Niravadhi::I grin at the lass' cheeky reprimand, tongue poking its way playfully through ebonite kissers - one more thing my mother would surely have reprimanded me about in my youth. I chuckled to myself, before features grow serious at the girl's sweet words, my crown snaking forwards to allow ribbon to wash softly across her cheek. And you love is something I cherish every moment. I respond gravely, sapphires darkening with emotion for a moment, before the moment of sincerity passed away and was filled with a light-hearted, playful tension that was more likely to be found amongst pups and adolescents, and not a pair of adult lupes. I smirked slightly at the thought, ink lappets quirking upwards as the beautiful coal lady pressed closer, her cloak mingling with my own as though the fibers had lost their sense of direction, no longer knowing whether they belonged to dame or drake. And then they parted, a soft tugging informing me that neither roan nor soot really wanted to leave the other's embrace, and then only air swirled about me, the coolness not quite as sweet as the temptress' heat. I turn upon my haunches, brow lifting slightly as I watched my mate, before soft chuckle passes across lips at her mischievous expression. Before she had fully twisted onto her back, I pounced forwards in a smooth, silent motion, standing over her with a matching sparkle within gems. Tut tut tut. Surely that isn't the way to handle your esteemed mate. I chide teasingly as her paw knocks gently upon my cheek. Perhaps you need to be taught a lesson...? I trail off, before snout darts forwards to worm its way deeply into her chest fur, before dancing up her throat and across to the left, enamels nipping the flesh gently at irregular moments as my limbs make sure to keep the girl firmly trapped beneath my smaller frame.

Dris()Figure remained idle upon the ground once the knight’s form loomed above her, jaws parted in a cheeky grin that stared up at him. Like the narrator of a play, the masculine vocals set the stage for the scene which was to come next, ebonite facade twisted to disguise its true feelings with a surprised expression, laughter escaping forth from cavern. My esteemed mate? When did you gain such a title my dear? I thought you a boyish hunter who was seduced by a stranger into taking on more responsibility. Tell me quick who has raised you to such a height so I may threaten them into esteeming me also. Lyrics reply playfully, the charade dropping instantly. Brow raised at his slyly spoken threat, steel surfaces watching the beloved countenance of a mate for signs of what he would do up until the point where he showed her. Unrepressed giggles burst forth from parted maw, bodice wiggling uncontrollably beneath the other's body as he played his game upon her chest. How well you torture me Niravadhi! She exclaimed, laughing still for her body had yet to obey the directions her nerves acquired from the brain and was instead jerking as impulse told it to. Recovering enough for coherent thought, the damsel spotted her prize and gathering her energy, lurched the ventral section of her body upwards, knives closing gently upon the bloke's right lobe before gravity called her mass back to the earth. Growling in jest, skull shook from side to side in a way one would expect a youngling to do when playing tug-of-war with their sibling. After having her fun with the flap of skin, the vixen released her hold, running ribbon along its length for good measure before resting her spine against the earthen floor again, a contented sigh escaping while loving gaze rested upon the face of her consort. Time does pass us by quickly, huh love? Only a few moon turns ago I was doomed to follow the life of my mother, but now I have a handsome mate, two growing pups, and a welcoming pack. How did you do it, sweet trickster? How did you take an Evil Angel and make her into something fit for the company of those who now surround her?

