the minions occupied. Now becoming a burden amongst the immediate family, I silently pushed up from my crouched position to join the rest outside the lair. I suddenly remembered that sweet voice from before, now he would pay. The angel like creature ruined a moment of amour between Nira and this new found feminine. He pounced on the reconnoiter as if he where a prey item, but no aggression leaked though his lips. This seemed to come of relief to the new fatale that lay by Nira’s side. But what would she of done? Attack Koga? Orbs narrowed towards the sudden thought of the vile soul that could be contained in the dove’s heart. ‘Hunting anyone? The pack hasn't given chase together in along time, and a deer isn't enough to keep a whole pack from going hungry. Besides, the deer is for Adah. Who will stay and who will go?’ The very same godlike voice had emitted from my spouse, who was clearly not a god. Where did he get a voice like this? I couldn’t help myself by smile at him, not that the smile was all in good intentions, but more becoming sinister. I began over to his margin. “Tykel will stay behind with Adah.” My words hissed trying to get his attention focused on me, and only me. Now close enough to him, I perched on my hind quarters and dipped my skull to my shoulder. “No hello for me Koga? Am I not important enough for a simply hello? But I guess I’m only good enough to be brought along on a hunting trip. We will see which one ends up limping home when the prey mysteriously is pushed into them.” False anger filled my voice like I had hoped. Bouncing forward I swiped him gently along the cheek bone. My cerulean orbs burned with excitement.
Aden-It did not take long for Tykel to arrive, his presence calming me slightly. While Adah had given me all the permission necessary to be part of the birthing, I still felt somewhat uneasy. Watching the pair, I felt the familiar longing once more. The longing to have someone I could rely on, someone I could confide in. Yet that was not to be. A small smile graced my features as the first pup entered the world. The ivory femme that led the pack left, and it was barely seconds later when Koga’s call for the hunt arrived. Stilts pull upwards, stretching out to their fullest extent. As I pass, I look briefly at Tykel, knowing he would stay home to protect Adah and his kin. Muzzle tips downwards, brushing lightly against the pale figure of my sister. “You are doing well, my dear” I say softly, ribbon running gently across her brow. “Your pups will be fine and strong. I am needed, so I shall leave you in Tykel’s care. Treat him well.” I continue, voice ending with a slight glimmer of mirth. With a final look at the small family, I left the den, wandering out into the sunlight world, blinking rapidly until my pupils had adjusted themselves. Glancing across to Nira, I saw the indecision within his orbs. Padders take me swiftly over to Koga, onyx crown dipping in respect. I would love to join the hunt, Koga. Yet I sense that Nira should have that honour. I shall watch his fae during your departure. There will be further times for us to hunt in unison” I say softly, before trotting towards the pair at the base of Nira’s tree. ”Come on Nira” I muttered, nudging the duke forcefully to his feet and giving him a hard glare. He touched noses with his newly found friend, before muttering into her ear. I averted my attention, effectively blocking out his words. It would have been rude to eavesdop. Then, finally, the slender duke had left, yipping at Koga before tackling him. I shook my head in mirth, watching the two older barons. Then I turned my attention back to the dark femme before me. “Good day. I believe we have already made our acquaintance, though I was not in the most agreeable of moods, and thus did not greet you cordially” . I begin, inclining my dome slightly. “I would like to apologise for that error upon my judgement” I continue, smiling slightly at the fae. She unnerved me slightly, yet I trusted Nira’s judgement. Still, I kept a cautious eye and ear upon the fatale, not sure about her quirks and nature.
Adah|Was that movement outside her little world of happieness? The delighted mother glanced unwillingly from the sight of her new.. well daughter. I'm a mother. The alabaster matron realized for the very first time with a surge of well-mixed thrilling fear and absolute joy. Glacial chasms recognized the idenity of the male first, carcass shuffling closer to the helpness creature at her side, before nostrils idenified him furthur. Tykel was a safe male, a father now as well. Warm orbs watched the touching union of paternal caretaker and vunerable offspring. The pain had never stopped, the Sorceress noted as her joy faded as reality settled once again comfortable on her shoulders. White hot flaming pain seared her rear, shuddering jolts of pain coursed through her body. The war for peace and life had not yet been finished. Simply a battle had been won. It hurt, oh it hurt, but Adah could not have stopped the process even if the matron had a choice. The choice would have been the same. Dimly her senses alerted the disapearance of the Queen and her kinsman. Good, the fewer that had to witness her vunerability the better. Dial raised from the resting position it had been placed in, and chasms considered her dear mate that was still at her side. Would there be a chance to narrow down the witnesses? Knives parted, vocals were summoned to form the request, but they were never to be spoken. A contraction hit her body with thundering results. Knives dug deep into her lips to prevent the cry of pain from escaping. The bare whisper that escaped embarassed her to the very core of her body. With a exhalation of resignation, the Sorceress prepared to bring life into this world.
Tykel--Mossed orbs shot from the squirming offspring to the laboring materna. Shudders racked the sorceress's frame, yet she only let a soft sound escape. Tykel wondered anew at the strength of the new mother. Her iced coat was matted slightly with prespiration and earth from the floor of the den. Daggers gritted at the sight of her pain for an instant, then released in a longing sigh. He wished, oh, how he wished he could help her. His little daughter, their new little gem, found his side and huddled into the warmth of his fur. She bumped her nose into his belly, seeking milk. "No, no, little one," he smiled. "That's your momma's job." He looked back at Adah. Their first child needed milk, that was certainly true, but he didn't want to rush her. "Just wait, my little darling," he whispered. "Wait until your brother or sister arrives. Alright, my gem?" The pale grey ball of fuzz had almost disappeared into the darker grey of his fur, pressing her head to his skin where she could probably feel his heartbeat. Tykel laid his head on his paws, forest voids studying the glacier azure of his mate's. "Hold on, my love," he said to her. "It will be alright."

