Form bent over and hands pulled on the pair of tennis shoes that lay on the inside right of the door one by one. Didgets pulled laces tight and looped each end, tying each pai together in a bow before spine straightened. Arm reached out for the handle and hand twisted it, pulling open the wooden mass quietly to avoid waking the other resident of the house. Rubber came in contact with concrete as the male stepped outside and onto the walkway that led from the driveway to the front of the house, shutting the door behind himself before pausing to turn around and lock the door. The key was dropped into the pocket of jogging shorts once the bloke had again faced the street and started towards the sidewalk, turning right and heading north down the side of the lane. Head rolled upon neck and arms were tossed out in wiggling motions, weight shifting to the balls of his feet as the man did a strange little dance like thing from one foot to the next, loosening up his body for the routine he was about to perform. After carrying on like this for around thirty seconds, legs picked up an easy jog pace and heading was made for the park. Luckily, the one crosswalk he had to go on across the street had a walk sign when he approached it so his rhythum did not get interrupted as he crossed the street and entered the city owned land. Lids closed over depths as the steady sound of his shoes upon the pavement broke the crisp, still morning's air. It felt good to be back into his usual daily happenings. Being gone from the country for almost half a year made him realize how much of the little things he missed about civilization. Nostrils flared and shades lifted from iron depths, gaze instantly jumping to the side of the trail, a smile coming to features at the sight. There, not far ahead of him, was a place in the trees where it looked like one was missing, a hole in the front line with many other trees, smaller than those first seen, filling the space left in the background... Not more than two weeks before the man had left the city, the tree that used to stand errect there had fallen across the running path, cracking the cement with the force of impact. The crack in the walkway was still there, but that was the only reminder of the incident other than the short stump with still remained where the giant had once stood. Vearing off the paved path, Erixic jumped over the stump and dashed into the woods speed increasing and chest swelling as he soaked up the scent of the uncultiviated land. With a hearty laugh, the male pushed himself to the limit, weeds hitting him in the legs to the point of where they stung, but these minor discomforts were ignored. This was too much fun to let such a minuscle thing ruin it. By the time the drake had slowed down, he had covered abour four miles and now found himself on the opposite side of the park when he stepped forth out of the brush and back onto the city owned property. One of those venders was standing nearby having just set up and the lord bought a bottle of water from him before continueing to walk on. Bodice slipped down into one of the nearest benchs and the cap of the bottle was unscrewed, plastic being brought to his lips before soothing water coarsed down his throat, offering relief from the thirst and the heat.

Katy|Katy was already out.. Mounted on a black warmblood stallion - Apache. She lived out the woods in a house on her own, which her parents left her about 6 years ago, when she was just 14.. Since then she lived there, just her and her horse. Surrounded by the woods, where she would ride every day.. Several empty stables and several empty fields. She only used one field and one stable, she only had the one horse. She never liked her parents, so she didnt care that they left her. Katy walked through the woods, mounted on Apache. She heard the leaves crisping underneath the stallion's hooves. Not wearing a helmet, she thought it was better that way, though knowing she could get hurt. She didnt bother really. She nudged the horse into a working canter through the woods. Wind blowing her mid-long brunnette hair.. She smiled to herself before deciding to gallop. The horse quickly galloped and she laughed. Reaching the other side of the woods she slowed to a halt and dismounted. She flipped the reins over Apache's head and led him to a log. Where she patted the horse before sitting down, still holding the reins. "Good boy." she whispered with a smile to Apache.