Niravadhi::Harks flicker to catch the girl's words, brow crinkling as sapphires glittered with mirth. I gained the title as soon as you decided that it'd be better to leave my fur on, my dear. I answered back cheekily, before a mock mask of outrage settles upon guise. Boyish hunter!? Lyri bordered on the incredulous as I acted the part, limbs straightening as I glared haughtily down upon the lass...only to have the effect ruined by the involuntary quirk of the lips. Perhaps you need to be taught more than one lesson this day. I muse after a moment, hardly noting the lass's parting words as my snout disappeared into her chest. I was pulled from the pleasuring task of making the sooty maiden squirm beneath my questing nose at the most un-Dris-like sound emerging from the lair of the deadly enamels that wouldn't hesitate to rend flesh from bone should the need arise. Yet the sound was almost music to my ears, the care-free note causing a bright smile to blossom upon features, the grin widening at the angel's comment. Well, one should never do things by halves, after all. I comment lightly, pausing my assault slightly to give the lass a moment to collect her senses. Only for the devilish creature to lurch upwards, my lobe suddenly warm and moist as it was tugged to and fro. Not hard enough to hurt, though the sharp daggers had a firm grip upon the auditory appendage. I growled back, mirroring the jest in the dove's voice and fought to pin the lithe huntress once more. Hark was released on its own accord, and I hurriedly caught my balance, as the slight ache was soothed away by the rough, comforting strokes of salmon ribbon. Noting the changed expression upon my quarry, I stepped nimbly to the side, lowering my stomach to the ground and pressing close to the ebonite form beside me. Aye, life has passed by quickly indeed. I answer slowly, ribbon wandering lazily across the finely chiseled coal features before me. At the questioning, a faint smile twisted my lips, sapphires radiating the love I felt for the creature. I did nothing, my dear, except love you with all my heart and encourage the best of you to show. Wet tip presses against hers for a moment, before I pull back marginally. But really, you did all the work yourself...

Dris()Steel depths followed the brute as he shifted from his current position over her and lay at her side, bringing a rare tender smile to the inked lips of his companion. Freed from the restraints the stilts on either side of her shoulders and hips had placed upon her, the maiden rolled over to her side, tucking slender limbs up beneath her carcass to diminish the space between them, strands mingling before hides collided, the gentle pressure just enough to transfer the body heat of one to the other. Silently, she accepted his washing with lids closed protectively over surfaces, knowing he would avoid such sensitive areas automatically, but it was something that occurred instinctively, no matter how assured the damsel was of her lover's care. Vision returned to be met with a sincere expression upon the roan facade and words that were spoken in a way much too humble for any bloke who had just been given credit for renovating another's life. Rolling her eyes, jaws parted to release a hastily strung together remark, but the fatal found herself silenced by the merest touch of his nostrils upon her own. Instantly, all the quick displeasure of her reply was lost, leaving behind only the intense love that stretched between them. Sighing, the fatal shook her head, shooting a good humored expression of disagreement at Niravadhi before her crown shook from side to side, cage moving some in light chuckles. Only you my love would be graced by the gods with such modesty. I cannot tell if they meant it as a curse or a reward for myself, although, be it the later, I am most certain they did not allow it to be such in consciousness. Unable to contain her laughter, pools again alight upon the male, soft grin teasing maw as she pressed forward to stoke his shoulder lovingly with snout. Indeed, you have loved me, but I am no fool to think it an easy task and for that I am even more appreciative of your determination. Any work accomplished by me in this was done so because of your encouragement. So shall you continue to insist that your part in my transformation was a meager one? Or will you accept the responsibility as I place it upon your shoulders within my head and my heart? Brow cocked at him in questioning, lyrics released mostly in jest, although the vixen did not mean for them to be taken so lightly as a creature would readily do a joke. Her moments of true earnest displays of emotions were few and far between: the drake would know that.

Niravadhi::Sapphire remain locked onto the vixen, gaze roaming her onyx countenance before settling onto the deep mercury pools that sparkled with emotion. Harks catch the dame’s words easily, the air vibrations being transferred swiftly into electrical impulses for the mind to decode. Funny really, how quickly such things worked. So quickly one could not even fathom it….and yet it still occurred. Indeed. Without it, we would be lost. Disfunctional. Lips quirk upwards at the words, my own deeper chuckles joining hers in perfect harmony. As the damp tip pressed against my shoulder, a tingle of warmth sprung up at the source, slowly spreading through my body and settling deep in my chest. Funny, how after so much time spent in each other’s company – so many caresses we had shared, the vixen still had that effect on me. I became vaguely aware that the lass was speaking once more, and I honed my concentration upon her, harks picking up the slight shift in tone that indicated that there was a serious question beneath the light-hearted demeanour. I frowned a little, noting her questioning expression, taking a moment to replay her words and reach an adequate conclusion. She was right really…Although I still believed her to give me more credit than I deserved…but as she had already pointed out – I was modest. Perhaps a little too much, but I much prefer humility to arrogance. You are right, of course. I concede finally, a tender smile painting across guise and shining at the girl, before I leaned forwards and nuzzled her cheek affectionately. And I shall gladly accept the responsibility as you see fit. For a brief moment, I wondered whether my words could be construed wrongly, but I satisfied myself with the comforting thought, that even though the words themselves could be taken in annoyance, my tone was far from it – love and sincerity fighting for dominance within the tenor notes.