Niravadhi::A deep sense of comfort washes over me, as I lie between two of the most important aspects of my life; the tree which reminded me of home, and Dris. The clearing was peaceful, most of my pack mates still within the den with Adah, or otherwise lying silently within the camp. The rhythmic strokes of the maiden’s crown against my chest causing a soft growl of pleasure to wind its way up my throat and through my lips. Harks flicker gently, catching the lady’s words and causing me to grin slightly. The similarities between the two of us never ceased to amaze me, for our differences were so great and numerous. Ah, the quirks of life I muse, before curtains are drawn back. Ciliary muscles relax, allowing the exact dosage of light to fall into my orbs, allowing the world to slide sharply into focus once more. Barely moments later, Koga is upon me, before he leaves as quickly as he came. Yet it was not the drake’s appearance that caught my attention, but the lady beside me. Harks flicker to catch her tones of displeasure, as cobalts take in her ruffled pelt. Leaning forwards to allow my ribbon to pass softly across her brow, I watch affectionately as the maiden calms once more, her crown falling once again unto my mittens. Dome rises to scan the camp, before I glance down at the ebonite angel at my paws, a fond smile painting itself upon my mask. Snout lowers until it brushes gently against the maiden’s nape. Ribbon finds its way out of its cave, caressing brow and nape in long, tender strokes. Bodice shifts slightly, allowing fuller contact between our torsos, the heat of the contact causing me to feel all the more alive. Senses reeling pleasantly at the countess’ presence, I simply let the warmth of her being flow over and through me. Sapphires watch the fae, while I focus my concentration on the sense of touch…feeling. Tuning myself entirely to the existence of the coal dame beside me, I felt the slightest shift in emotion. The shift caught me unaware, yet I could not distinguish what shift had taken place. Torn between enquiring and remaining silent, I bend into the maiden’s touch as her sooty snout buries itself within my roan mane. Nares comb the air, searching for the slightest indication for the lady’s change in demeanour. No answer. Maw parts slightly, air passing across the sensitive interior, allowing me to taste the air. Finally, my efforts were rewarded by the faintest tinge of, what I could only begin to label, as resentment. Yet I could not be sure. The indication had been so fleeting, so faint. Not enough to base an action or judgement on. Curiosity wishes to be sated, yet deep within, I feel it is Dris’ burden to carry alone, until she felt the time to share it with me. Musings are called to a halt as lanterns catch Koga striding towards my haunt. Before arrival, however, his broad frame comes to a halt, merrily addressing the invitation to hunt. A soft sight escapes my maw. It would be nice to go hunting with the baron, for I rarely had the opportunity to do so. Yet I had already hunted this morning, and would loathe leaving Dris behind. Intellect begins formulating a polite declination of Koga’s offer, before a cool tip presses roughly against me. Brow furrows as optics fall upon the tall, dark knight that had journeyed afar with me. Small smile is sent to the younger duke, his meaning perfectly clear. Biting my lip for a moment, choosing my next words, I turn to my companion. You wouldn’t mind terribly if I go on this hunt, would you? I ask quietly, voids swirling with a mixture of excitement and concern. We should be back soon enough. I think Aden will be staying behind. You may want to make his acquaintance. I continue, pressing my snout against hers. Drawing back, a slight chuckle passes my lips as I lean closer to the maiden, whispering into her ear. But don’t terrorise him. He’s a good little wolf. Ribbon flashes outwards to give the angel one last caress, before pillars straighten beneath me and I move towards Koga. Remembering his earlier prank, a mischievous grin settles upon my façade, before being masked by an expression of innocence. Padding quietly towards my target, I calculate the distance, before leaping forward and tackling the drake. Pulling away, a cheeky grin is sent to my companion, plume held at half-mast, waving to and fro in excitement. Of course I’m willing for a hunt. I answer, glancing around camp. The mirth at Snow’s indignance is hidden beneath my façade, knowing that Dris may well behave in a similar manner were I to follow Koga’s footsteps. Mental note is made, before gaze travels over the rest of the hunting troop.

Dris()Lips pull back as a smile of pleasure twitches cheek tissues as the roan lord caressed the tender skin of her dome, lids remaining shut over pools although the subtle wish to gaze up at him flickered through her mind once. Crown leaned into his warm touch and it was not long before cords began to vibrate rapidly, a pleased sound rumbling through the maiden. All too soon the motions ended and although wetted tip pressed against her own as the duke pulled back, shades slid slowly upwards to expose ashen pair to the sunlight, a pouting look shooting towards her companion. Singular, barely audible whimper that only the drake could hear was allowed to emit as dome raised, snout pressing persuasively into his thick mane. Niravadhi.... Seductive tones spoke into the nearest peak, syllables teasing the duke as soft chuckles followed, neck pulling skullary away so liquids could gaze into cobalt depths. Attention was regrettably forced off the wench's companion and instead towards the other being who was called Koga, a polite expression flickering across features as he spoke. Little heed was paid to these utterances as the duo had recently hunted themselves and the damsel doubted the male beside her would be yearning for to go jaunting off on another so soon. Jaw jerked in the knight's direction as the soft sigh of longing found its way to the lady and she suddenly realized just how wrong her assumption was. A hunt with her was not even close to a substitute for a hunt with his pack. She should have known such and felt guilty for being so selfish as to think he was content. Lanterns meet his easily as the handsome guise turns towards her, a youth like hopefulness filling up azures. Smile came in answer to his question, but before tunes could answer, the song of another demanded the Evil Angel's attention, sharp gaze casting directly towards the being that now had left Koga's side and started towards both her and Nira. Calculating glare followed his every motion as the beast approached, the essa listening in a brooding silence. Jowls parted to release sound again only to be interrupted once more, this time by her new found consort. Unforgiveable stare then transferred to his facade, the duchess easily ignoring his electric touch and fond words. Stones watched as he walked away before slowly maneuvering to look again at the creature who had addressed her as Niravadhi's fea to the varg whom the contessa judged was the alpha male. Stilts eventually pushed framework up from the earth, steady tints watching the other as he attempted to be cordial. Do not judge me wrong, bloke. I am not one to be watched like some pup nor can I be held back from what I choose to do. I admire your try at being respectful to me now, but it is foolish to talk about one you do not know when they are within hearing distance. Cold glare watched his facial before pistons carried her easily around him, direction set towards the rest of the gathered wolven, more particularly Nira. Stupid of him to think she would listen. Idiotic he was to believe that Dris would simply lay idle while a hunt was taking place without her. Chasse stopped before him, irritation washing off her coal coat in waves as unfeeling pair waited for cobalts to meet their own. Do not cut me off when I am about to answer a question you have directed towards me and never leave me with another who has agreed to "watch" me. Rage flared up at him, the edge of her vocals speaking highly of the passion that rushed through veins and of the lass's ability to control it. Muzzle whipped towards the obvious leader of the group with a cool sense about her. A hunt suits me perfectly. No room was given for any denial of her quick declaration for none told the bitch what to do. This fem was her own ruler and recognized none over herself. Even the gods that watched from the heavens had little regard with the shadowy demon for death came always in the end, so why not look it in the mouth and laugh with amusement at its daunting threat? If Koga or Snow wished to tell her she was not allowed to join in a pack activity, the lupine would not flinch. Committed was she now to the hunt, forever strong shall she remain in such a decision.