Nostrils flared, bringing in oxygen as the drake lowered the nearly empty bottle of water from his lips, shades lifting to view the brilliant nearly untouched world around him. Further in the distance of coarse the high rise buildings could be seen, but he did not think much of them. Rather, he quite disliked the city, but did not hold contempt for it, although part of him dispised the human world and its renivations of nature... The park was only slightly pacifing to this part. True, the modifiers, for mortals can not make what was already there, did manage to grasp the main idea, however it was cold and clinical with the concrete walkways cutting across the land in a careless pattern that made sense to only those who had traveled across its slate surface constantly. Attention is caught by a movement behind the trees off to the edge of the area's boundries at the male's right. Cocking his head with curiousity, the bloke continued to stare at the rather large ebony blob as it moved forwards, its shadow being cast upon the tall trunks as it moved past. Chest lifted as he breathed in again, this time in order to catch the thing's scent. Nose twitched as the aroma entered for it was something he recongized, but was not quite used to, nor very fond of. A mixture of salt, dirt and the strange sort of aura the equine creatures seemed to give off constantly gave away what the beast was. It was a horse, of coarse of coarse! And upon it's back sat a rider, a female from her femine smell. Dark mercury depths continued to watch the pair, or more precisely, the place were the duo were at for he could not see them completely, until they were exposed to him in the equestrian part of the park, the fatal settling upon a log after having given the beast his dues. Vision continued fixed upon her now, curious as to what drew her to the animal and what brought her out here at such early an hour. Sure, he was out here, but the sun had barely peeked above the horizon and the lights of the lamp posts were still glowing faintly. Erixic had always enjoied rising early and also liked to run alone where no one else could bother his rythum. This girl, he had never seen before which was odd, but really, when he thought about it, did not have to be because he had been gone from the country for quite some time and many things would have changed without him knowing.. Weight shifted forward and limbs extended, carrying him across the grass and rock toward the woman and animal. As he approached, warry eye turned towards the horse which now looked at him as if to ask what he was doing. For a moment, the wolfish urge to bare his teeth rose from deep within, but he hid this and instead gave the stallion a slightly wide berth, he had been kicked by his fair share of horses over the years. Friendly grin is flashed at the damsel as he seats himself upon the end of the log, watching her with an innocent look. Hello there. I didn't think anyone woke early enough to beat me out here, but I suppose I can be wrong at times. Light chuckle follows after his speech almost like clock work while sharp liquids, now a lighter shade in the morning light, remain on her, waiting for her contribution to the conversation, if there was to be any.

Katy|She turned to look at him and smiled slightly. "Hey." she said. "I just fancied a ride out early." she smiled and looked back to the horse and stood up. The look in it's eyes seem to brighten up, not of happiness but more of anxiousness. She looked into it's eyes. She stroked it's neck, still holding the reins. She had learned never to let go of the reins, or he would run off, like before and it took days for her and her alone to find him. Turning her attention back to the male she smiled again. She stood next to the horse, rather close and the horse nudged her side. She sat back down beside the male again. She has never seen him before either, she was eager to know who he was..

A smile flashed at her answer, voids following her figure innocently as the fatal stood and moved to her beast's side, stroking his neck before the animal bumped her side out of boredom. I see. Curious things, horses are. Ive always wanted to ride, but they just don't seem to like me much. With this, arm extended and the back of his hand was offered to the creature's nostrils, iron depths directing gaze away from the stud as he had learned to do with many other animals. Prey never liked to be stared at in the face. It scared them; awakened the primal instincts that normally lay burried deep inside. Also, other beasts seemed to know that the man was not as he appeared. As if they could see to the inside of him and as soon as they caught a glimpse of the wolven presance there, the looker never failed to baulk hysterically and bolt away. Erixic did not want to do that to this horse, at least, not with it's owner so close by and holding onto the reins. Hot, quick breaths could be felt upon his skin when the equine finally gathered the courage and drunk in the bloke's scent, possibly catching the canine aura for it pulled away almost instantly. The shifter smirked and glanced over at the girl, watching her pet stare at him warringly out of the corner of his eyes. See? Im Erixic, by the way. He's a beauty from what I can see. Grin slides across facade again, head jerking in the horse's direction at the last, indicating that he had been speaking of the horse when applying the compliment.

Katy|She flashed a smile to him. "Thanks. He is." she replied. She shook her head letting her deep brunette hair fall on both sides. "Im Katy." she said "Nice to meet you." She closed her eyes and took a deep breathe before opening them again, glimmering blue eyes looking at the male. After a moment, turning back and looking to the thoroughbred, the stallion backed off a little and whickered softly. She looked at the horse, he was acting a little strange today.