Dris()Triumphant smile spreads readily across ebony guise as the bloke conceded his stance upon the subject, announcing her victor without any resentment that others might have shown. Unlike her mate, the damsel is known to be a vain creature and basked eagerly in the submission expressed by her equal, crown rising to a distinguished height until the tender touch upon her cheek reminded the huntress of the emotions associated with the win. Temper subsided, a gracious grin directing towards her lover before ribbon is pulled across the masculine features, cage lifting then falling in a contented sigh when the lady pulls her tiara away to lay chin lightly upon the long, sturdy limbs of the male. Silence surrounded them, filling the empty cave to the brim till the damsel was certain the entire earth had learned of the unspoken vow for the usual pattering creatures who usually did their daily errands in the daylight was absent from their haven. Relaxed as she was, the Evil Angel would have gladly remained in that one spot with her beloved hunter for the rest of time, however, the pair of them held more responsibility than they did upon their last visit here. The reminder of their pups waiting for them back in the forestry den instilled both dread and anxiety in the mother, causing her to react accordingly in a mixture of rushed and leisurely movements. Crown lifted slowly from its resting place, but limbs were quick to bring carcass to a stand, bodice shaking violently in an attempt to rid pelt of the pesky dust particles which always clung noticeably to charcoal hide. Turning focus to her partner with a small regretful smile, snout nudged him encouragingly before strides take the fea to the mouth of their cavern. We cannot tarry here any longer my love, although I wish it were possible. Our offspring will be awaiting our return so they may annoy us with their constant babble and requests to go exploring. Mask twisted in a discontented pout for a moment at the thought of enduring the hard life of a matron that had never been in the cards among the dame's early years, but despite the momentary trifles which having younglings procured, Dris knew she could never have been more happy with her life had it turned out another way. To have a loving mate and two beautiful little ones that were both his blood and hers was nearly a miracle when considering the beginning from which she had come. Dismissing her disappointment at having to return, the fatal again looked to her converter, countenance a vision of adoration while she waited for him to draw beside her so they would make their way back to camp.

Niravadhi::I smiled softly, gems resting upon the ebonite angel beside me, my chest rising and falling in the same motion as hers - one heart, one soul. Funny really, how one could say something like for two creatures that used not be fit for society? But it just went to show how far first impressions could be misleading. Snout wanders casually through silky black tendrils, lazily creating strange patterns in the lady's ruff as a peaceful, complete silence settled upon us. Lids closed across sensitive visionaries as I relaxed. Utterly content. This cave had always been a special haunt of mine - my soul finding comfort it its cool silence. No chatter, no opinions. Nothing except the very essence of nature. How naive of me to believe then, that this cave would never gain the charm of having another's presence to sweeten the solace - to bring the warmth that the rough stone so desperately needed. I was drawn out of my reverie as the figure that lay half beneath me suddenly shot upwards, brow creasing in question even as curtains drew back. But soft tunes were already slithering through auditory tracts, even as torso was encouraged to rise from the ground. I huffed slightly, heeding my lady's actions, and rising to my pads. Yes, the youngsters would not doubt be waiting - wondering where their parents had disappeared off to....again. A small smile curled at my lips at the thought, before I hurried after the raven girl, picking up on her anxiety-that-wasn't-quite-anxiety that no doubt meant that she wished to be back to keep an eye on the pair of rascals.