Niravadhi::Taking one look at the annoyed facade before me, a slight feeling of trepidation coursed through my bodice. Tape flicks around kissers, before vocal chords vibrate softly. Come with me, my love. Things here can wait for a moment, or two. A small smile accompanies my words as I turn away from the gathering and make my way slowly out of camp. Strides are long and slow, covering ground easily as my mind turned over the past events. Unintentionally, I had managed to anger the maiden that I had become attracted to in such a short amount of time. Harks flicker idly upon my crown, yet the sounds that surround me barely enter my conscious thoughts. Dris would know where to find me, I mused, turning briefly to look over my shoulder, seeing nought but greenery. I shrug. Perhaps it was best to leave the fatale some space? I wasn’t quite sure what to do with an annoyed Dris, to be truthful. The sly, coy Dris was deal-able. An angry Dris, I had never experienced as such, yet I thought that downright anger was easier to deal with than annoyance which left a lot more scope to think. A soft sigh passes through my maw, as a quiet voice echoes through my mind what have you gotten yourself into now? Almost unbidden, my pistons move forwards into a trot as the words are still fresh in my mind. Subconscious already knowing the way, my structure weaves easily through the undergrowth, cobalt optics starting ahead without really seeing anything. As the forest comes to a halt and the familiar dusty plain lies before, I move up a gear, making my way across the barren expanse at a leisurely lope. As I reach the incline, my rhythm barely alters. Haunches coming beneath me more as I make my way up the pebble-strewn slope. It was not long before I reached the small cave that I called my own. Coming to a halt, I allowed my structure to drop to the ground, muzzle lying atop large padders as I gaze out in front of me, at the steely-blue sky and the distant green of the forest on the horizon.
Dris()Muzzle snapped once more in the direction of the bloke as his... suggesting cords caught the lass's attention, a frown being sent in his direction and jaws parting in protest before it died within her throat cavity and limbs followed begrudgingly behind the roan bodice. Hard glare watched hips as they swaggered back and forth with the rhythmic motions of limbs with constant strides. Irritation still radiated from the femine figure, but the emotion was more harboured than it had been not two minutes ago. The maiden really could not place blame for her anger upon the duke, not really. For, it was not him who had caused annoyance to ring out true in her tunes. Rather, it was the young beast that had made an attempt to be civil around the demon that had enraged the damsel. Padders moved silently over the earth as always, guilt slowly starting to douse the heat inside as the pair continued onward. Sigh escaped and dome dropped. It had not been Niravadhi's fault, so why had she yelled as if it was? The answer was simple. The knight had obviously not meant to offend or harm the vixen, yet it had happened and the reaction from her was what could be expected from one with such a temper. Vision of masculine physique was obscured by the vegetation for a moment and once it cleared, surprise lit features to find the baron had picked up the pace. Normally, her own haste to follow would rush strides onward, but now, no reason was felt to increase speed only to tag along behind the brute like some little lost puppy dog. She knew in time that she would catch up with him for the path upon which they both trodded now led to the north and the lord's lands lay to the northern half of Forest Rain. Besides already knowing where the male was heading, the angel also wanted to take time by herself to cool from her previous encounter back in the center of the pack life. Strange, the dame would never have pictured herself in the middle of pack life let alone tolerating their presence all for the sake of one creature. Visionaries lifted in search of the drake to find his pelt nowhere in sight, but this did not matter much. Rays of light burst through the canopy and danced upon ebony armor while birds chirped and the sun rose to its highest point, declaring it midday. Form soon neared the laying framework of the bloke, stilts slowing their motions until they finally paused completely, gaze holding straight as a awkward silence stretched between the duo. Pistons folded and system settled upon the dirt beside the male, not touching him, but only by a few centimeters.
Niravadhi::As the sun’s light slips over the mountain range to bathe myself in its warm caress, curtains fall slowly over deep azure orbs. Roan robe lies flat against my lean figure, the grey hairs shimmering slightly as they caught the sunrays. I let the silence surround me, enter my mind and consume my body. Funny, how there wasn’t a sound on this pleasant day. Then again, my mountains had always been quiet here. Why would the creatures bother to live in this harsher climate, when a perfectly pleasant forest lay within easy distance? Soft sigh escapes my maw, as the peaceful nature of my thoughts slowly darkens as black shadow emerges in my mind. Perhaps I had asked too much of her, but I couldn’t have left that pack. That had just been out of the question. The little rat names guilt that housed within my mind began to nibble away at my thoughts, casting doubts where there hadn’t been before. Perhaps I was selfish, perhaps just ignorant. Neither option appealed to me much, for I had always prided myself on my intellect, and I would have preferred not to have been seen as self-absorbed. As the doubts scurry through my mind, the faintest tinkle of a falling pebble pulls me out of my whirlpool of thoughts, before sensory organs announce the presence of the one I had been waiting for. Shutters flutter open, crown turning so sapphires can fall upon the figure. For a moment, silence stretches between us, her ebonite figure blocking out the fun as I gazed upwards. Then her leggings fold together, bringing her earthwards, yet no closer to me. An ache coursed through me, a long to be closer, banishing the dark rats back to their cage and locking them up securely. It was madness for me to believe those thoughts; I scold myself, before turning my façade fully towards the vixen. ‘Tis a pleasant day, is it not? I say lightly, smiling warmly at the maiden beside me. No matter how much my body yearned for contact, I forced myself to remain still. I should be thankful the fae had followed me at all. Perhaps she just needed a moment to readjust her thoughts. On my behalf, I had already forgiven her outburst. After all, I had had a fair bit of warning from the duchess herself. A smile of mirth quirks my kissers upwards once more, until I grin at the maiden. Shutters fall briefly across orbs, before opening once more, warmth and affection radiating from the cool tones. I would give the lady all the time she needed, I decided. Now that she wasn’t about to disappear, I had little to fear.

Dris()Steel pair turn to look upon the lord as cheery vocals greeted harks and found a smile plastered upon roan features. Had it been anyone else, the lass would have immediately suspected that the grin etched on facade was of false origins, but it seemed so true upon the male that the essa could do little besides believe it. Sigh emitted and muzzle dropped towards the earth, the sunny feeling radiating from the beast at her side almost too much to bear. I apologize for my actions with the pack. It was not you I was irritated with, but rather that pup. The duke's previous words with attached question were dismissed as gaze returned to azure pair, searching for and form of comfort lying there. Casual conversation was not something the pair had tried at all and frankly, it annoyed the lady to the core. But this annoyance was cast away just as the irritation had been; forgotten and meaningless. Bodice wiggled closer to the warmth of the knight until his heat warmed her side, making the vixen want to forget all that had just exchanged between them and simply find her own pelt tangled with his once again. Unfortunately, this was not really an alternative for there was an apology on the table that needed to be accepted before all the friction could go away. Drama was never a friend of Dris' and always left the usually calm, controlled mistress feeling anxious and hesitant. Too much trouble inflicted on oneself during drama. Smoky depths continued to watch Niravadhi's level duo as they awaited the answer, searching cobalt surfaces for some kind of sign as to what the male would provide her for an answer. Of course it was stupid for the damsel to be so worried about such. It was obvious that her sins of the earlier hour had been forgiven, even if they were not nor ever would be forgotten. But, it still felt as if the baroness still needed to offer him her regret just as she needed a confirmation on everything being alright between them from the death trap of the masculine lupine.