The lady's smile was returned and head bobbed in adknowledgement. Mercury pair lifted to meet hers and lips parted to release sound. Likewise Katy. Same grin never left his face until attention turned to the beast once more, gaze roaming over its finely made skeleton and well built muscles in order to have something to do. Like the lord had told her earlier, Erixic had not spent much time around horses and so, the compliment he had offered really was not quite as educated of one that a person who was more familiar with the species might have given, however, even a random city kid could know that this animal was well taken care of. Coat was sleek and shiny, displaying his good health and respiration was easy, if not a bit escalated, but that was probably due to the strange shifter's presance and the workout the creature had just undertaken. Liquids turned back to the essa just after the stallion shifted his position and released a noise at his owner, perhaps from impaitence, but it was hard for anyone to tell. Erix dismissed it after a moment of attempting to understand the language the animal was exhibiting. Even after years within the mind of a wolf, the bloke was still not as intune to other's bodily gestures and such, except in battle. Sure, he could tell when another would charge or where a possible attack was going to be placed, but outside of that, really he was quite useless. Do you ride here often? Lyrics broke the silence that had ensuded for quite sometime now, having gone unnoticed by the baron until attention had returned. It was curiousity that caused him to ask; that and the fact that he was not yet quite ready to return home. It was still slightly early in the morning and there was nothing to really do with Ayrn still asleep. He wished to not disterb her just yet. She had moved off to do her routine things in the morning this past week, leaving him to sleep in much later than usual. To him, it was only right that he returned the favor.

KatyHer glimmering blue eyes met his. "Yes. I do." she let out, quietly. "All the time to be honest." Turning back to the slightly anxious warmblood and flipping the reins back over it's head and putting her foot in the stirrup and mounting. Once mounted, she slipped her other foot into the other stirrup and held the reins. Looking down at Erixic she smiled. The warmblood backed off a little. She sighed and looked around. After a moment, she could feel the warmblood tensing, not as relaxed as he should be. Suddenly he whinnied loud and reared up. Katy managed to stay on and as the warmblood landed back on four hooves, she sighed softly and looked to Erixic and then back forward. As she thought he had spooked over nothing, she thought he was done with his silly moment. But, no. She was wrong. The warmblood turned his weary eyes, looking out of the corner of them to Erixic before bolting forward and bucking. Katy managed to stay on again and once he had calmed down, dismounted. She held the reins and led him around in a circle. Stopping, she looked to Erixic. "He's never usually like this.. it's almost as if he's scared of something or someone." she sighed and looked back into the warmblood's lively anxious eyes.

Dome tilted curiously at her when she provided the reply, limbs straightening to bring the male to a stand as the girl again readied herself for a ride. Strange I have not seen you around before. But then again, I just got back into the country nearly a week ago. Slightly anxious to get his words out, the bloke had to force himself to talk like regular instead of in at a rapid speed so that she could understand him. Her smile was caught by the silver voids and as they drifted back to the horse, the two male's linked eyes. Before either had the chance to think, the horse tightened his figure and propelled himself onto his hind legs, frontal limbs flailing in the air as it to strike out against the man without actually being able to harm him. In a gut reaction, arms move up to cover the baron's facade, gaze instantly dropping to the animal's core in order to hopefully calm him a bit. However, his eyes were not taken entirely off the creature for it was essential for both his safety and probably that of the fatal that he was aware of its movements. When the stallion lowered himself and his rider back to the earth, all seemed to settle and the drake took the liberty of lowering his hands back to his sides and looking up at the essa. Just when his pair found hers, the stud again jerked the fea's control from her hands for a slight moment, bolting forward and attempting to buck. Erixic watched the duo as they moved a few yards away, Katy dismounting instantly as she gathered her mount quickly. Apologetic look is shot in her direction as she finished walking the creature in a few circles and glanced over at the shifter, explaining how the horse never acted in such a bad temperment. Sorry about that. I told you they don't tend to like me much. Shoulders lift in a shrug and hands slide into the pockets of his basketball shorts, standing beside the log where they had been sitting previously and choosing to not approach the horse again. I suppose I'm a jinx around them. Lyrics joke playfully, Erix attempting a grin and succeeding, but the ease did not reach his depths. It had been stupid of him to meet the animal's gaze, especially that of a prey animal and another of his same gender. The move was a rookie mistake that he really could not afford to make much more of or else someone might get hurt, or worse, find out his secret and freak.

Katy|She led the anxious warmblood slowly towards the male. Making sure he didn't startle again. Once around a metre away the warmblood backed up. Katy sighed. "What is wrong with you today?" she looked at the warmblood and shook her head. She turned to the saddle to see if it was too tight; nope. Turned to the bridle and bit; nope. She sighed and looked around. "Well. I think you're just jealous Apache." she smiled warmly. "Probably because Im speaking to you and not him. He does this sometimes.. But never, ever spooks out, maybe he really doesnt like you.." she chuckled softly. She flipped the reins back over the warmblood's head, wanting to try again. Putting a foot in the stirrup she got into the saddle and placed her other foot in the opposite stirrup and held the reins. She sighed with relief as the warmblood stayed still. She looked down to Erixic.