Dris()Body strides out from the shadows into the sunlight rather promptly as the male drew even with her, the essa allowing her slightly agitated temper to take precedence here. Throughout the entire trip back to camp, gait remained erratic: constantly changing from a slow, steady pace to one which was less uniform and rushed almost as if the maiden were consumed with worry although it was not enough of an initiative to bring her into anything quicker than the walk. Once steps were taken into the cover of the wood on the outskirts of the pack's camp, inconsistency’s rein subsided and a form of contentment fell over the damsel with a heavy outward sigh expelling carbon into the atmosphere. Turning broad grin to her lover, the Evil Angel reverted her attention back to the beast who held her affections, hides brushing just barely while bodies were brought closer by the veering of her path momentarily. Soon they had entered the inner sanctum and the motherly instincts took control of her actions, mind forgetting the companion at her side as figure burst into a slow rocking canter that still covered a fair amount of ground in a short time period with little effort needing to be involved. Slowing once more to a walk, head was eagerly ducked beneath the cover of the vegetation, that still remained if only for a few moon passes longer before the fall claimed it's brilliant emerald hue, in order to catch sight of the younglings that were supposed to be waiting there for the return of their parental unit who often mysteriously disappeared, leaving them to the responsibility of another within the group; a bonus the previous critic of pack life readily embraced. To her dismay and panic, instead of finding a pair of silver clad pups rolling around as they battled one another as siblings did, mercury looking glasses were met with the sight of an empty den. Rushing into the area as if a closer examination would reveal her children where they hid among the bushes in a harsh game to be played upon their matron, Dris frantically spun in circles, sticking her snout into every crevice she could to find only dull scents, most at least two or three days old. Letting absolute insanity take over, system spun on haunches and concerned vocals called out to her life's partner. Nira they are not here. Our offspring are gone. Allowing worry to touch her liquids, the past vision of a tough huntress disintegrated to be replaced with the expression of an over protective mother worrying about the absence of her blood. Where could they have gone?! We should have enlisted Snow Angel or Adah to watch over them while we were on our jaunt. I have been foolish with an absent mind to have lost my children! How ashamed I am. Lamentations entered into the air, declaring her level of stress as voids continued to search the nearby clearing with a hopeless, pleading look while pads kept her rooted to the spot, brain not far enough along in the recovery to activate the full use of all motor skills.

Niravadhi::I follow the raven locked figure quietly, ghosting along beside her like a silver shadow, mitts making nare a sound upon the firm terra, as pistons easily altered their rhythm to maintain the same motion as my mate. Brow was furrowed slightly in half-hearted despair as my guide lurched forwards once again, long pillars rocking forwards into a smooth canter which brought me swiftly closer to the girl. Thankfully, it was easier once we hit the forest, a touch of the anxiety leaving the damsel, allowing me to move next to her, roan hues embracing soot as hides brushed. It was not long, before the contentment of wandering beneath the colored canopy with my love by my side was shattered, said creature tearing off towards the encampment that housed her...our...flesh of blood. A tender smile crosses across features, as I casually set into motion after my partner in crime. It was amusing really, to see how quickly the dame had been converted into a mother....at times taking the entire situation far more seriously than I. Now was one such example. The pups were no longer the helpless balls of fluff they once had been, and surely they were amusing themselves in a game of tug-of-war or something of the sort. Upon brushing through the last of the shrubbery that protected the sanctuary, I was met with frantic vocals, brow furrowing in concern upon feeling Dris' distress. Torso leaps forwards, snout brushing against the distraught matron, as tenor vocals mutter soothingly. Hush, my dear. Don't panic. I paused for a moment, tasting the air to ascertain that the two tykes were really not nearby. They are surely not all that far away....and they are no longer vulnerable. I continue, forcing my tunes to remain even, despite the growing anxiety that I felt growing in the pit of my stomach. Even as moist tip cruises across ebonite features, I feel the tell-tale tickling in the gut that never boded well. It was not Lyulf I was worried about. The silver lad spent much of his time with Zephyr, and between the pair of them, they had enough sense. But Faolyn was an entirely different story. Inquisitive and independent, there was no telling what she could have gotten her paws into, and I felt nauseous just envisioning the delicate girl in all sorts of mayhem. Relax. Calm down, Nira. Be sensible. I scolded myself, banishing the thoughts, and forcing serenity through my veins. Come, my dear. We shall look for Fao first, since Lyulf is undoubtedly underway with Zephyr. I comment, nuzzling her one final time, before setting off into the nearest set of bushes to pick up my darling's scent.