Niravadhi::As the maiden spoke, my expression grew sombre once more, harks discerning the undertone of regret and perhaps a bit of worry. The vixen’s next actions caused a familiar feeling of warmth to course through me, as her bodice shifted closer to mine, and yet not as close as I would have wished. A small smile of sincerity forms upon my features as our gazes lock for a moment. Apology accepted, I say quietly. Please, do not worry yourself over your loss of temper. You have harmed no-one, and such incidents occur more often than one would perhaps like. Breath catches for a moment, before I swallow and turn my gaze to look out across the land once more. The silence around us was absolute, and I wondered at its origin. Nonetheless, I wasn’t bothered. Two lupines could hardly come to harm in this terrain. Crown turns back, no further words being emitted, as muzzle moves forwards slowly to run gently through the lady’s nape. Unbidden, bodice shifts closer, pressing my flank against hers. As it had done earlier, a flash of warmth radiates through my body, sending my thinking out of the window as I leaned into the lady. Ribbon wanders out of its cave, running smoothly across the sooty nape, before running down along the maiden’s chin to caress her chest.

Dris()Tenseness in the damsel’s position slowly deteriorated as the drake's tunes came to be understood by audits. Soft smile was returned to him, but as his crown turned away, gaze remained steadily upon the roan figure, facade blank and at peace. No reply was formed to the duke's words for none was needed. They both understood one another and for now, the subject of hot tempers was laid aside, forgotten in the serenity of the lands. Dris enjoyed being on these lands. Despite their slightly barren nature, they offered quiet whereas the Forest Rain pack lands were home to noisy creatures, and these were not just the avians that roamed the terra. And perhaps it was also the sense of ownership that drove the lass towards the area. No alpha ruled here. Niravadhi had claimed the landscape subtlety as his own and in consequence, Dris felt a connection with it more than she did with any other piece of reality. Tiara swings away from the baron at her side and pools sweep the grasses before them. A sudden wash of heat over her side drew attention back to the other beast and skullary turned towards him; nape came in contact with muzzle, a delicate smile finding its way upon shadowy features. Ribbon ran over the closest hark, forcing the weakly supported cartilage to fold beneath the gentle pressure. There was little she could do, however, when the male switched the receiving area of his lavishings to sharp chin and eventually to her chest. Lids closed over depths and the essa leaned against the strokes, openly enjoying the attention being paid her. Snout moved to bury itself in the thick mixture of hairs and when nares widen to drink in the masculine scent, an eerily familiar aroma poisoned the atmosphere, causing an immediate stiffness to run like a shiver throughout the dame's framework. Dome snapped upward, wild, hard lanterns scanning the pasture stretching before the duo. There! A flash of silver in the sunlight and the previously hidden stature of a femme became abruptly visible, the even, silent pace of a hunter making her seem all the more deadly. Nira. Emotionless tones called out to him, using the shortened form of the lupine's name to speak of the urgency. Position remained that of stone as oculars stared without hesitation at the approaching maiden, heart rate increasing to the level of anger and anxiety, although none would have known such save the knight at the lady's side.
Aroz^Road hardened padders fell one after the other onto dry, crusted earth, smooth trot gait carrying cage over the ground much like a cloud would float through the sky. It was a practiced pace, one that the essa used so often that it was picked up immediately at the start of every journey formation ventured upon. Here, another piece of unmarked land, another place to feed. It was not advisable to hunt on lands that belonged to others for two main reasons. One, there tended to be less options on what species to feed on and what little options were available, were in herds of small numbers. Secondly, any beast who were to catch the scent of freshly flowing, hot plasma would rally their annoying little pack and the group would be upon the hungrily feasting wanderer in little to no time. Encounters such as this tended to be very much a waste of time for all involved for even an experienced fighter who knows when it is best to give would do so when faced with opponents that number more than three which was an often occurrence when it came to packs. The group with their leader would be angry at the intruder for taking a kill that could have been their own and the loner defensive over the earned meal. These emotions never mingled well and although the stranger was strong, he would not be so foolish as to pick a fight with their number and in the end, would be forced off the lands, the already plump members of the number finishing off the prey he had taken while his stomach still growled in protest. For these reasons, the damsel would not take a kill on another’s territory and rarely did she ever step directly upon claimed lands, preferring to walk the finely laid out path between two clearly marked territories. It was not worth the confrontation, frustration and humiliation when other game was available to the public. Nostrils flared in search of possible targets for lunch and found the scent of crimson already on the currents. Path altered in the direction of the aroma, curiosity dealing its hand once again and driving her in that way. There could always be a creature that had gotten injured and therefore rendered immobile, although, no billowing sounds from distress littered the air. Long strides brought her closer to the site, the odor of blood growing stronger with every step. Then, the brush seemed to split and the disappointing scene folded out for the vixen's viewing. Yes, the presence of blood was everywhere, but from the patterns it made upon the dirt, it was obvious that this had been a kill, two kills actually, taken by a predator. Muzzle dropped to the red tinted splatter on the grasses and jerked up quickly at the oddly recognized fragrance found there. It was one of her own flesh and blood, a being whom the matron had not seen in many years, much to her indifference. How many years had passed since the mother daughter pair had split? Frown creased skin between sockets as the dame thought about it. About two years it would seem. That wasn't too long, but it did seem to fly by. Images of a young ebony fatal filled the wench's head. So much was her offspring exactly like her hated father. The product of a one day and night exchange. Of course, this knowledge, just like many other things in the elder's past, had remained hidden from the young Dris. Secrets were meant to remain so and the burdens carried by the older need not pass on to the younger lupine. Nares widen multiple times, tracking the trail of the scent on the winds. Another, unknown aroma mingled with her daughter's causing upper to twitch in annoyance. Had she not been plain enough in her teachings of life to the stubborn lass? Companions were good only for heartbreak when the time came for them to leave and they all left at one point in time. Whether by their own four mittens or by the wrath of the gods. Speed picked up again, silence following the duchess as she moved forth through the trees and entered into a wide pasture, where the bitch was met with a problem. Now, there resided two distinct paths of odors on the air, causing irritation to rise within the steel armor. Decision was made quickly and chest turned more eastward, heading further into the grasses than before. This later paid off as keen amber's found two laying figures closer to the wood after a few moments of travel, one's coat shining with the different colors of the sunlight just as any coal hide would. As chest drew nearer, orbs caught the sudden awareness of her daughter, allowing an amused smirk across guise at how swiftly the pup moved away from the drake's embrace. Limb motions vaulted a few feet away from the pair, severe liquids turning from their locked battle with iron depths to survey the baron at her side, noting the unusual mixture of hues in masculine pelt and the slightly lean framework, which brought to mind a runner rather than a fighter. Only after golden lanterns had finished picking apart every single piece of the male's form did gaze return to the other fea present, a disapproving expression upon mask. You are a fool. Judgmental vocals erupted from cage in a surprisingly femine voice.