Orbs watch as the lady attempts to move closer to him again, a small smile breaching guise at her gesture. It was nice of her to try and keep a conversation going with him after her mount had shown multiple times that he did not appreciate the situation. However, the male thought it was a futile effort and was about to tell her so when the horse bawlked again, saving him the breath by proving his thoughts. Soft chuckles escape, to quiet for the essa to hear from where she stood, but even if they had been her attention was fully absorbed by the animal. Erixic watched her move around to the saddle, checking the girth and all the rest of his tack for anything that may have been the cause of all the disruption. Of coarse, humans would keep looking for reasons that were solid and made sense without a doubt. Only few could manage to grasp that they needed to accept what they couldn't see and most of them were either considered outcasts, or insane. Laughter, this time audible to the fatal, escaped the bloke's parted jaws as she talked to her horse, an amused expression over taking mask. I tried to warn you. He'd probably act perfectly fine if this distance was kept the same or greater. I'm sorry I've made him act out of the ordinary. Real apologetic look is offered, but the fea had turned her back to him and was attempting again to get astride Apache. Muscles tighten briefly, the bloke ready to make any move he needed to in order to help the vixen if the beast decided to act up again as Erix expected him too, but there was no need for his apprehensiveness. Suprisingly enough, the stud had stood perfectly still, causing the man to tilt his crown with curiousity at the animal. You choose now to prove me wrong after she started to believe me? Tunes joke, dome shaking in mock disbelief before chin lifts and facade turns to the girl with a smile. Well, I guess this could be considered an acomplishment for him, huh?

Katy|She smiled down to him. "He always has been a mood swing." she joked. She patted the warmblood's arched neck. She was surprised that he had actually stayed still this time, she wasn't sure why though. She sighed softly and smiled slightly. "Really boring around here." she said quietly looking forward, through the trees. "Never anything to do." She glared into a blank space for a moment, before turning back to Erixic and smiling slightly faint.. She wandered who he was, where he came from? She had ever seen him before.. "Where do you live? Sorry Im just curious.. Ive never seen you before." she asked quietly, her sweet Welsh accent recited her sentence. She looked down to him, still mounted in the saddle, holding the reins incase the warmblood decided to bolt and rear again.

Dome nodded in agreement while the bloke shifted slightly, forcing one leg to support his entire frame while gaze followed where the lass looked. Eh, it's boring unless you know where to look. I can't tell you where to go for horses, but there are a few places around town to find some fun. Pair returned to the maiden as he spoke, mind running through some of the hot spots he had been to over the years. In fact, here at the park they have some form of local concert every other weekend almost. I don't know the schedule exacally. Frown creased features while he tried to remember what had been the typical run of the shows back when he had lived her a few months ago. Guise smoothed out again, however, as the fatal directed a question down at him, causing him to dismiss his previous mission in exchange for talk. Hand made a dismissing manner as she attempted to explain why she had asked. Don't worry about it. You would be in for a surprise if you became my stalker. Crooked smile was flashed for a moment before the baron moved on to answering. I live on a side street on the other side of the park so it's not too far away from here. Thats probably the whole reason I come here in the mornings to run, instead of going to the gym I work at. How bout you?

Katy|She smiled and looked to him. "Oh yeah." she said. "Well I live in the house just outside the woods.. on my own." she said quietly. Reminding herself of her past, she closed her eyes and tried to get it out of her head. She sighed softly, not knowing what to say next, she opened her eyes and looked around. She loosened the reins and looked to Erixic once more, still unsure what to say..

Head tilted with curiosity at her answer, wondering how far back she lived exacally. Perhaps he had managed to run across the fatal's property upon one of his reckless workouts? Then, with a small secret smile, the male tried to picture the fea catching a stray wolf upon her lands while out riding. Most humans would freak, run get their gun in order to "take care of" the evil beast. He was too smart to hang around much longer after being discovered, although, he did have a tendancy to hide in the brush not far off to watch the people as their scared yet determined facades searched despritely for the thing they thought had threatened their livilyhood. It was amusing to digest human behavior, expect when it endangered oneself. Suddenly, the bloke remember he probably ought to find something to reply with. Oh? I've heard the properties over there are very beautiful. Mind quickly threw together, brilliant smile flashing up at the fea on the horse from where the baron stood a few yards away. The words were meant to be a compliment, something that came quite naturally to him. But also, the lord was also quite a good bull shitter. That had nothing to do with his conversation with Katy, however.