Dris()Soothing words did help to calm the damsel but they only served to lower the level of stress temporarily. Welcoming the male's support, she leaned into his caresses, shades shutting over mercury depths while a heavy breath is released, so composure returning to facade as it was wiped of emotion, her anxiety forgotten until her lover shifted away and spoke again. Depths flashed open, severe gaze resting upon the drake in a scolding manner, fires smoldering like coals that had just been lit. No longer vulnerable? They are hardly more than nine moon rotations nor have they the right training to defend themselves. Yes, the later is the fault of ours, I concede that, but they are still young Niravadhi. Can you remember how easily you found trouble when your age matched theirs? Adopting the tone the lady used upon their offspring, she lectured him, allowing a short flare up of her characteristic anger to be seen before twisting upon her heel, having regained her motor skills, and heading down the path which held the freshest scent of their daughter, taking notice of his suggestion as his point was credible. Thinking of the rebellious Faolyn, Dris could not help but sigh for she knew exactly where the girl got her spirit from. Alas, why had the Gods made temper a family tradition among females in her tree? Young Lyulf seemed to have adapted more of his father's attitude where it was clear that the other sibling had followed the footsteps of her mother, grandmother, and perhaps great-grandmother, but the matron could not quite account for the last beast for she had never met the creature in her life. It was a cruel twist by the fates and yet caused a sense of pride to fill the huntress at knowing her child could very well be an improvement upon her. Lobes flickered backwards, hearing Nira's padders setting a rhythm almost equal to hers as he followed along. Instantly, guilt at becoming testy with him whenever he had merely been trying to assure her so that the fears she realized did not loam so large rose within her diaphragm and strides shortened in consequence, mass moving off to the side of the path so room was left for him to draw even with her figure. Patiently and with a distracted mind, the vixen waited till her life's partner moved stride for stride with her before turning remorseful expression towards him. I am... Solemnly, she began the apology, but attentions were caught by a puppyish barking that came about one hundred yards ahead of them and fifteen degrees west of their current position. Snout was directed in that position, heart thumping a sharper beat at the possibility of it being one of the two pups of their make. The aroma of Fao upon the air confirmed suspicions and she glanced over once worriedly at the pup's father and then took off in that direction at a speed little less than a sprint, surfaces jumping around the area surrounding till the fea burst through the tree line and unexpectedly hit a clearing just as the pup yelped. Sliding to a stop, the lass ignored the burning sensation upon her hocks as friction with the ground made the skin that protected tendons raw, liquids frantically searching for the youngling. She found her finally, pawing at her face while backing up blindly into a tree truck while a porcupine waddled away, satisfied that it had taught yet another one of its harassers an important lesson. Relief came first, but lasted only in a short wave before anger replaced it, heavy steps bringing the elder to the adolescent's side. Silver pair that were all her own looked up at her, water brimming about the edges for the damaged nerves had triggered the tear ducts. For a moment, the Evil Angel hesitated, breaking at the pitiful look that was shot at her, but then she reminded herself of the situation and facade grew hard and disapproving once more. What were you doing playing with the spiked creature? Did I not tell you to alter your path if you ever came upon one? Tail was tucked tighter between the pup's hind legs at the chiding, but her mask betrayed the submissive posture she displayed for it gave away the irritation and resentment at her being scolded like a newborn. The younger's gaze shifted past her, appearance completely changing as she saw the other parent. Rising, she dodged around her mother and sprinted towards him as best she could with her dam's eyes following every movement. "Daddy! It hurts. Please get them out. I did not do anything wrong! I merely sniffed it in greeting!" Pleading whines filled the atmosphere as the growing lass rubbed up against the sire's legs, pulling away to glance up at him, making the quills buried in her muzzle all the more visible. Looking up at her mate from their offspring, Dris approached, moving to his side to where she too could inspect the damage done and debate the best way to remove the needles.