Niravadhi::Time seems to stop as I feel the maiden leaning into my touch, the breeze causing a chill to course momentarily over my body as the cool particles brushed against my moistened lobe. I can sense the contentment radiating from the lady, the small smile upon her lips visible even though I wasn’t watching the fae. Interesting how we had come to understand each other so completely in such little time. A soft smile of my own forms upon my features, a low growl of pleasure breaking through my maw as the coal snout buries itself within my own kaleidoscope of cool tones. Then the spell seems to break as the structure beside me stiffens, before moving away, lyrics causing me to become yet more aware. Within moments, I had spied the mercury figurine that made its way towards us. I glance swiftly at Dris. Judging from her expression, she knew the stranger. Nares flicker, taking in the scent of the new fatale as well as that of the countess beside me. Of the nearing matron, I could only tell that she was used to the hard ways of life, for she had the distinct scent of wild that had clung, and still did to Dris. The latter lady’s scent was a curious mix. Yet I believed there to be an undertone of anxiety, and something darker which I could not define precisely. Forcing my mind away from its calm analysing, I allow instinct to do its work, pillars pulling up beneath me until I stood proudly beside Dris. Then, our guest was before us. A long time a strained silence reigned between the two female lupines, silver clashing with gold in a battle of wills. Then, without a further word being said, the golden lanterns were turned on myself. I allowed the scrutiny of my being to pass without comment, trying to piece together the puzzle. I was sure Dris knew this femme. Judging by the silent greeting, I deemed them to have left on a less than stellar note. Yet Dris had never mentioned such a being to me. Sapphires catch gold for a moment, the deep seas calm and thoughtful; the sincerity that defined my being causing the hue to have its own radiance. Suddenly I was cast aside as the lady turned back once more to look at Dris. As her maw opened, I was surprised at tones that flowed out. Not only the timbre, but the diction itself. One moment more, and I guessed to know who the figure was. Yet I had no wish to jump to conclusions, so I kept my suspicions to myself. Nonetheless, I was not particularly amused by the manners displayed by our uninvited guest. Nor was I particularly pleased at her attitude towards the lady that had given another reason to live. Cobalts narrow slightly, lanterns blazing brighter, as front padder moved forward, causing the rest of my long body to follow. Having stepped closer to the newcomer, my own gaze seeks out her own, before tenor lyrics break through the stillness. Good day I say politely, for even though the stranger had forgotten her manners, I would not lower myself to such a level. May I ask why you have decided to pay us a visit? I continue, tones remaining level, despite the small grin pulling at the corners of my kissers. The beauty of language, I muse to myself. Wondering idly what the older fae’s reaction to my request, which was actually my question, I pause for a moment, orbs remaining locked upon the silvered creature before me. In the moment’s silence, I sought for the next words that would deal with the two ills the stranger had committed. Additionally, I would like to know from whence you have come, for you evidently lack manners and restraint. Consequently, I shall introduce myself. I am Niravadhi, and originally come from the North. While one would normally say that it is a pleasure to make a new acquaintance, I shall refrain from saying, since I believe that you will not take that all too well. Crown dips slightly in cordial greeting, before lanterns flash darkly in the matron’s direction. If you have nothing of worth to say, then I suggest you leave. I finish, patience wearing slightly thin at the rude interruption. With a final look at the leaden femme, I turn to Dris. Snout runs once through the silken wisps of soot at the maiden’s nape, before I retreat my step, and seat myself. Perhaps I had spoken a little freely, perhaps also a little plainly. Yet I did not care much for a creature that just arrived on my doorstep without announcing their presence. Such a lack of manners simply annoyed me more than I cared to allow.

Dris()Atmosphere cracked with tension radiated from the femora pair, each unwilling to be the first to break the connection of their oculars and therefore acknowledge the superiority of the other being. Velvet upper twitched as amber depths studied the drake, mind knowing exactly what her mother was thinking. Those of the male gender were not to be trusted. At least, that was the idea that Dris had been raised upon. She had found out for herself at a young age that at one time, the elder had been in love and somehow, the duke had broken her now stone heart. Once, when the dame had been barely more than six months, she had woken in the middle of the night to her mother's moaning, one name repeating over and over from lips. Casco. It had seemed strange to her then and when the next dawn came, had inquired about it. What she had gotten had frightened her more than anything else in previous life. Never before or after had the ebony lass ever seen a fea's wrath quite like her mother’s was after she had asked who Casco was. The subject had been immediately banned and Dris' way of viewing her lineage changed. She wasn’t sure how, but somehow she knew this mystery bloke was not her father. Perhaps it was the fact that her mother had kept her and attempted to raise her against the evils of the world. It was too bad that in that attempt, a demon had been created. Unhindered growl emitted at the harsh words that came from the iron lady, limbs pushing coal cage from the earth and muzzle jutting towards the other's facade. No syllables were uttered, however, for none were needed. Discretely, framework began to work itself between the older fea and her companion, but before such a defensive position could be taken, Nira strode right up and placed himself close to both her and the beast he knew nothing of. Astonished expression turned towards the masculine while harks pricked in the same direction to catch the sentences he now let loose forth from cave. As they grew harsher, a sense of both pride and dread settled over the maiden. She knew full well that Aroz would not take kindly to being talked to like this, but it was good to see that some of her was beginning to rub off on the lupe, even if it could end up getting him in trouble. Chuckles cast forth from parted jowls as daring gaze turned back to her mother, chest swelling as her mate nuzzled the locks at her nape before he moved to seat himself near her hip. Hindquarters swung and bodice did a 180, until dome faced that of the duke. With a mischievous smile upon attractive features, snout was buried into the roan mixture of hairs, ribbon running from cheek bone to roam the rim of the closest hark. Neck bent and the grin flashed towards the other essa, obviously a challenging one as the evil angel showed her creator what she possessed that the other did not.