Niravadhi::Form follows obediently behind the worried mistress, intellect firmly suppressing the tinge of annoyance at the tone my love had used. For though it irked me, to be spoken to as though I were a troublesome pup, I knew it was just the lass' anxiety making itself known. Nares check to make sure we were on the correct path, alert sapphires catching the faint imprint of a small mitt, a thread of silver on a low-lying branch. The path opened up a little, and noting Dris' altered stance, I moved smoothly forwards to take my place at her side, pillars copying her rhythm. At the sombre vocals, I turn to the lass, catching her expression with surprise - having never seen such a mask painted upon the sooty features. But I was not given long to commit it to memory, before the raven girl darted forwards, the scent of our daughter hanging suddenly heavily upon the gentle breeze, accompanied by her playful yips. Well...at least she wasn't injured, I mused, pace picking up so that I followed swiftly along behind my love, own pillars skidding to a more graceful halt as the pair of us burst into the clearing. Sapphires narrowed at the scene that met them, Fao's yelp still echoing in my ears, even as the blackened angel advanced on her child. A small smile was quickly hidden as I watched the scene, reminded all too forcefully of my own upbringing. I hung back a little, observing the girl. Ever rebellious, she half-heartedly made a show of submission, facade scrunched in a moue of discontent at the lecturing she was receiving...much like I had just a heartbeat earlier. The thought caused another smile to break across guise. My other half was certainly doing well today. I was pulled out of my musings at the hurried patter of mitts upon the ground, even as whining tones split the atmosphere and something warm and furry collided with dainty front pillars. Sombre expression looks down upon the pup, the muzzle already swollen in response to the foreign objects lodged within the sensitive flesh. Faolyn. What did I tell you about telling tall tales? I ask severely, intent on taking the lass to task before she managed to wrap me around her paw...yet again. Your mother is right. Had you left the poor creature alone, it would never have felt threatened and attacked you. I continue; gems narrowing as I dared the lass to disagree that she had provoked the prickly forest dweller. Certainly, she had not meant to - most likely, the youngster just wanted someone to play with. By the time my lecture had come to a close, I had indeed fallen to the silver girl's whim, peering more closely at the quills that were embedded within her snout. I refrained from commenting dryly that there was nothing to be done - not wanting to worry or annoy my youngling too much...but it would certainly teach her a lesson, for scolding didn't seem to have much effect. Hmm, let's see. I say softly, nuzzling her soft crown, brow furrowing as I turned the problem over in my mind. I'm going to have to pull them out....but it’s going to hurt. I warned my mercury darling, my heart already twingeing at the thought of causing her pain....but knowing it was the only right course of action. She had brought it unto herself after all. Love, do you want to do this? Or shall I? I asked the charcoal matron.

Dris()Mercury depths caught a glimpse of an amused smile across her lover's features as the damsel lifted her gaze to follow the youngster as it escaped her clutches and sought refuge in the protectiveness of her father and sockets narrowed accusingly at him just as padders lifted and framework began it's pursuit. Of course his entertainment would be gained from her scolding of their child. It seemed to be a common occurrence for the pair that she was the one to reprimand while he remained a silent onlooker for the most part. It was in Niravadhi's nature to be a passive creature she knew and therefore could not blame him for his choice of not participating, but it occasionally caused the matron some irritation although one loving look or tender brush of his body against hers willed all of the resentment away and left the Evil Angel in a state of pure bliss. A perfect balance for her normally quick temper, the bloke would rather leave his fangs sheathed while tongue delivered any lashing that was appropriate, but at times the sweet character of her mate was subject to manipulation. Whereas she might have been perhaps a culprit of endeavoring to accomplish such a task, now it was the growing lass who was just beginning her life that played with the lord's heartstrings. They all knew of the pup's abilities to gain pity from her patron even though none did anything to stop the self indulging behavior. Slight surprise was shone when the male took an up the chastising role and reinforced what Dris had herself spoken. Pride filled her and she applied a bit of pressure to his shoulder with her own, silently letting him know of her satisfaction while