Aroz^Guise remained plain even as the daughter's growling features was shoved closer to the maiden in an attempt to do as she was trained to do; intimidate. Of course, such a trick would never work on the teacher. Silly of the youngling to think that it would. Attention then jumped from the being before her to the discarded companion as masculine vocals were let loose. Hard pair first met azures before running once more over the height of the drake in a motion that showed she was again sizing him up. Dome tilted as he continued to address her, brow cocking in slight amusement at the question pushed towards her. You may not. Came her simple reply, citrine depths easily leveling with the constantly watching serene cobalts as she knew merely from his expression that the duke had not yet finished, much to her dismay. Lanterns flash in outrage at the occurrences he laid against her, mind barely able to grasp at the intel that came forth from his lips next for the anger that began to flood her being. Truly, Dris had come upon her easily ignited anger honestly. Sometimes, these were the strangest little things that carried through blood lines and it didn’t help that the pup's father had also been quite a hot head himself. Limbs were restrained from any further movement, against the wills of the emotion while orbs followed movements that led the male away from her, a smart choice. Liquids then watch the coal fatal as her self satisfied laughter emits and back is exposed to her mother, every motion she takes pushing the iron maiden closer and closer to the edge. Jaws snap in fury and pools blaze with the fire of irritation at the steel pair. You are worse than a fool to turn your vulnerable spine to me, Drisarsa. And to find one of pack, oh how very weak you have become. Harsh tunes bite at the vixen, knowing the usage of her full name would quickly wipe that snotty little grin she wore off her facade. Chin jerked towards the male, padders carring her closer until the damsel was little more than a few inches from his mask. You lack the age and discipline to make such accusations, dog. I see your juvenile tongue matches that of your companions. Pause was taken for the wench was now switching subjects, little attention being paid to her daughter who would be very offended by the nearness her elder now took to the bloke. [/b]I shall be lenient, however, as to tell you I come from all around you. True, it is not a pleasure to make the acquaintance of yet another bloke who has forced himself into the life of another fem. Let me be frank with you, it is by the sheer luck of your choice that you choose to be joined with my daughter or your skull would be laying two feet from your formation by now.[/b] Subtle threat was made at the baron before crown lifted to a height that declared importance and fiery gaze found the black robed contessa. Advancement was made upon her, bulk pressing very close in a way that had made the lass drop her belly to the earth not so many years ago. Have I not warned you against such a union, daughter? Or is it another level of your rebellion against me that drives you towards this despicable thing? I would think that your father's abandonment of you would be a sharp pain enough to warn you against all of their kind!

Niravadhi::As the iron lady speaks her first words, a soft chuckle passes through my maw. Unable to help myself, I answer calmly. Ah. That is a shame. Especially since I have already done so. Smile continues to play around my lips, kissers pulling yet further upwards as Dris turned to me, igniting the fire that had lain smouldering in the pits of my being. Nonetheless, intellect worries slightly about the provocative, let alone potentially dangerous action of turning ones back on the opponent. Yet I knew my lady in black was more than capable of defending herself. Lobes flicker at the sound of a new name, Drisarsa. I let the name roll around my head. Interesting. Yet mind is soon working at the more important task of deciphering the next actions and words. Whatever the newcomer was referring to, I strongly disagreed with her. Dris was the last thing but weak, and whatever the problem with befriending someone from a pack was, I decided I disagreed with her justification for that as well. Intellect grinds to a halt as suddenly the ashen visage of the matron appeared. Brow furrows slightly, as orbs widen a little in surprise, curiosity appearing within my voids. I let the stranger speak to completetion, before answering serenely, tenor lyrics passing softly through my maw and dancing the few inches to meet the other. Time is relative, my dear. I pause for a moment, thinking over the truth that the simple statement held. What was the passage of time for us, when compared to the life of trees, the planet, and the sun? How did our life span compare with that of others? To a fruit fly, we seemed immortal. Yet compared to our universe, we were but a fleeting image in history. A pensive smile graces my features, orbs seeing through the maiden before me and out into space. Then I pull myself back to the present. As for my discipline. You may find that I am a lot more disciplined than you would care to know. A sombre expression falls upon my façade, as I am unable to stop the inevitable lapse back into the memories that would never leave me. Another trick of time, I think wryly, as I catch snippets of my own youth. The lonely days were I sat in a corner, exiled by the other pups. The days of pain and humiliation as I was trained along with the other males; used as the guinea pig and always the one to get battered in mock fights. A soft sigh escapes my maw, as the pictures of my pup hood flash past. Where had all that training gotten me? Alive, and exiled. I shook my head violently, clearing the thoughts. I had Dris now; and Forest Rain. What need did I have for my birthplace, when I had found those that had accepted me willingly? Revisiting my past caused a twinge of bitterness to enter my being, resentment building towards the fae that had simply marched into my life as though she owned it. Just as so many others had done before her. Well, then I must say it is a pleasure to welcome you into the fold. A smirk flickers across my features for a moment, before I allow her to tell me of her past. Who was she trying to fool, telling me she was being lenient? This high and mighty fae obviously felt the need to tell me of herself, and I grinned inwardly. Perhaps, in time, we would get on a little better. She was so similar Dris in certain aspects, and so different in others. Ah, mother and daughter. I smile broadly; finally the answer to my question. Perhaps you would wish to reassess you judgement of me. For it was not I who forced myself upon your daughter’s company, but rather the other way ‘round. I paused for a moment, reading the tension and anger in the matron’s form. In that case, I thank you. I reply quietly, with a slight shrug off my shoulders. Whatever the mother’s reasoning was, at the moment, I did not wish to have to face an opponent in battle. Certainly not when I knew that my skills lay in a totally different department. Cobalts hold the larger creature’s orbs for a moment, before the gaze is broken, and harsh tones are spoken to the ebonite lass that had waited silently at my side. Soft growl grumbles in my throat at being called both a thing and despicable. It was not exactly that I cared for what other’s though of me, I had long become accustomed to that. Yet it still bothered me that a creature could have such little regard for others. True, she was sexist. Something that inevitably had to do with another male. Yet stereotyping was never a good thing. Especially when you came across one of the exceptions to the rules. Growl is held in check, cage vibrating for a long moment in my annoyance before it fades away. So much for discipline I think dryly, listening to mother admonishing child. So there I had yet another snippet of my companion’s life. Not a pleasant aspect, and yet I believed the abandonment of said male had hurt the ashen lady more than the sooty one I loved. A soft sigh passes through my cavern, as I slowly allow my forelegs to fold beneath me. Let the mother judge me, adhering to her biases. I was staying with Dris, and that matter was final. Turning my crown, muzzle stretches towards the silky coal robe, until snout makes contact with the lady’s shoulder. Ribbon comes forth, running softly along shoulder and foreleg, before sweeping back along the maiden’s flank.