keeping liquids training upon their offspring. Innocent mask had twisted into a look of disbelief and sadness, drawing pity even from her supposedly cold hearted mother. "I am not telling a tall tale daddy! It had no right to defend itself against me! I did not intend to have it as a meal! It did not look appetizing." Clinging strongly to her point in the argument, the fea showed the backbone which would surely make her a difficult yearling to train and an even tougher young beast to limit even if the entire pack combined their efforts in this. The reason as to why she had been attacked was dismissed by the fatal and her partner while they both examined the wounds; he from up close and she by glancing over his shoulder and bowed crown to view the damage. There looked to be approximately seven quills stuck at different depths into the sooty snout. Attention shifted to the adolescent’s expression while Nira informed her of the method of removal and what was found tugged at the motherly instincts. Faolyn looked so sullen and discontented at the news that for a moment, the vixen was ready to tell her life's companion to leave her be so the needles could fester out on their own, however, this would be punishment that was unnecessary even though it was deserved. Small smile found its way upon ebony countenance when her lover nuzzled their daughter before turning to her and asking who would execute the deed. Seeing the aversion and guarded look in his eyes, the damsel stepped forward and nuzzled him beneath his chin, speaking softly while focus turned to the youth. I will do it. Allowing him to cause their puppy pain would not be something she would do knowingly for it in turned brought the hurt around to him. The huntress had a thicker exterior and would be able to cause momentary harm to their loved one because it was needed without thinking too much about the task. Niravadhi on the other hand would not do so well in this situation and she therefore took care of it where he could not. Gently, she first ran her muzzle beneath the youth's chin, trying to ignore the worried whine that escaped as she pulled back and the anxious, brimming pair that met her pools. Carefully, each quill was taken between jaws and removed from the tender flesh, a few drawing whimpers from Fao, but in the end, the dam was proud of her offspring for remaining relatively quiet and resilient throughout the process. Tape lapped at the blood that was sprinkled across nostrils, cleaning and disinfecting as it did so while also serving to ease the mother's spirits as well as the child's.

Niravadhi::Facials tensed slightly at the look forming upon the little girl's face as she grudgingly listened to the chastising she had received from an unexpected source. Mind forces features to remain neutral, lest the youngster believe that she could get away with blue murder, just because she had a special place in my heart. After all, I could only hope that she would learn from this encounter....and stay away from creatures that could potentially cause more harm. Feeling the brush of pelt across my shoulder, a ghost of a smile managed to work its way upon my countenance, torso shifting slightly to increase the pressure between the two larger bodies present. Concentration is placed back on the girl, kissers twitching as she adamantly argued that she was not in the wrong. Finally, I gave up trying to fight a losing battle, features creasing into a look of fond amusement. I refrained from beginning a lecture upon how prey and predator viewed the world through very different eyes, deciding that they would only fall on deaf ears anyway. Grateful smile is sent towards the ebonite lass that knew me so well. Had the situation called for it, I could well have done the deed myself...but I was more than happy to allow Dris the honor. For despite it being best for Fao in the long run, the thought of causing the girl undue pain made me feel discomfited, to say the least. Concerned opts watch as my love began the painful procedure, heart twisting uncomfortably at the whimpers they emitted. That's it, my darling. You're doing beautifully. Two more to go. I muttered encouragingly, snout brushing tenderly across the girl's shoulders as I waited for the last quills to be drawn from my child's muzzle. Thankfully, Dris' work was both clean and efficient, minimizing the unease I felt at the thought of something remaining stuck in the flesh that could cause the wound to fester. Teal opts peer closely at the crimson splattered snout, ascertaining that no damage had really been done, before tape turns to wash tenderly across a black cheek. Thank you, my dear. I whisper into a sooty lobe, snout caressing Dris' nape for a moment, before I turn back to the youngling. Thank your mother, for removing the quills. I remind the girl, stern gaze brooking no argument. And if you've learnt your lesson, then perhaps the three of us can find something to amuse ourselves with.