Dris()Hindquarters swung around till the essa's chest was facing the other once again, an angry, resentful expression upon coal facade at the usage of her full name. No one had ever had the guts to call her by Drisarsa, but perhaps that was because none had ever known it outside of herself and her mother. Gaze left the steel lass for a moment to look at Nira; an apologetic look flashing across vulnerable features for a split second before it was dismissed, knowing the brute would catch it. How was she to know when they met that this would be the baron that would finally talk the lady out of the wandering life? And even though a day had passed by since their meeting, the final decision had been made that morning. Too many things had followed and just as it always was, the damsel's true birth name was forgotten in the back of her mind. Soon, she will explain this to the male, but first, the other demon present must take her leave. After all, there is only so much room that can hold one bitch, it could be said that the terra upon which they all stood was not big enough for the three of them. Aroz's further words were ignored, until the growl from Niravadhi's throat entered her lobes and the close proximity between her two companions lost space. One step of warning was taken towards her mother, steel pair locking with ambers for a moment before the other started addressing the duke. As the utterances flowed freely from the elder's jowls, the ebony fatal turned her attention not to the femine syllables that filled the air, but instead to the lord. Dris had spent a year with her mother and already knew that most of the time, the older essa was mostly blowing off steam, trying to get the other to see her side without letting them hardly any time to breathe, but Nira did not know this and was not used to the iron maiden's way of speaking and this made the evil angel worry some about her mate. True, he had never shown her his rage or even talked as if he were the slightest bit angry which told her that his control was better than her own, but can one not help to worry about a being they care for? Smoky depths shift to look at the lecturing guise of her mother. Although, the other fea was indeed beautiful, she was deadly, much like the beast whom now scrutinized her. Now that the pup was older, her fascination with the creature that she had the privilege to call mother, had disintegrated. No longer did she look upon the steel lupe and think her to be a goddess sent to protect her from all the evils of the world. This she had learned the hard way the day after her first birthday. Chin dropped downward as the images came flooding back. Her excitement at finally not being labeled a child, but a yearling, the warmth of her mother's side as they slept in the den together as they always had and finally, the betrayal felt a sharply as a real wound when the youngling had woken to find her mother gone. It was now evident to the still quite young fem that her superior was incapable of loving. Whoever Casco was, where ever his feet had led him, the heart of the slate tinted dame had gone with him. Tiara lifted again as the chastising vocals changed their destination. Bleakly, gray lanterns met those blazing golden pair of her mother; all the while sorrow for the elder's condition welled inside of her. Mother, father was never around. I do not know what he looks like, his name or anything about him. How could his leaving affect me at all? A wet ribbon was suddenly felt upon her shoulder and as it ran down her length, a gentle shiver was sent through her cage, framework immediately pressing closer to the drake that had just comforted her. Soft sigh lifted diaphragm as orbs never left the other femora. I love Niravadhi. Your teachings could not prevent this no matter how much you wanted them too. Muzzle turned to look at the roan varg, a smile flashing at him before snout swung back towards their guest. Your past is not my future. The betrayal of a pack and a lover to you were sharp pains I am sure, but that does not mean that this pack or my mate will leave me. Rump sank to the earth and skullary buried itself in the thick mixture of hairs. Go; find your meal, mother, for I know that is the reason why you linger here. Muffled vocals instruct without emotion as dome uncovers itself from pelt slightly, only enough to look at the other wolven present without really leaving the comfort the male offered. Our lives are destined to take two separate paths although mine at first intertwined with yours. Gaze shifted to look up at her knight. You know where it is best to find sustenance. Please inform my matron so she may be on her way.
Aroz^All the words uttered by the drake were now ignored, his presence nothing but an annoyance, much like that of a fly on a summer day while one was sleeping beneath the shade of a tree. Irritation at having to hear his smart ass retorts caused rows of knives to grind against one another, cheek muscle flexing while the damsel fought the urge to take his life's vein within her teeth. The male's build was not that impressive. It would not be hard for her to end all life as he knew it, so her mind reminded her. You know how everyone has an angel on one shoulder and a devil on the other? Well, long ago the devil had killed the angel and now his reasoning was the only thing that rang within the maiden's cranium. Common sense kept her from slaying the brute. In his choice of companions, he was lucky as the maiden had said before. For if her razors even grazed the hide of the bloke, a squeamish with her daughter was sure to break out and the ebony lass was quite a different kind of opponent. The steel matron herself had taught the other damsel how to fight and since they were the only company either had kept during this time of instruction, they spared many times. Although, in this day, Aroz had always come out the victor, it had been years since they both had met each other in battle and the dear little stubborn pup was no longer a child to play with. Her own daggers had a more influential bite to them, claws were now fully developed and there was enough weight beneath her coal armor that the elder could not push her around any longer. Small smile formed upon mask at the thought of how magnificent her daughter had grown up to be. Very much like her father, she was. From the pelt that blended with the shadows to the stubborn nature that made an excellent fighter. Of course, meeting Necrotic had been a fluke. Simply a strange night when loneness had gotten the better of her. The mistress had allowed him to be her comfort, giving them both what they had wanted for that one night with no strings attached. He probably didn’t even know that he had a daughter for the next morning, they had each parted ways and the fatal had not seen the bloke since. Of any the dame could have picked to pass on her bloodline with, however, Necrotic would have been almost a perfect choice. Strong build was just as enticing as his handsome features had been, the charming crooked smirk he had worn constantly that night an expression that was engraved within the contessa's dome. Oh how she loathed him! The one beast that had ever gotten her to betray Casco was as different from the long lost mate as night is from day. Their physical appearance and attitude both complete opposites. Perhaps that was why she had allowed Necrotic to be close to her for she knew that never in her life could she fall in love with him. Mind returns to the present as the younger speaks out to her, tunes exasperated as the rung true. Astonishment silenced her lips as the vixen who was her daughter spoke well beyond what the mother thought was possible and left her elder speechless. Silence continued until the other finished speaking, asking her male companion to point out where the nearest food source was. That is unnecessary, Niravadhi. I have found a meal for myself for many years and can do the same. Lyricals paused as the fea watched her daughter still, dome tilting slightly in curiosity as mind wondered where her young, innocent child had gone. Muzzle dipped once to the duo and bodice turned away from them, smooth trot pace picking up immediately as the mother once more walked out of her daughter’s life.