Dris()Soothing vocals escaping forth from the male's sweet lips, distracting the fea momentarily from her task. Pausing, silver depths shifted to look at him in brief distraction from the task at hand, finding slight amusement in the expression etched upon her lover's face. Hiding the smile then, the Evil Angel turned back to her daughter and finished the task; carrying out her mate's promise efficiently as the last two were dislodged from the youngling's snout with speed and precision almost equal to her skill with the hunt. A relieved sigh could be heard from the darling's maw as the procedure came to a close. Smokey ears laid nearly flat against the smaller skull while the mother's tape ran over the puncture wounds; muscles relaxing in a reaction to the caresses. Eventually, Faolyn's ribbon flicked forth from parted milk teeth and joined her matron's in the endearments, meant to reassure the elder of her freedom from the torture that the quills had caused. Pulling away, Dris allowed her to give the lass some space just as her father stepped forward to examine the work that had been done as well as the flesh that was left behind. Surprise was to be a fixture upon the huntress' features as the expected kiss was delivered to her cheek instead of the child seated still dutifully on the ground in front of her parents. Tender smile met the appreciative words and crown dipped to in return nuzzle her companion's roan coat in a sign of affection that now seemed almost like second nature; most unlike the beast she had been when the pair had first made an acquaintance. Once her patron's reminder had entered the atmosphere, the pup looked rather fearful and alarmed that she had not yet showed her gratitude to her nurse and instantly rose to her feet then swiftly moved to the black baroness' side to rub up against the long pillars that allowed her to stand at a much higher height than the lupine at her feet. ”Thank you momma.” Sweet sing-song vocals emit in a way that would make the coldest of hearts melt at the moment lobes had caught the tone. As if that was not enough, once Dris glanced down to grin at the adolescent, mercury met mercury and with a most sincere light, the duo exchanged affection through their gazes before the younger returned to her task of pressing against the shadow tinted limbs. You are welcome my dearest. Tender lyrics very uncharacteristic to the maid were released just as focus shifted to Niravadhi who now spoke of a suggested plan. Agreeing whole heartedly with his idea, the fatal was just about to formulate an idea when her stomach took care of that for her. Hearing as well as feeling the discontent, the fea laughed to herself then looked with twinkling pools to her mate, a small challenge within liquids before lips parted to release further speech. Would you be up for a hunt my love? I am quite adjusted to hunting with others. Playfully, she let her mind return to a time when neither pups nor pack had yet to infiltrate their world and they were both still teasing one another without yet allowing the seriousness of matehood creep into the relationship. The passage of time she did not regret, but it did not hurt a soul to remember times that had been especially when they were worth reliving even if it was only in one's mind’s eye.

Niravadhi::I smiled softly as my young charge scrambled suddenly upwards, in order to show her appreciation at her mother's effort. Sapphires glowed at the intimate moment between mother and daughter, my heart warming at the sight. Ah, it was truly wonderful to have such a family. Then the moment passed, and teasing lyrii caught the wind. Features twist into a well-crafted mask of disbelief, as my own tunes answered back almost instantaneously.Oh really? This must truly be a new development... Tunes held just the correct amount of surprise to make my game believable without seeming patronizing, sapphires struggling to hide their teasing glint. Why, quarry must surely have changed to merit such an astounding change. I continued, lips quirking involuntarily as I remembered my first ever meeting with the girl. It had been interesting....to say the least. And I had indeed been followed...stalked, until somewhere along the way I fell victim to the maiden's charms....thank the stars that unwittingly I had wrought a similar change within the temptress' cask before she had a chance to move on. I tore myself out of my musings, a echoing light of challenge kindling within my orbs as I flashed my dearest love a conspiratorial grin, before turning to my daughter. Well, Fao. We must certainly take this opportunity to hold your mother to her word, no? Chuckling merrily to myself, snout dipped down to caress the youngster's brow, before roan form set off, coat fibers brushing against Dris' soft onyx robes in my passage. Striding was slow, so to allow my two ladies to lead the way...for Dris had suggested the plan, after all, and it was an excellent opportunity to introduce Faolyn into the world of an adolescent.