Niravadhi::For the next while, I remained silent, lending the dark lady my silent strength and comfort. I had said what had needed to be said from my person. Perhaps I had let my temper get a little too close to the surface, yet I had not come to harm anyone. True, I had answered back, similarly to a youth, yet that couldn’t have been helped. It was either that, or allow my self-control to diminish below the lower threshold and risk myself acting rashly. Harks flicker every now and then, catching the sounds of conversation, yet more so, catching the sounds that had begun to surround us. It was as if the stillness that had hung over the mountain had waited for the iron matron’s arrival. A warning, perhaps. Now, the mice were beginning to scurry through the coarse grasses, the birds were winging high above us. Cobalts look downwards, staring at large padders, as I forced myself not to take further part in the discussion. My presence alone angered Dris’ mother. My speaking had not helped matters. Now it was time for mother and daughter to face each other; without the interruption of another. My resolution is soon thrown away at the sound of two syllables leaving the coal angel’s mouth. Love…mate I think, hearing the words rolling through my head. Two words that had been banished for so long. Hearing them emitted from the duchess’ cavern made me feel warmer inside than any ray of sunlight. So warm, so free…so alive. In answer to the maiden, a tender smile forms upon my mask; remaining there, etched proudly upon my façade. A small sense of triumph sprouts within me, as Dris’ words confirmed my previous notion that it was the elder who had suffered from the loss of a male, not the younger. Yet the emotion is short-lived, soon replaced by a faintest traces of pity. I did not pity her current situation, yet I held sympathy for the being that had lost all she had held dear, and had not been strong enough to withstand the toils and pressures the future brought. Dome shakes almost imperceivably at the thought. How cruel the emotion of love was, and yet how rewarding it proved to be for those who let go of the past. Unable to stop myself, crown lifts until sapphires meet gold for a short instant. No words were spoken. Instead, my lanterns were filled with compassion; telling the lady of my forgiveness of her actions. Then, the moment is broken as I look away once more, gaze drifting outwards towards the horizon. The rest of the discussion passes me by, my entire being suspended in a feeling of nothingness, emptiness. Not even the soft pressure of my lady’s dome within my nape pulled me from the tranquillity I had found. Yet my senses slowly pass the message onto the slumbering conscience. Pulling myself back into reality, trying to make sense of the words Dris had just spoken to me, the harsher vocals of the unnamed stranger reach my ears. From her answer, I gather what the question…or had it been a command? Dome tips downwards in a sign of both respect and acquiescence. Journey well. I answer as way of goodbye, watching the ashen figure make her solitary way across the ridge. For a moment I follow her path, before turning back to the charred figured beside me. No words are spoken, as I pull myself to my feet, before ribbon softly caresses the ebonite crown and muzzle.

Dris()Lids shut over steel depths as dome turned further inward, searching for closer contact with the warm hide that lay beneath the drake's thick pelt. Lobes recognized the next words that came forth from the other's vocal boxes, but no heed was paid to them. And words emitted now did not matter; the essa had traveled to the sanctuary within her mind and did not wish to leave quite yet. The recent encounter with her past had transported the normally carefree maiden back to a time when everything had not been as it was now. A time of depression and constant thought. So much had happened recently, the damsel was unsure of how this had happened. Retreating padders caused skullary to unbury itself from roan locks and shades lifted from oculars. Depths watched the iron armor move away at a familiar pace, the sun's brilliant light threatening to block out the image from the baroness's vision. Hardly any time at all passed before it finally did blind the mistress to the picture of her mother's retreating figure, but she continued to look on, pools fixed upon the spot where light silver hairs had caught the rays and reflected them into the atmosphere. Framework seemed frozen in time, unnoticing of the revolving world around her. For many moments, nothing but the scurrying of rodents and fluttering wings of birds sending sounds into the air. Then, suddenly, a wet mass ran over the evil angel's facade, drawling her out of the daze, a small smile pulling at kissers as smoky surfaces were hidden from sight once more. When they resurfaced, a soft glint lightened their hues as the guise of Niravadhi came into view. Tiara dipped under his chin, rubbing back and forth against his skin in gentle nuzzling movements. Neck pulled crown back and harks pricked at him, fond expression covering mask. Strange is it not? We meet not two days ago and yet, I have done two things that I once declared unfathomable. One side of lips lifted higher than the other and weight was shifted to hindquarters, stance looking prim and proper as if she were a lady of high birthing. Funny how the breeding of kings somehow gets the raw end of beauty and those of less than peasant origins looked as if they should be the ruler. Perhaps at first this was not the case, and things looked as they should. But, maybe some in breeding had occurred? And somehow all the bad genes were passed to those chosen in the circle of session. Silly the ways of life, yes?

Niravadhi::Dris’ mother is soon pushed to the back of my mind, as I deal with the more immediate necessities. Low growl of pleasure echoes through my chest as the blackened angel rubs her snout beneath mine, causing little shivers of contentment to ripple through my entire bodice. Funny how quickly I had come to trust the maiden, and how enjoyable her company and touch was. A small grin forms upon my features at the fond expression upon my lady’s mask. Truthfully, I no longer cared how long we had known each other. While physically it had been less than 48 hours, I knew the maiden, just as she knew me, better than the time would normally allow. Perhaps it was because of us being almost polar opposites in some ways, and in others so similar. I couldn’t exactly define the precise reason, yet I no longer sought a definition. There was no definition for that which lay between us, and I would not humiliate myself trying to find one. Even the best scholars knew when a certain phenomenon was not to be explained. Lobes rotate slowly upon dome, catching the lass’ words. A soft chuckle passes from my cave, as intellect processes the sounds. Indeed. Very strange. I agree, Yet I too acted a little out of character. Perhaps each of us brings out the hidden side of the other I muse, not exactly speaking directly to Dris. Nonetheless, I begin to mull over her words. What had she done that she had previously thought unfathomable? A soft frown pulls across my visage, as I made my own guess. Firstly, that she had spoken back to her mother like an equal, not like a pup. And second that she loved. Of the former, I couldn’t be too sure, it was merely a guess. The latter, I had a pretty good idea, and the very thought made my body tingle. Gems twinkle as the fatale seats herself in the manner of noble-ladies, as an amused grin pushes the frown aside. Perhaps the lady would like a wash I suggest, mirth evident within voids. Without allowing the dear any time to react, I press my frame closer to hers, ribbon washing across her façade, brow, ears, before running down towards her back.
